    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    Thank you for your hospitality. It rained that day, but on a clear day you can see Mt. Fuji straight ahead from the lobby. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning; the homemade yogurt and dressings were made with quality ingredients and were delicious. It was a continental breakfast, but we left feeling very full. The bath was clean, and we could see the night view of Gotemba from the open-air bath. On a clear day, you can also see Mt. Fuji straight ahead. The staff were polite and welcoming with warm smiles. This time, we requested a Room on the Mt. Fuji side and stayed on the second floor. Because it was labeled “Mt. Fuji side,” we assumed we would be able to see Mt. Fuji from the window, but in reality we could only see forest. In that case, I feel there was no need to make a Reservation for the more expensive Mt. Fuji-side Room. In any event, it was a very nice Hotel overall. Thank you very much.

    Right in front of you: Mt. Fuji...

    Although the Room was supposed to have a direct view of Mt. Fuji, unfortunately it was rainy and cloudy. It was disappointing, since we had booked a Mt. Fuji view Room.\nThe large public bath was small but very pleasant, but while we were using it… a Chinese family suddenly jumped in without washing first!\nWe were able to enjoy dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. We were told to eat the spare ribs with a knife and fork, but the meat didn’t come off the bone easily and I would have preferred to eat it with my hands. The dessert was excellent.\nAll in all, the negative parts were probably just bad luck, so the Hotel itself has great service and I’d like to come back for another try.

    I had a great time playing squash.

    We stayed for a birthday trip, and perhaps because it was my birthday, they upgraded our Room and showed us to one about 5 m² larger with a view of Mt. Fuji. Unfortunately it was cloudy and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji that day, but since the Hotel is on a hill, the cityscape seen through the forest was wonderful. The Hotel does feel a bit old. I also noticed an odor in the hallway. Using one of the Diamond member benefits, we played squash for an hour, which turned out to be a truly great experience. Getting to the separate sports building is on foot. The sports building felt not very well maintained, and it was so large and empty that even going to the restroom felt intimidating. Still, squash was fun—we played until we were sweating. Our Room was 55 m², which we really appreciated for its spaciousness, but only the in-room unit bath and toilet felt quite dated. It was raised about 30 cm from the floor and awkward to use—an old-style design you don’t see much anymore. Coffee, tea, and apple juice were free in the lounge. It would have been even nicer if there had been some small snacks as well. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet; it was a single plate with sausages and ham, plus salad, yogurt, and drinks. I actually preferred this because it helps prevent overeating. If the weather had been good it would have been perfect—but of course that isn’t the Hotel’s fault. Even so, early in the morning we could see Mt. Fuji’s silhouette from our Room. One thing concerned me: a housekeeping cart was left in the hallway for a long time with no staff around, and one room with sheets inside had its door left open throughout that time—from when we arrived until evening. Since children also use that hallway, if it isn’t being used it should be put away properly inside a room and doors should be kept closed.

    The view was breathtaking!

    Since our Room faced Mt. Fuji, enjoying coffee in the morning while looking at Mt. Fuji was absolutely wonderful! We only had breakfast, and it was a one-plate meal rather than a buffet. Everything was well seasoned and delicious, and there were two kinds of bread—both fluffy and tasty. The bath was an Onsen, and there was also an open-air bath outside, but it was quite small, which was the only disappointing point. As for the service, although many of the staff were foreigners, their language and manners were polite, and I felt they were well trained.

    Accommodation with a clear, front-facing view of Mt. Fuji

    As I’m elderly and can’t eat much, I stayed on a room-only Plan without meals. I was very satisfied with the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji right in front of me. The older manager and the staff were also very kind, and I really appreciated their hospitality. The Hotel was clean, and I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

    Dining with views of Mt. Fuji and the Onsen are both exceptional.

    I first stayed here in January two years ago. Since then, my mother has loved it (and so have I), and this was our third stay. Once again, we enjoyed a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from our Room, and the meals and wine—another highlight for us—made for a very satisfying stay. This time in particular, the restaurant staff were exceptionally kind and made us feel very comfortable. We have already made our fourth Reservation.

    Stormy weather

    On my second stay, we had a severe storm from evening through early morning, and there was a power outage in the early hours. We were told it would take several hours to restore power, so breakfast was canceled. I’m sure the staff were very busy handling the situation. Even so, thank you for the prompt refund and for seeing us off warmly until the very end. I’d love to experience again how impressed I was with breakfast last time, so I hope to stay again during next year’s event.

    A Hotel with Stunning Views of Mount Fuji

    We stayed on a dinner-included Plan. Even though we made a same-day Reservation and arrived at the Hotel at 7:00 PM, they carefully accommodated ingredients we cannot eat, and we were very satisfied with the delicious course meal. The chef and restaurant staff were polite and attentive, which made our stay comfortable. The Room and Facility show signs of age and cannot be described as clean (the smell was especially noticeable), but the magnificent view of Mt. Fuji from a Mt. Fuji–side Room is exceptional. One request would be regarding the large public bath. We used it at night and in the morning, but the floor was covered with hair. A lint roller was provided, so we cleaned it ourselves. Some overseas guests left used towels in baskets or on chairs. We would appreciate more frequent cleaning, and clearer guidance on proper bath etiquette. We would like to visit again if we have another opportunity.

    Chosen for Viewing Mt. Fuji

    In late March, since we were staying near Lake Ashi, we visited Hakone Shrine and the Komagatake Ropeway, then drove the Ashinoko Skyline to Rembrandt. We chose it for the great views of Mt. Fuji. Arrived at the parking lot around 3:00 pm. Parking is available outside the entrance, and there is also parking on the lower 2nd floor (about a 2 m height difference from the entrance). The entrance, front desk, and lobby are on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, Mt. Fuji was hidden in clouds on arrival day. We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room on the Mt. Fuji side on the 4th floor. There were two room keys, which was convenient for using the Onsen as well. The large public bath is also on the 4th floor. The open-air bath feels like it was added during a renovation. There is one smoking Room area in front of the front desk on the 3rd floor. It was more spacious than other hotels we used this trip, and you can also see Mt. Fuji from there—this point was very satisfying. For dinner, we enjoyed Japanese-French cuisine at the restaurant on the 5th floor. Service timing was a bit slow, especially when there are small groups present. Drinks are expensive. Woke up around 6:00 am; when I opened the curtains, I could see snow-capped Mt. Fuji above a sea of clouds—this was our main purpose for this trip, so we were very satisfied. We enjoyed the view for almost an hour in total (just under an hour). Breakfast was an American breakfast set that we enjoyed as well. It’s conveniently located close to Gotemba IC (interchange).

    It was very disappointing.

    I didn’t feel the level of hospitality was worth the price. Even with heavy luggage, I had to carry it to my Room myself, and there were no staff at the front desk even during normal check-in hours—I had to ring a bell to request assistance. Overall, it felt like a Business Hotel. I was also dissatisfied with the frequency and quality of bathroom cleaning: there was hair left in the sink, and a previous guest’s mask was still in the changing basket, which was unpleasant. In addition, some foreign guests’ manners were extremely poor. An Indian guest changed clothes in the bathing area and showered standing up, splashing water everywhere, which made it impossible to use the sauna. It was simply very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to Japanese guests.

    During our two-night stay, we were able to see Mt. Fuji on one day.

    We stayed for two nights with breakfast included, and we were satisfied, especially as they accommodated a change to the egg dish on the second day. The food was also delicious. Although it was cloudy, we could see Mt. Fuji only on the morning of the second day, and it was right in front of us—very satisfying. We would like to stay again. If the shop were better stocked or if there were room service, we would likely spend more time at the Hotel. We would also appreciate a Shuttle Service that could pick guests up individually in the afternoon.

    The best memories ever!

    Because the weather was not good, we could hardly see Mt. Fuji from the Room, which was very disappointing. However, using the sports Facility allowed the whole family to enjoy themselves, and the open view from the Onsen was wonderful, making our stay very satisfying.

    Wonderful hospitality

    I stayed at this Accommodation with my bedridden mother so she could see Mt. Fuji. Although she couldn’t go to the large public bath, she was able to enjoy both the indoor bath and the open-air bath in our Room. The service from a foreign male staff member was also wonderful, and it truly made us smile from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you very much. This time we stayed without meals, but if we have the chance, we would like to stay again next time with meals included.

    Second stay

    I stayed for Accommodation only, and overall it was a very satisfying Hotel. The building itself feels a bit dated, but the common areas and rooms were well cleaned, so everything felt fresh and comfortable. The Onsen water quality was excellent, and soaking slowly really helped relieve my fatigue. With its calm atmosphere, I was able to spend a truly relaxing time. The male front desk staff member (a foreign national) was very polite, and his explanations were clear, which left a great impression. I felt at ease from check-in. I also appreciated the late check-out benefit, which meant I didn’t have to rush in the morning. I didn’t use breakfast this time, but considering the other services and hospitality, I think it’s a Hotel with great value for money. When staying around Gotemba again, I’d like to use it again.

    We had a clear view of Mt. Fuji.

    Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day of our stay and we could only see the base of Mt. Fuji, but the next day we were able to see a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. Since this is a Hotel with great views, I’m glad we stayed here. We stayed in a mountain-side Room, and it was nice to be able to have breakfast in a seat with a great view. The Hotel staff also worked hard and provided kind service. It was reassuring that we could park the car under cover. However, since it was Friday there were many other guests and the bath was crowded, but overall we were satisfied.

    I visited again for the first time in nine months. Staying at this familiar Accommodation made me feel relaxed and at ease, and I was able to refresh after a long time. I love the quiet atmosphere. I would like to make a Reservation again for May.

    Celebration

    We visited to celebrate my older sister’s retirement. There were four of us, so we stayed in a large Room on the top floor. Everything was wonderful, and the meals were truly delicious. We were very satisfied and would like to stay again. Thank you!

    Everything you need is provided.

    The room is thoughtfully equipped with items like extension cords, making it more convenient than expected. Necessary amenities are provided in the bathroom, offering excellent service that meets every need and ensures satisfaction. Dinner features unique combinations using local ingredients, beautifully presented to please both the eyes and the palate. However, for young men or those with larger appetites, the portion size might feel insufficient. The view of Mt. Fuji and the location are truly exceptional and hard to find elsewhere. It’s an accommodation worth revisiting!

    Hotel with a View of Mount Fuji

    After a business trip to Tokyo, I ended up staying here due to unexpected schedule changes... The room is a bit dated, but the hospitality and service make up for it, ensuring high satisfaction! The onsen has a gentle water quality and is slightly cooler, allowing for a long and relaxing soak. Above all, waking up to the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji from the window is incredible, and having a balcony is an added bonus! Thank you very much.

    We thoroughly enjoye...

    We thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking views. Originally, we planned a two-night camping trip during this three-day weekend, but due to strong wind forecasts, we decided to switch the second night to this Hotel—and it was absolutely the right choice! I usually love gazing at Mt. Fuji all day from a campsite in Fujinomiya on the opposite side of Gotemba, even in the cold. However, enjoying Mt. Fuji elegantly through large windows from a warm Room or while soaking in an open-air bath was simply amazing! Although it was cloudy at night, we still enjoyed the nighttime scenery while having French cuisine. It turned out to be a truly satisfying trip where we could fully appreciate Mt. Fuji's ever-changing beauty every day. Additionally, selecting wines that paired perfectly with our meals, taking photos at scenic spots for us, and experiencing Lomi Lomi massage that left my dry skin feeling soft and relaxed were all wonderful touches. Thank you so much to all the staff! When I sent photos to my mother in Nagoya, she immediately replied with "I want to go! I want to go!"—it made me laugh! It seems like we'll be visiting again soon—I’m already looking forward to it!

    The cuisine and Onsen are excellent.

    The meals were elaborate and delicious. The view of Mount Fuji directly in front from the restaurant and bath was excellent. The service was also great. Unfortunately, the Facility was outdated.

    Winter Mount Fuji, Onsen, and meals were wonderful.

    I have been staying at this Hotel in recent winters to see Mount Fuji. The foreign staff at the front desk and the restaurant staff are very pleasant, and above all, the French dinner and even the bread are delicious. The only disappointment was that the coffee at breakfast was a bit lukewarm (as I prefer hot coffee...). Next time, I would like to visit again to see Mount Fuji in a season other than winter.

    I had a relaxing stay!

    The meals and Onsen were excellent.

    The proximity of the room to the parking lot was very helpful as I was using a wheelchair. The view from the room was excellent, and I was deeply impressed by the magnificent Mount Fuji. Thank you for the upgrade! The Onsen in the large public bath had a comfortable size, and the water felt great. The meals in both the morning and evening were delicious, making it an enjoyable stay. I would love to visit again!

    I decided to stay based on reviews stating the food is exceptionally delicious, and...

    Breakfast was provided, but there was a noticeable gap compared to the feel of a Business Hotel. The Onsen was small, and it seemed crowded with both guests and possibly non-guests, including children, so I decided to skip bathing and used the shower in the Room instead. The location is excellent, and the view of Mount Fuji was truly spectacular.

    It was excellent.

    Stayed in a room with a view of Mount Fuji for one night with breakfast included, perfect for a family of four. This luxurious and charming hotel, built during the bubble era, offers an experience that would be hard to replicate today. The weather was great, allowing us to fully enjoy the stunning view of Mount Fuji from our room—absolutely satisfying. A morning bath while gazing at Mount Fuji was truly indulgent. The breakfast was incredibly delicious as well. Our entire family was thoroughly satisfied with this accommodation. Next time, we plan to stay with dinner included!

    I was overwhelmed by the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji.

    Mount Fuji appeared incredibly large and was truly breathtaking. The view from the open-air bath and the 5th-floor lounge was spectacular. Located near the Gotemba Outlet, it was the most memorable Hotel I have ever reserved.
