    Although it was a short stay,

    Because we arrived late, we couldn’t use the lounge, but breakfast on the 25th floor was very easy to enjoy, with plenty of vegetable-focused options, and everything was absolutely delicious. The Room was also very quiet and comfortable.

    Executive Lounge Access

    I made a Reservation after watching YouTube. Both the Room and the lounge were very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. One disappointing point was that there was a transparent film from a previous guest’s medicated patch (?) near the sofa in the Room. I noticed it because it stuck to my slippers. The roasted green tea teabags in the lounge were very delicious. I’m thinking of ordering them. The snacks and light meals were also plentiful, which was great.

    Our second stay was wonderful.

    Once again, we stayed on a Plan with Executive Lounge access. I love how comfortable and easygoing the lounge is, and I spent most of my stay there. Both the Room and the lounge feel as relaxing as being at home, making this a Hotel I want to return to again and again.

    World Travel Osaka

    This stay coincided with the Osaka Marathon, but we were able to use the parking lot all day, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy sightseeing. The lounge on the 25th floor was a relaxing place to spend time while taking in the view, and there was a great selection of alcohol and food—everything was delicious. The room was clean and decorated in calm tones, and although it was our first stay, we were able to relax comfortably. Thank you.

    Your First Trip to Osaka

    I stayed here while traveling from the Kanto area. The hotel is located in a business district atmosphere like Tokyo Marunouchi, and the station is just a short walk away, so transportation was very convenient and sightseeing was easy. Since this was a Multiple Night Stay, I requested daily housekeeping, and everything was cleaned thoroughly each day. The amenities and water were also replenished, which made me feel at ease. I would love to stay with you again when I travel there! Thank you very much!

    An Urban Oasis

    I stayed in a Club Floor Twin at the end of January. At reception, a man who seemed to be the manager greeted me pleasantly, which made a great first impression. I was able to enter my Room at 2:30 p.m. and headed straight to the club lounge, just as afternoon tea was being set up. There were prosciutto sandwiches, macarons, mini tarts, and small Japanese sweets—everything was delicious. Beer and wine were also available. The Italian beer was light and very tasty. In the evening service, there was pot-au-feu. Having a soup-style dish in the club lounge really adds to the sense of satisfaction. Every dish was excellent. I had a vodka tonic; even the tonic water was something I’d never seen before (perhaps from Perrier’s company). I truly enjoyed it. Breakfast was also very satisfying in both quality and quantity. You can choose an egg dish—I chose French toast, which turned out to be exactly right. It might feel a bit light for some women, but it felt just right for me. The Room was wonderful, and the bathroom was spacious and relaxing. There are great bakeries, cafés, and places with excellent drinks nearby. I will definitely return. Thank you very much.

    A wonderful Hotel.

    We stayed here last New Year's and had a great experience, so we decided to book again this time. Initially, we were concerned about the smell in the Room we were guided to, but after contacting the front desk, they promptly addressed the issue, allowing us to stay comfortably. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were courteous. We will definitely stay here again.

    Always recharging your energy.

    This is my second stay, and I like it for its great cost-performance. The location is convenient as it's along Midosuji (occasionally you can hear the sound of street racers, but it's within an acceptable range). Breakfast is buffet-style, mainly Western dishes but also includes Japanese options, which I enjoy. The bathroom has a spacious tub, which is helpful for someone tall like me. Most guests are from Europe or America, making it pleasantly quiet (this is appreciated since accommodations in Osaka can sometimes be noisy due to other guests).

    A Hotel with Excellent Value for Money and High Satisfaction

    I have stayed at hundreds of hotels, but I was amazed by how excellent the meals, service, and views were for this price. The quality of the room was exceptionally high, and I was extremely satisfied. I had the opportunity to use the club lounge, and the staff's hospitality, service spirit, and attentiveness were outstanding. The food was incredibly delicious as well. Overall, it felt like staying at a luxury hotel in Tokyo that costs around 100,000 yen per night. I had a wonderful day here—thank you very much! I would love to make a reservation again when visiting Osaka next time.

    Luxury Hotel

    The front desk is located on the 15th floor, featuring a spacious lobby with floor-to-ceiling windows. There is also a bar restaurant connected to the lobby, which can be used just for drinks. Breakfast is served further inside on the same floor. Accommodations are located from the 16th floor and above. On the backside of the building's first floor, there is a covered area for vehicles to avoid rain. On the Midosuji side of the first floor, there is a coffee shop and restaurant. The facility appears new and clean. While rooms do not have desks, they are equipped with round tables. Without using luxury furnishings or high-end amenities, careful design choices successfully create an elegant atmosphere in both rooms and bathrooms, resulting in high satisfaction at this hotel. Considering its price point, it offers exceptional value for money. The photo was taken from a room on the 17th floor facing Midosuji. Breakfast is served on the 15th floor.

    I had a quiet and comfortable stay.

    Conveniently accessible by train, the area is quiet with fewer crowds, making it a very comfortable stay. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower, allowing for a relaxing experience. I would love to stay here again.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    Great location, just a few minutes' walk from both Yodoyabashi Station and Honmachi Station, making it ideal for traveling on the Midosuji Line. There are many pleasant restaurants around the hotel that stay open late into the night. Both the hotel's facilities and rooms are stylish, clean, and comfortable. The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet on the 15th floor. While freshly made egg dishes were available, overall, the menu lacked appeal. It was notable that staff continuously stirred warm dishes to prevent burning due to low turnover rates. Focusing on popular menu items might help reduce food waste. The hotel itself is excellent, so I would love to stay again but will likely opt out of breakfast next time.

    I arrived quite earl...

    I arrived quite early and intended to just leave my luggage, but I was told that the Room was already prepared, so I was able to check in right away. Thanks to that, I could relax a bit. I have stayed here several times, and it feels like the food offerings in the lounge are gradually improving. Since the bathroom has a washing area, it would be convenient if there were a stool and washbasin available.

    Excellent

    We stayed during the New Year holidays. Among the many hotels with club floors, this Hotel stood out for its extensive menu of food and drinks on the club floor. Although there was no room service, the selection of food and drinks was excellent, and the hospitality was great, leaving us with no concerns. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay. It provided a peaceful escape from daily life, allowing us to spend a calm and comfortable time without excessive interruptions. The guest rooms are compact but offer good views and are very quiet. Since most guests were either Western tourists or Japanese visitors, it was neither noisy nor disruptive, making for a pleasant stay with good manners all around. If I visit Osaka again, I will definitely choose this Hotel once more!

    This is my second stay, and it was great once again! The cleanliness of the bathroom and washroom was excellent, and the amenities were well-stocked and wonderful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Osaka.

    A Hotel Popular Among Foreign Tourists

    The city hotel had an atmosphere that enhanced the trip with a fragrance reminiscent of foreign lands. The room offered a beautiful night view, making for a pleasant stay. There were no particular complaints, but perhaps due to the high number of international guests, the service and demeanor lacked the meticulousness often associated with Japanese hospitality. It didn’t feel careless, but it seemed as though this level of service was considered sufficient. This is not a comparison to other hotels.

    A calm and serene Hotel located along Midosuji.

    Located along Midosuji, between Yodoyabashi Station and Honmachi Station, offering excellent convenience and favored by a diverse range of international guests. The service is well-executed, meeting routine expectations. Rooms are simple yet clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is served buffet-style, with eggs prepared fresh in front of you—a nice touch. While the omelets could be slightly more runny for perfection, it’s acceptable for a hotel of this class. Overall, the dining experience is satisfying. Compared to other iconic locations like Hakata or Kyoto, they may stand out more; however, Osaka meets an adequate standard as well.

    No complaints except for breakfast.

    This was my second stay at the accommodation, following my visit during the Osaka Expo. Both times, I reserved a Corner Double room and enjoyed the view of Midosuji Street's illuminations from the bathroom. I prefer accommodations with bathrooms that include a washing area and separate toilets, which are surprisingly hard to find. For this reason, I’ve decided this is my go-to hotel when staying in Osaka. Last time, I chose a breakfast-included plan but felt that the price didn’t match the content. So this time, I opted for a no-breakfast plan instead. There’s a café on the first floor of the hotel building that opens at 7:00 AM, so it was very convenient. Other than breakfast, there were no complaints at all. I will definitely use this accommodation again for future stays in Osaka!

    I had a great night's sleep.

    This was my first visit to Osaka for sightseeing. I chose this place for its great location along the Midosuji Line. My main concern is usually the noise from air conditioning during sleep, but here it was silent, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable and high-quality rest. The front desk staff were very polite, and I would love to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

    Executive Lounge Access Plan

    This Hotel is new and clean, making it very pleasant. The interior is stylish, and even though the Room isn't very spacious, the high ceiling creates a comfortable atmosphere. Unlike some modern Hotels that lack sufficient lighting, this one offers various options like ceiling lights and indirect lighting, which is great. The lounge provides just the right variety of drinks and light snacks, with a calm ambiance. The view is also wonderful, making for a highly satisfying stay. Thank you very much!

    The lounge is excellent.

    I stayed one night in the Executive Standard Twin. It was my first time at this hotel, and while the room was new and functional, it felt rather ordinary for something labeled "Executive." However, the lounge on the 25th floor was outstanding. There were plenty of options for beer (with an automatic server), sparkling wine, and wine, all of which seemed to be of high quality. The food selection was also excellent; dinner alone at the lounge felt more than sufficient. I also had breakfast in the lounge, where everything was delicious, with beverages like beer available just as they were at night. Considering the accommodation fee includes such a great location and lounge access, it felt very reasonable. I've already completed a reservation here for my next business trip to Osaka!

    It was a beautiful Hotel.

    The hotel offers modern and comfortable facilities. However, upon entering the room, there were many "closed doors," which was a bit confusing at first. It might be more convenient to leave some doors open during check-in. The Midosuji illumination can be seen from higher floors, but it’s not very prominent. I used the subway Midosuji Line, but it’s a fair walk from the station gates. There are no signs at the station. It would be helpful if the hotel website provided clear directions, such as which exit to take and how many minutes on foot. If the weather is good, even with some luggage, it’s a manageable walking distance. Breakfast was served on an upper floor and could be enjoyed in a quiet atmosphere. However, the breakfast ticket only mentioned “~10:00,” so I asked whether this meant last order or leaving by 10:00. I was told it meant leaving by 10:00; however, staff came to take last orders at 10:00 instead. Some guests even arrived at that time. Clearer communication among staff would help avoid misunderstandings and unpleasant experiences in such cases. The most disappointing part was breakfast itself—average taste with fewer options than expected for this price range. The omelet looked nice but had no fillings inside. There were plenty of staff on the floor during breakfast service; however, they frequently came to clear plates while we were still eating—this felt intrusive. On top of that, basic condiments like salt, pepper, or soy sauce weren’t available on each table—I had to search for soy sauce (and there weren’t any small dishes for dipping either). In summary—it feels like several aspects could have been better managed for an overall improved experience!

    It was a very lovely Hotel.

    The Hotel staff were very polite and kind. At check-in, my daughter received a birthday gift, which made her very happy. The Christmas illuminations visible from the Room and Club Lounge were stunningly beautiful. The food at the Club Lounge was also very delicious. The macarons and French toast for breakfast were especially outstanding. I would definitely love to stay here again.

    Delighted with the Executive Lounge and the stunning night view

    Arriving at the Hotel in the evening, I headed straight to the Executive Lounge. The evening view was stunning, and with light snacks and drinks available, I was able to fully relax there. My Room was on the 24th floor, just one floor below the lounge, which made it convenient to use the stairs for access. After a bit of shopping outside, I returned to the lounge by 8 PM and enjoyed sparkling wine from a barrel—it was delicious! I took another break there before heading back. Breakfast was also served in the lounge, allowing me to fully enjoy everything it had to offer. All of the dishes and desserts provided were absolutely delightful!

    Occasionally Noteworthy Service Standards

    The accommodation plan included access to the club lounge. The club lounge was an excellent choice, offering a great variety of drinks and light snacks that paired well with the beverages, which I thoroughly enjoyed. While the guest room wasn't particularly spacious, it was clean, functionally designed, and equipped with ample amenities, leaving me satisfied. However, I had concerns about the level of service. At the restaurant during lunch, there were staff members touching their hair or standing with crossed legs. In the club lounge, a staff member appeared to serve a cocktail not available in the lounge menu to someone who seemed like an acquaintance based on their familiarity and conversation style. This drink was not offered to other guests as far as I observed and gave off an impression that it was served just because they knew each other—this left me truly disappointed. It made me question whether this aligns with hotel service standards. Additionally, while unrelated to hotel staff directly, on my checkout day there were building management personnel talking on their phones in the lobby and elevator about non-urgent matters related to regular operations. I felt more consideration for hotel guests would have been appreciated in such situations.

    I enjoyed an elegant and relaxing time in the lounge.

    I stayed for one night with a friend visiting Osaka. Since we wanted plenty of time to chat, we used the lounge from café time through cocktail time. The view was wonderful, and we could enjoy it from daylight to the night skyline, which made for an elegant and relaxing experience—my friend was delighted too. Even though it was a three-day holiday weekend, I was very happy that our checkout could be extended until 12:00. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a leisurely pace, making it a truly satisfying stay.

    I used it for the Osaka Expo.

    We’re a family that loves traveling and goes on trips several times a year. We stayed in a 26 m² Room for three people, including our child. There were no drawers for storing luggage, and the open closet was a bit inconvenient to use. Next time, we’ll choose a larger Room! Also, parking cost over JPY 6,000 for 2 nights and 3 days. Breakfast was delicious—bread, fruit, eggs, and coffee. (Japanese options were also available.) We’d like to stay again if we have the chance.
