    A delightful space

    You can enjoy views of the snow-capped Mount Yotei, relax in the large public bath, and savor delicious meals. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. We truly appreciated the hospitality of all the staff. I’ve become a fan and would love to visit again, preferably for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much!

    It was fun.

    I visited with my husband and child. It was my husband's birthday, and since our child had never played in the snow, we went to Niseko for the first time. It was a wonderful Hotel. There were many restaurants, and we enjoyed the pool, Onsen, and playing in the snow. Our child bought a sled and spent every day making snowmen and sledding. The Hotel staff were all kind and seemed happy. Thank you very much.

    The restaurant is well-equipped, and there is an Onsen, where you can enjoy coffee, desserts, and teppanyaki, making it a place to soothe your travel fatigue. The attention to meals for guests is thorough, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant.

    We had a wonderful time,

    Every time, it is a wonderful Hotel where you can have a great time. You can feel the nature of Mt. Yotei in a luxurious environment and spend a relaxing time. The only slight disappointment was that there was no staff send-off this time when leaving. I was able to see the autumn leaves and it was enjoyable. Thank you very much.

    Wonderful even the second time.

    I stayed for the first time in September 2023 and liked it very much, so this is my second stay. Even on the second stay, I thought it was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. Last time, I was often spoken to in English at the front desk and during breakfast, but this time I felt I was spoken to more in Japanese. The breakfast buffet is truly impeccable! The pumpkin soup was very delicious. Niseko may have the image of skiing, but Niseko is also a place with beautiful Mt. Yotei and very good air quality. Even though it is a very luxurious hotel, it is easy to stay at a reasonable price during the green season, so I highly recommend this hotel.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    It was my first stay, but I was impressed by the wonderful Room at Park Hyatt, the beautiful view of Mt. Yotei from the Room, and the service of the staff. I also enjoyed the benefits of the IKYU Diamond Member privileges and had a comfortable stay. The Hotel staff were from various countries around the world with high quality, making it a mysterious space that made me wonder if this was a Hotel in Japan. Everything was wonderful. I would like to stay again.
