    Modern and Comfortable! A Hotel Where You Can Stay Like Living

    The room is comfortable! I often stay at hotels in Tokyo, but the variety of services offered here at Aoyama Grand is exceptional. From aperitifs at Bell Como to morning drinks, I had a wonderful time. Above all, the room layout is convenient, the bed is very comfortable, and the interior with plants feels like home and very relaxing. Watching apps on TV was smooth and fantastic. Although one of the bulbs on the dresser was out, it was promptly fixed. And most impressively, not only drinks but also snacks in the minibar were complimentary, making late-night snacking so enjoyable. The entrance staff, front desk team, and restaurant staff are friendly and leave a great impression—they're truly wonderful people. Even the cleaning staff greeted us with refreshing smiles. It was such a pleasant stay that I wholeheartedly recommend it to others. The total lunar eclipse I saw at dawn became an unforgettable memory for me. I'll definitely return soon! The tonkatsu restaurant that only operates during lunch hours was delicious!

    I stayed here to celebrate my husband's birthday.

    I heard that the Aoyama Bell Commons, which I used to visit often in my youth, has been turned into a hotel, so I made a reservation using the IKYU sale. The attention to detail in everything from the room's interior to the bathroom and amenities is outstanding. For the welcome drink, we were able to order something other than bottled wine and enjoyed champagne for two. We had dinner in Roppongi and returned to find that everything in the room's minibar was complimentary, so we continued our drinks there. I've heard there's a happy hour at the bar on the top floor, so next time I'd like to check-in early and take advantage of it. It was an excellent day! Thank you very much!

    Great value for money, highly satisfying!

    I stayed in a Deluxe King Room. The view of Tokyo Tower was delightful, especially for someone from the countryside. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provided a sense of openness, and all the drinks in the refrigerator and snacks in the drawers were complimentary. Unlike many places where alcohol is charged, here it was free, which made my companion very happy. While not overly luxurious, it was a stress-free and comfortable stay. They even provided sleep aids like sprays and supplements to ensure a good night's rest. The on-site restaurant "SHIKAKU" offered delicious Japanese cuisine at reasonable prices. True to its name, it featured large square tables, but the staff were warm and attentive, making for an enjoyable dining experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

    It was the best anniversary ever.

    Finally stayed at the accommodation I had always wanted to visit. In conclusion, it is "a stylish hotel that changes your impression of hotel cuisine." I had previously stayed at another hotel in the same group and had a good impression. Since it was for a special occasion, I was very excited and my expectations were exceeded. They prepared a cake and bouquet for us. The cake was stylish and unique compared to other facilities, and the bouquet was tailored to match the recipient's image and preferences perfectly. Thanks to an upgrade for our anniversary and Diamond Member benefits, we stayed in an excellent room that left us very satisfied. As for the food, since they also run restaurant businesses, their efforts are evident. Personally, I used to think hotels focused on luxurious rooms while offering decent pre-made meals as their standard fare. For example, when I saw breakfast priced at 5,000 yen initially, I thought it might be overpriced—but this completely changed my perspective! The fermented Japanese set meal supervised by renowned chefs felt like a carefully crafted masterpiece. For lunch, we enjoyed pork cutlets—my companion who usually dislikes breadcrumbs praised them highly! This dish was also supervised by a master of Japanese cuisine. My perception truly shifted after this experience! When staying with PDS Group again in future visits—I’d love exploring more restaurants under their management too! Lastly—the people made all difference here: Front desk staff (including foreign team members) handled everything diligently; surprise arrangements were discreetly confirmed showing professionalism throughout interactions observed during stay revealed vibrant energy among team members executing tasks seamlessly—a testament towards exceptional service quality delivered consistently across board! Overall—it’s clear why returning would be worthwhile someday soon—thank you so much once again!

    A hotel with a good appearance but lacking substance.

    Stayed at the Oriental Hotel in Kobe several times, and decided to try this Hotel as its exterior and Rooms looked stylish. Thank you for your hospitality during my stay. The Rooms and Facilities are good, so I might use them again in the future, but I feel this is a soulless Hotel. At check-in, although polite language was used, it didn’t feel friendly. The attitude of the woman assisting me was part of it, but what surprised me most was being handed a welcome drink over the counter while standing there talking. This happened with other guests nearby. I had no choice but to quickly drink it while standing there. My family who accompanied me was also surprised. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. Perhaps staff members are highly skilled in languages like English or Chinese, but is that all that matters? That’s how I felt. Also, why do we have to provide an email address? When I said I didn’t want to write it down, there was no explanation given; instead, they reluctantly told me to write it down anyway. It felt bureaucratic. If you want such information from guests, proper explanations should be provided along with their consent before asking for personal details like an email address—it’s not something trivial that can just be demanded without consideration. The next day in the hallway near my Room, I passed by cleaning staff several times but wasn’t greeted even once. Even when they noticed me walking by them in the corridor where they were dusting some artwork on display—they said nothing at all! This left me feeling sad and empty inside—is staying at a Hotel supposed to make one feel this way? For these reasons alone—I think of this place more as just another Facility rather than truly being called a "Hotel." Moving forward whenever using these services again someday—I’ll remind myself not expect much emotionally from here anymore—so perhaps avoiding disappointment altogether might help lessen sadness experienced previously during stays here overall… While liking aspects about certain parts within Facility itself overall still dislike calling entire establishment genuinely likable “Hotel” experience-wise personally speaking! As far dining goes ordered via Room service found meals neither tasty nor portion sizes adequate enough leaving shocked reaction behind afterward too!

    Approaching 60, I always enjoy my stay here with the perfect blend of luxury and casual comfort. Rossi's breakfast is highly recommended for both taste and variety. As always, the all-inclusive dining in the Room is a delightful bonus. Overall, this Hotel offers a highly satisfying experience.

    It was a wonderful stay.

    A Room that feels more spacious than its size thanks to large windows and the refreshing view, stylish furniture, a surprisingly generous free minibar, and a breakfast with high-quality and delicious items (though not an extensive selection) made for a wonderful stay. From the upgraded Room provided as part of the Diamond benefits, we could even see fireworks from Jingu Stadium during the summer night games after the 5th inning while enjoying beer from the minibar. While it would be great if the fitness facilities were more comprehensive, overall it was an extremely satisfying experience! The fermented breakfast also caught my interest, so I would love to stay again if given another opportunity.

    A great Hotel where you can relax comfortably.

    This was my second stay. After passing the 4th-floor front desk and taking the elevator to the upper floors, I found the hallway and room spacious, with a plan that included a complimentary minibar, allowing me to relax in the room. Despite it being a hot season, plenty of water was provided, and while I considered going out for a walk at night, the comfort of the room made me stay in. Breakfast included champagne, and every dish on the buffet reflected great attention to detail. The ham, sausages, bananas, and yogurt were all delicious. I look forward to visiting for a third time!

    I previously stayed here once, and I was delighted to be welcomed back with a warm "Welcome back." I had reserved a better room than before, but it was further upgraded, allowing me to enjoy an exceptional space and an extraordinary time. I would love to stay again as a reward for myself.

    Is it really a popular Hotel?

    I booked the suite because it included shuttle service from Haneda and turndown service. Upon arrival at Haneda, I was informed that the driver would be waiting with a placard, but I couldn’t find them. After calling the hotel in a panic, I was told the driver was waiting in the car. This was not as promised. At check-in, they apologized and offered complimentary breakfast via room service. Upon entering the room and turning on the TV, there was no internet connection. A staff member resolved this by restarting the TV. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly, and bedside lighting flickered even when turned off—an issue mentioned in other reviews as well. While staff fixed the sink issue, they couldn’t resolve the lighting problem entirely; we discovered that turning off all entrance lights stopped it from flickering at night so we could sleep somewhat comfortably. Additionally, switching between shower modes was difficult, and my companion complained of a sewage smell in our room despite being told by staff that this is a five-year-old property—it felt more like twenty years old due to poor maintenance. Dinner at SHIKAKU restaurant was decent overall; however, when requesting hot tea (either oolong or roasted green tea), I chose roasted green tea only to find it charged on my bill—a first for me! Breakfast via room service also disappointed: miso soup arrived without a lid and had gone cold; other dishes were unappetizing. Returning to our room after dinner revealed turndown service had been completed but amenities weren’t replenished—there wasn’t even a shower cap provided initially! While chocolates were left as an apology from their hired car company regarding earlier issues with transportation coordination—I’d have preferred proper attention paid instead toward ensuring smooth operations throughout.     Luxury Stay

    All-inclusive stay with a minibar and breakfast included. The room offered a great view of Jingu Stadium, and the spacious bathroom made for a very comfortable experience. Having a chair in the bathroom was also convenient. The minibar in the room was well-stocked, allowing us to enjoy some champagne before meals and relax with drinks at night in the room. The nightwear provided was exceptionally comfortable. The staff's service was both sophisticated and friendly, making our stay relaxing and pleasant. Thanks to IKYU Diamond benefits such as complimentary yokan sweets, free parking, and Bell Como drink services, we were highly satisfied with our stay. We would love to return again!

    I'll be back!

    I had been wanting to visit since the Hotel opened during the COVID-19 pandemic! Taking advantage of my summer vacation during Obon and at a significant turning point in my life, I finally decided to come. It exceeded all my expectations, and I had an amazing time.     This was my first stay. I was surprised to see that the former Bell Commons site had been transformed into a Hotel, which piqued my interest and led me to make a Reservation. It was a very stylish Hotel with a mix of retro-American ambiance and modern design. I would definitely like to stay again!

    Better than Expected Hotel

    The Deluxe Twin Room is clean and very user-friendly. Amenities are made from body-friendly materials. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Hotel staff are friendly and leave a great impression. The in-room drinks and snacks are complimentary and plentiful, more than enough to enjoy. We stayed as a group of three, but the glasses provided were only for two people, which was the only downside. Would love to stay again!

It felt as though I had enjoyed a mini-vacation at an overseas condominium while staying in Tokyo.     The atmosphere of the room, breakfast, amenities, and service are all of a high standard and very satisfying. The room is unified with calming tones and colors as mentioned in various reviews, providing a comfortable feeling like being at home. The unique layout allowing circulation around the bedroom was unusual but very convenient. My partner who accompanied me was impressed by the amenities. Breakfast was enjoyed at Rossi on the 20th floor, where it was evident that carefully selected items were used. Usually, there’s at least one disappointing dish in such settings, but everything here was excellent. If I had to point out something for improvement, it would be the proximity of seating at the rooftop bar. However, that’s about all I could think of to suggest for enhancement. I have stayed at several luxury hotels in Tokyo—both international brands like S or P and domestic classics like T—and this accommodation stands on par with them without any inferiority. In terms of comfort, coziness, and breakfast quality, this place surpasses them. I hope they continue to maintain this level of quality at this price point moving forward!

    Modern and exceptionally comfortable Hotel

    I stayed here for her birthday. The view from the large window was stunning, with a spacious bed and a wide bathroom. It was a comfortable Room that made for an excellent stay. The pajamas and bathrobes were fluffy and extremely comfortable to wear. The rooftop bar provided a pleasant atmosphere, making us forget the summer heat. She absolutely loved it, making it a memorable stay for both of us.

    Upgraded from Deluxe to Suite with IKYU Diamond Member benefits. The Room setup and cleanliness were excellent, and the staff were all energetic and wonderful. Used the voucher for room service to enjoy a bavette steak, which was also very satisfying in portion. Additionally, received a complimentary drink at Bell Como as part of the benefits—unlike typical limited menus, any drink could be chosen! It was delightful. The only concern was the smell in the bathroom. I understand maintenance can be challenging over time, but please continue to keep these lovely Rooms well-maintained.

    The Pinnacle of Design Hotels in Tokyo

    Upgraded to a Corner Suite with IKYU Diamond benefits. Easy parking, stylish rooftop bar, unique restaurants, and chic Room furniture and art. Loved the comfort of the gown. A bit disappointed with the limited fruit and dessert buffet at breakfast and in-room dining ending at 9 PM. A Hotel I want to revisit repeatedly and stay as if living there.

    I had known about this reservation site for a while, but it was my first time booking, and it was truly great! The free drinks in the refrigerator were so abundant!     Stayed one night in the Deluxe King room. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is excellent, making it an ideal accommodation for a private retreat. The meticulously designed interiors and unique atmosphere are incredibly stylish, surpassing typical lifestyle hotels offered by major hotel chains. The decision to offer a complimentary minibar instead of focusing on extensive room service is both practical and appreciated. Dinner at Rossi was satisfying in both ambiance and cuisine, and the curry served at breakfast was delicious as well. However, the firm bed might not suit everyone's preference. Overall, this accommodation deserves high praise.

    This was my first time staying here. Located at the former site of Bell Commons, the room's cleanliness, design, spaciousness, and view were excellent. From the room, I could see Jingu Stadium and enjoyed watching a night game broadcast while enjoying the complimentary drinks in the room. There was an abundance of alcohol provided as well as plenty of water. The amenities were also extensive, including hair care products, skincare items, and even sleep supplements. I used the restaurant bar but found it crowded with young people, so I requested to take my order back to my room instead. The staff's service was polite and satisfactory; however, during check-out—possibly because we left separately—there was some delay in confirming payment despite it already being settled. If this is a system issue, I hope it can be improved in the future.

    Extremely satisfied with the hospitality.

    I stayed for one night, and I was completely satisfied from check-in to check-out. I was upgraded to a spacious room—thank you very much! Although the weather was unfortunate, the rain-soaked streets of Tokyo were still beautiful. I had my meal at Rossi, and everything from the appetizers to dessert was absolutely delicious. The staff provided excellent service as well. (Though I felt a bit shy when they complimented my choices of drinks and fruit appetizers with comments like "Great choice!" or "Perfect!", it made for warm and pleasant communication.) The late 12:00 checkout allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay even more. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity. Thank you so much!

    Hotel with Excellent Service

    One-night stay. Many of the hoteliers at check-in were foreigners, possibly from China or Korea based on their names. Their Japanese was excellent, and they all greeted us with wonderful smiles. Parking requires a prior reservation. We got lost trying to find the parking lot, but there is staff located on the left side of the hotel entrance to assist you. The room was compact but had large windows that let in plenty of light, which was very pleasant. As part of our plan's perks, the refrigerator contents were free—mini bottles of alcohol, small wine bottles, and even snacks were complimentary! As an IKYU Diamond Member benefit, a set of yokan (Japanese sweets) was prepared on the table for us. The bathroom amenities were high-quality products and included Oggimuta shampoo and conditioner as part of IKYU benefits—a delightful surprise since I had always wanted to try them. At check-in, we received a 5,000 yen hotel credit for agreeing to write a review and also got a 20% discount coupon for breakfast through IKYU benefits. Thanks to this unexpected perk, we enjoyed breakfast that cost 11,000 yen for two people but only paid 3,800 yen—a surprising yet much-appreciated service! Additionally through IKYU benefits our room was upgraded to one with an excellent view of Jingu Stadium. The coffee (Nespresso machine and regular coffee packs), tea selection including green tea and black tea were more than sufficient. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed our stay and commented on how great it was. This trip was meant as my birthday celebration (though I forgot to mention it—oops!). For dinner we had reserved French cuisine in Roppongi so unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the restaurant bar on the fourth floor this time—but definitely next time! One small request: there was only one table with one chair in our room which meant one person had no choice but to lie down on the bed while relaxing or having tea together—it would be nice if two chairs could be provided given there seems enough space for it so guests can enjoy their drinks comfortably!
