    Highly satisfied

    My grandmother and mother have stayed here twice before, and this time I joined them. We made a Reservation for two Rooms for the four of us, including my father who came on the second stay. It was a Multiple Night Stay, and both on the first and second day, every meal was delicious—we were all truly impressed. The service was excellent as well: drinks in the Room, ice cream and drinks in the lounge area, and even a beer server near Hana-no-Za. At my grandmother’s request for a spacious Room, we reserved Ten-no-Za. It had one indoor bath and one open-air bath, but it was more than we could fully use—so that felt a bit wasteful. Also, there were no amenities like toner in the Room, so please keep that in mind if you plan to use the in-room bath. We were talking about choosing Tsuki or Kumo next time. Ten-no-Za is still hard to give up though—my grandmother and mother kept using the massage chair in the Room and found it very relaxing. The staff were also wonderful, and having team members who really know the area made us feel at ease. We’ve stayed at Rengetsu in Nasu-Shiobara as well, so this makes our second Kyoritsu Resort experience—and Akita was truly fantastic! Next time, I’d love to stay again with different members of our group.

    Steamy Onsen Accommodation: Inazumi Onsen Report

    We stayed here on this trip, and it was a thoroughly satisfying stay in every way. The cuisine, in particular, was outstanding—not only was each dish carefully prepared, but the thoughtfully selected tableware complemented the food beautifully, making it a wonderful experience for both the eyes and the palate. At dinner, we were given detailed explanations of each dish, which helped us enjoy everything even more. The attentive hospitality left a lasting impression. Breakfast exceeded our expectations as well. The rice was truly delicious—both my wife and I ended up having seconds. It was a fantastic breakfast that made for a great start to the day. The Onsen was also excellent; not only the large public bath but even the bath in our Room was more than satisfying. My wife especially loved the in-room bath and said it made her want to soak again and again—she enjoyed it to the fullest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed Kyoritsu Group’s signature late-night soba, which became one of our evening highlights. Above all, what impressed us most was the warm and courteous service from all staff members. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and could sense their genuine hospitality everywhere. This was a wonderful Onsen Accommodation that truly made us want to return. We’re grateful to everyone on staff for helping us spend such precious time here, and we would love to visit again in another season.

    The Onsen, the meals, the excellent service, and the cleanliness of the Accommodation—everything was satisfying. It’s also appealing that the guestroom’s free-flowing hot spring bath and the large public bath and open-air bath each have different water qualities. This time, I was able to relax and soak in the Onsen while looking out at lush green summer trees, and felt refreshed. I feel this is a satisfying Onsen Accommodation where you can enjoy tranquil nature in every season—spring, summer, autumn, or winter—along with all the charms of the Accommodation. I would love to visit again.

    Wedding Anniversary

    Even though I stopped by unexpectedly before check-in, thank you very much for welcoming me so warmly. I’m usually excited on trips, but perhaps because of the long drive—or maybe menopause—I couldn’t stop feeling irritated and emotionally unsettled, and I started to dislike myself. On top of that, my nail broke and I felt very anxious. However, thanks to the staff’s calm and gentle manner, I was able to settle down. After that, I continued sightseeing and then checked in. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay with peace of mind. Of course the Ryokan itself was wonderful, but what stayed with me most was the warm thoughtfulness of all the staff. I would love to visit again. It would have been lovely if there were koi in the pond visible from the Room.

    I can’t find anything wrong.

    I think the post-bath lounge here is the best among all Kyoritsu Resort Accommodations I’ve stayed at. With a sauna and a well-equipped large public bath, plus the meals, service, and hospitality—everything was great. The only downside is that it’s quite far away.

    The meals were especially enjoyable.

    I was satisfied with the Onsen and the guest room, but the dinner and breakfast were exceptionally wonderful—this was an Accommodation I was truly delighted with. I think it offers value worthy of the price. It is quiet, and the view of fresh greenery from the private family bath is flawless. It’s easy to understand why Mushakoji Saneatsu liked it and visited many times long ago. However, while Wi‑Fi is available, there is almost no mobile signal, so making phone calls can be difficult (not the Accommodation’s fault).

    An Accommodation You’ll Want to Stay at Again

    I’ve stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. This time, since it was a weekend stay, the lounge area was crowded and they couldn’t restock the sakura mochi in time, which was disappointing. The cheese-flavored crunchy beans were delicious, so I bought some online after returning home—weren’t they Umaibo before? The post-bath relaxation area was quiet and comfortable. I’m happy that the private bath is available 24 hours a day. The meals are varied and can be customized as well, so you’ll leave feeling full. I was surprised to see so many hearty eaters who even finished the late-night soba. The in-Room bath in the Yunza Room isn’t an open-air bath, but that’s actually better in colder seasons. With an 11:00 checkout, we were able to take it easy in the morning too.

    The Room was conveniently close to the private bath, which was great. However, it was disappointing that there were no shampoo and conditioner provided, and no basic skincare products for women in the Room. I feel like these used to be available in the past—perhaps it varies depending on the Room?

    A Rewarding Trip for Your Loved Ones

    For a rewarding trip for yourself or your loved ones, the Yukemuri no Yado Inazumi Onsen is exceptional. Enjoy local delicacies such as Kiritanpo hot pot made with abundant local ingredients, fresh sashimi, and tender Yurigyū brand beef steak in the comfort of a private dining room. The beautifully presented Japanese breakfast, served individually rather than buffet-style, ensures a delightful start to your day. The spacious onsen bath with natural flowing hot spring water offers luxurious relaxation; if you're lucky with timing, you might even have it all to yourself. After bathing in the large public bath, you can enjoy complimentary beverages like canned beer, chuhai cocktails, juice, and ice cream in the lounge area. During our stay in a guest room with an open-air bath, we experienced pure bliss listening to the sound of continuously flowing water 24 hours a day while fully relaxing at our own pace. Additionally, traveling with my visually and hearing-impaired father and wheelchair-bound mother was made entirely comfortable thanks to the attentive support from Inazumi Onsen's staff. My parents were extremely satisfied as well. This heartwarming ryokan comes highly recommended for everyone!

    It's convenient as you can go after work, making it easy to visit even with only one day off. The meal is included in the breakfast-only Plan, so my evaluation is limited to breakfast, but I would appreciate a bit more variety.

    This was my second s...

    This was my second stay at the accommodation. My first visit was during the snowy winter season, and this time in summer, allowing me to enjoy the charm of different seasons. I stayed in a room on the first floor, but unfortunately, footsteps from the upper floors were quite loud and noticeable even late at night. While this might be due to the building's structure, any improvements would make for a more comfortable stay. The onsen had private baths where my family could relax together, which was wonderful. However, from the window of one private bath, exposed pipes and ground were visible, slightly detracting from the atmosphere. Adding some landscaping or screens could enhance comfort further. Regarding service quality, there seemed to be significant variation among staff members. Some provided very attentive and courteous service; however, considering it is a high-end ryokan, I felt that inconsistencies stood out more than expected. As for facilities, while both the large public bath and open-air bath offered great views, they appeared somewhat aged. I had been looking forward to using a massage chair as mentioned beforehand but couldn’t find one during my stay—this was disappointing. It would be nice if massage chairs or relaxation options like spa treatments were available. The meals were overall delicious and satisfying; however, they seemed somewhat fixed in content. For frequent visitors like myself who appreciate variety or seasonal touches in dishes over time—this aspect could use improvement. That said—with its appealing private baths and excellent location—I still look forward to visiting again during another season! I hope some improvements will have been made by then for an even better experience next time around!

    With friends

    Stayed for one night with a friend. While waiting in a lounge-like area to be called for check-in, a female staff member at the front desk, who appeared to be in her 50s, read out my home address aloud and commented, "So close! Just nearby." I was shocked and disappointed. Did she think I couldn't hear? Her attitude remained rude throughout the check-in process. The Onsen and meals were great, but it was disappointing overall. With such lack of hospitality in their service, I don't think I'll be staying here again.

    It was excellent.

    Stayed here on the first day of my first trip to Akita. I was a bit worried since it’s not very well-known, but it turned out to be a great accommodation. The building was clean, the service was excellent, drinks were free, and both the meals and the onsen were fantastic.

    Facility is good, but meals are disappointing.

    The facility and rooms were clean, and the fresh flowers were lovely. However, the meals were not to my taste. Among the seven Onsen Ryokans and Hotels I stayed at in Tohoku this time, this was the least enjoyable in terms of food. The staff's service during dinner was poor. Without any explanation about the dishes, being rushed to choose drinks or menu options felt unpleasant. The clattering noise while clearing dishes and lack of friendliness made it seem unprofessional. Considering it was during Golden Week with a relatively high accommodation fee, I was disappointed.

    The ultimate Onsen resort with the best hospitality in the snow country.

    After crossing the snow-covered pass, Inazumi Onsen appeared. We were welcomed at the entrance. Enjoying a beer while watching the snow, the deep snow that was different from before was soothing. The interior is beautifully arranged with a blend of Japanese and Western styles. The natural onsen has a smooth texture that warms you up. The snow-viewing open-air bath was the best. The meals were made with local Akita ingredients and had a luxurious finish, and of course, the taste was satisfying. It was a plan where local sake was arranged to match the dishes, so the fusion of food and sake was excellent. As expected, it was a property full of hospitality from Kyoritsu Resort. We will visit again.

    The Onsen and services are excellent and clean!

    The Onsen, along with the free drinks and ice services, was excellent! The quality of the Onsen was great, and being able to enjoy it 24 hours was a plus. The Hotel was clean throughout, and the food was delicious. Thank you very much.

    Free-flowing Onsen

    Since it was a Plan with Shuttle Service, we were able to reach the Property with peace of mind. It was fun to be able to choose from a variety of dishes. There were few amenities, so 4 stars, but no other issues. The Onsen was said to be 42 degrees, but it was very pleasant. Thank you very much. The limited edition Aramasa was very delicious.

    We had a luxurious time.

    I used it for the first time during the New Year's holiday last year and had a wonderful time, so I used it again this New Year. Everything, from the Room, the food, to the service, was excellent. They kindly provided wine and sake in the Room as a service. It was a very appreciated gesture, but neither my companion nor I could drink alcohol, so we couldn't enjoy it. It would be nice if we could choose non-alcoholic beverages to be placed in the Room.

    Following my stay at...

    Following my stay at the end of last year, this was my second stay. Unlike the previous time, the dining area was semi-private, so the loud noise from a nearby group was clearly audible, which was disappointing as I was expecting a quiet, adult-friendly Stays. Additionally, while the service was polite, it felt somewhat scripted, and there were many instances where they couldn't immediately answer simple questions, which was also disappointing. The indoor bath in the Room allowed for a relaxing soak while watching the snow outside, but the water temperature was high and difficult to adjust, which was a downside.

    The facility was clean, and walking on the floor-heated tatami felt pleasant, with warm attention to detail evident throughout. The subtle attentiveness of the staff was also appreciated. Both dinner and breakfast featured local flavors, with a wide variety of dishes. The carefully crafted and thoughtfully prepared meals were impressive and extremely delicious.

    I visited my favorite Stays several times this year during different seasons. Each visit had its own charm and was wonderful. As always, the heartfelt hospitality of the staff, their prompt and courteous service, the beautiful and delicious cuisine, the delightful services that allow adults to enjoy like children, the quiet space, and the enchanting steam from the hot springs were all superb, allowing for a relaxing stay.     I visited my favorite Stays several times this year during different seasons. Each visit had its own charm and was wonderful. As always, the heartfelt hospitality of the staff, their prompt and courteous service, the beautiful and delicious cuisine, the quiet space, services that allow adults to enjoy like children, the magical steam from the hot springs, and everything else were all excellent, allowing me to relax slowly.     Onsen Trip

    I stayed for two nights with the purpose of enjoying the Onsen. The cleanliness of the room, the Onsen, and the meals were generally satisfactory. Unfortunately, perhaps due to the building's structure, the footsteps and sliding door noises from the second floor at night were quite bothersome. It is far from Tokyo via Furukawa and Naruko Onsen stations. I would like to request a shuttle service from Sendai Station throughout the year. Also, on days when there are multiple night stay guests, I hope the large public bath can be available from at least 1 PM. As for improvements, I requested Inaniwa Udon for the second day's lunch, but 1,650 yen is too expensive. At most, half the price would be reasonable. Additionally, if it is positioned as one of the few premium locations of Kyoritsu Resort, I would like at least replacement towels to be prepared in the large public bath.

    It was excellent.

    It was my first stay, but I was very satisfied. The service, meals, and onsen were wonderful. One thing that was a bit disappointing or concerning was that I could hear the conversation from the next room. It might have been because the person had a loud voice. I definitely want to visit again.

    Stays is wonderful.

    This is my third stay. The onsen and room facilities are really nice. However, during my two-night stay, the main dish for dinner, steamed beef, was too greasy and sticky, and unfortunately, I couldn't eat it. We visited with six people, and even those who love meat were disappointed. The Hachimantai pork the next day also had a very strong gamey smell, which was too much. Sometimes, the meat you buy can be like that. I informed the person in charge, but they said it's a characteristic. I think a tasting is necessary. I would like to visit again next time, but I hope for improvement. Breakfast was very delicious.

    A Healing Accommodation Surrounded by Nature

    The service was exceptionally attentive. This Accommodation made us feel warmly cared for in every detail. Everything was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. In particular, my husband, who loves sake, was truly delighted that they had Aramasa. Thank you very much.

    An adult retreat

    The entrance gate had a simple feel, but once inside, the high ceiling provided a sense of openness. We were only given directions to the room and told to go ahead, so we had to carry our own luggage up a few steps. A little assistance would have been appreciated. It was quiet since there were no children under 12 staying. The lounge offered free alcohol and snacks, but some snacks were not replenished, so they were gone even before the 4 PM check-in. The food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. You can choose the main dish and the final rice dish individually. Sharing allowed us to enjoy a variety of dishes. There are two free private baths, which are semi-open-air, but the view seemed to be under construction or being cleared. A bear-repelling bell is provided.
