  Stayed for 2 nights ...

  Stayed for 2 nights to support the Saga National Sports Festival. Coincidentally, it coincided with an anniversary, and we were celebrated with a cake. It turned out to be a very enjoyable trip with the support and the anniversary. Thank you to the wonderful Hotel and the kind staff! I would like to use it again when traveling to the Kyushu area.

  IKYU Diamond members...

  IKYU Diamond members were told that the drinks in the refrigerator are free, but when checked, it was empty. Unable to make external calls from the room, we were told to make restaurant reservations personally, resulting in a hotel with the lowest service where nothing was gained. The quality of the bed was poor, leading to two nights of insufficient sleep. Although breakfast was a buffet, the French toast was limited to one per person, showing frugality. Additionally, the sauna bath usage fee was doubled unless it was part of a dinner package, which was surprising. The lack of transportation convenience left nothing to praise, which is my impression.

  Thank you very much for staying at the Grand Empire Hotel. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort you experienced despite choosing our hotel among many others. Regarding the feedback we received this time, we will share it with all staff to ensure that similar issues do not occur in the future and take appropriate measures. Additionally, we will review the service manual again to improve and ensure that our guests can have a comfortable stay. As for the sauna charges, we recommend the plan with sauna included, which is more economical, so if you have the opportunity, we would appreciate it if you could use that.   It's always the best no matter how many times you stay!

  Thank you again this time, following last month. I have been using this hotel for the past few years, and it is such a wonderful hotel that there is nothing to criticize. Until the day before my stay, I was staying at a hotel in Fukuoka City (in front of Hakata Station), but apart from the location, I couldn't be satisfied, and the moment I arrived at this hotel, I felt as comfortable as if I had returned home. That's how comfortable it is. I felt one thing, I would like the water (2 cans) placed in the room to be provided as a service, even if the price is increased. It's a hassle to go to the shop on the 1st floor to buy it when it runs out.
