    Thank you very much.

    I stayed here because there was a live concert nearby. It didn’t take long even on foot, which was convenient. The Room was clean and had a calm atmosphere. There were probably many guests, but it was quiet and I could relax. Breakfast was very satisfying—I don’t think I’ve ever stayed for about an hour and a half before. Since it was Sunday morning, I thought it might be crowded, but surprisingly it felt spacious, and I could enjoy my meal at ease. The staff were very attentive, which I appreciated. I’d like to stay here again on concert days. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located with great access after attending a live event at Kyocera Dome, and there's a convenience store downstairs. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were welcoming with their kind words and warm smiles. The Premium Room offers thoughtful amenities such as plush slippers, L'Occitane toiletries, Dyson curling irons, and Panasonic hair dryers—perfect for female guests. Each guest is provided with two bottles of mineral water and mouthwash, showing attention to detail. Breakfast was delightful with freshly shaved bonito flakes, honeycomb honey, made-to-order omelets, and more exciting options. There was also a variety of drinks and desserts to enjoy until the very end—all delicious! Luggage storage is available on the first floor, so there's no need to go up to the 11th-floor front desk—very convenient! You can feel that they truly consider their guests' needs throughout your stay. If I ever stay in Namba again, I would definitely choose this place!

    Directly connected to Namba Subway Station, making it convenient. The Room is simple and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. Breakfast offers an impressively wide variety of options. Lighting and requests are operated via a touch panel, likely aiming for a stylish appeal. However, the entrance lacks a welcoming atmosphere, and the front desk feels indifferent. These aspects may make this Hotel appeal to different preferences.

    It was great being close to Osaka Shochikuza Theatre.

    Easily accessible from Kintetsu Namba Station via the underground path, and just a 6-minute walk to Osaka Shochikuza. The Bar Kumokumo offered a relaxing experience with stunning views of Osaka's nightscape. The Premium Room was exceptional, and the discount coupon for Kumokumo made it great value for money. It's unfortunate that Osaka Shochikuza will close at the end of May this year, but it makes me want to visit the farewell events in April or May. I would love to stay in the same room again during that time. Smoking being allowed at the bar was also a pleasant surprise, making it even more relaxing!

    Breakfast was served buffet-style. The staff guiding guests to their seats provided excellent and courteous service, and every dish was delicious and impressive. It was clear that each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. The Hotel's location is also convenient, being close to the downtown area and directly connected to the subway exit for easy access.

    It is a new Hotel, but

    As it was the beginning of the new year, there were many guests and visitors, and the staff seemed very busy. There were no issues with the facilities at all.

    Osaka 2-Night, 3-Day Trip

    It might be standard for modern hotels, but (even if other hotels have similar security measures) there is a door with an auto-lock system like in apartments after exiting the elevator. Without a card key, access to the floor is restricted. It might be inconvenient when carrying large luggage, but it’s great for security. The guest rooms are clean and well-maintained. There was no noise from neighboring or upper/lower rooms, making it very quiet and comfortable. The Hotel's location is excellent, allowing easy access to various places. Even if you feel unwell, there’s a pharmacy right in front of the Hotel for peace of mind. A short walk will take you to many commercial facilities where you can find almost anything you need or forgot to bring along. My partner was also delighted with our stay here. I would definitely love to stay again when visiting Osaka!

    Great access from the station and excellent breakfast!

    The access from the station and breakfast are excellent! I have stayed at various accommodations around Namba and Shinsaibashi, but this breakfast is my personal No.1. The seating area is spacious, allowing me to enjoy a delicious breakfast comfortably. Access from Shin-Osaka is also convenient, and the hotel's connecting passageway from the subway ticket gate is close by. Having a FamilyMart directly connected to the hotel on the 1st floor was very convenient as well. As for disappointing points: This time, I stayed in a Standard Room. The room was still new and had a clean feel, but it was smaller than expected—I should have opted for a Deluxe Room instead. The air purifier with humidifier installed in the room emitted an unpleasant smell when turned on. Regarding hotel staff: While I felt that some foreign staff members were slightly rough in their mannerisms, there was no particular rudeness or issue worth complaining about. I will definitely use this accommodation again!

    Lovely

    I stayed at this hotel for a live event at Kyocera. It was very convenient as it was just a short walk from Namba Station, making it easy to find even for someone not familiar with Osaka. I appreciated the complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and L'Occitane amenities. Since I had a Multiple Night Stay, I was grateful that the drinks and amenities were replenished the next day as well. The Room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to relax during my stay. While I enjoyed sightseeing and attending the live event, spending time relaxing at the Hotel was also wonderful. I tried the breakfast buffet this time, but 4,500 yen felt a bit pricey to me. The staff were all kind and left a great impression on me. If I stay in Namba again, I would definitely choose this Hotel!

    The exterior, interior, and service are all excellent at this Hotel.

    The exterior is stunning. The location is, of course, convenient. All the staff provide excellent service. The premium floor offers a fully stocked refrigerator with drinks, complimentary Clipper tea bags, and a coffee maker. Additionally, glasses and tableware are provided. Amenities are complete with a L'Occitane set included. The Dyson hairdryer is also a delightful touch—it's rare to find the full Dyson set even in hotels within this price range. The parking lot becomes easy to use once you're familiar with it, and it's thoughtful that they keep your parking ticket safe until checkout—a small but appreciated detail. I will definitely make a Reservation again when staying in Minami next time. Thank you once again for everything during this stay!

    Reliable service

    Convenient access to the station and Takashimaya from underground. Despite being in front of the station, there is parking available, and reservations are possible, which is truly appreciated. The room is not spacious but thoughtfully designed for comfort. Above all, the staff are always polite and provide warm hospitality. Thank you for your consideration regarding noise prevention measures as well. Although we had made a reservation for October due to the Expo, we had to cancel the reservation as we couldn't secure an entry reservation—our apologies for this. This will always be our first choice when visiting Minami; we look forward to staying again!

    The service level is excellent.

    I have been a fan of this Hotel since my first stay earlier this year. First of all, I appreciate the clean and quiet environment once again. I had a very comfortable stay. Last time, there was a shortage of amenities, but you remembered and provided me with plenty of L'Occitane products this time. I even brought back the unused ones and am enjoying them at home. Thank you so much. I usually arrive late, so I often miss the chance to use the drink tickets. However, this time I arrived just before 9 PM and mentioned that I wanted to head straight to the BAR. The staff kindly offered to take my luggage to the Room with a smile. I was already impressed, but when I entered the Room, I found my hoodie neatly hung on a hanger with the front closed to prevent it from falling. I had casually placed it on top of my luggage, but the thoughtful handling moved me. This level of service is rare these days, even at prestigious traditional Hotels or luxury international chains unless you stay in a club floor or suite. For the Osaka Minami area, this Hotel is my only choice. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you very much.

    First Stay in Osaka

    I stayed for 2 nights to visit the Expo. This city hotel is directly connected to the station, and the room was spacious with all necessary amenities provided, making it very comfortable. The bathroom was also roomy and easy to use. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, both Japanese and Western, and everything was delicious—I ended up eating too much! The front desk staff were kind enough to provide ice for my water bottle to take to the Expo. Thank you for your hospitality. I would love to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    An excellent Hotel

    I stayed here for a live event. The staff were very accommodating, and the room was incredibly clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate. The amenities were well-stocked, and since it was hot outside, the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very helpful. Having both a FamilyMart and the station directly connected to the hotel made it extremely convenient, and I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Osaka. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. It was also great to have parking available. There were no issues with noise at all. Thanks to this hotel, my trip became an excellent experience. Thank you very much!

    A hotel with excellent service and location.

    I stayed at this accommodation during my trip to the Osaka Expo. A shuttle bus departs nearby, allowing easy access to the bus terminal without getting wet in the rain. Not only can you use the underground walkway to visit nearby shops, but it’s also just a 1-minute walk from the nearest ticket gate of Namba Station, making it very convenient. Of course, it’s not just about the location—the room was well-maintained and clean, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable 2-night stay. Breakfast was served buffet-style, featuring delicious Osaka-style fried dishes. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Osaka!

    Great value for mone...

    Great value for money and very comfortable, we were extremely satisfied. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. The only minor issue was the water pressure in the bathroom sink. The rooms were new and had a clean, fresh feel.

    It exceeded expectations.

    I booked this accommodation near the station for a baseball game. The location is directly connected to the subway, and just a few minutes' walk to Nankai and Hanshin lines, making it extremely convenient without exposure to the heat. The elevators were numerous, so there was almost no waiting time. The card key system that automatically lights up your room's floor with just a touch was excellent. The room was well-equipped with all essentials while eliminating unnecessary items, all of which were made in Japan. The bath could be filled with water at the push of a button. The mattress firmness suited my preference perfectly, allowing me to sleep soundly. As for meals, I appreciated the calm and professional service by experienced staff for seniors and was amazed by the variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Having sparkling wine in the morning was also delightful! I feel like I've found my go-to accommodation in Osaka. I plan to visit Osaka again next year and will definitely stay here again!

    Not only is the location and Facility excellent, but the customer service is truly outstanding. When calling the front desk, they address you by name and are incredibly polite. Despite being more reasonably priced than international brand Hotels, they assist with carrying luggage when borrowing a cart, which is greatly appreciated. The environmental considerations and cleanliness are impeccable, making this stay comfortable once again. Thank you very much!

    It was excellent last time.

    I canceled my reservation at my usual accommodation in Umeda, which I had booked six months ago, and chose this one instead. This was because my previous stay here was extremely comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. Despite arriving late at night last time, a warm-hearted male staff member kindly ran to the parking lot to help retrieve my luggage. The environmentally conscious efforts and thorough cleaning were also impressive, allowing me to enjoy another pleasant stay this time. However, there was one disappointing issue. When I returned on the first day from outside, there were no L'Occitane amenities provided—not even one item. Since it was late at night, I decided not to call the front desk but instead sent an email explaining the situation. The next day, I received a reply stating that "We will ensure they are prepared during today's cleaning." But what about yesterday's missing amenities? It felt as though they were disregarded entirely. Despite booking premium rooms individually for each night rather than using eco discounts or multiple-night stay discounts—where L'Occitane amenities are supposed to be one of their selling points—I only received them for two out of three nights during my stay in a premium room. This left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied. Other than that issue, just like last time, I had an overall very pleasant experience staying here again.

    I stayed here for a concert at Kyocera Dome. The location is very convenient, being close to JR, Nankai Line, and subway stations. The amenities included compression bags, which were very useful. There are various restaurants nearby for dining options, and a convenience store on the first floor adds to the convenience. I would love to stay here again!

    Convenient and comfortable, with delicious breakfast Hotel

    We stayed at the accommodation with my daughters to visit the Kansai Expo. It was very convenient as we could not only enjoy the Expo but also shop at department stores and easily return from Namba Station. Our room was on the 19th floor, but the sound of ambulances and cars was a bit noisy. The room was clean, but since the toilet, sink area, and bathroom were separated by transparent glass, we had to wait for each other when one of us was using them. The bathroom had a washing area, functional shower facilities, and good amenities. For breakfast, there were delicious options like Omi beef roast beef, freshly shaved bonito flakes, chocolate fondue, as well as both Western and Japanese dishes. We spent about an hour enjoying it all. I would love to stay here again when I have plans in Osaka!

    It was excellent.

    The front desk staff were all pleasant and efficient, making the experience very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, all of which were incredibly delicious. The kitchen staff worked diligently and left a positive impression. The hall staff promptly cleared empty plates and provided cheerful service, leaving us completely satisfied. Although the team seemed to have an older age group (pardon me for mentioning), everyone appeared to enjoy their work, which was very admirable. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Lastly, after checking out, I would like to thank the Indian and Japanese staff on the first floor who kindly stored our luggage. Even when we realized we had forgotten something in our bags and asked them to retrieve it again, they responded graciously without hesitation. This hotel truly exceeded expectations until the very end! The location is excellent, and it offers great value for money. I would love to stay here again!

    Extremely Satisfying

    The service was excellent, and the Room was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very satisfying and filling. All the staff, including reception and restaurant teams, were incredibly attentive, making our stay pleasant from arrival to departure. The response to our pre-visit email inquiries was also great. On the day of our visit, we dropped off our luggage early in the morning as we expected a late-night check-in. The staff kindly completed the check-in process in advance during the morning to save time later—such thoughtful service! We definitely want to visit again. Thank you so much!

    Due to my hearing sensitivity, I am very sensitive to sounds and voices, but thanks to your consideration, I was able to spend my time quietly. Although the drum performances from street musicians near the station were loud enough to be heard even on the top floor, they ended around 10 PM, which was acceptable. The noise from motorcyclists wasn’t constant and didn’t have a heavy bass sound, so it wasn’t an issue. Considering it’s along Osaka’s bustling downtown area, this is understandable—Umeda is like this too (laughs). I had a Multiple Night Stay and my Room was cleaned thoroughly each time. I’m particularly concerned about water areas, but they were spotless every time—thank you for taking care of it in such a short amount of time. The clean and quiet environment allowed me to have a pleasant stay. I look forward to staying again next time. Thank you very much!

    I initially thought it was a slightly upscale business hotel, but it turned out to be a proper city hotel with a bar and room service. Moreover, the level of hospitality is exceptional. Every staff member was polite, courteous, and thoughtful in their service. The exterior is stunningly beautiful, and the interior features a modern ambiance with white and gray tones subtly accented by art pieces—so much so that international guests have mistaken it for an art museum. The location is excellent as it's directly connected to the station, making it very convenient. Security is robust; staff are always present, and access to each floor requires a key card, so you rarely see non-guests. The room was clean. Although I usually stay in rooms over 60 square meters and found this one slightly compact, its functional design had everything I needed without any inconvenience. Facilities like lighting could be controlled via tablet—a very convenient feature. Amenities were abundant: POLA skincare products, Mikimoto pearl cosmetics, L'Occitane body care items; even the Dyson full-set hairdryer was provided. Complimentary beverages in the fridge included premium options like Premium Malts beer and Kaku Highball whiskey alongside tea from major brands—no need to go out shopping for drinks. Simple yet elegant cutlery sets were provided along with thin-rimmed cups and glasses that showed attention to both aesthetics and usability. The welcome cookies were sourced from a welfare organization—a thoughtful touch reflecting their operational philosophy—and on my third night of stay as thanks for my extended visit, I received a handwritten message card along with house-made desserts from the hotel! They also gave me complimentary tickets for their sky lounge (I feel spoiled!), which offered fantastic views. With checkout at 12 PM and parking fees calculated on a 24-hour basis—it’s incredibly accommodating! This has become one of my favorite hotels now—thank you very much!

    Excellent hospitality

    This was my first time staying in Namba instead of Umeda. I searched for a Hotel with separate bath and toilet and parking, and chose this one because it’s new and easy to find. First of all, being able to reserve the parking space was very convenient. Although it’s a multi-story parking lot, which made it difficult to retrieve items from the car or store things after shopping, there was a drop-off area and waiting space that made up for it. The parking fee was also reasonable. The staff were incredibly kind. Nowadays, many Hotels don’t assist with luggage, but when they noticed I had parked in front of the parking area, they quickly brought out a cart and carried my luggage to my Room despite my late arrival. They even chatted warmly with me at check-in, leaving me with an excellent impression of this Hotel right away. All the staff members displayed exceptional hospitality—five stars wouldn’t be enough! Not only were they polite and professional, but their service felt warm and genuine rather than just following a manual. Their pride in their work truly moved me. On the third day of my stay, although I had informed them that I wouldn’t return until around 8 PM due to plans outside the Hotel, I ended up coming back early due to feeling unwell during cleaning hours as expected. While waiting near the elevator for cleaning to finish, one male staff member kindly asked if something was wrong and guided me to sit on a sofa on the first floor while other staff members checked on me frequently as well—they even requested housekeeping prioritize finishing my Room earlier than scheduled! It wasn’t their fault at all; still deeply appreciated such thoughtful care provided under unexpected circumstances—and everything including water facilities sparkled clean afterward! On departure day accidentally stained pillowcases/sheets wearing makeup overnight apologized offering pay cleaning fees yet smilingly reassured no problem whatsoever (though sincerely hope stains removed). Lastly grateful assistance storing/loading luggage into vehicle farewell gestures overwhelmed gratitude entire peaceful stay experience becoming favorite destination future visits ahead!

    Although it was unusually hot for March, with many foreign guests wearing short-sleeved clothing, the room I checked into was set to fan mode, making it pleasantly cool and comfortable upon entry. I appreciated that the air conditioning had been adjusted to an appropriate temperature in time for check-in. Additionally, the small mirror in the bathroom was convenient for washing my face. The thoughtful touches made this one of my favorite accommodations. However, used coffee capsules need to be disposed of either in the bathroom trash bin or the one next to the TV. This seems common not only at this accommodation but also at others. It would be great if a small trash bin could be placed next to the coffee maker for convenience.
