    Thank you for your thoughtful gesture at check-in after I mentioned at the time of Reservation that I would be staying during my birthday month. I stayed in a Room with lounge access. The lounge was very comfortable and relaxing. I spent most of my time in the lounge, but the Room was also clean and calming. All of the staff were kind and provided pleasant service. I would definitely like to stay again.

    It was perfect!

    The lounge was outstanding. Everything was perfect—afternoon tea, cocktail hour, breakfast, the view, and the service. Thanks to the delicious morning coffee and omelet, and the lounge staff’s warm smiles, I started the day feeling energized. I will definitely return again next time.

    Conveniently located with excellent access.

    I stayed for two nights on a solo trip to sightsee in Osaka. Most guests were foreigners, and it felt like there were very few Japanese guests. I think this Hotel is convenient for both business and sightseeing. What I liked - Great access: 5 stops from Shin-Osaka on the Midosuji Line and 1 stop from Umeda. Both Yodoyabashi Station and Hommachi Station are close, making it easy to get around. - Very quiet, as it is located above office buildings in a business district (15th floor or higher). - The separate-type nightwear was very comfortable and relaxing. - There are many calm, nice restaurants nearby. A convenience store is also very close, so I had no trouble. - The breakfast menu with an Osaka feel (such as okonomiyaki-flavored quiche) was fun. What disappointed me - The interior feels old and dark-toned, so the Room felt a bit dim. The air purifier was also black and seemed slightly dusty. - Many staff members were young, and it felt like service training didn’t extend to the details (no greeting when passing in the hallway; even after asking at the front desk I couldn’t get the information I needed; about 45 minutes before breakfast ended I was oddly rushed with “we’re closing soon,” so I couldn’t have my final coffee; etc.).

    The lounge was great.

    The Hotel Room was not very spacious, but it was comfortable. The lounge had a great atmosphere, with a wide variety of drinks, and the food was delicious. I also felt the staff’s high level of hospitality. Just one thing…both coasters for the two cups provided at the Room sink had hair stuck to them. That was very disappointing.

    Even during the crowded summer holiday season, everything here seemed to be run very efficiently. Both the front desk and the club lounge were quiet, so I was able to relax. I was impressed by how well everything was thought out. Highly recommended, especially for those who want to unwind rather than focus on sightseeing or business.

    Accommodation for Away Games

    We stayed here with three friends for a trip to attend our favorite artist’s fan meeting. We chose a triple Room, and it was a comfortable size with no issues, and the beds were very comfortable, which was reassuring. Check-out was at 11:00, so we could enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace and take it easy. If we travel to Osaka again, we would love to stay here again.

    I thought the night lights would have been beautiful if we had a Room facing Midosuji, but our Room was quiet (even though the hotel was crowded with tourists), so we were able to relax. The lounge also had an impressive spread of excellent snacks for those who enjoy drinks, and we had a great time chatting there. The staff service was efficient and left a very good impression. We also tried the self-service laundry this time; it was easy to use and everything came out clean. Hopefully next time we can stay in a Room with a view of Midosuji.

    Lounge Access

    Overall, including the bedding, it felt like a typical Business Hotel. The lounge food was fairly standard; it would have been nice if sparkling wine had been available at breakfast.

    It was comfortable.

    My first stay. I used this Hotel to relax and recharge. The Room is on the small side, but it has a sofa, a bathroom with a washing area, and a separate toilet, and the pajamas are a two-piece set, so it was comfortable. Since it was only one night and I didn’t have much luggage, it wasn’t an issue, but if you have a suitcase, it might feel tight to open it fully. There seemed to be quite a lot of international guests. The lounge was never crowded and I could unwind. However, at tea time there were mostly sweets, and the only snack-type option was nuts, so I’d love to see more savory items—even rice crackers or potato chips would be fine. There’s a wide variety of drinks, and I enjoyed the lounge both at night and in the morning. Food was replenished properly, and they cleared dishes at just the right times, which was great. I’m grateful there is parking available, but since it’s charged by the hour—even with the discounted rate—it ends up costing quite a bit for an overnight stay, which is a little disappointing.

    It’s better than before, but…

    We stayed on the Club Floor. While we felt the lounge offerings had improved compared to before, one guest repeatedly made long phone calls at their table, which was unpleasant. What disappointed us further was that the staff did not address it and instead smiled while clearing plates, which made us lose trust in their service standards. If this is considered acceptable, we will not return.

    A big hit with international tourists?

    As always, the place was lively and full of international guests. I stayed for two nights, but the bath chair I requested on the morning of the second day was not in my room when I returned, which was disappointing. (I did not call again to repeat the request.) The staff were efficient, but I felt a little more warmth and reassurance would have been nice—perhaps that is just a Japanese way of thinking.

    The photos looked stylish, so I had high expectations, but the Room felt like a Business Hotel. I think it would be more reasonable if the price were a bit lower.

    Always comfortable

    We always have a wonderful stay. The breakfast and light snack selections in the club lounge at each time slot suit our family’s tastes, so we can take all our meals there. From check-in to check-out, we truly don’t need to step outside the Hotel even once, and we’re able to relax and recharge. Thank you very much.

    A Quiet Stay in Osaka

    The view looking down from the lounge was very beautiful, and it was relaxing. I did wish there had been west-facing windows so we could have seen the sunset. This time I brought guests with me, and they were pleased, which was great. However, I also felt that it would have been nice to have luggage assistance and a send-off service.

    Your First Time in Osaka

    As it was our guest’s first time in Osaka, we made a Reservation at this Hotel. They were very satisfied—the location was great, and the lounge was spacious and relaxing.

    The Perfect Family Vacation

    Four of us stayed for one night: my mother and her sister (85 and 83) and my two daughters. It had been difficult for them to go out, but since my aunt came to Osaka this time, I decided to bring them here. There were many international guests, and they were happy, saying it felt like being abroad. We also brought a buggy, but the Room was spacious and easy to use, which they really appreciated. The staff kindly explained everything until we fully understood. My mother and aunt were truly moved. I’m glad I could do something nice for them. Thank you very much.

    It was a very convenient Hotel.

    I stayed here for shopping at Daimaru Shinsaibashi, and it was also conveniently accessible from Shin-Osaka Station. Check-in and check-out were not handled in the lounge, so I was worried about crowds, but everything went smoothly. I had a Reservation for a small Room, but the layout was efficient with a good flow, so it didn’t bother me. The view from the window was also nice. The women’s amenities were organic and provided in generous quantities. Based on everyone’s Reviews, I was looking forward to the lounge. For beer lovers, the selection is extensive—excellent. It brought back memories to see Czech beer again after so long. They also had organic red wine. There aren’t many aperitif options, but what they offer is very good. Breakfast was great, especially the bread. All of the tea was organic Art of Tea—I’ve never seen such a wide selection even at luxury hotels. That alone made it worth choosing lounge access. It’s a wonderful lounge with strong attention to detail. This time my usual international hotel had construction on the upper floors, so I chose this Hotel instead—and it was absolutely the right choice. The lounge offered value beyond its price point. People often say that a Hotel’s quality depends on its GM; someone in the industry told me that even the lounge breakfast reflects the GM’s commitment—and it truly showed here. I’d like to stay again when I visit Osaka next time.

    A Stay After a Long Time Away

    The club lounge service has improved significantly since my previous stay, and it made me want to stay again. Perhaps because the improved service has attracted more guests to the lounge, there were times when it felt a bit noisy, but I also felt that this was unavoidable. Thank you very much for allowing me to spend such a meaningful time during this stay.

    Consistently satisfying every time.

    Because my previous stay was so wonderful, I returned again without much time in between. The difference this time was that I booked a King Bed Room. A relative who was supposed to stay with me didn’t end up coming, so I had the luxury of enjoying the wonderfully spacious bed all to myself—it was very comfortable. As before, the lounge offerings were excellent. This time I enjoyed the sparkling wine that I skipped last time. In particular, the red sparkling wine reminded me of one I’ve had in Italy; although it was a different label, it was delicious and I ended up having several glasses. The food menu felt similar to last time, but the quality is great, so everything was delicious again. There is also a chocolate drink available alongside the coffee and tea. Since it’s liquid, you can mix it with hot water and take it back to your Room. It’s very tasty, as are the teas and other options. There is a Nespresso machine in the Room as well, but I treated myself by taking drinks back in a cup and enjoying them in my Room too. Once again, I had a relaxing and fulfilling stay.     We were very satisfied!

    I recently stayed here with my daughter. It’s close to the station, with excellent access. The view from the Room was wonderful, and the night scenery in particular was breathtaking. The bath and toilet are separate, and the bathtub is large, making it very comfortable and convenient to use. We had dinner out and then returned to the Hotel to visit the bar. Even though the Valentine’s limited-time cocktail period had already ended, they kindly prepared it upon our request. The drink menu is extensive, and we enjoyed a blissful time while taking in the night view. Breakfast offered a great variety as well—we were very satisfied! Above all, I think it offers great value for money. If I have another chance to stay overnight in Osaka, I would love to use this Accommodation again.

    Although it was a short stay,

    Because we arrived late, we couldn’t use the lounge, but breakfast on the 25th floor was very easy to enjoy, with plenty of vegetable-focused options, and everything was absolutely delicious. The Room was also very quiet and comfortable.

    Executive Lounge Access

    I made a Reservation after watching YouTube. Both the Room and the lounge were very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. One disappointing point was that there was a transparent film from a previous guest’s medicated patch (?) near the sofa in the Room. I noticed it because it stuck to my slippers. The roasted green tea teabags in the lounge were very delicious. I’m thinking of ordering them. The snacks and light meals were also plentiful, which was great.

    Our second stay was wonderful.

    Once again, we stayed on a Plan with Executive Lounge access. I love how comfortable and easygoing the lounge is, and I spent most of my stay there. Both the Room and the lounge feel as relaxing as being at home, making this a Hotel I want to return to again and again.

    World Travel Osaka

    This stay coincided with the Osaka Marathon, but we were able to use the parking lot all day, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy sightseeing. The lounge on the 25th floor was a relaxing place to spend time while taking in the view, and there was a great selection of alcohol and food—everything was delicious. The room was clean and decorated in calm tones, and although it was our first stay, we were able to relax comfortably. Thank you.

    Your First Trip to Osaka

    I stayed here while traveling from the Kanto area. The hotel is located in a business district atmosphere like Tokyo Marunouchi, and the station is just a short walk away, so transportation was very convenient and sightseeing was easy. Since this was a Multiple Night Stay, I requested daily housekeeping, and everything was cleaned thoroughly each day. The amenities and water were also replenished, which made me feel at ease.     An Urban Oasis

    I stayed in a Club Floor Twin at the end of January. At reception, a man who seemed to be the manager greeted me pleasantly, which made a great first impression. I was able to enter my Room at 2:30 p.m. and headed straight to the club lounge, just as afternoon tea was being set up. There were prosciutto sandwiches, macarons, mini tarts, and small Japanese sweets—everything was delicious. Beer and wine were also available. The Italian beer was light and very tasty. In the evening service, there was pot-au-feu. Having a soup-style dish in the club lounge really adds to the sense of satisfaction. Every dish was excellent. I had a vodka tonic; even the tonic water was something I’d never seen before (perhaps from Perrier’s company). I truly enjoyed it. Breakfast was also very satisfying in both quality and quantity. You can choose an egg dish—I chose French toast, which turned out to be exactly right. It might feel a bit light for some women, but it felt just right for me. The Room was wonderful, and the bathroom was spacious and relaxing. There are great bakeries, cafés, and places with excellent drinks nearby. I will definitely return. Thank you very much.
