    We had a truly wonderful day.

    On my first trip to Kanazawa, I felt lucky to stay at such a wonderful Hotel. The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Above all, the meals were truly delicious—I was amazed. My mother, whose birthday it was, was also very satisfied. Although our child spilled water and we caused some trouble due to picky eating, the staff handled everything with a smile, and we were truly grateful. When I visit Kanazawa again, I would love to stay here again.

    It was a stylish and smart Hotel.

    Modern-style decorations were subtly placed throughout the Hotel—on the 1st-floor arrival level, the 3rd-floor lobby, and near the elevator hall—creating a stylish atmosphere. The guest room floors were fitted with soundproof flooring, and the noise control was excellent; we couldn’t hear any sounds from above at all. We only heard a little noise from the hallway, so our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was served during a busy time, so it felt similar to a typical Hotel breakfast venue; I think it could be even better with some extra touches to make breakfast more memorable. It was an excellent Hotel with nothing to complain about, but perhaps because my expectations were high, it didn’t leave me particularly impressed.

    The rooms at the Hya...

    The rooms at the Hyatt Centric Hotel were very clean, and coffee and tea were provided. There were two small bottles of drinking water, but standard-size bottles would be appreciated. The Hotel’s location is also excellent—right next to Kanazawa Station—and there is a municipal parking garage underground, which makes it very convenient. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again whenever I visit Kanazawa. *We had breakfast at the Starbucks on the first floor of the Hotel, but there don’t seem to be many places nearby where you can get breakfast. It may be more convenient to have breakfast in the Hotel.*

    An ideal base for sightseeing in Kanazawa

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay as a base for sightseeing in Kanazawa. The Hotel is new, and both the lobby and the room were clean. Breakfast was satisfying as well, with fresh vegetables and a good selection of Japanese and Western dishes plus local specialties. Since it’s right in front of the station, it’s convenient for getting anywhere. If I had one complaint, it would be the parking. It’s shared with the adjacent Cross Gate, so it’s basically always full. As a Centric brand right by the station, it feels more suited to train travelers than guests arriving by car.

    Great location and Facility, but the service was disappointing.

    The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Kanazawa Station West Exit. I stayed on a Plan with lounge access. The lounge is in the lobby and shared with the café, so it felt like it was also used by regular café customers and was not the kind of lounge I had imagined. When I used it, drinks were served fairly quickly, but while other café customers received their food very smoothly, my sweets were served much later; if it was going to take time, I would have appreciated being informed. I also requested nail clippers for my Room, but there was no doorbell and I was told they knocked; however, I didn’t hear anything and they left them hanging on the doorknob without me noticing, so I waited for an hour without realizing they had been delivered. If there was no response, I think they could have called the Room as well. Even though both the Facility and location are great, the lack of small thoughtful touches made this a very disappointing stay.

    I often visit Kanaza...

    I often visit Kanazawa, but this was my first time staying at this Hotel. I was a bit confused because the front desk felt different from what I had expected. However, the breakfast was good.

    I have visited Kanazawa many times, but this was my first stay at this Hotel. The Room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I also chose a plan with breakfast and dinner included. Dinner was a course meal with dessert and was very delicious. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied. However, the long sofa—big enough to stretch out on—was great for relaxing. The washbasin area is separate from the bathroom and located inside the Room, which makes it very practical to use. On the second morning I also had breakfast; I was able to enjoy local Kanazawa dishes, and everything was delicious.     The breakfast was very delicious.

    I have stayed here many times. It had been a while since my last visit, but the convenience and the Room’s comfort and coziness were excellent.     With an outstanding location right in front of Kanazawa Station, access was extremely convenient. The twin Room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Since the bathroom, washbasin, and toilet were all separate, we could relax and enjoy a long soak in the in-room bath even without a large public bath. The dinner course was highly satisfying in both quality and quantity, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options—everything was delicious. Also, with checkout at 12:00 p.m., we were able to take our time in the morning without rushing. As we planned to sightsee around the city after checkout, we asked to store our luggage and they kindly accommodated us. The staff’s hospitality was excellent as well, and we were thoroughly satisfied throughout our stay. If we have the chance to visit Kanazawa again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

    A conveniently located Hotel near the station

    While not directly connected to the station, the Hotel is adjacent to it, making it very convenient with plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. The Room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had a bathtub, so it was comfortable. The view was a downside as it was surrounded by buildings. We arrived by car; there is parking in the building, but it is not affiliated with the Hotel. There are relatively many spaces, but it is almost always full except early in the morning, so it’s best to look up nearby parking options in advance.

    It was a very beautiful and comfortable Hotel.

    This was my first stay, and I stayed for two nights. The Hotel is very conveniently located near the station, and the interior design throughout the building was beautiful—it really let me feel the charm of Kanazawa. Even though I was there for work as well, I forgot my laptop charger and was planning to take a taxi to buy one, but Mr./Ms. S at the front desk kindly looked into it and lent me a compatible cable. It truly saved me—thank you so much! Everyone greeted me with a smile and provided excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. The Room felt spacious and comfortable—more so than its actual size—but unfortunately I was on a lower floor, and there was a multi-story parking garage right in front of my window (open 24 hours?), so if I opened the blinds it felt completely exposed, and I couldn’t open them even once. Keeping the blinds closed all the time felt confining, which was really disappointing. I felt that comfort depends entirely on which floor you’re on. Other than that, everything was great, so if I can choose a higher floor next time, this is definitely a Hotel I’d love to stay at again!

    Comfortable and clean, right by the station.

    I stayed solo for one night in April. It’s conveniently located right by the station, clean, and very comfortable. I only had two concerns: - The Room doors feel solid, which is nice, but the sound of other guests opening and closing their doors echoes a lot. I wanted to sleep in, but it woke me up. - It was a bit hard to tell staff from guests because they seemed to be in casual clothes or casual uniforms. The service was excellent. I would stay again.

    Hyatt Centric Kanazawa
