    Conveniently located near the station, within walking distance to the Tenjin area.

    It exceeded expectations. The Hotel is about a 2-minute walk from Watanabe-dori Subway Station, with convenience stores, supermarkets, and cafes nearby, making the surrounding environment very convenient. The atmosphere was welcoming with many young international tourists who seemed experienced in traveling. The Facility includes a bathing area that is well-maintained and clean, providing peace of mind during use. I visit Fukuoka every year and usually change hotels each time, but this time I stayed in the Corner Deluxe Twin Room which was spacious with great views—very satisfying. I might become a repeat guest here. The front desk staff were kind and left a good impression as well.

    Clean and Convenient

    Clean and equipped with a large public bath. The room felt small for 4 people, but it's sufficient for 2. Easily accessible to downtown by taxi and close to the station. Recommended for sightseeing.

    No return visits expected.

    I stayed in a Room on the 4th floor, but the noise was so bad that I couldn't sleep. It was so loud that I checked if the window was open, only to find a small air vent slightly open. After closing it, the noise improved slightly, but I wish it had been closed before guests arrived. The water in the air purifier and humidifier was empty, and when I tried to refill it by removing the tank, there were black mold-like spots on it which felt unpleasant. Additionally, the filter cleaning indicator light was on. The public bath had a noticeable chlorine smell. Compared to Hotels in a similar price range, unfortunately, my evaluation is inevitably stricter.

    I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    We stayed as a group of three. The Room was spacious, and the entire Hotel had a calm atmosphere, allowing us to spend our time quietly. Many hotels offer an extra bed for the third person, but it was nice that all three beds were standard ones.

    Beautiful, with a large public bath, excellent service!

    A belated birthday celebration trip and a comment at the time of reservation, with celebratory cookies for the number of people, Amaou strawberry cider, and a delightful service of an upgrade to the top floor. Thank you very much. It became a very good memory. The welcome drink of orange juice was delicious. (Coffee too) My niece brought her smartphone and room key to the breakfast venue, and after finishing the meal, she realized she lost the room key and consulted the front desk. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. The color of the tray at breakfast and the room key were almost the same, and I felt grateful if the color of the room key could be made darker. I am concerned about whether it was found.

    Satisfaction

    It was a satisfactory Hotel for the price. Many guests were from Asian countries. The welcome drink, orange juice, was very delicious, but it ran out quickly and was not replenished, which was disappointing. The Room was equipped with an air purifier, and other aspects were also satisfactory. The spa's sauna was out of service, so I used the shower in the Room. Mirable was good. Overall, it's a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    With the opening of the Nanakuma Line, it has become very convenient. The room was clean, the staff's response was good, and I had a very pleasant stay. There are also restaurants nearby, and there is a supermarket close by, so it is very convenient. I will use it again.

    I would like a table.

    The Hotel staff's response was very good. There was a welcome drink, and since it was raining, I warmed up with tea and coffee. However, there were so many Asian tourists that I was surprised, almost forgetting I was in Japan. In particular, I was concerned about foreigners occupying the sofas for long periods and talking at the front desk in slippers and pajamas at night. It seemed like a waste of the lovely atmosphere. The Room's size, cleanliness, and amenities were satisfactory. Although we ran out of towels, they were delivered with a very pleasant response. However, considering the Room's size and the number of people using it, there was no table to place things on, and the closet was narrow, which was inconvenient. I think it would be better if this were improved. Breakfast was included, and as per the Review, the variety and taste of Western and Japanese dishes were excellent, and I was full from cakes and fruits for dessert. It was my first time in Hakata, but I had a very positive impression and enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much.

    I was able to relax.

    The Facility was good, and the location was perfect. The bath was clean, but it was a pity that there was no TV in the sauna. It depends on personal preference, but the temperature could be a bit higher. The water temperature of the cold bath was perfect. Since it's a luxury Hotel, the small number of people in the sauna was a pleasant surprise! Also, breakfast was included, and it was a luxurious meal from the morning. It was delicious.

    I stayed in Hakata for the first time in a while. I made an early Reservation, and it was inexpensive. Compared to the price, the Hotel and the room were of high grade and clean. The service was good, and the bath was also nice. Access to Tenjin and Hakata Station was good, and there is nothing to complain about.

    This time, we used a Japanese-Western style Room because we had a baby. The Room was spacious and easy to move around, and the bathroom was also large and comfortable. We were worried about the typhoon's path, but when we inquired, we were told that it was okay to decide on the day, which reassured us.

    The large public bath is a body scrub venue.

    The large public bath was filled with people from Korea and Southeast Asia. The bath was mostly occupied by Koreans. They did not pay attention to the notices at all. ① They entered the changing area wearing slippers that are used both outside and in the room, and did not understand even when cautioned. ② Despite signs prohibiting reserving spots in the washing area, they placed towels as if it were normal and entered the bathtub, without considering the next person. ③ They talked loudly inside the bathtub. ④ They started scrubbing in the washing area. There seemed to be fewer Japanese guests staying at the property. Previously, there were many people who observed proper manners, but the atmosphere in the large public bath was so uncomfortable that I considered changing to another hotel during my business trip.

    Breakfast

    I ordered the breakfast buffet. At a rather bold price of 4,000 yen, I had high expectations. After all, a hotel's breakfast is a major part of the enjoyment of a trip. However, I was disappointed with the limited variety. The Saga beef shabu-shabu at the live kitchen was delicious, but the rest was just so-so. There were few dessert fruits, with only a small amount of cup yogurt available. There are hotels in the 2,000 yen range that are more creative and make mornings enjoyable, so I was disappointed. It was only slightly better than business hotels that offer free breakfast. The large public bath was crowded, and the locker keys were handed out in a way that seemed like the adjacent locker was being used at the same time, making it difficult to use. The service at the front desk was pleasant, so the above two points were disappointing.
