    Very stylish

    First, the front desk is stylish, the Room is stylish, and the breakfast offers many unique items that are enjoyable both visually and taste-wise. The Facility and bath are rated 4 because the Room lighting was dim and the shower was difficult to use. The service was polite and very pleasant, making for a comfortable stay. If I have the opportunity to visit Kyoto, I would like to use this Hotel again.

    Convenient Hotel

    I chose this Hotel because of its convenient train access and its location, which is ideal for dining and sightseeing. Upon check-in, I was upgraded to a Room with a garden view terrace and lounge access, allowing me to relax in the lounge during cafe and cocktail time. There was a Christmas tree lighting event in the courtyard, and I could enjoy the charming Christmas bell performance from the Room's terrace. The front desk staff provided courteous service. The breakfast offered a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, which were delicious. Some may find the lack of amenities like toothbrushes inconvenient, but personally, I think the move away from plastic is a wonderful initiative from an SDGs perspective. Thank you for providing a more comfortable experience than I had imagined.

    Comfortable

    The atmosphere was very pleasant and I was able to spend my time in a relaxed manner. What I liked the most was the wavy floor in the room, which was comfortable to walk on barefoot. I would love to stay again.

    Comfortably

    As the title suggests, I was able to spend a comfortable time. The Room had flooring instead of carpet, with no steps, giving it a natural feel that was very calming. The meals were truly delicious, and choosing the Plan with two meals was a great decision. Everything had a gentle taste and was very good. Breakfast was also delicious. I wished my stomach was a bit bigger. There seemed to be few staff, making operations challenging, but everyone had a wonderful smile. It felt like I received energy from them. Thank you very much.

    My impression of staying at GOOD NATURE HOTEL KYOTO, which I had been curious about for a long time, can be summed up in one word: wonderful. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was good, and the cleanliness of the guest rooms was impeccable, allowing for a pleasant stay. The staff's service was particularly excellent. They provided clear and courteous explanations upon arrival, allowing for a smooth check-in. I also requested a pillow exchange twice due to my own preferences, and the staff handled it promptly and courteously without any displeasure. Thank you for that. The terrace was also clean and pleasant. I would like to use it again. Thank you for your hospitality.
