    Top-quality breakfast buffet

    I watched rugby with my daughter, her husband, and my grandchild, and then stayed overnight. I reserved a twin and a king room, and they were placed next to each other, which was very convenient. I was able to spend a leisurely and enjoyable time with my grandchild, whom I don't see often. Thank you very much. In addition to receiving the benefits of being an IKYU Diamond member, my grandchild was delighted to receive Halloween treats. The breakfast buffet was of high quality and truly satisfying. My daughter and her husband tried many items and were amazed at how delicious everything was. We indulged in Yokohama-style Chinese, Japanese, and Western cuisine. We bought bread from the market on the first floor to take home, but it was so fluffy that we ate it right away, and it was gone. I would like to use this place again when the family gathers.

    Enter the property with an appearance that lifts your spirits. Greeted with a gentle smile, I tried to maintain a mature demeanor while suppressing my excitement (laugh). Enjoy the atmosphere of the lobby with the extra time from arriving earlier than the reservation time. Raise expectations for the evening high tea with the chandelier at the Bar Union, and first head to the Harbor Kitchen for the lunch buffet. There are many types of meat, but each one is juicy, cooked to perfection, and delicious! The buffet doesn't have a wide variety, but each item is of high quality, ensuring satisfaction. The menu is not ordinary, so you won't get bored. Of course, you can fully enjoy the hospitality of the staff while making the most of your time. Head to the club lounge for check-in. This time, I was able to stay in the Regency Suite at an exceptionally good deal, so I checked in at the lounge with a special feeling. The welcome drink, iced tea, is not sweet but has a Chardonnay aroma, which is very lovely. I understood that I arrived earlier than the reservation time, so I was relaxing during the lounge's tea time, but they prepared the room for me early. I am grateful. The cleanliness and view of the room, and the sophisticated space, are truly luxurious! I was even more impressed by the thorough cleaning from the corners of the windows to all the water areas. In the room, there was a welcome drink of wine and harbor sweets, which was delightful! The Union Bar at night was a luxurious space and time that made me forget everyday life, and I felt like I could stay there forever. (Thank you so much for accommodating my requests) I had breakfast and spent a leisurely time until check-in, enjoying a luxurious hotel stay. It was close to Yamashita Park, so I had time to go for a walk, and I was able to fully enjoy the hotel stay. Hmm! I want to go again! Thank you very much.

    Chairs in the bathroom washing area!

    There is no chair in the Anra (Anra) bathing area of the bathroom. While you can shower and wash your hair and body while standing, there are elderly people, children, and others who cannot wash their bodies while standing. Let's at least provide a chair in the bathing area.

    Hyatt like a Business Hotel

    We used it for a family trip (one junior high school student and father). Since watching a game at Yokohama Stadium was the main purpose, we used this hotel for the first time as it was within walking distance. Perhaps because I made the reservation with the image of the same Hyatt Regency Tokyo or Kyoto, I felt a difference. The lobby seemed a bit narrow, and the room was also tight. This is a personal impression. However, all the staff were very kind, and it was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Club Floor

    Nearby Travel

    Stayed one night with my daughter, departed leisurely as it was nearby. We had a relaxing time! The Room was lovely, and the breakfast was the best. There was so much variety... we'll have to try again next time. It's a pity that the amenities were only for one use. We'll repeat our stay.

    A Dreadful Experience on the Club Floor

    I was endlessly kept waiting for check-in on the 3rd-floor club floor after arriving soaked from a sudden downpour. Compared to the always smooth check-in on the 1st floor, it was terrible. Although I told the guide lady, "I'm sorry for being wet," it seemed my desire to take a shower quickly was not conveyed. The lounge clientele was not good, with noisy people and groups continuously eating mountains of complimentary mussels, which felt both greedy and empty. I was told breakfast at the 2nd-floor Harbor Kitchen was unavailable. I was disappointed with the limited buffet offered in the dark lounge. I've had enough of the club floor.

    I felt luxurious.

    I took my mother to Yokohama, where my daughter lives. We usually stayed at a hotel in the Minato Mirai area, but this time we decided to book a hotel closer to Chinatown. The staff's service was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean, which made us very satisfied. Hotel pillows often don't suit me, but the pillows and bedding at this hotel were comfortable. My 77-year-old mother was able to sleep soundly. The breakfast had a wide variety and everything was delicious. We ate so much in the morning that we could hardly eat lunch during our stay, haha. Although we are from the countryside, we felt very luxurious during our stay. I would love to come back next year with my husband. Thank you for the wonderful time.

    Impressive hospitality!

    As expected of Hyatt Regency! Just like in Hakone, I was impressed by the top-notch, heartfelt hospitality in Yokohama as well! I was happy to spend a relaxing and soothing time on the grand floor. I especially thought the response to the expected crowd during cocktail time was excellent.

    I visited the restaurant for the first time.

    I previously used the breakfast-included Plan, but this time I chose a Plan that included dinner as well. Dinner was served at the Italian restaurant on the first floor, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing meal in a stylish atmosphere. It was less intimidating than I had expected. The Room was on the 12th floor, offering a somewhat limited view due to adjacent buildings, which is understandable. Overall, it was another pleasant stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The breakfast was excellent.

    This time, I stayed for the first time. I made a reservation because of the reputation that the breakfast is wonderful. As rumored, the variety, taste, and tamadon were excellent. The room was a standard twin, but it was more spacious than a usual twin room, and although the facility is a new hotel, the stylish design was nice. It was very convenient being close to the station. I thought I would like to stay here again when staying in Yokohama.

    Stylish as ever

    I revisited for the breakfast buffet. The Room is still stylish and has all the necessary facilities. I understand that there is no view, but it more than makes up for it. The amenities, which were previously divided into small portions for one person, have become larger bottles, which I found more convenient to use. Regarding the bathroom, the washing area is large and bright, which is good, but the only flaw is that the bathtub is a bit short. For breakfast, there were many types of bread and cereal, and there was even a dedicated refrigerator for yogurt, which seemed to have been upgraded. It's really a shame that I can't eat everything. I'll visit again!

    It has become popular and was crowded even on weekdays. However, it was disappointing that the quality of the salmon during cocktail time had declined. I will use it again.

    The layout is functional.

    The convenience from the station was good. The toilet and bath were well separated, making them easy to use. It would be appreciated if you could consider adding deodorant spray to the list of rental items in the future.

    I was able to spend a relaxing time.

    I have stayed here several times. This time, after spending a few nights in Kyoto, we visited by car. During the reservation process, our plans changed a bit, and we had to make several adjustments. Thank you very much to the back office staff for always sending us courteous emails in response to our requests. Since it was close to my wife's birthday, we stayed around the same time last year and received a message, and we are truly grateful for your hospitality again this year. The wet area is spacious with a three-point separation, and above all, the water pressure is always excellent, so there is no stress when taking a shower. It's very convenient and cost-effective to stay here rather than in Tokyo, as it's easy to park and just a short drive to places like Tokyo Big Sight and Shiodome for work. By the way, Chinatown is right in front, which is also convenient. The free parking with the Ikkyu Diamond benefits is also greatly appreciated. We would love to visit again.

    Charging at the hotel

    This was my first time using this Hyatt. I stayed with access to the club lounge. I checked in at the club lounge, but stains on the chairs were noticeable, and the sofa seats used for dining had visible dust and food crumbs. Watching the staff clean after guests used the lounge, they wiped the table surfaces with disinfectant spray, but it seemed like they were dropping food crumbs onto the floor. The variety and quality of food were inferior compared to places I have used before. I was disappointed because I had high expectations. The night view from the room was decent, with a view of the Marine Tower and Bay Bridge.

    I had a very nice time and am very satisfied! Thank you very much. However, I felt the staff's response was somewhat questionable compared to the reviews, and they seemed a bit tired. The meals were of high quality, the juice was genuine, and the bread and tea were delicious. It has become a hotel I definitely want to visit again.

    You can enjoy both sightseeing and hotel life.

    We stayed as a family of four, including two elementary school children. The room we stayed in had a separate bedroom and living room, so we were able to have a pajama party at night, and after the children went to bed, we enjoyed some drinks. Children under 12 are not allowed during cocktail time, but we received a lovely basket with sweets, snacks, drinks, and alcohol, allowing us to enjoy at our own pace in the room without worrying about our surroundings. When using club rooms at other hotels, there have been times when we felt uneasy about whether children were allowed during cocktail time, so I think this is a well-thought-out service. I was very impressed as it was the first time experiencing such a service. Thank you. Also, with two double beds measuring 140cm wide x 203cm long, we were able to rest our tired bodies after sightseeing. I was surprised at how neatly the hotel amenities were replenished in line with downtime. After breakfast the next day, we went for a walk to Yamashita Park and Osanbashi Pier. We were able to witness the return of the Asuka and Nippon Maru ships, which allowed us to enjoy Yokohama even more. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Repeat visit.

    I stayed here a month ago and had a good impression, so I decided to stay again this time. I requested an early check-in in advance, and on the day, my room was ready, so they accommodated my request. I had a comfortable stay for two days.     I was able to relax and take it easy.

    It was my first stay in a club room in a while. Despite being a weekday, the cocktail time was crowded, and the seats were not spacious, so it felt a bit cramped. There were some Chinese guests talking loudly on their phones in the lounge, and no one seemed to address it, which made me wonder, "Why is it so noisy?" I understand it was busy due to the crowd, but I would have appreciated some attention to this matter. For breakfast, there were smoothies! (I think they are the same ones available at the Harbor Kitchen, right?) I was delighted because I love them. The room was as comfortable as ever, and of course, the bath was comfortable too! I was able to relax. I will visit again!

    Crispy bacon is my favorite.

    I stayed in a Club Twin room. Since I checked in after 8 PM, I couldn't use the club lounge that night, but I had breakfast there. The crispy bacon at breakfast was very crunchy and delicious. My child seemed to like it too and ate several pieces.

    Stay on the Club Floor for the First Time in a While

    The view from the high-floor room was open and pleasant both day and night. This time, I requested a different type of pillow, which was the right choice. I slept well. The club lounge was convenient and had drinks and snacks. For cocktail time, I used the recommended lounge on the first floor. The atmosphere was quiet and very nice. The staff were very kind. The breakfast, especially the simmered dishes, was particularly delicious. Although it was mostly a hotel stay, I was able to relax and enjoy my time.

    The lounge is disappointing. Other than that, it's a lovely hotel.

    The room was very nice, and the meals at the restaurant and buffet were wonderful. The staff's service, especially the staff on the first floor, was very pleasant. The disappointing part was the lounge. It couldn't be called breakfast, so I had no choice but to pay an additional fee to go to the buffet. The most disappointing thing was the loud phone calls and the loud YouTube videos. Why don't they warn those guests? I visited right after it opened, and I hope they remember the earnest service from those days. I wanted it to be a familiar place to stay, so I look forward to improvements in the future.

    Excellent access to both Chinatown and Yamashita Park.

    I visited Yokohama for the first time in six years, and this seems to be a relatively new Hotel as it wasn’t here back then. For someone like me, the Motomachi area is synonymous with Yokohama. I like the Grand Hotel, but it’s old and not very comfortable. I’m not interested in the Minato Mirai area either, so this location is perfect for me. I stayed on the 8th floor, but there was no night view from my Room. I wonder how it would be on a higher floor facing Yamashita Park. Being a Hyatt, the Room was comfortable as expected. However, customer service at Hyatt Hotels doesn’t feel very welcoming overall. Even though I paid for my Room in cash upfront, they still asked for my credit card details. The same thing happened at their Onna Village location, which made me decide not to return there—but maybe I'll tolerate it and come back here again?

    It was very good, but.

    The service was polite, the food was delicious, and the facilities were well-equipped. I had a very fulfilling and comfortable stay. However. There were many small pieces of trash on the bed. The futon was damp. The pillow had a fishy smell. It was unpleasant and very difficult to sleep. Overall, it was a very good hotel. Because I had high expectations. That part was very disappointing.
