    I was satisfied.

    The Room has a traditional design, resembling an old Japanese house (renovated sake brewery), yet the air conditioning and bath are modern and comfortable. The refrigerator is stocked with free drinks, including plenty of sake. When I requested a chair for the counter in the bedroom, they promptly brought one. The dinner, which I was looking forward to, was also satisfying. One point: the appetizer using mackerel left a bit to be desired for a French course. Is it a culture here to use mackerel often? Although the sake from Kyoto Fushimi doesn't usually suit my taste, the Toyoshu Daiginjo here was among the best I've ever had. The sake lees soup at breakfast was incredibly delicious, and I had seconds. We talked about making it at home, but the white miso seems to be something special, so it might be difficult. It has become a candidate for a repeat visit.

    I took my time.

    We enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. My husband was particularly satisfied with the excellent pairing of drinks that complemented the meals. We were excited to peek into the large old well of the former sake brewery and were thrilled by the possibility of deer visiting the garden. Although we didn't encounter any deer this time, we look forward to it on our next visit... We will visit again! Thank you very much.

    Even those who cannot drink sake can enjoy it!

    I was drawn to the atmosphere of the Stays and decided to stay. Although I usually don't drink much alcohol, I was able to enjoy it fully. The welcome drink was amazake, which was very easy to drink and delicious. The drinks in the refrigerator in the room included a variety of sake and juices. The skincare set provided as an amenity was made from rice, and it made my skin smooth. I soaked slowly in the bath with sake lees, and the fragrance was soothing and relaxing. The dinner was seasoned a bit strongly to pair well with sake, but it was delicious even without alcohol. Seasonal ingredients and those from Nara were used, and the delicate presentation made it visually enjoyable as well. Breakfast was comforting with gentle tea porridge and sake lees soup. Both rice and soup were available for unlimited refills. It was a comfortable Property, and I was able to spend my time leisurely and was very satisfied. Thank you very much!

    The cuisine is excellent.

    The Room was a renovated old house from a sake brewery, and it had a very atmospheric Room. The French cuisine for dinner was wonderful in both appearance and taste. It was paired with Japanese sake. The Japanese breakfast was also well-balanced and full of healthy and delicious items. It is located near the shopping street close to Kintetsu Nara Station, so you can explore on foot.

    I am a wheelchair us...

    I am a wheelchair user. I was able to visit with peace of mind as I received a suggestion for a room with good accessibility from the time of reservation. The building was originally a sake brewery that has been restored, and I was able to enjoy a wonderful time with the remnants of the past, the faint scent of koji, and the latest water facilities in the room. Also, the welcome drink and meals in the morning and evening were made with koji, sake lees, and sake from the original Toyozawa Sake Brewery (Toyozawa Shuzo) and local ingredients, which were interesting and delicious. There seemed to be many young staff members, but from check-in to check-out, not only did I feel their genuine care for the guests, but I also enjoyed each conversation as they were well-versed in the charm of the area and various topics. My husband and I talked about wanting to visit again someday, reminiscing about our trip as we headed home. Thank you very much.

    Enjoyed delicious food and drinks.

    I visited with the all-inclusive plan, aiming for the food and drinks. Perhaps because it was a weekday, my room was upgraded due to availability, allowing me to enjoy a spacious and relaxing stay. After checking in with tea and amazake, I immediately toasted with sparkling sake. The room was also stocked with three types of sake, beer, and wine, and the apple and mandarin juice I drank as a chaser was delicious. With a convenience store right next door, I could quickly buy snacks. The dinner was all delicious, and I could enjoy sake not available in the room paired with the dishes, fully enjoying the marriage of food and sake. I particularly liked the NIPPONIA exclusive sake, but since it wasn't available for purchase, I definitely want to visit again. They even provided snacks for after dinner, allowing me to relax and drink in the room, which was a luxurious experience. All the staff at the inn were very courteous, making my stay extremely pleasant. I would love to visit again for the delicious food and drinks. Thank you for a wonderful time.
