    About Customer Service

    On 8/30, the staff member at the counter who brewed the breakfast coffee was extremely unfriendly. The restaurant reception staff were pleasant and welcoming with smiles, and the other staff were also great, so it was disappointing.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    With direct access to the station and LaLaport, the location is exceptionally convenient. The view from the Room is also wonderful. There is also a clean large public bath, and being able to use the open-air bath as well is fantastic; however, it rained on the day of my stay, so it was disappointing to get wet in the roofless open-air bath. Overall, the space is stylishly designed, and it’s easy to see why so many international guests choose this Accommodation. If there were parking services, it would be perfect.

    Thank you very much.

    I stayed here with my daughter for a relaxing hotel getaway. The view, the large public bath, and the breakfast were all wonderful. It was a short stay, but very refreshing. The only disappointment was that the in-room loungewear was only available in adult sizes and quite large. If this were mentioned in advance, it would be helpful for children and slimmer adults as well. I would like to stay again.

    The view was amazing.

    There was an event at Toyosu PIT, and it was nearby. I also chose this Accommodation because when I stayed at an affiliated Hotel in Taipei before, it was clean and had a large public bath, which I really liked. It’s also super convenient for going to Disney the next day or heading to Shimokitazawa after the event—it's right by the station, or maybe even directly connected? There’s also Lalaport downstairs, so I had no trouble finding places to eat or getting around. I enjoyed cake at the bar counter with a great view. I’ve always loved Odaiba’s night scenery, so I’d love to stay again! I could see Tokyo Skytree from my Room! I was worried the large public bath might feel too hot in summer, but since it’s on the 36th floor it didn’t feel hot at all. The temperature was perfect, and everything was beautiful and very clean. I’d love to stay again! Thank you very much!!

    I’d love to stay here again.

    This is a Hotel I’d always wanted to stay at whenever I visited Lalaport Toyosu. I finally got the chance this time, and I was more than satisfied—the Room was even better than expected, with a great view. The amenities were well stocked, and it was nice to have complimentary mineral water in the refrigerator. The Room layout flowed well, and the bathroom area in particular was very convenient to use. The open view from the bathtub in the Room made it feel especially luxurious and was fantastic. I used the large public bath in the morning; it was clean and spacious, and perhaps by chance it wasn’t crowded, so it felt almost like having it to myself. If I have the opportunity, this is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again.

    It was a wonderful Hotel!

    We stayed to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The views from the lobby, Room, and restaurant were all amazing, and above all, every dish at the restaurant was outstanding! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made our day truly special. Thank you so much—we’d love to visit again! The photo is from when we turned on the TV…! I didn’t know about this surprise touch either, so I was really amazed.

    Delicious breakfast.

    I was looking forward to enjoying the large public bath while taking in the waterfront view, but only the ceiling was open and I couldn’t see outside, which was disappointing. Similar Hotels in JP Ikaba were better. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and delicious flavors.

    We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed.

    This was my first stay. When I went to wash my hands in the bathroom, I found a lot of long hair stuck to the Velcro strap bundling the hair dryer cord, and it had been left there... It was unpleasant right away. Everything else felt clean, so it was very disappointing.

    I was satisfied!

    I stayed here on a solo trip. It was convenient with direct access from the station, and I chose it for the night view—the view was breathtaking. The Room was clean and nice. I would have preferred the bath and toilet to be separate, but since I was alone it didn’t bother me. Breakfast was just the right amount, and the fish soup was delicious. I’d also love to see brown rice or multigrain rice in addition to white rice. Overall, it met my expectations and made for a very satisfying stay at this Accommodation. I’d like to stay again.

    A stylish Hotel

    This is a very stylish Hotel with many international guests. The view from the Room, including Rainbow Bridge, is calming. The large public bath has an indoor bath and a semi-open-air bath with an open ceiling, making it very relaxing. Breakfast offers many appetizing dishes; none are overly seasoned and all taste refined. There are not many Japanese-style options. Check-in guidance felt slow. Even after speaking to the front desk and past 3:00 p.m., they seemed unconcerned. When asked, they only replied, “We are doing a final check of your Room.” With all due respect, it sounded like a prepared excuse and was hard to believe—shouldn’t that have been finished already? It may reflect a service approach quite different from that of a Japanese Ryokan.

    The night view and the Room’s style are wonderful.

    Stayed in a Room with a Rainbow Bridge view. The scenery was just as amazing as I had imagined. Since I had informed them in advance that this was a commemorative trip, they gifted me a single flower in the Room. I was very happy. The layout and design sense of the Room were great, and it was comfortable. One point I’d like improved—others have mentioned this too—is that there are no towels in the large public bath. There was also only one face towel in the Room, which was inconvenient. Given that the Accommodation fee is not cheap, I would like them to provide towels at least in the large public bath. Also, there was no ventilation in the Room’s bathroom, so it fogged up and made it hard to enjoy the view. The breakfast restaurant also had a wonderful view, and the furniture arrangement was excellent. I’d like to see some improvement in the breakfast itself. The bread was dry, and since café au lait is made individually by staff, a line formed—I'd prefer it if it could be made by machine. I’ve listed several requests, but overall I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would like to use it again.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    This was my first stay, and the location was convenient for my purpose. I also enjoyed a comfortable stay throughout. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. The meals at the restaurant were delicious as well. The view was outstanding, and I would love to stay here again next time.

    The same breathtaking view as always!!

    I stayed here as a luxurious choice while attending to matters in Tokyo at the beginning of the year. I checked in at 6 PM, and the view was absolutely stunning. I also enjoyed the open-air bath, which wasn’t available three years ago. The night view added a special touch to the experience. About half of the guests were international visitors, but everyone seemed calm and composed. On another note, I had breakfast as well, but compared to three years ago, it felt slightly less impressive, which was a bit disappointing. I look forward to staying here again in the future and hope that breakfast returns to its previous quality.

    Since it was a Room ...

    Since it was a Room facing the courtyard, it couldn't be helped, but I was a bit disappointed with the window as I couldn't see any scenery or even the sky, making it hard to tell the morning weather.

    It was as good as the reviews said!

    The public bath exceeded expectations and was excellent! It was clean, and having an outdoor bath in a hotel within Tokyo is definitely a big plus. I felt refreshed. Everything was great, but there is one thing I would like to see improved, which led me to rate the satisfaction as 4. I stayed with my 2-year-old child, but during breakfast, there were no child chairs available. The height difference with the table made it difficult for my child to eat comfortably. Additionally, the dish set was not very user-friendly and could be improved. Other than that, it was a very good hotel. I would love to stay again!

    Tokyo Travel with Kids

    The main purpose of this trip was to enjoy KidZania Tokyo. We chose this hotel for its convenient location, directly connected to Toyosu Station and accessible to LaLaport during its business hours. Check-in is conducted on the 36th floor, offering an outstanding view. The staff were efficient and very pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained. While I did not use the public bath, my 5-year-old daughter seemed to enjoy it very much. We only used the breakfast buffet, which felt a bit limited considering the accommodation price. (However, compared to a typical business hotel in general terms, it might be reasonable.) Overall, I would recommend this accommodation as a great option for visiting KidZania Tokyo or exploring the Toyosu area nearby.

    It was beautiful.

    The hotel was new and clean. Being a high-rise, the night view was beautiful. The female staff members were all smiling and provided excellent service, making my stay very pleasant. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Front Desk Service

    Arrived an hour early and asked about early check-in as my child was tired. I was told it would be possible for an additional 2,000 yen, so I agreed. However, the process took a long time as the staff kept typing on the computer. It was frustrating to pay 2,000 yen only to wait so long, but what bothered me more was the lack of any smile or warmth from the staff member from start to finish. In fact, his attitude felt unfriendly and upsetting. Other front desk staff were very welcoming and cheerful during our stay, but this particular male staff member left a negative impression. It’s disappointing because the Hotel itself was great otherwise.

    Enjoy stunning night views and a relaxing atmosphere.

    The view from the Room on the 34th floor offered a truly relaxing and extraordinary experience. The large public bath on the top floor is incredibly soothing. It would be perfect to stay here again as a treat for myself.

    I would love to stay here again.

    I finally had the chance to stay at the Hotel & View Bathroom I had been curious about for a long time. There were no negative aspects, and I had a comfortable experience throughout, making me want to stay again. The room featured an amazing view bath, so next time I’d like to try the Onsen. The breakfast was impressively delicious, and I’d love to try dinner on my next visit as well. The amenities and room utensils were perfectly sufficient, everything was well-maintained, and there was nothing lacking. Even in some fairly good hotels in Tokyo, sofa stains can be an issue—though this seems largely due to guest behavior—but that wasn’t a concern here. They kindly accommodated my request for an extended stay, allowing me valuable time for mental organization during a busy period. Combined with the charm of Toyosu’s location, it made for two very comfortable days. I look forward to staying again!

    It was excellent!

    The stylish design of the 1st-floor hallway already lifted my spirits! Everything was delightful and comfortable, from the design and high ceilings to the open atmosphere of the 36th-floor reception, the perfect balance in staff interaction, tasteful room interiors, amenities, lighting in the open-air bath, single-pane glass windows offering stunning views and nightscapes, as well as dual blinds for both blackout and light control. I would love to stay here again!

    Beyond expectations

    We stayed for two nights and three days, just my daughter and me. The Room was perfectly sized, and the bath and toilet were spotless and well-maintained. The view from the Room was stunning, especially the night view, which looked like a jewelry box. I initially thought of the Hotel as just a place to sleep, but it felt like a waste to go to bed early because I was captivated by the night scenery. The large public bath was available from early morning, very clean, and extremely satisfying. I would definitely love to stay here again next time!

    Second stay with children

    I stayed here for a visit to KidZania. The night view was truly beautiful with a great outlook. However, I found a hair tie with someone else's hair on the shower hook, which was disappointing. There was also trash and contact lenses under the bed light, indicating issues with cleaning. I had several email exchanges regarding my requests, and the responses were polite and attentive. For breakfast, there is now a one-choice menu. A few years ago, there weren’t many options suitable for children, but now you can select items like Margherita pizza or egg dishes, which is an improvement. However, the man at the drink corner seemed unapproachable; I ended up skipping coffee. I used the public bath for the first time—it was clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, I noticed what seemed to be foreign guests stepping in with shoes on while taking photos.

    A Comfortable and Memorable Stay

    I used the Superior View Bath Twin (with Breakfast) Plan. The view from the large windows in the room was stunning, allowing me to enjoy the scenery both day and night. The public bath facilities were well-equipped, clean, and had a very sophisticated atmosphere, making for a special experience. The lobby was surprisingly quiet and serene, offering an extraordinary feeling from the moment I arrived. However, it was slightly disappointing that blinds on the view bath window limited the scenery somewhat. Additionally, there were moments when staff interactions felt a bit formal or impersonal. Overall though, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. I would love to use this facility again if I have another opportunity!

    Wonderful Hotel

    We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate my daughter's special occasion. The thoughtful touches were wonderful, and the moment we entered the room, I was almost moved to tears seeing my daughter's joy. The view of Rainbow Bridge from the window was truly stunning, and we kept the curtains open all night to admire it together. The large public bath was very relaxing, and we enjoyed gazing at the open sky from a high vantage point. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of drinks, which made us very happy. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for an amazing one-night stay!

    Beautiful view

    We stayed for one night with kids during our trip from Osaka. The view was absolutely stunning and left us in awe. The Room was clean, and the large public bath made the kids very happy. Directly connected to the station, with a shopping mall nearby, we had no inconveniences at all. It was so perfect that I want to stay here every time I visit Tokyo! Thank you very much!

    There is an issue with the meal.

    The view from the window was excellent, both during the day and at night. However, the quality of the fish dishes was very disappointing and did not meet the standards expected of a Hotel like this. Coming from the Hokuriku region, I may be particularly critical about fish, but even guests at neighboring tables left most of their meals uneaten. The scenery from the window was truly stunning, and the staff's hospitality was kind and attentive. My wife also enjoyed everything apart from the meals.
