The Hotel is fantastic! That’s why it’s such a shame that the guidance and information provided are lacking.

I thoroughly enjoyed the all-inclusive experience and was very satisfied. It was fun that the food and drink menus changed by time slot, and I could order a variety of items each time. Everything felt homemade, and I really enjoyed how delicious it all was. The staff were also very accommodating. I appreciated that they kindly adjusted things to my preferences, such as serving less alcohol or making half portions of dishes. Since it was relatively quiet during my stay, I was able to relax comfortably even on my own. That alone makes me want to come back. On the other hand, there were a few points where I felt the explanations were a bit insufficient. For example, I didn’t realize until I asked that drinks could be enjoyed on the rooftop terrace if you switch to a different glass, or that you could take them back to your Room. Also, there was no guidance about the food and drink menus changing depending on the time slot, or that there is a salad bar in the back Room at breakfast. At first, I only ordered from the menu and ate without knowing. When I asked a staff member they explained it politely, but if you don’t know in advance, you may not even think to ask. I had seen some of this on YouTube beforehand, but first-time guests might use these services without knowing and end up leaving without fully enjoying what makes this Hotel special. Because the food, service, and staff were excellent overall, I think satisfaction would be even higher if there were a slightly more detailed explanation at check-in about how everything works.

    Excellent access to the port!

The Hotel is brand new, located directly across from the port, and the views are amazing! I originally made a Reservation for a “remote island one-day course,” and in the hot season I was worried it might be tough from early morning until evening. However, because the port is so close, we changed plans at short notice—visited “Iriomote Island” in the morning, rested in our Room for a while, then went sightseeing on “Taketomi Island” in the afternoon—so we were able to take our time and relax. There are also many shops nearby, including Euglena Mall, which was very convenient. The staff were always welcoming with smiles, and we had a very comfortable stay. We didn’t choose the all-inclusive plan, but there were plenty of drinks in the refrigerator. The only downside was that there weren’t enough towels, so we ended up requesting extras several times!! Breakfast was enjoyable with some unique menu items, but since we had a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights), it would have been nice to have a bit more variety. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during our stay.

    The breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was buffet-style for sides such as drinks, beer, and salads (there was also curry). For the main dishes, you order via a QR code—various kinds of toast and more—and you could order as many items as you liked. Everything tasted great, so choosing the breakfast-included plan was absolutely the right decision. However, it was disappointing that scratches and peeling were noticeable in places like the hallways, walls, and elevator corners. Still, even taking that into account, I’m glad I stayed here. (The location was also convenient—across from Euglena Ishigaki Remote Island Terminal and close to Ishigaki City Public Market.)

    Dust is noticeable.

I usually enjoy staying in suite-level Rooms, and this time as well we booked three Rooms for two nights, including a suite at this Hotel. However, the cleaning around the windows and the bathroom was not thorough. We were told housekeeping would come in around noon the next day, but only the towels were replaced, and it was unclear what had been cleaned. The breakfast also took a long time to be served after ordering and did not taste good. The rooftop relaxation area was dirty, and there was something like an infinity pool, but it had algae growth and looked moldy. It felt like an environment where you could get a high fever if you even put your feet in. Lastly, both male and female staff had poor customer service attitudes, and there were no staff who took initiative. When we went into town, we saw one of those staff holding a sign to attract customers to bars as another part-time job—apparently that’s typical of Yaeyama. That said, it is quite cheap for a suite.

    Excellent convenience!

I stayed for one night during the typhoon disruption. The location is excellent, with easy access from the airport and the remote island terminal right in front of the property. With the all-inclusive plan, meals and drinks were available from the time I arrived, which was great. However, based on reviews from previous guests, I felt that some services have gradually been reduced. For example, drink service now ends at 9:00 p.m., and even amenities that used to be provided—such as a skincare set and pajamas in the Room—were no longer available. There were also a few points that made me wonder about this change. Since there wasn’t much explanation at the front desk, it may be confusing if you arrive without checking details in advance. I also wish there had been a bathtub... Because all ferries to the islands were canceled due to the typhoon, I couldn’t take advantage of the convenient location after all—unfortunately.

    Always consistently good.

I’ve stayed here many times, and it’s consistently great. The food is delicious, and everything was wonderful. It was a shame there was no acai.

Hotel located opposite the Euglena Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal

We stayed for three nights to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday. We were happy to receive a surprise fruit plate. As for the Hotel location, the remote island terminal is right in front, and within walking distance there are A&W, FamilyMart, Euglena Mall, and Yurateiku Market (farmers’ market), which was very convenient. The Room we stayed in was exactly as shown in the photos and we were very satisfied. It was great that there were two closets, the shower water pressure was strong, and water and amenities were replenished every day. The king-size bed was also comfortable. One disappointing point regarding the Facility was that there was no smoking area on the property. However, there is an ashtray beside the remote island terminal across the street, so you can smoke anytime 24 hours a day. *Note: At 10:00 PM all lights at the terminal are completely turned off, so women should be especially careful about going alone at night. I had a chilling experience. This time we stayed on an all-inclusive plan; everything tasted good, but after three nights it started to feel a bit repetitive. Still, it was convenient when we wanted a quick snack or just coffee or dessert after meals. When we visit Ishigaki Island again, we would like to stay here again.

    A wonderful Hotel.

It was a small, quiet, lovely Hotel. The food and drinks were more than sufficient, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Caution: Watch your head above the twin beds.

The location was great, and the Room was spacious and clean (though there were no clothing storage shelves or a security box). The breakfast buffet had limited options, but additional orders could be made via QR code, which was satisfying. There was a slight step between the guest room and the stairs, and the sink in the toilet area was unusually small and cramped. However, having separate areas for the sink/shower room and toilet was a nice layout. One downside was accidentally hitting our heads on the loft area above the bed multiple times during our Multiple Night Stay, which caused discomfort for both of us repeatedly.

    Curious about the staff meals.

While dining on the second floor, I noticed staff frequently using customers' QR codes to place orders for their own meals, which appeared in the customers' QR code history and was quite concerning. Additionally, it was noticeable that staff members were often seen taking meals in containers from the kitchen entrance, which is fully visible to guests. The menu itself is not extensive, but many items were sold out, leading to significant disappointment.

    Visited again.

This was my third time. It was an all-inclusive Plan, but it was disappointing that some menu items were removed and there were changes in timing. However, I was able to eat, drink, and relax.

The Room was clean and comfortable, and the selectable breakfast options were all delicious. You can even enjoy your meal on the rooftop balcony, making for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were all courteous, and we greatly appreciated their assistance, especially with accommodating our companion's allergies and addressing health concerns despite our numerous requests. With its excellent location directly across from the remote island terminal, this Hotel is one we would love to visit again. Thank you!

    The location is excellent.

The pros and cons of the room may vary depending on individual preferences, but we found it a bit inconvenient. There was only one small table, leaving no space to place items, and since there was no luggage stand available, we asked the front desk for one but were told they didn’t have any. We had no choice but to open our suitcases on the floor. While it might be difficult to change the room setup entirely, we believe there could be some improvements made. The breakfast offered a unique menu that stood out from other hotels and was delicious; however, the accommodation fee still felt somewhat expensive. Perhaps this pricing reflects its proximity to both the remote island terminal and bus terminal as well as its positioning as a designer hotel.

    The quality of staff...

The quality of staff is extremely low. If you prioritize this, we do not recommend staying here. 3 stars for the Room quality alone, 1 star if there were no sauna in the Room. Takeout breakfast was 20 minutes late from the designated time, and to make matters worse, they got the drink order wrong. During checkout, it was clear that only one person was handling reception while other staff passed by without assisting despite visible waiting guests. Proper training is needed regardless of whether they are temporary workers or not. The sauna-equipped Room itself was generally good; however, note that if the door doesn't close properly and you cool down the Room too much, it becomes difficult to raise the sauna's temperature. Additionally, outdoor relaxation is hindered by noise from air conditioning units and cars during daytime hours.

    The Best All-Inclusive

I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this was a completely new style for me and it was fantastic. All food and drinks were ordered via QR code, and as long as it was within the service hours we could order as many times as we liked. We enjoyed drinks while playing board games we borrowed, such as The Game of Life, and had a great time as a family. Many Hotels with club lounge access these days do not allow children under 12 to enter, so we really appreciated that our family could use it together. Everything—from the meals to the snacks—was delicious, and we were truly impressed. We’d love to visit again, so we’re thinking of coming back around the time the menu changes. We left our rental car in the parking lot at the nearby remote island terminal right in front of the Hotel for an extended period, and it ended up costing quite a lot. It would be very helpful if there were an affiliated parking lot or similar option available.

    Second Stay

I stayed for the first time last December and was impressed by the delicious food, so I came back again. Due to a typhoon, my flight arrived late, and I reached the hotel around 8 PM. Hungry, I enjoyed a quick yet delicious meal. Thank you to all the staff for your thoughtful hospitality. I would love to visit again.

    The Room was clean, ...

The Room was clean, and the view was great. Although it is a bit far from the airport, the port is right in front, making it convenient for trips to Taketomi Island. There is a FamilyMart just a 2-minute walk away, so shopping was not an issue. However, staff seem to be unavailable from 10 PM to 6 AM, which raised concerns about handling emergencies during that time. It would be more reassuring if staff were available at night and if there were a dedicated ladies' floor for added security.

    Second stay following last year.

Used a Plan with breakfast included. Ordering via QR code was convenient and user-friendly. The meals and drinks were stylish, delicious, and well-prepared. While it seems the staff is doing their best with limited manpower, the Room cleaning could be improved. That said, considering the location, price, and meal quality, it was a very satisfying stay overall.

A hotel with a great atmosphere

Located just a short distance from Ishigaki Island Remote Terminal, this Hotel offers excellent access to the city. Breakfast consists of both made-to-order dishes and a semi-buffet, with the made-to-order options providing a delightful resort-like experience. Beverages can also be ordered, making for a highly satisfying breakfast. The Room had a calm and comfortable atmosphere. However, in some Rooms, the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, which might make it difficult to sleep due to the cold.

    Truly the best time ever!

During this trip, I stayed at THIRD for two nights. In one word, it’s an amazing Hotel. The all-inclusive service allows you to relax completely, the sauna in the Room had a perfect temperature, and the cold bath was excellent. I had meals in the morning, afternoon, and evening; every meal was consistently delicious. The weather on the first and second days wasn’t great, so I spent most of my time at the Hotel but never felt bored and had a wonderful time. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. I will definitely stay here again!

The best Hotel in Ishigaki Island as a base. Great location with new and functional Facility.

We stayed for 3 nights with an all-inclusive plan. This is a very convenient and clean hotel, perfect for those who enjoy activities like visiting remote islands. It’s ideal for couples or families with children above elementary school age who want to engage in snorkeling, diving, or island hopping. On the other hand, this is not a resort hotel as it does not have facilities like pools. Families looking to relax while their kids play in an on-site pool all day might find it unsuitable. The location is extremely convenient as the remote island terminal is right in front of the accommodation. It’s also close to downtown areas like Euglena Mall and famous izakayas listed on food review sites are mostly within walking distance. Shopping for souvenirs was also very easy due to its proximity. The facility is new and clean. While it doesn’t have a luxurious feel and resembles the interior of a newly built apartment, its cleanliness made our stay very comfortable. The room we stayed in didn’t have a bathtub (apparently only suites do), but there were two shower rooms, two toilets, and two sinks available—very convenient after swimming or snorkeling at the beach! Personally, since I usually only use showers anyway, I found this setup quite comfortable. I particularly enjoyed being able to rent board games like Life or Catan as well as UNO cards and playing cards for free. There was also a library area where you could read manga on Yogibo bean bags—a feature my family loved! We spent our evenings playing together at the library. As for the all-inclusive meals, while there weren’t many local dishes offered, there was plenty of variety overall with relatively good taste—more than sufficient! The drink selection was extensive too; they had many non-alcoholic cocktails along with various types of shochu available for alcohol lovers. Since there are plenty of izakayas and restaurants nearby if you get tired of eating similar menus every day here—it’s easy to dine out instead! During our stay one family member celebrated their birthday; we received lovely decorations on their bed as shown in photos which added such thoughtful touches during daily housekeeping services provided regularly throughout each day making everything even better! For us spending most days doing activities such snorkeling/island-hopping etc., staying here proved incredibly practical & enjoyable overall creating unforgettable memories filled w/fun moments worth cherishing forever!! Definitely planning another visit next time heading back Ishigaki Island again soon hopefully!!

    Perfect for solo travelers

Located right in front of the ferry terminal and the bus stop from the airport, it was convenient to stay without needing a rental car. Although there is no pool or large public bath, the all-inclusive service made for a very comfortable stay. During heavy rain and strong winds caused by a typhoon, it was great to enjoy meals and drinks without having to go outside. From local dishes like Goya Champuru and Yaeyama Soba to café-style meals, everything was delicious. The iced coffee from a nearby café served in the morning was especially delightful. The staff were very young and gave off a different vibe compared to luxury hotels but were always polite and attentive. It’s impressive that they manage with minimal staff, even cleaning the front desk area themselves. The Room was clean with sufficient amenities. While it felt unusual not having a closet or sofa, it wasn’t an issue at all. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Ishigaki Island! Thank you very much!

    Repeat stay.

Overall, I am satisfied. I would like to use it again. It would be great to have a stand for suitcases in the Room. The corners of the bed frame can hurt if you bump into them. Please be careful not to hit your head on the loft area. I would appreciate it if these could be improved.

    The meals were excellent.

Stayed for one night on 6/4 as a couple. The all-inclusive meals were excellent, especially the sausage and pasta at dinner and the shrimp guacamole at breakfast. Highly recommended! The location was convenient, allowing us to catch an early morning ferry to a remote island. The only downside was that the Room was very noisy. There was a constant humming sound throughout the night, which I initially thought was rain but wasn’t. For reference, our Room was at the far end of the third floor. Other than that, including the price, we were very satisfied. We might come back next time with our grandchildren!

Right in front of the Remote Island Terminal

The Hotel is conveniently located right in front of the remote island terminal, making it perfect for trips to the islands. It is also close to lively areas like Euglena Mall, offering great convenience. Although it seems like a new Hotel, there was some damage visible on the hallway walls. The air conditioning works very well, and since the Room wear consists of short sleeves and shorts, those who feel cold easily might want to bring an extra layer. Some parts of the Room design felt impractical and slightly inconvenient. There is a high step between the toilet/shower area and the bed area. Among two toilets available, one had a door that barely opened fully; we ended up leaving it open for easier access. As a limited-time offer, Okinawa soba was served as "Yonaki Soba" at night—it was delicious and felt like a lucky treat!

    Convenient and comfortable

We stayed overnight before heading to Iriomote. The Facility is excellent and very comfortable, suitable for groups and families. It's a bit disappointing that there is no bathtub, but having two showers and toilets made it comfortable. Above all, being right in front of the ferry terminal was extremely convenient. There are also delicious restaurants nearby, which we visited twice. We would definitely like to stay again when visiting the remote islands.

Satisfaction 100 points! It was the best trip ever!

I made a reservation for my boyfriend's birthday trip from 1/17 to 1/19. First of all, since it was my boyfriend's birthday, there was an upgrade to the room and fruits were placed inside the room. I was very impressed with the sea view room and your thoughtfulness. The room was also clean and well-maintained. We had breakfast on the rooftop in the morning. Fortunately, it was a sunny schedule, so the view was amazing. There is a remote island terminal right in front of us, which takes less than a minute on foot? It was very convenient as we could reserve rental cars there when we went to Taketomi Island (Taketomijima). The downtown area is also within a 10-minute walk, and we were able to visit the famous izakaya Hitoshi. It turned out to be an absolutely wonderful trip, and I will definitely repeat! Thank you very much!

    Perfect for visiting remote islands.

I stayed for the first time. Since I planned to go to Taketomi Island the next day, I chose a hotel close to the remote island terminal. The facility is impeccable and clean. The water pressure in the shower is surprisingly good. Breakfast is ordered via smartphone, and it is stylish and delicious. It's great because you can walk to the remote island terminal. They also store your luggage after check-out. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Recommended Stays for Visiting Remote Islands

The amenities were disappointing, and you need to prepare them yourself. There is no bathtub, only a shower. There is also no large public bath. I rented a car at the airport, but since the property has no parking, you will incur fees at nearby parking lots. The only advantage is its high convenience, being directly opposite the remote island terminal. It is recommended to take a public bus for 500 yen from the airport to the property. However, it's worth considering if you have a large suitcase. Personally, considering sightseeing on Ishigaki Island, I felt it was a property where you have no choice but to rent a car and accept the parking fees.
