A perfect place to relax and unwind.

I really loved the room interior. Enjoying Pierre Hermé desserts in the lounge at tea time was wonderful, and the lounge’s evening atmosphere was so lovely that dinner was especially memorable. The Mountain Lights right in front of the Hotel were also beautiful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, has a lively atmosphere, and is delicious. This is a Hotel I would love to visit again.

    Even better than I’d heard.

I was blown away from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The high ceilings and large windows frame the lush green forest, welcoming you in. The Room was also spacious, with a dining table, a large sofa, two sinks as expected, and even two toilets—I was truly impressed. We chose the plan with both breakfast and dinner included. The robatayaki dinner was so delicious that we ended up ordering extra. Breakfast also featured a sparkling spread of high-quality dishes—there was more than we could possibly finish. You don’t often find such a comfortable Hotel. Niseko must be wonderful during ski season as well, but summer in Niseko was truly amazing too. Next time, I’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay.

I visited for the first time during the summer holidays. The Facility was very spacious, with plenty of activities for children, and our family was able to spend a fulfilling time together. On the other hand, compared with other Park Hyatts, I found the staff hospitality and dining a bit underwhelming. The staff responded politely when asked, but rather than proactive hospitality from the Hotel, it felt like a simple service style as needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent and very satisfying, but dinner at any of the restaurants left me thinking it was perhaps tastier than average for other ski resorts—nothing more. Also, the air conditioning inside (especially in public areas) was quite strong, so long sleeves and long pants were essential. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but given my high expectations for a top-tier brand, there were a few disappointing points.

    I made a Reservation...

I made a Reservation under the newly introduced two-meal Plan this year, but at check-in the front desk did not seem to understand it well. For my three-night stay, I was informed that dinner would be provided on only two nights. After returning to my Room, I pointed out the mistake and had it corrected, but if I hadn’t asked, one night would have been without meals. The stand-type showers in the large public bath are broken in several ways. For hygiene reasons, I would like the cold bath to maintain an adequate water level and improve circulation. After making a reservation for the bath system on the first day, I was unable to make another reservation afterward; I believe this is a malfunction. The live music during lounge dinner was wonderfully special and felt like a true escape from everyday life.

    It was a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for a family birthday trip. It was our first time staying at Park Hyatt, and every aspect—our room, the restaurants, the Onsen, and other facilities—was immaculate and luxurious, giving us a wonderful escape from everyday life. Since we had mentioned the birthday in advance, thank you very much for all the thoughtful touches. Although a few staff members were not fully comfortable with Japanese, they explained everything carefully so we could understand, and communication was pleasant throughout. The courteous and sincere service from everyone made our stay even more satisfying. As expected of the Park Hyatt brand, it is certainly not inexpensive, but I believe it is well worth the price. We would love to stay again.

    Wonderful Hotel

It was, to put it modestly, outstanding. The relaxed, luxurious atmosphere and the tasteful interiors throughout the Facility made even a simple walk around the property feel enriching. Guests can freely use the pool, gym, Onsen, and game area—one night is not enough. There are plenty of restaurants with casual options, and a great selection of wines in brands I like, which made the experience even better. We were also upgraded to a higher Room category, enjoyed fireworks at just the right time, and truly had a wonderful time. Many of the staff are international, which actually made it feel like being abroad—in a good way. I’d love to come back next year during fireworks season and stay longer. Thank you for such a lovely holiday.

    The building and in-...

The building and in-room amenities are top-notch—on par with the Park Hyatt Tokyo. However, there were no announcements or guidance at all, which would be standard at a Japanese Hotel. The staff are pleasant, but most do not understand Japanese at all, so communication was basically in English. Since most guests are foreigners, I felt that speaking English was unavoidable. Even when asking questions in English, staff often gave vague answers such as they didn’t know when something would be ready, it might be ready soon, or someone should be working on it—something you wouldn’t encounter at a Japanese Hotel.

    Excellent value for money

I expected Niseko to be quiet in summer, but it was quite lively with many international tourists. There were so many foreign guests that many staff members did not speak Japanese, so compared with luxury hotels in Tokyo, the level of hospitality felt a bit lower. Also, there was no information sheet about the Onsen water quality, so I wondered whether it was not a natural hot spring; I would appreciate it if this could be clearly stated. However, perhaps because it was the off-season, the price was very reasonable for such a spacious Room, and the Facility were excellent—I was very satisfied overall. Next time, I’d like to stay longer and relax more.

    It became a wonderful memory.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. It ranks among the top three Accommodations we’ve ever stayed at—outstanding service, an excellent Facility, a wonderful breakfast, fantastic staff, and a great bar. We’d come back to Niseko just to stay here again. The open views and spacious setting truly made us feel indulged. Our whole family left fully recharged. Thank you so much for your heartfelt hospitality. We hope to see you all again. We’ll work hard until then.

    This is a wonderful Hotel.

Although I live in Hokkaido, this was my first stay. The service was excellent, and all the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Dinner was paid for using Hotel credit, but perhaps due to a communication issue, the discount was applied after I pointed it out at checkout. I would have been even more satisfied if the restaurant had provided an itemized statement. For breakfast, multiple venues were open; depending on where you sit, the air conditioning may feel too strong, but when I mentioned it to the staff they promptly moved me to another seat. The spa, gym, and pool are well maintained and very clean. As this is a pet-friendly Hotel with minimal artificial fragrance even in the lobby, I felt comfortable bringing my pet along.

    Thank you.

I ended up traveling to Hokkaido on short notice, and you kindly accommodated my Reservation made the day before. My stay was brief—two nights and three days—and since sightseeing was my main focus, I didn’t spend much time at the Hotel. Still, I thoroughly enjoyed the view of Mt. Yotei from my Room and made the most of the in-room Onsen. When I mentioned at the time of Reservation that it was my birthday, you prepared Pierre Hermé cakes and macarons, as well as Baumkuchen, in my Room despite the last-minute request. I was truly delighted and deeply grateful for your thoughtful gesture. As I booked a Plan with breakfast and dinner included, I enjoyed a dinner course and breakfast buffet over two days. Every dish was delicious and became one of the highlights of my stay. Both the facilities and Rooms were beautifully maintained down to every detail. The refined atmosphere, architectural design, and spacious layout were especially impressive. Although I can be quite particular, everything felt exceptionally clean, allowing me to relax completely. Thanks to such a comfortable stay and warm hospitality, it became an unforgettable birthday trip. Thank you very much for everything. I would love to stay with you again when I visit Hokkaido next time.

Please note that the Onsen bath is by Reservation only.

I had been wanting to stay here for a while, and since I was deciding where to go during Golden Week, I chose to stay here. About 15 strawberries were provided on the table in the Room, which was convenient when I felt a bit hungry or wanted some nutrition before morning training. The standard Room bathroom is not an Onsen, but the higher-grade suites come with an in-room Onsen bath. Shampoo and other amenities were provided in bottles, presumably as part of their sustainability efforts. There is also a large public Onsen bath, but you must make a Reservation in advance in one-hour slots, and you cannot bathe for more than one hour continuously—please keep that in mind. The public bath is indeed compact and seems like it would be full with around 15 people. There are no time limits for the fitness gym or swimming pool. Towels are available at both the public bath and the pool, but it was slightly disappointing that there were no bathrobes. As expected from a luxury Hotel, the food was extremely delicious. Since it wasn’t ski season, I thought it might be quiet with fewer international guests—but there were many Japanese guests, so it was fairly busy. Many staff members are international as well, and some do not speak much Japanese. However, the concierge spoke excellent Japanese and responded carefully to my questions, which was very helpful. Many guests likely arrive by car, but even if you don’t have one, if you contact the Hotel in advance they will provide Shuttle Service by limousine from Kutchan Station. I heard that ski season is so popular that it’s hard to get a Reservation; however, I would like to stay again during another season when I want to relax at a slower pace.

    A Wonderful Stay

As it was my first time in Niseko, I was worried about whether there would be Japanese staff, but there were many team members who could assist, and I was able to stay without any issues. Although the location is not ideal, the free Shuttle Service made it easy to get around. When I mentioned we were staying for a birthday, they prepared champagne as a surprise. I had ordered one cake, but they kindly added another one as a complimentary service, which made me very happy. The in-house Facilities were also well equipped. The pool is on the deeper side but spacious, quiet, and easy to use. Thanks to the reservation system for the large public bath, we were able to use it almost like a private booking. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying—we could enjoy Pierre Hermé sweets and bread. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. Thank you!

    Feel like traveling abroad

I stayed during the off-season. I booked a bottom room, but there was an overwhelming amount of bird droppings on the lower part outside the window (connected to a corrugated roof?). Since it’s surrounded by nature, birds are expected, and if it were just on the window, it would have been tolerable. However, seeing such a large amount of droppings was unpleasant, so I barely opened the curtains. (Why assign that room during a quiet season?) That said, the design, size of the room, and facilities were impeccable. The onsen was small and mostly occupied by international guests; I found it more relaxing to use the bath in my room instead. The in-room dining service staff were polite and excellent. Since it was off-season, breakfast was served in the lounge with a great view of Mount Yotei. The poke bowl was small but delicious. About 90% of both guests and staff seemed to be from overseas; however, I had no issues communicating with staff in Japanese (though communication during in-room dining service was conducted in English). Next time, I’d like to stay at another Park Hyatt property!

We were upgraded to a room with a stunning view of Mount Yotei. Dinner at Moliere Montagne was delightful, and we were very satisfied with the variety and high quality of both dinner and breakfast. Above all, the staff's hospitality and attentive service made for a comfortable stay. We would love to stay here again if given the opportunity.

    Luxury Hotel Park Hyatt

The hotel itself and the room were truly luxurious and wonderful, but the quality of the staff did not match. I had unpleasant experiences multiple times. I brought my beloved dog and mentioned it in the comments during the reservation, but there was no response. When I called to confirm, it took hours for a callback. The fee communicated at check-in was different from what was charged, and despite prepayment (I was told at check-in that payment had been completed), I was charged again for the Accommodation Fee at checkout. They blamed IKYU's system for this issue. Except for the male staff who guided me to my room during check-in, I questioned whether other staff members were suitable as hotel personnel. Their demeanor did not reflect that of a luxury hotel. They seemed clueless when asked questions; foreign staff could not understand Japanese at all and interacted with guests with an attitude of "Huh?" Even though I spoke in Japanese, they would start speaking in English first. At checkout, there was no send-off; a Black staff member standing at the entrance looked sullen throughout. In addition, cups placed near the water dispenser in the public bath were old and yellowed—shouldn't paper cups be used nowadays from a hygiene perspective? Is there no proper training provided to hotel staff?

    Wonderful Hotel

This was my first stay. It is a very clean hotel with excellent hospitality. We enjoyed exploring the animals within the facility, using the gym and pool, and watching fireworks with the kids. The teppanyaki dinner had a great atmosphere and was extremely delicious. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that all the egg dishes at breakfast were quite ordinary. I would love to visit this hotel again.

    Please try a little harder.

I was really looking forward to my stay. However, the view from the room was entirely of the staff parking lot, which even I, who usually don't mind views much, found disappointing. The bathroom curtain had mold, the shower area was covered in red mold, and when requesting amenities over the phone, they never arrived on the first try—I had to call multiple times. Additionally, there were very few shops available on-site, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, the Onsen was relaxing and the service at the bar was excellent. I hope some improvements can be made in other areas.

The Room and fitness room were clean and spacious, with a bathtub large enough to stretch out comfortably, allowing for a relaxing stay. Foreign staff members provided attentive service in Japanese, leaving a positive impression.

A Hotel with courteous and pleasant service.

We stayed as a family of three, including our preschool-aged daughter, for three nights. We were very satisfied and had an enjoyable and comfortable time. 【Guest Room & Amenities】 One of the two toilets had a malfunctioning bidet, and the creaking noise from the sofa bed with every turn was a downside. Additionally, soundproofing on the hallway side was weak, making hallway noises quite audible inside the room (and vice versa). Other than these points, there were no major complaints. 【Service】 The concierge staff were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to assist with small requests like securing dinner reservations at restaurants or responding promptly to various inquiries via email before our stay. All staff members greeted us with smiles in passing through hallways. The presence of many international staff did not affect their excellent service quality across cultures—very satisfying overall! 【Onsen & Bath】 The onsen area is somewhat small but avoids overcrowding due to its reservation system; however, making reservations felt slightly inconvenient. As a Japanese guest, I would have appreciated more spacious facilities for relaxation purposes... The onsen included baths at 40°C and 42°C temperatures along with a sauna and cold bath—all of which were satisfying experiences! 【Facility】 We frequently used the pool during our stay; unfortunately though some guests displayed poor manners (e.g., diving or splashing excessively), which went unchecked due to no permanent lifeguard presence—a concern both safety-wise & experience-wise that could be improved by having dedicated supervision onsite regularly! 【Dining】 Breakfast buffet served in "the lounge" offered an exceptionally pleasant experience compared against typical hotels where time-slot bookings are required amidst noisy crowds—it was neither crowded nor rushed here instead providing ample variety ranging seafood options alongside Western dishes plus desserts/fruits aplenty too! Dinner across several resort restaurants proved equally delightful albeit slightly pricey yet justified given quality standards met consistently throughout meals enjoyed thoroughly overall satisfaction guaranteed dining-wise indeed!! Additional activities within resort premises such rafting/summer gondola rides etcetera also delivered high levels enjoyment likewise nightly fireworks displays @8PM added magical touch rounding off memorable holiday spent fully immersed exploring everything inclusive accommodations provided wholeheartedly recommendable destination choice assuredly so!!

    Decline in Service

Stayed 3 years ago as well. The quality of staff seems to have declined, possibly due to a labor shortage. Staff were chatting or looking at their phones when idle, did not greet guests, and avoided eye contact. Additionally, citing eco-friendliness, sheets are only changed every other day for Multiple Night Stays. If true eco-friendliness is the goal, closing the Hotel and returning it to nature might be the best option.

The green season is also wonderful.

I visited for the first time when there was no snow. Some restaurants were closed, but I was able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay. We visited for his birthday, and they prepared a cake for us, making it a truly memorable accommodation experience. Ski season is great, but personally, I found the summer season even more enjoyable!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

I have visited Niseko many times for skiing, but back then, Hanazono had no hotels and was just an uncrowded ski resort. This time, I stayed at a hotel I had always wanted to try during the relatively affordable summer season. As rumored, the hotel was excellent, and I was satisfied with everything. The breakfast offered a wide variety of ingredients, portions, and drinks. For dinner, we dined at the China Kitchen where there were drink services and meal vouchers available; the content was very satisfying. Next time, I would love to stay during winter to enjoy skiing as well!

    Stunning Employee Parking Lot View

We visited with my parents for my mountain-loving father, but the view from the Room was disappointing. All we could see was the staff parking lot and tired-looking people after work. Even though we talked about the light-up event during check-in, we didn’t receive tickets, and having to ask about it ourselves at night felt unfriendly.

    Golf Accommodation

The facilities are excellent, making it seem like the perfect place to stay for skiing. The room had a view of the staff parking lot at the back, which was quite disappointing but understandable. Service was provided properly in Japanese (perhaps because it’s off-season?), unlike places like Andaz where English is predominantly used. The room was a 1LDK type with an iron partition. The dining table was convenient, but the overall layout of the room felt narrow and didn’t give a sense of spaciousness. Amenities made from Ezo pine were simple and tasteful, though not necessarily user-friendly. Dinner at the lounge was served as a course meal; it was affordable yet delicious and enjoyable. Breakfast was very ordinary, with buffet options similar to those at a casual hotel right across from where I stayed previously. The atmosphere resembled that of Hyatt hotels in Tokyo. Staying during the off-season at an affordable price made for a great experience overall. Golfing and ziplining were fun too, and I plan to return next year!

    Not in Japan

It was my first time in Hokkaido in a while. I made a Reservation as I had always wanted to visit. The Facility and amenities were very clean and pleasant. Most of the staff were foreigners, and they did not speak Japanese, so it might not be suitable for those who cannot speak English. I used the restaurant, but once they realized I could communicate, there was no attempt to speak Japanese at all. Since this is Japan, I expect appropriate service; however, it felt more like the level of service you'd find at an overseas Hotel—neither bad nor great but somewhat careless. Breakfast was below expectations and not tasty at all. The breakfast at Hyatt Centric Kanazawa that I visited recently was much better by comparison. The spa treatment provided by a Japanese staff member was very attentive, allowing me to have a relaxing time—thank you very much!
