    It was an unexpectedly wonderful stay.

    On a whim, I made a same-day Reservation and stayed for one night. The Room was spacious, spotless, and wonderful. I also enjoyed the breakfast, including delicious local specialties. The staff were very courteous, and I had a truly comfortable stay. It was my first time in Hakata, and it became a precious memory. I was deeply impressed by the outstanding hospitality. Thank you very much.

    Open Campus

    We usually stay here as a couple. This time, our son had retired from his club activities and we were looking for a Room so he could attend an open campus event. We were able to use two twin Rooms, connected by a partition door, which made it fun and easy to go back and forth. Highly recommended for group trips.

    Both the Room and the hallway were spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably.

    We stayed as a family of three with No Meals Included, and the Room was spacious—there was no feeling of being cramped even with three beds. The bathroom and washbasin area were also large, clean, and very relaxing.\nThere was also a Shuttle Service to the Hotel, so it was fine even without a car.\nWe received an “Imo Heat” welcome drink, which was delicious.\nThe hallways were wide, and the whole place felt bright and open—we would like to stay again if we have the chance.

    It was a Hotel where we could spend an elegant stay.

    It was a Hotel where I could relax and enjoy an elegant stay for the first time in a while. The Italian cuisine was excellent, and I felt it was definitely a Hotel worth returning to, so I made another Reservation for next month. I stayed after hiking, and it really helped me recover from the fatigue.

    A Hotel you’d want to visit every month if it were in the neighboring prefecture.

    The Room is spacious, with a high ceiling that feels like stepping into a giant’s Room. The bath and toilet are separate and roomy. I stayed for two nights, and dinner was different each day—both were satisfying Italian course meals. The Hotel staff spoke clearly and were easy to understand. The interior was beautiful, with many artworks on display; there was also a painting by Takeshi Kitano.

    Great value for money!

    The hallways, restaurant table layout, and of course the Room are all spacious, and there are two washbasins, so you can enjoy a very relaxing stay. This was my second stay following last autumn, and it fully met my expectations. The best part is the food. Both the dinner course and the breakfast buffet use high-quality ingredients and are very satisfying. Some people may feel the flavors are light, but I think that’s because the sauces (seasoning) are designed to bring out the quality of the ingredients. The Plan also included sparkling wine and two types of red wine, and all of them were delicious. We moved to a neighboring prefecture and discovered this Hotel, and it’s such a wonderful Hotel that I want many more people to stay here. It offers great value for money, and if you stay overnight you can visit the Ashuran Museum of Art and the Bird House for free. It was rainy this time, but we thoroughly enjoyed the Ashuran Museum of Art. That said, I have two requests—things I’d like to see improved. First, since the nightwear is a one-piece style, I would prefer a two-piece set. I understand it may be difficult to change right away, so next time I will bring my own. Second, the top sheet between the duvet and blanket interferes with comfortable sleep. If a top sheet is used, it made me worry whether duvet covers might not be changed unless there is visible staining. Personally, I would prefer not to have a top sheet. Since my birthday was the day after our stay, we received an adorable bear and a message card—and they also wrote our requested message (from the Happy Anniversary Plan) on the whole cake included with the Plan. This cake was also very delicious. I would love to use this Plan again for an anniversary in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for everything.

    It was amazing!

    Thank you for taking care of me for three days! I was looking for a Hotel that was conveniently located from both the airport and the wedding venue, and I found this one. I took a taxi from the station to the Hotel. As soon as the taxi arrived, a staff member helped unload my luggage and guided me to the front desk. I arrived a little earlier than check-in time, so I thought I would just leave my luggage, but they told me my Room was ready and let me in early. I had a lot to prepare before heading to the wedding, so this was incredibly helpful! On the second day, when sightseeing in Fukuoka, they also kindly showed me where the bus stop was—it helped so much. Thanks to them, I had a great time! After staying for three days, I can say the staff’s service was outstanding—this was truly the best Hotel I’ve stayed at in all my travels. Sorry for such a long message, but when I visit Fukuoka again, I would love to stay here again!

    Just to relax.

    Although I live in Onojo, I stayed overnight. I occasionally come for lunch or afternoon tea, but this was my second stay since the last time, when I couldn’t travel far due to COVID. Because it was so wonderful then, I suddenly decided to stay solo this time. At dinner, I ordered the same three-glass wine set as last time. Each glass was very generous, and I thoroughly enjoyed it with the meal. The Room was spacious and made me feel truly relaxed. Breakfast also offered a wide variety and was delicious. I took my time until the 11:00 Shuttle Service departure and then returned home. I’m happy to have such a lovely Hotel nearby. Next time, I’d like to visit Bird House, which I couldn’t make it to this time.

    A well-maintained Hotel with thorough cleaning

    This was my first stay. It was a quiet, relaxing Hotel, and everything was impeccably clean. The marble floors in the spacious lobby and even the corners of the hallway floors were spotless and gleaming. The garden flowers and landscaping were also very well maintained, and I have rarely seen a Hotel with such thorough cleaning. The Room had high ceilings and was spacious, and the soft, thick bed was very comfortable. However, for the size of the Room, the furniture felt somewhat small in proportion, making it look a bit plain. The hallways are wide and can feel a little empty. With such excellent cleanliness and service, I hope the interior decor becomes more vibrant. All staff were kind and provided hospitable service. I would like to stay here again when visiting Fukuoka.

    An extraordinary open space with exceptional accessibility.

    I stayed here during my New Year trip. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was amazed by the spacious and open atmosphere, instantly feeling transported to an extraordinary world. The guest room was also generously sized, allowing my family and me to enjoy a very comfortable stay! This time we traveled by car, and access to Hakata city center and Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine was incredibly smooth, making it the perfect location for New Year sightseeing. I would love to stay here again!

    I would love to stay here again.

    We stayed in a triple room for two nights with four children and two adults. The accommodation was very clean, and the room, toilet, and bath were spacious and comfortable. We were also surprised by the wide hallway on the floor where our room was located. When we went to the breakfast venue, most of the other guests were families with children like us on both days. However, it was so quiet that we couldn't hear any children's voices from inside our hotel room. The breakfast selection felt smaller compared to larger hotels but had just the right variety. Many items were handmade, and everything was delicious. We especially appreciated having omelets and rice balls freshly prepared on-site. Since we visit Fukuoka regularly, we would definitely love to stay here again!

    The Room is spacious and comfortable!

    I stayed here once before and liked it, so I booked a repeat stay for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights. This time, I arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time and was kindly advised to visit the nearby art museum or bird park while waiting. Both are within walking distance from the Accommodation. The art museum is impressive, and the bird park features adorable owls that were very soothing to see. (These are free for guests.) The Room towels are Imabari Towels (which I didn’t notice last time). The bathroom includes a washing area, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing bath time. This time, I also dined at the restaurant. For dinner, I had pasta and soup; for lunch, I enjoyed their lunch course menu. The food was delicious! I plan to stay here again during my next drive through Kyushu!

    Highly recommended.

    We booked two rooms for two families, including toddlers. The reviews were highly rated, and based on that, we decided to stay here. The hotel's interior and meals exceeded our expectations and matched the reviews perfectly. At the breakfast buffet, freshly made rice balls were prepared right in front of us, and during dinner, we could watch pizzas being shaped and baked in the oven. Both kids and adults enjoyed watching these experiences. Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine is very close by car, making it convenient for families with children. Considering this price range with such quality, we found it very satisfying. Thank you to all the hotel staff!

    You can reach the front desk without needing to take an elevator from the parking lot. This is a luxurious hotel with an atmosphere reminiscent of an art museum. It features abundant use of marble and granite, along with elegant furnishings that exude sophistication. Inside the hotel, you can enjoy viewing Meissen porcelain, paintings by Takeshi Kitano, a golf bag made from a single piece of material, and more—making it fun to explore. Nearby, there is also the affiliated Ashuran Museum and Bird House (free admission), both showcasing remarkable exhibits. The dinner-inclusive Plan offers a relaxing dining experience in a spacious restaurant where large tables are arranged with ample space between them for comfort. Although there was some confusion regarding our reserved dinner menu, we were delighted to receive not only our usual course dessert but also an entire fruit-filled whole cake delivered to our Room—a truly satisfying treat! Breakfast is served in the same restaurant and provides another leisurely dining experience with quality ingredients. One impressive detail was how oranges were meticulously peeled down to their inner membranes—a labor-intensive touch that reflects great care. The pajamas provided were one-piece style; however, bathrobes were not available. Our east-facing upper-floor Room offered pleasant views as well. While we noticed that the bathroom floor could be slippery at times, overall this Hotel provided exceptional hospitality and allowed us to relax fully during our stay.

    A Wonderful Start to Your Journey!

    I stayed here with my husband for a 4-night, 5-day trip. From the first day, everything was exceptional—the staff's hospitality, the clean and well-equipped Room, the meals, and more. The spacious lobby featured paintings and ceramic works by renowned artists, as well as numerous ceramic chairs and tables—truly impressive. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again.     It was a wonderful Hotel.

    We stayed at this accommodation for the first time during our family summer vacation. The room and hallway were very spacious and clean, with two sinks and a washing area in the bathroom, which was excellent. The amenities and water provided were more than sufficient compared to many recent hotels, which made us very satisfied. We opted for breakfast included, and it was delicious with a calm atmosphere that we really enjoyed. Our entire family had an extremely satisfying stay. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Fukuoka!

    A very affordable mo...

    A very affordable motel/airport hotel with good value for the price. Breakfast is limited. Service can be hit or miss. The location is somewhat isolated and not close to much, and it’s not walkable at all.

    This is my fourth stay.

    As always, this is truly the best hotel. The room was spacious with a perfect balance of comfort and luxury, making it hard to believe we could stay at this price. The complimentary water service was also greatly appreciated! When our child caused a bit of trouble, the staff handled it flexibly and kindly, even towards the child, which was very helpful. Next time we stay in Fukuoka, we would gladly choose this accommodation again, even if it means traveling from the Hakata area. Thank you so much!

    It's a wonderful Hotel!

    I stayed for four days during the February holiday. The staff were very kind, and I was impressed by the spacious Room and comfortable bed, a large bathroom with a separate toilet, and delicious breakfast that made me feel like I was in a European Hotel. I used a rental car, and the parking lot was covered and free, making it truly an impeccable Hotel. If I have another opportunity to visit Fukuoka, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Great satisfaction!

    The Room is very spacious! The Ashuran lotion placed in the Room made my skin very soft. I took out pizza from the restaurant, and it was reasonably priced at around 1,600 yen to 2,000 yen, and it was delicious!

    You can relax.

    I was able to relax in the spacious Room. The New Year's osechi was also very beautiful and tasted great. Also, while Rooms in Hotels tend to be dry, the air conditioning was just right, allowing us to sleep comfortably without being too cold or hot. We talked as a family about how cost-effective it was at this price and that we would like to use it again. The take-out wood-fired pizza was also delicious! Thank you very much.

    Thank you for allowing us to stay for a long period of 4 nights and 5 days.     A spacious hotel created by a cosmetics manufacturer Although it is located in a somewhat inconvenient place, the building and room are very spacious, making it feel like staying in a European castle. Breakfast is a buffet, with not so many varieties, but everything is delicious. The response at the front desk seems to depend on the person, but it's not quite satisfactory. Requesting a shuttle service to the station was also not quite efficient. (The person who actually provided the shuttle service was wonderfully accommodating.)

    The Facility is new ...

    The Facility is new and offers good cost performance. The meals are sophisticated and the portions are just right. Unfortunately, there was a group of women who seemed to be having a class reunion at a nearby table, causing noise without considering the inconvenience to others. This unpleasant experience continued not only during dinner but also at breakfast. If there had been partitions, the noise might have been somewhat mitigated. There were also people who seemed to be related to a cosmetics company talking quite loudly with the staff, making one suspect they mistook the place for a company dormitory.

    Luxurious atmosphere Hotel

    As soon as you enter the entrance of the Hotel, you will want to exclaim "Wow, it's wonderful!" There are many furnishings, making it truly like a museum. The Room was spacious, and having two sinks in the washroom was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it leisurely, and the tableware was lovely.     It is a very wonderful Hotel.

    Stayed for 2 nights. The front desk and shuttle service staff were very kind, and I was satisfied with the room and hotel facilities. Considering the price, the dinner was also very satisfying. Although there was some distance from the station, it was about a 15-20 minute walk, so I didn't feel any major inconvenience, and it was nice to be able to reserve a shuttle service to the station. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time.

    It was a luxurious and beautiful Hotel.

    We visited with my father in a wheelchair and my mother, making a group of three. When we informed them about my father's mobility issues, they responded promptly, and when we mentioned it was a trip for my mother's birthday, a card and small sweets were discreetly placed in the room, providing a warm welcome. The interior of the hotel was very luxurious and spacious, and the shiny floors were impressive. Additionally, the art pieces displayed throughout were lovely, and my mother took many photos. It was a weekday, but despite being so luxurious, the accommodation cost was affordable, offering great value for money.

    Stayed for 2 nights ...

    Stayed for 2 nights to support the Saga National Sports Festival. Coincidentally, it coincided with an anniversary, and we were celebrated with a cake.     IKYU Diamond members...

    IKYU Diamond members were told that the drinks in the refrigerator are free, but when checked, it was empty. Unable to make external calls from the room, we were told to make restaurant reservations personally, resulting in a hotel with the lowest service where nothing was gained. The quality of the bed was poor, leading to two nights of insufficient sleep. Although breakfast was a buffet, the French toast was limited to one per person, showing frugality. Additionally, the sauna bath usage fee was doubled unless it was part of a dinner package, which was surprising. The lack of transportation convenience left nothing to praise, which is my impression.
