    Highly Satisfied

    I stayed for three nights in a Superior Room on the top floor for the first time. The reasons I chose this accommodation were its location and reviews. The result was complete satisfaction. I visit Sapporo every year, and I wish I had chosen this place earlier. It’s very close to Sapporo Station, and the machine check-in process was efficient. Amenities could be taken as needed, and there were ice machines and water purifiers on the floor, which was very convenient. The coffee maker in the room provided delicious coffee and green tea. The large public bath was incredibly clean, almost like an onsen accommodation, making it extremely comfortable. The Refa hairdryer, cleanliness of the changing area, spaciousness—everything was perfect! I also loved having my favorite Provence shampoo available. As for breakfast: with a ticketing system in place, you could wait comfortably in your room if needed. Even with 15 groups ahead of us waiting at one point, turnover was so quick that we didn’t have to wait long at all compared to what we expected! Breakfast itself—seafood bowls (kaisendon), fried chicken (zangi), soup curry—was so delicious that we went back for seconds multiple times! Staff members were impressively efficient; replenishments came quickly too! On our last day there even happened to be limited-edition melon served—it made everything feel extra special overall though perhaps slight variations across days might’ve added variety? From our room window overlooking newly renovated Hokkaido Government Office building views felt lovely despite compact size inside yet big TV ensured comfort throughout stay hence already looking forward toward returning someday hopefully same type-room again enjoying another memorable trip around Sapporo soon enough! If not seeking luxury hotel-level concierge services etc., personally found everything here more than sufficient instead truly grateful overall experience thank-you!!

    Highly recommended.

    The location is great, and the Room is clean. There is a large public bath, perfect for relaxing your legs after a long walk. The breakfast buffet is delicious, but after 7:30 AM, there might be a wait due to its popularity or limited seating. On the day I visited, there was an all-you-can-eat melon option, which was lucky! The freshly made French toast was also delicious.

    The service was excellent, but the bath was not satisfactory.

    The service was excellent, and the Room was clean. The water dispenser was very convenient. The large public bath was also very clean and easy to use. However, the bathroom in the Room had some stray hairs and a rough bathtub surface, so I cleaned it myself. After cleaning, the bathtub drain did not work at all. Although staff came to check it, it could not be fixed. It seemed to be an inherent issue rather than a blockage, so there was nothing that could be done about it.

    Convenient location for any destination.

    I often use this place when visiting Sapporo. Although it is not directly connected to the underground shopping area, it is convenient for getting anywhere. The Facility and Room are clean, which I really like. Rokkatei and Nemuro Hanamaru are also nearby.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    I stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights because I was looking for a place with delicious breakfast and the reviews were good. The Standard Twin Room was affordable at 35,000 yen for 2 nights. Although the room wasn't very spacious, it was clean and offered a lovely view of the red-brick Hokkaido Government Office and greenery from the window. The breakfast I had been looking forward to did not disappoint, with a wide variety of options including fresh seafood like salmon roe and sweet shrimp, all of which were delicious. Even after staying for 2 nights, I enjoyed every meal without getting tired of it. It was also conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk to Daimaru or Stellar Place, making it easy to bring meals or souvenirs back to the room. I would love to stay here again next time!

    A Reward for Yourself

    This was my second stay (2 nights) as I attended a concert. Last time, I had planned for 2 nights but had to cut it short to 1 night, which was disappointing. This time, I was really looking forward to it. The convenient location, the large public bath that helped me relax, and the Superior Double Room were impressive and rejuvenating. The blanket rental service and the quick response from the front desk when I accidentally locked myself out without a key were excellent. Staying at this sophisticated Hotel made it feel like a rewarding trip!

    Convenient and comfortable Hotel

    Staying at this hotel has been a long-time dream of mine! The cleanliness and convenience were just as I expected, and I had a very comfortable stay. I was also soothed by the greenery of the park trees visible from the window. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again next time! However, one thing that caught my attention was when storing my luggage after check-out. I was directed to the trunk room next to the front desk, but it seemed small for the size of the hotel. Is there a possibility that luggage cannot be stored depending on availability?

    A reliable accommodation you can count on.

    Last July, I stayed here for a multiple night stay of three nights and loved it so much that I hoped to return someday. This time, due to an unexpected family loss in Sapporo, I had the chance to visit again. I made a last-minute reservation the day before and was grateful to find availability in my preferred twin room. Although it was a rushed check-in at night, I was guided to a high-floor room where I could see the Old Hokkaido Government Red Brick Office from the window like a diorama—last year it was covered by renovation sheets and not visible. The calm interior of the room, comfortable bed, separate toilet, and relaxing large public bath were all satisfying. The breakfast selection was outstanding; this time, I enjoyed dishes like seafood bowls with Western-style vinegared rice and soup curry among others. The white French toast prepared at the live kitchen served as a delightful dessert substitute with its delicious taste. The next morning's stroll through Odori Park revealed lilacs in full bloom with their sweet fragrance filling the air—it felt like visiting during its best season compared to previous visits. With corn wagons and people relaxing on benches around me, it left such an impression that I'd love to come back for leisure travel next time. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Comfortable Hotel

    Very clean and well-maintained. Conveniently located near the station. Amenities were placed near the front desk, allowing guests to take what they needed, similar to a Business Hotel system. We stayed for two nights, but there was no cleaning on the second day. Towels and drinks were provided in a bag hung on the doorknob in the morning of the second day. I appreciated this cost-saving and eco-friendly approach. It would have been nice if a shower cap was included among the amenities. Our Room faced the government office building, and opening the curtains in the morning revealed beautiful greenery within its grounds, making for a refreshing start to our day. I would love to stay at this Hotel again!

    Delighted with the serene atmosphere and the guest rooms.

    The location between a friend's restaurant and Sapporo Station, the view of the government building, the two-sided windows, and the round table with relaxing chairs were all reasons we chose to reserve this room. It met our expectations perfectly, and we are very satisfied. Since my husband had an injured foot, we opted for a universal room. The layout of features like the bathroom wagon was extremely user-friendly and gave us ideas for future needs as we age. The exterior is modern, and the spacious, calm lobby was very comfortable. The luggage storage system was efficient and secure. Amenities were standard; while having slightly higher-quality green tea or coffee would have been ideal, it wasn’t an issue at all—it felt straightforward yet sufficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay in this peaceful area. We would love to stay here again when visiting Sapporo in the future. Thank you!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I had previously visited for lunch and admired the beautiful interior, so I was excited to have the opportunity to stay here. The room only had a shower, but it was spacious and convenient as there is a large public bath available. The in-room wear was separate pieces, and there were laundry baskets and even bags provided for use at the public bath. The front desk staff were all friendly with warm smiles, leaving a great impression. The accommodation is new, located near the red brick Hokkaido Government Office Building with plenty of greenery around. The lilacs were beautiful during my stay. Although my visit this time was short and felt too quick, I would love to stay in a room with a view of the red brick building next time. Thank you for your hospitality!

    I had high expectations.

    The accommodation fee was high, and the reviews were good, so I had high expectations when making the reservation, but it turned out to be disappointing. Starting with the parking lot: even though I arrived right at check-in time, the hotel’s rear parking was already full, and I was directed to a nearby affiliated parking lot. Since I had luggage and a small child with me, I asked if I could unload my belongings first but was told "only if you don’t mind it being taken." Taken? Really? So I declined and went to the nearby parking lot—a large multi-story structure that was crowded, requiring me to park on a much higher level. To make matters worse, when taking my car out again later, they informed me that charges would restart from scratch. The pricing system wasn’t unified with the hotel’s rear parking lot—very confusing! Feeling uneasy about all this during check-in: A staff member wearing a “Trainee” badge assisted me. Understandable as they’re still learning—but there were various issues (details omitted for brevity). The room itself seemed clean enough; however: - The window was small and frosted glass. - Lighting throughout felt dim overall—giving an almost claustrophobic atmosphere. Breakfast wasn’t impressive either; their signature seafood bowl fell short in every way imaginable. While there were drink options available—they lacked any special touch or quality—even basic juice didn’t taste good. The public bath area was clean and nice; however: without frequent patrols by staff members—it became unpleasant due to disruptive behavior by non-Japanese guests doing as they pleased. If prices were lower perhaps these shortcomings wouldn’t feel so significant—but given how much it cost—it didn’t seem worth it at all. No plans for a repeat stay here!

    Satisfied with breakfast

    Great location with beautiful greenery views from the Room. The lobby lounge has a pleasant scent and offers a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of European Hotels, which I really like. The public bath is new and very clean. The seafood rice bowl with salmon roe at breakfast was delicious and highly satisfying. The soup curry was also tasty, leaving me full in the morning. They kindly stored my luggage until the evening, which was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

    [Near the Station] Clean! New! All-you-can-eat for ¥〇〇〇!

    Just a short walk to Sapporo Station and about 1,000 yen by taxi to Susukino, this accommodation offers a convenient location. I stayed in a corner twin room with a lovely view of the Hokkaido Government Red Brick Office, creating a great atmosphere. The room layout was well-designed for comfort and ease of movement. The system where you pick up necessary amenities at the front desk is very convenient. The hair care products in the large public bath had an excellent fragrance, and all the hair dryers were Rifa brand. The seafood breakfast was delicious—I ended up eating too much! Especially the soup curry—it was outstanding! Check-out was completed in seconds thanks to an automated machine. Overall, the chic and mature color scheme created a calm and comfortable stay. In Sapporo's competitive hotel scene, I could feel their attention to detail and hospitality—thank you! ○ Points of concern The bathroom design is beautiful; however, particularly in the washing area where there’s no handrail and constant wet floors due to its location near a passageway—it felt unsafe. My friend slipped inside the bathtub but fortunately wasn’t seriously injured this time. Additionally, while I loved having plenty of rain shower booths available, I noticed mold on the ceiling for some reason despite it being a new hotel—perhaps an issue with materials or ventilation? Despite these points, everything else was wonderful! I'd love to stay again if improvements are made (and since nights out in Sapporo lead me to overeat—having congee instead of pancakes or udon for breakfast would be fantastic). Thank you so much!

    Great value for money

    This time, we stayed with three generations. The rooms were arranged next to each other, which was very helpful. As mentioned on various sites, the seafood at breakfast is delicious, but the other menu items are also tasty. The salad was fresh, and the Zangi (fried chicken) was crispy and delicious.

    I would like to stay again.

    This was my third stay. The accommodation fee is a bit of a stretch for me, but it's a hotel I want to stay at again. The room, large public bath, and breakfast are delicious and very satisfying. The staff's response is also kind.

    Room without windows. The table is dirty and shabby. The bed is thin.

    The windows are already small, and having frosted glass is unacceptable. It feels like a prison with no view outside. It's a closed space. Since there are lace curtains, shouldn't privacy protection be left to the guests? Despite the new interior, there's a table with peeling paint that looks like it was picked up from a garbage dump, which is disappointing. The air conditioner's noise is creaky and loud. The walls are thin, and I can hear the bass and vibrations from the next room at night. The bed is thin and lacks cushioning. It's unbelievable to have this level of quality at this price range.

    The room is clean. The bed is moderately firm and comfortable to sleep on. The pillow is relatively large and easy to use. Amenities are available for pick-up at the front desk and are well-stocked. Check-in and check-out are efficient and problem-free. Since I had stayed here before, they kindly skipped the detailed explanation of the property, which I appreciated. The large public bath is spacious and clean. The only slight disappointment in terms of facilities was that the parking lot was full, and I had to go to a nearby parking lot, but since the weather was nice, it was okay. It might be difficult if the weather were bad. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety and tastes good. There are so many options that you won't get bored even with a multiple night stay. Although it was very crowded, they have a good system where you can take a ticket and be called via LINE, allowing you to return to your room or take a morning walk without wasting time. I stayed with my child, and it was conveniently located just a short walk from Sapporo Station, making it easy to use. It was a stress-free and highly satisfying stay.

    - Breakfast time can be crowded, with guests lining up in the hallway from around 6:00 AM. While the seafood rice bowl is popular for its customizable toppings, the overall taste of the dishes is average. Soups are lukewarm and disappointing, and grilled fish portions are small and tough. It seems difficult to expect freshly prepared warm breakfast here. The all-you-can-eat melon lacks flavor and isn't particularly appealing. - On the second night, there was no room cleaning service; instead, replacement towels were provided in a bag hung on the door, which was convenient. However, there were some minor stains in the bathroom that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. - The location is excellent—just about a 5-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station. Overall impression: it feels like you get what you pay for.

    It's nice to have a large public bath, but...

    There is a large public bath, but only one towel per person is provided from the Room. It was uncomfortable to use a soaking wet towel in the morning. The Room bath is new and clean but very small. Breakfast was crowded, but it was delicious.

    It was a good Hotel.

    Since it is still new, all the Facilities were great. The seafood breakfast is the best among the Hotels in the city. The TV was also large-screen, and the internet environment was excellent, so I was very satisfied.

    I would like to stay longer next time.

    My first time in Sapporo. It was difficult to find the way to the hotel as I arrived late at night due to a flight delay, but I was able to soothe my exhausted body in the clean room and the separate bath and toilet. Breakfast was crowded, but it was delicious.
