    It was comfortable.

    I stayed here the night before an early flight. Airport Garden was convenient, with a variety of shops, including a convenience store. I would stay here again.

    Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

    I love Izumi Tenku no Yu and visit often. There are plenty of self-service check-in and check-out kiosks, so the process is smooth. Unfortunately, staff competence and hospitality can be inconsistent, but the spacious rooms, gym, and second-floor convenience store make extended stays enjoyable.

    Extremely convenient

    Because my flights are often early in the morning, this is my second stay here. The great access and the convenience for shopping and dining inside the airport are also reasons I chose it. The room was clean, and while many hotels are cutting back on amenities, having in-room slippers and even washcloths is very helpful for Japanese guests. There are also more shops around the hotel now, which makes it even more enjoyable.

    Even with a late-nig...

    Even with a late-night arrival, it was very convenient to be able to lie down right away thanks to the direct connection to the airport.\nHowever, considering the price, it would be helpful if standard amenities found in many hotels these days—such as a comb and facial lotion—were provided.

    We always enjoy staying with you.

    The room is clean and spacious. The only disappointing points were a sewage-like odor from the toilet drain and an aged smell around the clothes-hanging area in the room. I may be more sensitive to smells than most, though.

    I was completely satisfied, except for one thing.

    Although compact, the room had a table and sofa and was clean and relaxing. Amenities are available if you request what you need at the front desk, and since this is a ReFa room, the hair dryer and shower were also ReFa. The single-use shampoo and conditioner packs were ReFa as well. The view from the window is distant, but you can see airplanes, which really builds excitement for an upcoming trip. However, there was one strand of hair in the sink bowl. Because the room was otherwise very clean, it was disappointing to see it in the bright white basin.

    A convenient and wonderful hotel!!

    Direct access to Terminal 3 was extremely convenient. Since it’s an international terminal, it stayed lively even late at night, so it never felt lonely. The hot springs are open 24 hours, which allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay without worrying about the time. The room was clean, and the entrance and hot spring facilities were also cleaned frequently, which made everything feel very pleasant. The cloakroom staff who looked after my luggage were kind, and all the other staff were friendly as well—I could really tell they are well trained. I didn’t use the dining options this time, but I’d love to try them when I have more time to enjoy the hotel. It was such a wonderful hotel that I’d like to stay here again next time I use Haneda Airport. Thank you very much.

    A Huge Hotel

    This Hotel is directly connected to Terminal 3, making it very convenient for departures and arrivals at Haneda Airport. The bath is available for an additional fee, but I chose a Plan that includes access to the large public bath to help relieve travel fatigue. Since the Hotel is large and my Room was far from the bath area, getting there was a bit of a hassle. The Room felt compact and well organized, and it had all the basic amenities. Breakfast is buffet-style with both Japanese and Western options.

    Was it a bit cramped...?

    We stayed in a Japanese-Western style room because we had small children. The bathroom was very comfortable, with a separate washing area. However, the floor was pitch black, so it was hard to tell whether it was dirty or not, which was a bit confusing. The Japanese-Western style room was very reasonably priced, but it felt a little cramped for four adults and two children. Our daughter happened to be unwell and couldn’t use the room, so that may have worked out for the best. I had wanted to try a Hotel near Haneda at least once, so it was a good experience. Thank you very much. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

    The bath is amazing!

    As we arrived at the airport late, we stayed here for one night. The bath was perfect for soothing our tired bodies—spacious and wonderfully relaxing. The breakfast buffet was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and of course delicious. And it was very reasonably priced! Our final night of the trip was excellent in every way.

    The Onsen is wonderful!

    This was my second stay. I previously used this Hotel for an overnight stay before a trip. The staff were wonderful overall, but I have one comment about a young cloakroom staff member: at check-in, when I came to pick up the luggage you had stored for me, they were clearly available yet ignored me completely. They spoke to me after a while, but it was frustrating. All the other staff were very kind, courteous, and pleasant. When my clothes got wrinkled in my suitcase and I asked for ironing, they brought it to my Room, which was very helpful. The Onsen is spacious, beautiful, and clean. There are also many trendy showerheads and hair dryers available, which was exciting. Luckily it wasn’t crowded, so I ended up going in several times. Aside from the cloakroom service issue, this is a truly excellent high-class Hotel—modern and international in every way.

    I’m disappointed.

    I was looking for a Hotel near Haneda Airport for an early-morning flight. If I was okay using a shuttle bus, I could have found one in the low ¥10,000 range, but I thought direct airport access would be more convenient, so I chose this Hotel even though it was about ¥10,000 more expensive (¥23,000). When the Hotel first opened it got quite a bit of attention, so in a way I was looking forward to it even more than Hotels at my travel destination. The disappointment started from the moment I tried to leave my luggage. You have to scan a QR code yourself and submit the luggage storage request on your own. I understand this kind of system is becoming more common these days and I tried to manage it myself, but when I hesitated slightly, instead of helping me they said, “You have to do everything yourself.” Also in the lobby, I had something to ask and spoke to a young female staff member nearby, but she smiled at an overseas guest behind me and said cheerfully, “May I help you?” There’s no way she didn’t hear me. Trying again, I told her there was something I wanted to ask. She didn’t smile or make eye contact and mumbled a rushed explanation. When I asked her to repeat it because I couldn’t catch what she said well enough, she responded with “Like I said…” It feels very unpleasant when staff treat guests differently based on personal preference. Maybe she just wanted to speak English? Overall, this is not a Hotel where you can expect good service. It feels like everything has been automated because they are short-staffed. If this were just an inexpensive Business Hotel around ¥10,000 per night maybe it wouldn’t bother me as much… I won’t be staying here again.

    Highly satisfied

    I stayed here for an overnight stay after arriving on an international flight. The convenience was excellent, and that alone made me very satisfied! Also, since the Hotel is still fairly new, it felt very clean, and the Room was spacious enough to open my suitcase comfortably. I was very satisfied.

    Natural Onsen

    I booked the Plan with an Onsen bathing ticket because I wanted to loosen up after spending a long time in a cramped airplane seat. It was my first stay, and check-in and check-out were done via a touch panel, but the staff kindly guided me through the process. The natural Onsen is a salt spring and includes an open-air bath, carbonated bath, jet bath, and more—perfect for relieving fatigue. The guestroom corridor was incredibly long and had an atmosphere straight out of a movie.

    Thank you for the wonderful surprise!

    Thank you very much for giving us such a wonderful time. Ahead of my daughter’s overseas trip, we stayed here before her departure. This was our second stay, and once again we were able to spend a very comfortable time. As my birthday was coming up, when we entered the Room there was an adorable towel cake and a gift of sweets prepared for us. I was truly moved by the unexpected, heartwarming surprise. Taking photos with my daughter around the towel cake also became one of the lovely memories of this trip. Through your thoughtful, understated kindness, we could really feel your warm hospitality toward us as guests, and it made us very happy. Once again we had a pleasant stay, and it reaffirmed that choosing this Hotel was the right decision. I sincerely appreciate the attentive care shown by all the staff. We would love to stay again.

    The Room has an unpleasant odor.

    The Room smells bad, possibly from the air conditioner filter. It smells like a musty rag—just unpleasant overall. Starting my trip in this Room gives me nothing but a bad feeling. I will not stay here again.

    The bath was excellent, and there were no issues with the staff or amenities.

    The baths are excellent, and the staff and amenities are all great. Breakfast is average, but the direct connection between the hotel and the terminal is lively and fun, and overall it offers outstanding value for money.

    Convenient Access

    If you’re leaving early in the morning, this is a good option. The Onsen is pricey, though it’s included with your stay. The mattress is firm and on the small side. If possible, request a Room on the 6th floor for easier access.

    The Room is small.

    The Room is small, and the bed is barely enough for two people, so it’s hard to sleep well. The Facility is new, but the corridors are long, and depending on the Room location it can be far to the bath. The bath is spacious, but it gets very crowded and can be difficult. There are many dinner options outside, and they were not crowded. Next time, I’d like to choose a Premier room.

    That’s enough.

    I stayed here on short notice due to a flight delay. The only amenity provided besides bath items was a toothbrush, but that was enough. I was happy to have two bottles of water. Breakfast was also delicious. There was a magnitude 4 earthquake after an emergency earthquake alert in the middle of the night, and it shook quite a bit, but an in-house announcement came quickly, which made me feel very reassured. As this is an airport Hotel with many international guests, I thought the multilingual announcements must have helped everyone feel safe as well.

    I was pleasantly surprised by how good the breakfast was.

    We stayed here because we arrived at Haneda late at night. My husband stays here often, and he says the Onsen is wonderful. We couldn’t use the bath this time, but we were pleasantly surprised by how good the breakfast was. After returning from overseas, the miso soup and rice tasted especially delicious. We would love to stay again.

    The bathroom was dirty for the price.

    I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room, but the bathroom in the room was dirty. The bathtub felt gritty to the touch, and the washing area floor was covered in red mold. At this price, that level of cleaning is unacceptable.

    A perfect getaway during the Obon holidays.

    I hadn’t made any special plans for the Obon holidays, but after receiving an email from IKYU, my daughter and I decided to take a quick getaway. We weren’t planning to fly, but we ended up visiting on short notice. The bath was spacious and comfortable. My daughter seemed to really enjoy the spa treatments on the 4th floor. We also had both dinner and breakfast at the Hotel restaurant this time, and the pancakes were a hit. Late at night, we had a drink at the 24-hour shop attached to the Onsen Facility before going to bed. Since the Facility is new, everything was clean and comfortable overall, making for a very satisfying stay. As it’s not a Resort Hotel, the Room is on the smaller side.

    When I was confused ...

    When I was confused during check-in, a woman who seemed to be a new staff member helped me with sincere care. She asked me to wait in front of the machine while she checked, so I waited there. Then a more senior female staff member said to her in front of me, “Don’t make them wait here!” Disappointing. That said, the more experienced staff—who seemed to have been there longer—were indeed excellent in their service and attentiveness.

    There is a strong odor in the Room.

    The moment I entered the Room, there was an overwhelmingly strong perfume smell—possibly from the previous guest. Even using the air purifier did not reduce it, and I had a very unpleasant night. I checked in after midnight, but if it was from the previous guest, staff should have noticed it during cleaning.

    This was my first stay in a while. Several staff members were on standby in the reception area and provided attentive guidance. The self check-in was smooth. Getting to the room... There are multiple entrances, but by checking the receipt you receive when picking up your room key, you can find your way without getting lost. The room was very clean, and it was a comfortable stay. I will stay again. Thank you.

    Room odor

    I think it was probably the air conditioner smell, but it was so bad that I turned the AC on full blast while I was in the bath, and it got a little better. The Room is extremely small, so I’ll think twice next time. Very disappointing. The staff weren’t at fault, but given the condition of the Room, I want something to be done about it. The location is good, though.

    We were satisfied with the meals and were able to relax at our own pace.

    My flight arrived late at night, and I had work starting the next day, so I booked an extra night to rest. I was able to relax in the bath, and I was very satisfied with the comfortable bed and the spacious Room. I added breakfast separately; it’s seasoned more for international tastes than Japanese, and it’s delicious—I could stay there for hours. It’s also close to the limousine bus stop, so traveling with luggage was much less stressful. I’d like to stay again. Also, since I have a family member with mobility issues, Haneda is easy to reach by a single bus from the nearest station. It has plenty of souvenir shops and is a great destination on its own—this is a Hotel we often rely on when we visit.

    Cozy and convenient

    I stayed here for the first time as an overnight stop before an early flight. Even though check-in and check-out were rushed, the Room bath had plenty of hot water, I was able to sleep soundly until the last minute, and it was convenient to shop at the nearby Lawson—I might get hooked on this place. Check-in and amenities are basically self-service, so those who aren’t used to it may feel a bit confused.
