Disappointed
For two nights in a Standard Twin, the price was JPY 93,000. Mineral water was only available from a water dispenser, housekeeping was not provided (only once every two days), and amenities such as toothbrushes had to be picked up on the first floor. Given this price and these conditions, I will not use this hotel again.

I was able to relax and enjoy a quiet stay.
This was my third stay. This time, I stayed for an extended period while changing Rooms. When I entered the Room, it was extremely quiet with excellent soundproofing, which was great. Also, the breakfast selection is plentiful, and you can fully enjoy the flavors of Hokkaido. The location is also convenient—Odori Park and Sapporo Station are within walking distance, and you can go out to eat without needing a car. That said, I have one request and one question. First, my request: regarding breakfast, it was a bit disappointing that the menu did not change from day to day. I assume many guests are on a Multiple Night Stay, so I would appreciate it if there could be even small changes each day. Next, my question: this time I stayed on the 14th floor as well as other floors, and the 14th floor was clearly of a higher grade. Only the 14th floor had Imari ware cups and a Nestlé machine, and even the hair dryer was of a higher level. Since there does not appear to be a designated club floor, I would be happy if other floors could be made similar to the 14th floor in the future. I would like to stay with you again when visiting Sapporo. Thank you in advance.

It was great.
The Facility was very clean. Check-in was smooth via the machine if you had already paid in advance. It felt like there wasn’t much interaction with the staff. I added breakfast, and I was very satisfied—the selection was luxurious and everything was delicious. The salmon roe rice bowl, watermelon, and blancmange were especially tasty and became my favorites. However, it gets extremely crowded. Depending on the time, you should plan for about a 30-minute wait. I hadn’t planned for that, so I ended up rushing a bit and would have liked to enjoy it more slowly. The bath area was also clean, and it was great to stretch out my tired legs. If I had to mention one thing, it was very crowded and I had to wait for an available locker, so that may depend on the season or timing. So it’s not something I would deduct points for, but I’m noting it as a reference. It’s a Hotel I’d like to use again.

A Hotel with Exceptional Satisfaction in Every Aspect
This is my go-to Accommodation for my annual trips to Sapporo! On the first night, I stayed in a Corner Twin for the first time. The windows were large, and I had a pleasant view with the Hokkaido Government Office building right in front of me—perfect for relaxing with drinks in the Room. On the second night, since my child was Child Sharing Existing Bedding, we chose a Superior Double. The window was smaller and it felt even more compact, but it was still very functional. There was also an ice machine on the top floor, and perhaps as part of Superior perks there were bath salts provided as well, which was a nice touch. At check-in, the male staff member at reception had no expression and his service was disappointing—neither good nor bad overall. However, the male staff member at check-out was very pleasant, so I’ll call it even (lol). And what I especially recommend is breakfast. There is a wide variety of dishes with many local items, and everything—Japanese or Western—is high quality. All of the staff are friendly and it feels great. The salted bread that wasn’t available last year was delicious, so I hope you keep offering it! The only disappointment was that the breakfast crowding status shown on the in-room TV didn’t match reality. It showed “not busy,” so we went then—but there were actually 30 groups waiting. After getting my young child excited and taking them there, having to bring them back to the Room and manage their bad mood was frustrating... Still, the large public bath is very clean; we received a full set of children’s amenities for Child Sharing Existing Bedding at the front desk; there are Sekkisei amenities; and needless to say, the location is excellent... Overall, this trip once again reminded me that in Sapporo it’s Solaria all the way for me. I’m looking forward to planning another trip so we can come again next year.

A chic, clean Hotel.
We stayed here as a group of four couples. Because we made our Reservation early, we were able to stay at this popular Hotel at a reasonable rate. We booked a standard twin Room, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. There was also a proper space for suitcases, so organizing our luggage was stress-free. It was convenient to be able to check how crowded the breakfast area and the large public bath were on the TV monitor in the Room. One small disappointment was that the bag provided for taking items to the large public bath was just a plastic bag. Something simple is fine, but I would have appreciated a tote-style bag with a wider base. I would like to stay here again next time.

Delicious
The breakfast is very delicious. The seafood rice bowl, soup curry, and more—I'd like to stay again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, except for one issue.
I stayed for three nights from May 14. I chose this Hotel for its convenient location—about a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station—and its large public bath. My room was on the 14th floor, and the large window offered a view of Mt. Moiwa; looking down, I could also see the Red Brick Government Building, which felt very relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. However, while it would have been perfect for two nights, staying three nights made me wish there had been more variety, as the menu was almost the same each day. The staff’s service and phone support were pleasant and courteous. One very disappointing point was that there were quite a few guests who did not follow proper etiquette in the public bath—for example, entering the tub without washing after coming from the changing area, or even after using the restroom. During my roughly 30-minute bathing time each day, I saw multiple people doing this on all three days. There were notices at the entrance to the bath area, but the text was small and I don’t think it is sufficient. Since I believe the public bath is one of this Hotel’s key features, I would like to request that you provide a written notice at check-in and also explain it verbally. If this improves, it will make future stays even more comfortable. I would like to stay again on my next trip to Sapporo and hope to see improvements.

I stayed here again for the first time in a year.
I stayed here during Golden Week last year and loved the location and service, so I chose it again this year. The Room is new and functional, and having a large public bath is a big plus. There’s also a coin laundry, so I could wash clothes that smelled of jingisukan—nothing to complain about. Breakfast was delicious as well, and I was very satisfied. It’s close to Sapporo Station, the Hokkaido Government Office is right in front, and Susukino is within walking distance, so I’d like to stay here again.

We used this Hotel for a family trip as two couples from different generations. Since we were coming from far away, we met at the Hotel on separate schedules, but the spacious lounge made it easy to wait and meet up without stress. We made a Reservation for two Rooms—a Standard Twin and a Corner Twin—and they kindly assigned us adjacent Rooms, which was very convenient for inviting each other to meals and outings. It had been a while since we went out together so much, and there were plenty of things to enjoy at the Hotel as well—having all four of us eat together while trying to decide what to choose from the overwhelming breakfast selection, and relaxing in the large public bath. We also found it helpful that we could check the laundry status from our Room. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

Corner Room with a Great View
This Hotel is conveniently located near the station, with views of the Red Brick Government Building and its gardens, and I also love the calm atmosphere throughout the property. This time, I stayed for the third year in a row—my third stay overall. I chose a corner twin Room for the view, and as soon as I opened the curtains, the building was right in front of me. The Hotel’s height—not overly tall even on higher floors—felt just right, and I looked forward to coming back to my Room each time. The amenity setup remains the same: you pick up what you need in the lobby and bring it to your Room. However, sustainability efforts seem to have progressed further—for example, water that used to be provided in plastic bottles is now available from a dispenser in the elevator hall (having both room-temperature and cold water is convenient). Also, during a Multiple Night Stay, housekeeping is now every other day unless requested otherwise. Guests’ understanding is important too; in fact, many Rooms had bags with replacement towels hung on their doorknobs on non-cleaning days. I stayed three nights myself, and one cleaning was more than enough. It also seems they open breakfast earlier when the waiting area starts getting crowded; even during Golden Week there wasn’t the kind of long entry line we experienced before. The large public bath also felt well managed with good manners observed by guests. I hope they will continue reviewing what needs improvement so it remains a Hotel where guests can always enjoy a comfortable stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

New Facilities and Amenities
This eco-friendly Hotel places a bottle and instructions in the guest room encouraging guests to use the water dispenser in the elevator lobby. However, I couldn’t find the dispenser anywhere, and when I called the front desk, I was told it was out of order and had been removed. Since check-in is done via an automated kiosk, there was no notice or guidance. Although the Facility is new, the in-room safe showed an error from the start and could not be used. Housekeeping was also inadequate, with trash left in various areas of the room. To avoid evening crowds, I went to the public bath at 6:00 a.m., but both the tub and washing area were covered with hair and grime; it didn’t appear to have been cleaned, which was disappointing. Because I checked out early to go skiing, I politely asked if you could store one carry-on-size suitcase for just one night after checkout. I was flatly refused due to “no storage space” and told to walk to Sapporo Station early in the morning and use a coin locker instead. Having stayed at many properties ranging from Business Hotels to luxury Hotels, this experience made me realize how service can change at inbound-focused Hotels. I then contacted a nearby Hotel before booking to ask whether they could store my suitcase for one night prior to check-in. They handled it smoothly and kindly, allowing me to go skiing overnight with peace of mind.

Family Holiday
We stayed as a family of three. The Facility was clean and pleasant. The bath is in the basement, so there is no view, and the open-air bath only lets in outside air, which was a bit disappointing; however, the Facility was very clean. In contrast, the view from our Room and from the restaurant on the 2nd floor was excellent—the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building (Red Brick) is right in front of you, and we could also see Mt. Moiwa (?). We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and ate too much. We would like to stay again.

Comfortable and easy to spend time in
I stayed here with my daughter while sightseeing at the Sapporo Snow Festival. It was very conveniently located for the festival venue and exploring Sapporo, and the subway station was right nearby, making getting around truly easy. We stayed in a Corner Twin Room. It felt very clean, and everything—including the amenities—was simple and very comfortable. The large public bath was also clean, and I was able to warm up slowly after getting chilled from sightseeing. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and I was impressed that we were seated at the breakfast venue without any waiting. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, all of them delicious, and it was a very satisfying start to the day. With an excellent balance of location, comfort, and smooth operations, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to use again when visiting Sapporo.

Ideal for sightseeing.
I stayed for three nights because I wanted to see the Snow Festival at least once. With the Odori Park Snow Festival and Otaru Snow Light Path happening at the same time, the price was higher than usual, but the location was excellent and very convenient. The distance you need to walk outside is short—almost makes you wish there were just a bit more underground walkway. I realized on the second day that if you head from Sapporo Station to the Hotel via the parking lot behind it, cross the road to the building opposite, you can then go the rest of the way through underground passages. Breakfast had a good variety, and true to Hokkaido style, you can enjoy a seafood rice bowl. Since you serve it yourself, I even saw people piling on so much salmon roe that it became an ikura bowl. I was also happy with my Room, which had a view of the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building (the Red Brick Building). One small disappointment was that amenities have to be picked up from the first-floor lobby and that the in-room refrigerator was empty—it felt like a Business Hotel in that respect. Because staff service and housekeeping were so good, I wished there were amenities and bottled water provided in the Room. I understand this would add cost and isn’t easy, but I hope you will consider it. Finally, since this trip involved a lot of walking, your great location helped me tremendously. Thank you very much.

I had a comfortable stay.
Although it was a crowded season during the Snow Festival, I had a comfortable stay. The Room had a great view, and the sofa was very comfortable. The interior had a Scandinavian style, and I especially liked the restaurant chairs (with backrest cushions). There was no line at breakfast, so I could dine at a relaxed pace. The salmon roe on the seafood rice bowl was large, glossy, and delicious. It was slightly disappointing that the Western options were fairly standard and limited in variety. The large public bath felt clean, and it warmed me up so I slept soundly. I also appreciated that they stored my luggage after checkout. Overall, I was satisfied with everything except the price, and I would recommend it to others.

The Red Brick Government Building was beautifully visible.
The Corner Twin Room offers a direct view of the Red Brick Government Building. It was beautifully lit up, and I spent most of my time by the window while in the room. Breakfast was not as crowded as expected, and I enjoyed seafood and Hokkaido-style dishes to my satisfaction. A few downsides were having to bring towels to the public bath, the inconvenience of walking back and forth to the distant water dispenser multiple times, and the humidifying function of the air purifier not working. The staff seemed friendly and likely would have addressed these issues if contacted, but I was too tired at night to reach out. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, so I would consider staying here again if given another opportunity.

A Hotel That Satisfies in Every Way
I chose this hotel in Sapporo because of its excellent reviews. Upon entering, I was greeted by a pleasant fragrance that immediately felt soothing. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, and the large public bath was very well-maintained. The popular breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, including many ingredients unique to Hokkaido, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It’s a hotel I would love to stay at again.

The distance from the station is somewhat inconvenient.
I planned to walk from Sapporo Station, but due to the cold, I took a taxi instead. Since it’s only one stop by subway, I recommend using the subway. The underground bath is spacious and nice, but the floor is slippery and could be dangerous. However, I was able to stay at a reasonable price.

Good Hotel Near the Station, But...
We stayed for one night and two days as three generations of a family. Overall satisfaction was high, but it was disappointing that the room was on the back side of the Hotel, so we couldn't see the red brick building. Since the room was called a Deluxe Triple Room, we might have had overly high expectations.

Delicious breakfast
The Room and the large public bath are clean, and the breakfast is very delicious, which made me come back. The windows are large, offering a view of the government office and green trees right in front, and its proximity to Sapporo Station is also a plus. I will use this place again when I visit Sapporo.

A Long-Awaited Stay
Last time I stayed, I focused on sightseeing and couldn't fully enjoy the Hotel, so I wanted to stay again! I enjoyed the fitness room, large public bath, and welcome drinks. My favorite is the Genghis Khan at the breakfast buffet here. Of course, I had plenty this time as well. It would have been even better if the fromage cheesecake that was available before had been there again.

I had a very pleasant stay.
I often stay at luxury accommodations in Tokyo, but I always struggle to choose a hotel in Sapporo. Many of the so-called luxury accommodations in Sapporo are old, which is disappointing for someone like me who prefers newer hotels. This time, during a three-day weekend, I couldn't book the accommodation I stayed at before and decided to take a chance on Solaria from the available options. The reason for my hesitation was that when I previously stayed at Solaria in Ginza, the room was dark and small, and the bathroom wasn't clean despite how nice it looked on their website photos. So, my impression of Solaria wasn't great. Even this time, while the photos looked good, I was nervous about what it would actually be like. At 21 square meters, it's quite small. Since I'm used to staying at hotels twice that size in Tokyo, I prepared myself for it. In the end, though small as expected, the room was cleverly designed and didn't feel too cramped. Most importantly—the room wasn’t dark! The cleaning was thorough as well; everything felt fresh and comfortable. It might just be my favorite accommodation in Sapporo so far! The price is affordable too—great value for money. I've stayed at hotels in Sapporo that cost more than double this one’s price before but realized cleanliness matters most to me. Despite being compact here, thoughtful touches like sliding doors minimized any sense of stress while making efficient use of space. I didn’t try out their onsen facilities so can’t comment on those. As for parking—there are limited spaces available onsite; however, there’s an affiliated parking lot just a minute's walk away if needed. While hotel parking allows free entry/exit anytime (though often full), affiliated lots don’t permit re-entry which can be inconvenient. Overall though—it’s reasonably priced and clean enough that I'd love to stay again! Please continue maintaining such high standards of cleanliness moving forward—it makes all the difference!

Accommodation for Live Events
I have used this place before, and once again, it was the right choice to stay in a Room with a calm atmosphere and a large public bath to relax my tired body after the live event. The friendly service with smiles and reassuring responses (check-in time, taxi arrangements, blanket rental, currency exchange) were excellent. I would love to use this place again.

It was a good Hotel.
Stayed for the Hokkaido Marathon. Arrived earlier than the check-in time, but was smoothly guided for early parking lot use, allowing plenty of time for pre-race registration. The location is excellent—within walking distance to the starting point in the morning and even manageable to walk back after finishing with tired legs. Also conveniently close to Sapporo Station, making it easy to find meals and buy souvenirs. The bath was clean and great for recovery, and multiple gender-separated washing machines were very helpful. If I participate in next year’s Hokkaido Marathon, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you to both the hotel staff and parking staff!

Everything was satisfactory.
The hotel gives the impression of being a mid-grade option between a Business Hotel and a City Hotel. The room is reasonably spacious, with a sofa for relaxation. If the room were smaller and lacked a sofa, it would feel like just a place to sleep, which might be fine for work trips. However, since my purpose was leisure like golf, I’m glad I chose this hotel. The public bath is not an Onsen and does not have a sauna, but I don’t mind as long as there’s a large bathtub where I can stretch my legs comfortably—no complaints here. The breakfast buffet offers sufficient variety and quality. If only smoking rooms were available, it would be 120 points for me as a smoker; however, given the current times, it’s understandable. Overall, it was an excellent hotel!

This was my second stay. The parking staff, though working alone, provided very polite guidance. The Hotel has many rooms, so it seems to attract a lot of group and international guests. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes featuring ingredients from Hokkaido, and items are replenished promptly. I stayed during the busy season when it was very crowded. I arrived slightly before the opening time for breakfast, but it had already opened and there were long lines at the buffet stations. It would be helpful if guests were informed during check-in that opening times might be adjusted earlier during busy periods. Although not the Hotel's responsibility, my appetite was affected by some foreign guests' manners during breakfast—they were drinking beverages taken from the buffet while walking around. During crowded times, this could lead to accidental contact or staining someone’s clothes; perhaps a gentle reminder from staff would be appreciated in such situations. The Room is functional, clean, and comfortable to stay in. Its location is excellent with easy walking access to Odori Park and Susukino. I can recommend this Hotel to friends and acquaintances without hesitation. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Sapporo!

Why is the stomach so slippery?
The Onsen facilities are not available, and the floor can be slippery, which may pose a safety concern. The bathing area is narrow, and it can be uncomfortable due to water splashing from others. The Room is quiet and comfortable but lacks in-room drying facilities for towels. Guests need to fetch water from a shared dispenser, which might be inconvenient. The location is convenient for sightseeing with easy access to the station and dining options. Parking is available but fills up quickly. Breakfast can get crowded with limited seating. Some items like melon run out early and are replaced by alternatives such as watermelon. While you can make your own rice bowls, some ingredients like scallops are quite small in size.

Highly Satisfied
I stayed for three nights in a Superior Room on the top floor for the first time. The reasons I chose this accommodation were its location and reviews. The result was complete satisfaction. I visit Sapporo every year, and I wish I had chosen this place earlier. It’s very close to Sapporo Station, and the machine check-in process was efficient. Amenities could be taken as needed, and there were ice machines and water purifiers on the floor, which was very convenient. The coffee maker in the room provided delicious coffee and green tea. The large public bath was incredibly clean, almost like an onsen accommodation, making it extremely comfortable. The Refa hairdryer, cleanliness of the changing area, spaciousness—everything was perfect! I also loved having my favorite Provence shampoo available. As for breakfast: with a ticketing system in place, you could wait comfortably in your room if needed. Even with 15 groups ahead of us waiting at one point, turnover was so quick that we didn’t have to wait long at all compared to what we expected! Breakfast itself—seafood bowls (kaisendon), fried chicken (zangi), soup curry—was so delicious that we went back for seconds multiple times! Staff members were impressively efficient; replenishments came quickly too! On our last day there even happened to be limited-edition melon served—it made everything feel extra special overall though perhaps slight variations across days might’ve added variety? From our room window overlooking newly renovated Hokkaido Government Office building views felt lovely despite compact size inside yet big TV ensured comfort throughout stay hence already looking forward toward returning someday hopefully same type-room again enjoying another memorable trip around Sapporo soon enough! If not seeking luxury hotel-level concierge services etc., personally found everything here more than sufficient instead truly grateful overall experience thank-you!!
