    A property just close to the remote island terminal.

    I rented a car at the airport, but since the property does not have a dedicated parking lot, additional parking fees will be incurred. The room only has a shower, and there is no large public bath. The bus from the airport to the remote island terminal runs every 30 minutes, but it is difficult to travel by bus with a suitcase, so I would like the property to consider a contracted parking lot. Although the room is for a multiple night stay, I was disappointed with the lack of service for the accommodation fee, as I had to contact the front desk myself to replace towels, water, and amenities.

    High satisfaction

    The location is excellent. The ferry terminal is right in front, making it easy to visit remote islands, and all restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. There is also a direct bus from the airport, so you don't need a car. The all-inclusive plan was wonderful. The satisfaction level is as high as its reputation. Each dish and drink is beautifully presented. It's nice to enjoy a variety of small portions. The staff are cheerful, pleasant, and made my stay comfortable. I'm glad I chose this place! Thank you very much.

    Although the weather...

    Although the weather was unfortunate, the all-inclusive Plan made for a fulfilling stay. The food, drinks, and room Facilities were exceptionally wonderful, exceeding our expectations and overall giving a higher quality impression than the official website. The souvenir Shuri soap we received was very cute and a great memory of Ishigaki Island. Thank you!

    In front of the remote island ferry terminal

    The location is excellent for taking the ferry, and the all-inclusive meals are decent. However, despite the high price, it is a cost-effective Business Hotel with reduced costs, including labor.

    All-inclusive is the best.

    It was my first time in Ishigaki Island, and I stayed for three nights. Due to the off-season, the weather was not great, and some of the tours I had planned were canceled. However, with the all-inclusive service allowing free drinks from the morning, staying inside the Hotel was not a problem. Also, being right in front of the remote island terminal made it very convenient for tour gatherings. If I have the opportunity to come to Ishigaki Island again, I would like to stay here again.

    I used the suite room.

    The staff's response was excellent, but I was disappointed that although the amenities were Shuri Soap, they couldn't provide lotion and other items. I chose the hotel because I was attracted to the Shuri Soap amenities, so it was unfortunate. Also, when I turned off the room lights with the switch at the entrance, the toilet lights also went out, making it literally pitch dark, and I couldn't even find the switch. I was very troubled because I only wanted to turn off the entrance lights. Even though I requested breakfast to be served in the room, it was unreasonable to have to go to the front desk to pick it up. On the second day, I called to pick it up, but only half was ready. The menu also seemed simple with no warm items. It was quite an accommodation fee, but it was "..."

    Overall satisfied!

    I was satisfied with the service, guest room, and other aspects. The food was delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The access was good and convenient. It was also great that the laundry could be used for free. I would like to mention two points that concerned me. 1. When using the stairs, which also serve as an evacuation route, I noticed that equipment and cleaning tools were placed on the landings, which made me worry that they might obstruct evacuation in an emergency. 2. I think this may vary from person to person, but the amenity lotion and emulsion were too strong for my skin. When I applied them to my sunburned skin, it tingled for a while and turned red, which concerned me. Other than the above two points, it was quite good, and I would like to use this property again! I would be even happier if the last order for dinner was one hour later.

    I used it for an anniversary.

    I used the property for my wife's birthday, and the service from the staff was excellent, allowing us to enjoy a very satisfying experience. The impression when entering the room was the best I've ever had! I originally decided to stay to experience the all-inclusive, but the services other than meals were also very good, making our memories of Ishigaki Island even better. I will use it again when I visit Ishigaki Island.

    It was great!

    It was a trip for three: my mother, my children (11 and 4 years old), and me. This time, it was a whirlwind trip without my husband, but for someone like me who can't drive, the location was incredibly convenient. Both the ferry terminal and the direct bus to the airport are right in front of the hotel. The Euglena Mall, which is in the city center, is also nearby, and since it's within the pick-up area for activities, we were able to stay without any inconvenience. The hotel staff seemed young and inexperienced at times, but they never gave off a bad impression, and everyone was warm and welcoming. The all-inclusive meals and drinks were very delicious. Since I don't drink alcohol, I'm not sure if I got my money's worth, but I was very satisfied as I could enjoy a leisurely meal at the hotel. If I were to mention something unfortunate, it would be the lack of a closet or a place to put suitcases in the room. We stayed for three nights, so we had a fair amount of luggage, but we struggled to find a place to put it and ended up placing things on top of the suitcases. The floor had a rough texture, which scratched the suitcases. I think many people stay for long periods, so it would be nice if this could be improved. I will definitely repeat my stay!

    It was a very satisfying stay!

    The location is excellent as it is right in front of the Ishigaki Port Terminal. You can take a bus from the airport and get off in front of the Ishigaki Port Terminal, and the hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk away. It's very convenient for those who want to visit other islands from the terminal. Also, the all-inclusive service was absolutely fantastic. You can have breakfast in your room, enjoy snacks and drinks during the day, and order desserts like cheesecake and ice cream in the evening. The dinner menu was varied and delicious, so much so that we didn't get tired of it even after eating it every day. You can also order drinks at night, allowing you to enjoy from morning till night. Being able to drink as much as you want whenever you want was really great during the hot trip. It was also nice that the freshly prepared dishes were brought to us without much waiting after ordering. During our stay, the sole of my sneakers came off due to wear and tear, but they kindly lent us some super glue without any hesitation, which was really helpful. Thanks to the wonderful service and smiles of all the staff, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our stay. If we have the chance to visit Ishigaki Island again, we would definitely want to stay at this hotel!
