    A flawless Stays experience

I had been interested in this Property since it first opened, but at the time, the price was quite high, so I couldn't stay there. This time, I found a period with a reasonable price and quickly made a Reservation. In conclusion, as the title suggests, it is a perfect Property with no complaints. The check-in service, lounge service, meals, environment, and especially the Room with a natural hot spring bath (I could even swim a little, haha) were all perfect, leaving no room for complaints. At night, the starry sky was beautiful... During the day, I took a short trip to the nearby ranch... There was also a gym in the Facility, so I could work up a light sweat.

    I was very satisfied.

This was my first stay in Niseko, and I was very satisfied with the service, facility, and food. The breakfast was especially delicious! We stayed with an infant, and they were very considerate, making it a very comfortable stay.

I was looking forward to it, but

Previously, I visited Zaborin and had a very pleasant time, so I looked at the reviews with the hope of having a different experience this time. The onsen in the room was very nice and I could relax. The room also offered a view of Mt. Yotei, allowing for a leisurely and quiet stay, which I was satisfied with. However, I was disappointed with the meals. First, despite having a set time, we were kept waiting. Although the meal was supposed to be in a private room, the door was left open from the staff's perspective, and since the outside of the door was a corridor, people were passing by, making it hard to enjoy the meal peacefully. The loud voices of guests in the large venue were audible, which was disappointing. It's fine that overseas staff were serving, but the explanation about sake in broken Japanese was incomprehensible. Considering my age, I wondered how many more times I could come to Hokkaido, so I chose this property with high expectations, which made the disappointment even greater. Expectations are high for the price. Please provide customers with an experience that matches the value of the price.

    High standards in everything

Stayed in the Water Room. This property meets the standards expected of a luxury ryokan. Welcoming before arriving at the entrance, taking care of large luggage, and valet parking. Once inside, the scent of wood and incense. Check-in after having matcha and dry sweets in the spacious lobby. Initially, I planned to go out nearby after check-in, but the moment I saw the view, that thought vanished. Mount Yotei, boom! Perhaps because I like mountains, I never got tired of the changing appearance with time. In the evening, it was red under the sunset, at night a mystical silhouette with the moonlight and Orion, and the sunrise rising from behind. The room's floor was white wood, and I was comfortable barefoot without slippers. The bath was a cloudy onsen with a view of Mount Yotei when the window was opened. During both dinner and breakfast, the staff's explanations were accurate, and the surrounding information about the ingredients and dishes was excellent. I rated the meal a 4 only because, in the creative French dinner, although very good ingredients were used, there were two dishes where I wished the ingredients were highlighted without much sauce. The potatoes were truly delicious. Breakfast was almost perfect. Being a new property, I was slightly worried about the staff, but there was no problem at all; they provided service like a prestigious long-established ryokan. Staff, room, cuisine, onsen. All were of high standard. Added to the revisit list. It was an extremely comfortable stay. Thank you to all the staff.

    It is simply wonderful.

The room, lounge, cuisine, onsen, view from the room, and hospitality, everything is perfect at this property. It was unfortunate that we couldn't go out to the balcony due to the occurrence of stink bugs this time. If it were closer, I would like to visit every month. The staff are all kind, and it is one of my top three favorite regular stays. Thanks to you, this trip was wonderful as well. I look forward to visiting again next time.

The food and the room were both very good. Since the bath is only in the room, it would be better if it were a bit more spacious.

    Wonderful Japanese Inn

A very quiet and lovely Japanese inn. Local wood is used abundantly, and Japanese furniture and art are displayed. It has a dignified appearance rather than being ostentatious. The view of Mount Yotei from the front is breathtaking, and the spacious bar corner feels solemn, like a church chapel. I imagined how beautiful the snowy landscape through the large glass windows would be in winter. For meals, we had teppanyaki and creative French cuisine. The teppanyaki was served to one group at a time, allowing us to have a private space all to ourselves, and we enjoyed dishes made with local ingredients and Yoichi wine with warm hospitality. Since my companion was not fond of shellfish, they thoughtfully considered various menu options. The local vegetables and mushrooms from Hokkaido were also very delicious. The creative French cuisine was enjoyed in a private counter room with a stunning night view of the full moon floating beside Mount Yotei. There were several private rooms. The dishes, which carefully utilized rare local ingredients, were French without being overly eccentric and were impressively delicious. The portions were generous up to the final dessert, and it was a shame we couldn't visit the bar afterward because we were so full. The spacious room, adorned with Japanese furniture and art, was elegant and clean, with fresh flowers displayed. The bedroom had blackout shoji screens, ensuring an undisturbed awakening. In the bathroom, I enjoyed the constantly flowing hot spring in a large bathtub measuring about 180 centimeters square. Although it is a relatively new inn, it has the dignity of a long-established one. The inn was so wonderful that I didn't feel like going out at all. I would love to visit again.

I had a very satisfying stay.

We stayed for one night as a couple during our late summer trip to Hokkaido. First of all, the overall atmosphere, room decor, and furnishings all matched our tastes perfectly, so I had a gut feeling that this was a hit! The open-air bath in the room was very large, and we enjoyed it while gazing at the majestic Mount Yotei right in front of us. For dinner, we chose creative French cuisine that focused on Hokkaido ingredients, and we were very satisfied as we could sense the chef's excellent taste in every dish. The homemade bread was so delicious that I overate and felt uncomfortable towards the end, which was a bit of a shame... The breakfast also showed a commitment to quality ingredients, and although I usually eat lightly, I finished everything. Next summer, I definitely want to visit again to try the teppanyaki. All the staff were very pleasant and provided courteous service. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

    The most wonderful accommodation ever.

I came across a wonderful inn. This time, I landed at Hakodate Airport, rented a car, and used this inn on the second day of my 3-night, 4-day trip around Southern Hokkaido to Sapporo. First of all, when you arrive at the inn, Mount Yotei spreads out right in front of you, and its presence is overwhelming! The building is designed so that all rooms have a view of Mount Yotei. When you enter the room, you feel a sense of cleanliness and the warmth of wood, and a sense of unity with the surrounding nature. Of course, right in front of you, beyond the large glass windows of the living room and bedroom, is the impressive view of Mount Yotei. The onsen bath, which uses water directly from the source, is semi-private, and when you open the large glass windows, you can enjoy the hot spring while feeling the outside air, and there is a screen door, so you don't have to worry about insects. The source temperature is said to be 53 degrees, but the water temperature was just right without needing to add cold water. The meals were also very delicious. Every dish brought out the best of Hokkaido's ingredients, with various creative touches, making it a delightful and delicious experience that engaged all five senses. Lastly, the staff's attentiveness, consideration, and smiles were wonderful, making for a pleasant stay. I definitely want to visit again.
