    The Room felt more s...

    The Room felt more spacious than expected, and it was clean and very comfortable! The amenities were well stocked and really helpful! We made a Reservation with dinner and breakfast included—dinner was a satisfying, generous full-course meal, and breakfast was an excellent buffet with a great selection of Kanazawa-style dishes! The Hotel’s interior design was also wonderful! Thank you!

    Hyatt Centric Kanazawa

    I’ve stayed here many times, but this time it was a holiday, so expecting crowds, I relaxed at the wine bar in Cross Gate. However, no one answered the phone no matter how many times I called to confirm check-in, and when I went directly to the Hotel, I ended up having to wait. It’s disappointing because the Facility and meals are excellent, and the staff’s service at breakfast is wonderful.

    Not exactly high-end.

    We stayed for 2 nights including our anniversary during a 5-day anniversary trip. I accepted the cost because it reflected Earn Points and other discounts, but at the regular price I would not stay. There were several issues, but what I found most unacceptable was the mid-stay Room cleaning. When we returned to our Room after breakfast, there was a “Cleaning in Progress” sign (around 10:00). Even on a mid-stay day, cleaning is usually done closer to checkout time, so I did not expect full cleaning at that hour. Work items and laundry were likely left out in plain sight. We had sightseeing reservations, so we planned to get ready and leave right after breakfast, but because the sink area was being cleaned, we couldn’t even brush our teeth and lost time waiting. If there is any chance of cleaning happening at that time of day, you should at least mention it during check-in. We were also not informed at check-in that window cleaning would take place that day; we only learned from a single sheet of paper left on the table in the Room. There was no deodorizing spray provided in the Room. When I asked the front desk, they said they were out of stock and told me they would deliver one “the next morning,” but it never arrived. At breakfast they seemed to confirm our room number, but their paper list appeared to be nothing more than a simple checklist. During our stay we were not recognized as staying guests and had things explained from scratch. Even for a large Hotel, I did not feel there was any effort to hand over or confirm guest information properly, which made me question the service quality. Also, every year when booking this season I always write in the Reservation notes that it is an anniversary trip—not because I expect anything special, but because I don’t want an unpleasant experience on an important day. I am involved in the Hotel industry myself and believe such information should be shared internally. While this is not included in what we paid for—and I try not to factor it into my rating since responses vary by Hotel—even a Business Hotel will offer a simple congratulatory remark. With Hyatt here, none of the staff mentioned it even once, which felt disappointing. At checkout as well, staff were training a new employee right beside us—there’s no need to do that within arm’s reach of guests. The location is close to the station; Rooms are spacious enough; and there is plenty of art throughout the property—so on paper it isn’t bad. However, from a hospitality standpoint it cannot be called high-end. The basic communication felt worse than lower-tier hotels (at least based on my experience).

    Everything was high quality, but the Room was a bit hot.

    Both the Hotel’s Facilities and the Room were impeccable in terms of design and functionality, making my stay extremely comfortable and pleasant. It instantly helped me switch from everyday life into a special, out-of-the-ordinary mood. I also visited the bar on the top floor. Kanazawa craft gin is exceptionally delicious, and I was able to enjoy an even more flavorful gin and tonic than at other places. You can really tell how skilled the bartender is. The beautifully subdued lighting enhanced the night view through the large windows, creating a stunning space. It wasn’t overly formal, and I could relax very comfortably. The only thing that concerned me was that the Room was warm. My Room faced the station-side rotary on the south side, so it gets direct sunlight in the afternoon. Perhaps because of that, even in February the temperature stayed quite high into the evening, and I found it a bit hard to sleep on my first night. On my second night, I lowered the heating set temperature significantly and it was just right. This is one area I’d like to see improved. Overall, however, my satisfaction level was extremely high—this is definitely a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The Room interior was elegant and calming, and the staff’s courteous service also left a lasting impression. The meals were excellent, and if I have the chance to visit Kanazawa again, I would like to stay here again.

    Perfect for a trip back to your hometown.

    I stayed here with a friend while visiting my hometown. The Room was spacious for a twin, and the sense of luxury throughout made it a very satisfying experience. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all so appealing it was hard to choose—wonderful. I would like to stay again.

    I stayed on a Plan w...

    I stayed on a Plan without meals. The Room was very clean, and I was able to relax at my own pace in a calm atmosphere. The cleaning was thorough, and I had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were also efficient and helpful, making both check-in and check-out pleasant. I had an elegant and comfortable time and am very satisfied. Thank you.

    First Stay

    This was my first stay. The reception staff greeted me with warm smiles, which left a great impression. When I dropped off my luggage in advance, the staff member assisting me was not Japanese, so I felt a little uneasy about communicating (in Japanese). Even when I gave my last name, it didn’t seem to come through clearly… Still, I could tell they were doing their best. The Room was very clean and easy to use. Since I had the lounge access Plan, I used the lounge. It was crowded at first and we ended up with seats in a corner, but as soon as space opened up they moved us to a larger table, which made me feel well cared for. The food, alcohol, coffee, and more were all delicious. Breakfast also had a good variety. For drinks and such we went to the center table to pick them up, but at the next table over someone was ordering drinks from staff that weren’t available on the center table. Since no one told us anything, I wasn’t sure whether we were allowed to order as well, which left me feeling uncertain. There was just one issue. After entering the Room, I went to wash my hands and gargle. I picked up a tube near the faucet and used it while washing my hands—but it didn’t foam and felt slippery… On closer look, it turned out to be body cream! It’s partly my fault for not checking carefully before using it…but it’s easy to mistake. After that I looked for hand soap but couldn’t find any, so during my stay I used the body soap from the bathroom instead. It would have been better if proper hand soap had been provided. Other than that everything was great, so I would like to stay again.

    High quality in every aspect.

    I usually stay at a high-rise Hotel on the east side, but this was my first stay here. I was assigned a high floor and was impressed by the great view; the interior is stylish and high quality. Even compared with three international Hotels I stayed at over New Year’s, this offered the best value for money, making for a wonderful stay. I will continue to use this as my regular Accommodation when staying in Hokuriku.

    I Love Kanazawa

    Conveniently located near the station, it’s an excellent base for sightseeing, and I always have a comfortable stay. This time, to celebrate my birthday, thank you very much for upgrading my Room and for your thoughtful consideration with the dinner dishes. Thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff, it was a wonderful and memorable stay.

    Headed to the lounge...

    Headed to the lounge to unwind. It was so comfortable that it was fully booked. The light snacks were very tasty, and I wished I could have had more. Breakfast was also delicious across the board, though if there had been more local specialties, the previous menu might have felt more refined. The Room had a slight draft noise near the window that kept me from sleeping well, but I enjoyed the view of the station-front area from the window all night.

    Overall, I am satisfied, but...

    The room size, facilities, staff service, and breakfast were all satisfactory. However, if I may suggest, it would be great to have a stool and bucket in the bathroom. While these might not seem necessary for international guests, as a Japanese guest, I find them very convenient. Additionally, the lack of hangers for towels was inconvenient. It would be helpful to have a place to hang wet towels. Other than that, I believe the stay was more than adequate. I would love to stay again in the future. Thank you very much!

    The tissues and toilet paper in the bathroom are of low quality and produce a lot of dust, so it is recommended to replace them.

    We had a comfortable and pleasant year-end stay.

    I made a reservation for a plan that includes dinner and breakfast. Since it mentioned dining at the grill restaurant, I didn’t have high expectations, but the food and service exceeded my imagination. The breakfast was also made with local ingredients, ensuring safety and deliciousness. As there are many foreign travelers, the front desk staff were not very fluent in Japanese. We had no trouble communicating, but those who are not comfortable with English might feel a bit confused.

    Conveniently located near Kanazawa Station.

    There is an arcade from Kanazawa Station to the hotel, making it convenient and well-located without getting wet in rain or snow. Taxis are available at the car drop-off area, which is a good option when the East Exit bus terminal is crowded. The hotel is close to commercial facilities inside the station and has a convenience store nearby, adding to its convenience. The rooms are clean, with sturdy sofas and tables by the window. Amenities can be ordered via QR code (up to two items). I ordered a size change for pajamas and a body towel. However, there was no face towel hanger in the bathroom or laundry basket, which was inconvenient. The check-in counter is small and can only handle one group at a time. I had to wait on a bench until the previous guest finished their check-in process. It felt inefficient that staff couldn't assist with check-ins during this waiting time. Increasing staff during check-in/out hours would allow guests to access their rooms more quickly without unnecessary delays or movement between areas.

    The Facility and service are of exceptional quality, but the gym is particularly noteworthy. From free weights to cable machines, few Hotels offer a gym with this level of quality and variety.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    I have visited Kanazawa many times, staying at different accommodations each time. However, this was a hotel that made me want to stay here again on my next visit. The room faced the station's rotary side with a wide-open sky view, which made me so happy that I kept the curtains open all the time. It was clean, had well-matched furnishings with a touch of Kanazawa style, and felt very relaxing. On the first day, it rained, so I used the fitness gym. There was a large monitor; it would be great if we could choose training content or connect to YouTube on it. Breakfast included smoothies and delicious miso soup. Also, the smile of the staff who prepared coffee for me was wonderful! It gave me energy for the day ahead. You can move to and from the station without getting wet and take care of shopping and dining conveniently nearby!

    Enjoyed Kanazawa.

    We relaxed in the Room and stayed there until the end as it was raining. However, after the rain stopped, we went to Uwamachi and fully enjoyed Kanazawa.

    Conveniently located near Kanazawa Station.

    I made a reservation at the same hotel as my friend's couple who were traveling to Kanazawa. The hotel had many international guests, creating an atmosphere that felt like being abroad despite being in Kanazawa. Check-in was explained thoroughly, and although there seemed to be many staff members in training, everyone worked hard to assist us—thank you very much. Since it was quite crowded during check-in, we used Express Check Out for our departure and were able to leave the hotel without delay for our next schedule—it was great that we checked this option beforehand. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—thank you! One disappointing point was that although we made the reservation and checked in as "two women," the amenities including pajamas were prepared for one woman and one man. Even during our multiple night stay, men's pajamas were provided again; however, when I requested women's pajamas instead, they promptly brought them over. Due to this issue, I deducted one star—apologies for this feedback!

    The hotel was new, clean, and conveniently located near the station. The room was well-maintained and comfortable, but during my one-night stay, I noticed a sewage-like smell in the room twice, which was a bit concerning. The smell disappeared after a while, but it was puzzling. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, featuring a variety of Kanazawa specialties like curry and simmered dishes. The customer service and overall experience were average and matched the price.

    Stayed for two nights during a sightseeing trip. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station and has a well-known name, so I chose Hyatt. Overall, I believe the service matches the price. If I were to point out any drawbacks, it would be the lack of an Onsen and the sound of children’s footsteps from the floor above. However, it stopped precisely at 9 PM, so it was likely children. Interestingly, I hardly saw any children in the Hotel itself. As for meals, I had breakfast on both days. The venue wasn’t too crowded, there was a wide variety of options available, and everything was delicious. While it had an international feel to it overall, there were also dishes made with local Ishikawa ingredients that added satisfaction to my experience.

    Conveniently located near the station. Enjoyed the lounge access with sweets and pinchos during cocktail time, which was a great experience. Choosing the lounge access plan was definitely the right decision. Many staff and guests were from abroad, creating an international atmosphere that brought a lively vibe back to Kanazawa. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity to visit Kanazawa.

    The reception service was terrible!

    When I called at 11:00 AM, the phone response was extremely rude. The staff started speaking with a loud throat-clearing sound, which hurt my ears. Naturally, there was no "sorry" or apology. At check-in, I was told to "please wait here," so I sat in the designated area. However, despite the counter being almost empty, no one called me over and I was completely ignored. "What?" There were four reception laptops available, but only one was in use. Although there were several staff members present, they seemed to be doing nothing at all. I've stayed at this accommodation dozens of times before but have never been treated so poorly. It was extremely unpleasant.

    I always stay here whenever I visit Kanazawa.

    Since our first stay during a couple's trip to Kanazawa, we have been completely charmed by this Hotel and now choose it every time we visit Kanazawa. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the station. By passing through the station building and Cross Gate, you can comfortably reach the Hotel even on rainy days or during hot summer weather. On this trip, with the intense heat causing us to sweat heavily, it was incredibly convenient to return quickly to the Hotel for a change of clothes before heading out again in the evening. Additionally, there are various restaurants right next door at Cross Gate, making this Hotel highly convenient in many ways. Although there was an issue with air conditioning in our initial Room (which was promptly and sincerely addressed by staff), their professional and courteous response made us even bigger fans of this Hotel. Both the interior of the building and Rooms are clean and stylish while offering reasonable prices with great value for money. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit to Kanazawa!
