    Poor value for money, and the shower pressure is far too weak.

    I stayed here the night before an overseas trip. First of all, the shower water pressure was far too weak, which was very stressful. The amenities were poor, and overall it felt below the level of a Business Hotel. It really dampened my mood even though it was the day before my trip abroad.

    This time, I stayed ...

    This time, I stayed with my younger sister. She seemed very satisfied with the Room atmosphere and the Onsen, which made us happy too. She also enjoyed running along the river outside the Hotel. As always, thank you for a wonderful and relaxing time! However, since it was during Golden Week, it was quite crowded, and I noticed some dirt on the floors in areas such as the baths, the elevator hall, and the corridors.

    My mother and I stay...

    My mother and I stayed here overnight while connecting from out of town for our flight the next day. It’s a very large Hotel and seemed to host many guests, but everything was well organized, so we were able to enjoy a stress-free stay until the end. We would like to stay again.

    Highly satisfied

    They upgraded us to a Premier room. Everything was excellent, from the Hotel staff’s service to the Facility. I’ve decided I will definitely stay here again when using Haneda Airport. Thank you very much.

    Direct access from Haneda Airport

    When returning overseas after a trip back to Japan, my family home is far from Haneda, so this Hotel was very convenient and this was my second stay. I stayed for two nights, planning to enjoy Tokyo before heading home. Last time the Room was comfortable and the bath felt amazing, so I made another Reservation—but this time my Room was at the far end, quite a long walk from the elevator. What disappointed me most was that I had been wearing a T-shirt under the lounge wear in the Room as sleepwear, and when I changed the next morning, it seems it was taken away along with the laundry by housekeeping. I noticed after returning from going out and contacted the front desk, but unfortunately it appears to have been lost. I should have been more careful too, but I’m still a bit disappointed to lose one of my favorite old T-shirts. The staff member handled it sincerely. The Hotel itself is clean and convenient, so despite this experience, I think I will stay here again.

    Like a small town

    It felt like a Hotel that’s like its own little town. Check-in and check-out are handled at a terminal, but staff are available to help as needed, making it easy to understand. One thing about the Room: the bathtub felt a bit slippery. My son said he used it comfortably, so just for reference. Next time, I’d like to use the restaurant too.

    The Best Stay

    Unfortunately, it rained on the day of our stay. The night view from the window was hazy and I was feeling down, but thanks to the Hotel’s kindness, we were upgraded free of charge from Grand to Premier. We were also able to use the Sky Bath and enjoy complimentary items from the refrigerator. A gentle aroma filled the building and our Room, which felt wonderful and truly relaxing. The furnishings were chic and coordinated in calm tones, and even the glassware was lovely. We had an incredibly happy time. The non-Japanese staff also provided excellent service. It lifted my spirits completely—like going from flying low to soaring into the sky.

    Very convenient for international flights at Haneda Airport.

    The Hotel is directly connected to Airport Terminal 3, making it very convenient for early-morning flights. We were upgraded to a larger Room, which was very comfortable—thank you. I didn’t have the energy to use the large public bath this time, but I’d like to try it next time.

    You may hear some noise.

    Because it is directly connected to Haneda Airport, I have stayed here twice. However, my husband suggested choosing a different Hotel next time. The reason is that the noise carries easily and we could not sleep. We heard repeated banging against the wall from the neighboring Room. There was also noise from above. The Room felt smaller than expected. The kettle was broken, and although we requested a replacement, it took a long time to arrive. For these reasons, we may not stay again next time. The Onsen is very appealing, though.

    We stayed here for a special occasion!

    The Hotel staff were truly wonderful, and we were able to make another lovely memory. We stayed for a special anniversary, and we were deeply moved to receive a message from everyone at the Hotel. We would definitely like to stay again.

    I love airplanes and...

    I love airplanes and airports, so I booked a birthday stay just to fully enjoy the airport. Check-in/out is self-service via dedicated machines, but if you look around even a little, a staff member comes right over. Everyone was cheerful and truly helpful. It’s great that you can go to the top-floor spa in loungewear and slippers. The Onsen is slightly salty, probably because the sea is nearby. The open-air bath from a sunny morning through daytime feels absolutely wonderful. It was also fun to take a late-night walk around the airport, and it’s easy to get to Terminal 1, Terminal 2, or the Innovation Center on the free shuttle bus—my 1-night, 2-day stay flew by. This is a Hotel I’d love to visit again.

    I stayed here the night before an early flight. Since it’s not inside the airport, I was a bit worried about how to get there from the terminal. 　 The front desk concierge was very kind and attentive, and also took my Room requests into consideration—thank you very much. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. 　Breakfast was excellent as well. Everything was delicious, and I ended up eating too much. I’d love to stay again.

    Exciting

    I stayed here at the start of my trip to Okinawa. The Room was more spacious than I expected and had a calm atmosphere. I was also able to use the Onsen, so my travel mood started the day before!

    Comfortable and exceptionally convenient

    I stayed here while attending a conference. It is adjacent to the venue, so the access is excellent. This time I traveled by Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka to Shinagawa, and it’s also a direct ride on the Keikyu Line from Shinagawa Station. Access to central Tokyo is very convenient, and it’s also great for sightseeing thanks to easy access from Haneda Airport. The Room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Additional note Check-in and check-out are handled by multiple machines, making the process very smooth and stress-free. This left a particularly good impression compared with many other Accommodations.

    We’re sorry to hear that.

    Unfortunately, it was not a good fit for me and the stay was extremely stressful. There were also unhelpful directions, so I do not think I will stay here again.

    Your First Twin Room

    This time, I made a Reservation for the “Room type assigned on arrival” option for the first time. I was given a twin Room, which made my stay very comfortable. I usually stay in a Moderate Queen Room and sometimes find it a bit tight with a suitcase, but the twin Room had plenty of space. Being on the 12th floor also meant great views and an even more pleasant stay. At check-in, I was told that transferring elevators is required to reach the Onsen, but it didn’t feel particularly inconvenient. However, it was crowded both at night and in the morning, so I couldn’t use the relaxation area.

    When I filled the kettle with water to make the coffee in the Room, something that looked like a hair floated up. I think it was inside the kettle. I had been looking forward to having it in the morning, but after that I didn’t feel comfortable refilling it and drinking it again, which was disappointing.

    I stayed here again.

    I stayed here over New Year’s and returned because the Senzoku no Yu bath was excellent. Over New Year’s, my plan included breakfast and dinner; this time I chose a slightly larger Room without meals, but the price was not much different… Perhaps because many families stay here, I noticed footsteps from the floor above and cleaning noise from the neighboring Room. Also, while the elevator to access the spa was fine on the way there, my card key was slow to respond on the way back, which was also a concern.

    Convenient and comfortable

    Located inside Haneda Airport Garden, with plenty of restaurants, a convenience store, and many other shops—always a convenient and enjoyable environment. Access via the Keikyu Line and the monorail is also very convenient. The Room is consistently comfortable and clean. The staff’s hospitality is excellent. Check-in and check-out are very smooth. However, baggage drop-off and pick-up often involve long lines due to many international travelers and lots of luggage, so it’s reassuring to allow extra time. The QR code for pick-up has become very convenient. Whenever I come to Haneda, I always stay here and have a comfortable experience. Thank you for your kind assistance.

    With this Plan that includes Onsen facility tickets, tattoos are allowed, so if Japanese guests enter with prominent tattoos, it may make the Onsen feel unsafe.

    I arrived at 11:00 PM and had to wait a long time to check in.

    I arrived at 11:00 PM. I checked in quickly and planned to enjoy the Onsen, but at check-in I was kept waiting for a long time (about 45 minutes?). The front desk staff’s attitude was not very pleasant, and since I was already tired, it was very disappointing.

    Great value for a luxurious stay.

    Thank you for your stay. There are plenty of dining options and shops, and the location is very convenient. The room, service, hospitality, and amenities were average. The Onsen was amazing! The water quality was excellent, everything was clean, there were many baths to choose from, the herbal sauna was nice, and the view was fantastic. It allowed me to relax and unwind completely. Being open 24 hours was truly appreciated. I would love to stay here again when traveling to Haneda Airport. Thank you very much!

    Makes you want to visit again.

    I stayed at this accommodation for the first time as a resident of Ota City. I booked a one-night stay in a Moderato Queen room with dinner, breakfast, and access to the large public bath included. The room was compact, including the sofa, but it was clean and well-maintained with a sense of cleanliness. The large public bath was frequently cleaned by staff and always spotless and comfortable whenever I visited. It featured an open-air bath, sauna, jet bath, and more. The dining area was also clean with excellent service; while not luxurious, you could enjoy views of Mount Fuji along with delicious meals. The breakfast salmon, clam soup, and rice were particularly tasty. Even without any specific reason to visit again, I would like to return for a change of pace.

    About Izumi Tenku no Yu

    The facility is new, and the room space is efficiently utilized. The automated check-in and check-out made the stay very comfortable. However, one concern was with the "Izumi Tenku no Yu," which required an additional payment on top of the regular Plan. Some of the baths had an unpleasant smell in the water. Perhaps it’s due to insufficient manners from international guests before entering or infrequent water changes... Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.
