    Thank you for the wonderful surprise!

    Thank you very much for giving us such a wonderful time. Ahead of my daughter’s overseas trip, we stayed here before her departure. This was our second stay, and once again we were able to spend a very comfortable time. As my birthday was coming up, when we entered the Room there was an adorable towel cake and a gift of sweets prepared for us. I was truly moved by the unexpected, heartwarming surprise. Taking photos with my daughter around the towel cake also became one of the lovely memories of this trip. Through your thoughtful, understated kindness, we could really feel your warm hospitality toward us as guests, and it made us very happy. Once again we had a pleasant stay, and it reaffirmed that choosing this Hotel was the right decision. I sincerely appreciate the attentive care shown by all the staff. We would love to stay again.

    The Room has an unpleasant odor.

    The Room smells bad, possibly from the air conditioner filter. It smells like a musty rag—just unpleasant overall. Starting my trip in this Room gives me nothing but a bad feeling. I will not stay here again.

    The bath was excellent, and there were no issues with the staff or amenities.

    The baths are excellent, and the staff and amenities are all great. Breakfast is average, but the direct connection between the hotel and the terminal is lively and fun, and overall it offers outstanding value for money.

    Convenient Access

    If you’re leaving early in the morning, this is a good option. The Onsen is pricey, though it’s included with your stay. The mattress is firm and on the small side. If possible, request a Room on the 6th floor for easier access.

    The Room is small.

    The Room is small, and the bed is barely enough for two people, so it’s hard to sleep well. The Facility is new, but the corridors are long, and depending on the Room location it can be far to the bath. The bath is spacious, but it gets very crowded and can be difficult. There are many dinner options outside, and they were not crowded. Next time, I’d like to choose a Premier room.

    That’s enough.

    I stayed here on short notice due to a flight delay. The only amenity provided besides bath items was a toothbrush, but that was enough. I was happy to have two bottles of water. Breakfast was also delicious. There was a magnitude 4 earthquake after an emergency earthquake alert in the middle of the night, and it shook quite a bit, but an in-house announcement came quickly, which made me feel very reassured. As this is an airport Hotel with many international guests, I thought the multilingual announcements must have helped everyone feel safe as well.

    I was pleasantly surprised by how good the breakfast was.

    We stayed here because we arrived at Haneda late at night. My husband stays here often, and he says the Onsen is wonderful. We couldn’t use the bath this time, but we were pleasantly surprised by how good the breakfast was. After returning from overseas, the miso soup and rice tasted especially delicious. We would love to stay again.

    The bathroom was dirty for the price.

    I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room, but the bathroom in the room was dirty. The bathtub felt gritty to the touch, and the washing area floor was covered in red mold. At this price, that level of cleaning is unacceptable.

    A perfect getaway during the Obon holidays.

    I hadn’t made any special plans for the Obon holidays, but after receiving an email from IKYU, my daughter and I decided to take a quick getaway. We weren’t planning to fly, but we ended up visiting on short notice. The bath was spacious and comfortable. My daughter seemed to really enjoy the spa treatments on the 4th floor. We also had both dinner and breakfast at the Hotel restaurant this time, and the pancakes were a hit. Late at night, we had a drink at the 24-hour shop attached to the Onsen Facility before going to bed. Since the Facility is new, everything was clean and comfortable overall, making for a very satisfying stay. As it’s not a Resort Hotel, the Room is on the smaller side.

    When I was confused ...

    When I was confused during check-in, a woman who seemed to be a new staff member helped me with sincere care. She asked me to wait in front of the machine while she checked, so I waited there. Then a more senior female staff member said to her in front of me, “Don’t make them wait here!” Disappointing. That said, the more experienced staff—who seemed to have been there longer—were indeed excellent in their service and attentiveness.

    There is a strong odor in the Room.

    The moment I entered the Room, there was an overwhelmingly strong perfume smell—possibly from the previous guest. Even using the air purifier did not reduce it, and I had a very unpleasant night. I checked in after midnight, but if it was from the previous guest, staff should have noticed it during cleaning.

    This was my first stay in a while. Several staff members were on standby in the reception area and provided attentive guidance. The self check-in was smooth. Getting to the room... There are multiple entrances, but by checking the receipt you receive when picking up your room key, you can find your way without getting lost. The room was very clean, and it was a comfortable stay. I will stay again. Thank you.

    Room odor

    I think it was probably the air conditioner smell, but it was so bad that I turned the AC on full blast while I was in the bath, and it got a little better. The Room is extremely small, so I’ll think twice next time. Very disappointing. The staff weren’t at fault, but given the condition of the Room, I want something to be done about it. The location is good, though.

    We were satisfied with the meals and were able to relax at our own pace.

    My flight arrived late at night, and I had work starting the next day, so I booked an extra night to rest. I was able to relax in the bath, and I was very satisfied with the comfortable bed and the spacious Room. I added breakfast separately; it’s seasoned more for international tastes than Japanese, and it’s delicious—I could stay there for hours. It’s also close to the limousine bus stop, so traveling with luggage was much less stressful. I’d like to stay again. Also, since I have a family member with mobility issues, Haneda is easy to reach by a single bus from the nearest station. It has plenty of souvenir shops and is a great destination on its own—this is a Hotel we often rely on when we visit.

    Cozy and convenient

    I stayed here for the first time as an overnight stop before an early flight. Even though check-in and check-out were rushed, the Room bath had plenty of hot water, I was able to sleep soundly until the last minute, and it was convenient to shop at the nearby Lawson—I might get hooked on this place. Check-in and amenities are basically self-service, so those who aren’t used to it may feel a bit confused.

    Convenient

    After a concert in Yokohama, I was tired and decided to stay at Haneda Airport, so I chose this Hotel. It’s right by Terminal 3 on the Keikyu Line from Yokohama—about 20 minutes. Very close. I spent a little time exploring inside the terminal before heading to the Hotel. The terminal is huge, so it was a bit tiring, but check-in and check-out were quickly completed at the machines. The Room was clean and had an air purifier. I didn’t have the energy to use the large public bath this time, but I’d like to try it next time. The guest service counter staff were kind and promptly arranged Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato) for me. There is also a free shuttle bus to Terminals 1 and 2, which was convenient. It was my first time visiting Tokyo and flying home from Haneda Airport, and it was quite fun. I’d love to stay again.

    Repeat

    This was my second stay. I wanted to stay again because I really enjoyed the Onsen Facility last time. My flight the next day was early, so it was very convenient. I chose a Plan where the Hotel selects the Room, and it was larger and more comfortable than the Room I stayed in previously. I didn’t use the in-room bath, but the bathtub was large. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance—of course with a Plan that includes access to the Onsen Facility!

    It was my first stay, and I had a very comfortable time.

    This was my first time staying at Villa Fontaine Haneda. I originally planned to stay from 6/26 to 6/30, but due to personal matters my stay was extended, and I ended up staying for 8 nights from 6/26 to 7/4. I truly appreciate the reassuring support from both the staff and the Room staff. The Hotel and the guest Room were clean and well maintained, and the open, spacious lounge was wonderful. I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much to all the staff.

    The air conditioning was terrible.

    A low-priced, low-performance air conditioner was installed, and it did not allow fine adjustments such as airflow direction or fan speed, so the night felt hot and humid. The Panasonic air purifier was comfortable to use.

    Very convenient for international flights, but the parking lot is hard to find.

    I stayed overnight to see my family off on their departure, and the Room for four was spacious and comfortable. The Plan that includes access to Izumi Tenku no Yu is a great choice. Since the Hotel is very long, getting around with luggage can be a bit tiring. The speed at which they handle a huge number of guests from all over the world is impressive. Please note that the designated parking lot is not Airport P5.

    Direct indoor access to Haneda Airport Terminal 3—super convenient for early morning flights.

    I stayed here to catch an early-morning Singapore Airlines flight the next day, traveling to Bali via Singapore. A natural Onsen, “Izumi Tenku no Yu,” is located next door and is available at a special guest rate (JPY 4,800 → JPY 2,500). From the lobby you can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji and airplanes, and from the indoor bath you can see central Tokyo. There are also free relaxation sofas (recliners) and dining options, making it a Facility you won’t get bored of even if you spend half a day there. The view from the Room was also great, and my plane-loving wife enjoyed watching flights on her smartphone flight tracker. I’d like to stay again next time I use International Terminal 3.

    At a minimum as an airport Hotel.

    I stayed the night before to catch an early-morning international flight. When I tried to check out before 5:30 a.m., the self-service check-in/out machine was not operating outside business hours, and there was a very long line at the staffed counter. Another service counter was also closed, but a kind staff member was there and checked me out. I will never stay here again.

    Use of the Onsen requires an additional fee of JPY 2,500 per person.

    As the title says. It wasn’t mentioned in the Plan, and there was no explanation at check-in, so it feels misleading. Even if it’s a paid service, it’s worth using, so I would like to be informed from the start. The Facility is clean, but both the lobby and the large public bath were packed with people and very lively. That can be seen as energetic in a good way, but I don’t think it’s suitable for those who want a quiet stay. I was surprised by how large it is overall. Next time, I’d like to use a different Facility.

    The Onsen is currently under maintenance, which is extremely disappointing.

    I visited looking forward to using the Onsen Facility before traveling abroad, but it was unavailable due to maintenance. The Hotel itself is not bad, but this should have been communicated to the Reserver during the period when Cancel the Reservation was still possible. I only found out upon arrival and almost decided to Change the Reservation to a nearby property. While I would normally rate it four stars, I am giving three stars because the handling of this issue felt extremely insincere.

    Directly connected to Haneda Airport Station, so even in the rain you can get to the Keikyu Line and the Monorail without needing an umbrella, which was very convenient.

    Used for an overnight stay after an overseas trip!

    Lately, it has become my routine to unwind from overseas travel in the bath directly connected to this Hotel. This time, I also stayed at the Hotel and was able to enjoy the bath at night and again the next morning, which made for a truly relaxing stay. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Poor value for money, and the shower pressure is far too weak.

    I stayed here the night before an overseas trip. First of all, the shower water pressure was far too weak, which was very stressful. The amenities were poor, and overall it felt below the level of a Business Hotel. It really dampened my mood even though it was the day before my trip abroad.
