    Decent

    During turndown service, the bath mat was missing, and amenities were not replenished. I ordered breakfast via room service for 9:30 AM, but it did not arrive. When I called to check, it seemed to have been forgotten. It arrived about 10 minutes later without any apology. While it falls short compared to other five-star accommodations I usually stay at, considering the price and benefits such as turndown service, guaranteed late check-out at 1 PM, and complimentary room service breakfast options, the value for money is good. Please ensure there are no mistakes in the future.

    This was my first time staying here. Thank you for accommodating my request for commemorative flowers and even researching white roses, as well as cooperating with my preferences regarding the timing to place them in the Room. The front desk staff's courteous response when I arrived early was exceptional, and I was even offered tea, which deeply impressed me. I feel that long-term visitors from overseas would also find a peaceful moment in Japan here and be very satisfied. I will definitely stay again.

    Satisfaction

    Cozy and quiet. The room service portions might be a bit small for men, so I had to order extra in a hurry. Everything else was perfect. I plan to stay here again.

    It was excellent.

    I have stayed at many famous Hotels, but the Facility here is new, the staff's hospitality was excellent, and I had a very pleasant stay. The warm send-off made my departure truly heartwarming. This stay made me feel that this is how true customer service should be. Thank you very much.

    Not quite.

    I live in the metropolitan area and occasionally use hotels in the region for refreshment or personal activities. This was my first stay at this hotel, but the check-in experience was disappointing. When I arrived at the front desk at my scheduled time of 3:00 PM, I was asked for my name and told to "please wait while we confirm your room preparation." There was no repetition of my name or a welcoming greeting, which made me anxious about whether my reservation had been registered. I sat on a nearby chair to wait, but the air conditioning wasn't effective, and I couldn't stop sweating. A group of foreign guests (an Asian family) arrived shortly after. They were served cold tea and towels as a service gesture, which were then casually offered to me as well without any words like "thank you for waiting." To make matters worse, those guests who came later were taken to their room before me. As I had tight plans afterward, this delay only added to my frustration until finally being called by the front desk staff for check-in. Despite there being no other customers upon arrival, waiting over 15 minutes during check-in time is an experience I've never encountered before. The unprepared room at check-in time, lack of hospitality from the front desk staff, and repeated dragging noises from furniture above all contributed to making this hotel less than satisfactory overall.

    Beautiful Hotel

    The cleaning was thorough, and the staff were friendly and smiling. The Hotel's room service was handled by a foreign staff member, so perhaps they were still in training or not fluent in Japanese. I had requested a children's fork and plate to be brought together, but they weren't delivered together (for some reason, three spoons were provided instead). However, when I called from the Room again, they promptly brought them. Overall, it felt like everyone was trying their best, making it a pleasant Hotel experience.

    Quiet and well-appoi...

    Quiet and well-appointed, the room's various arrangements were comfortable, allowing for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was also calm and delicious. I would like to visit again for a Multiple Night Stay next time.

    Kindness from the moment you arrive at the Hotel.

    The front desk staff explained everything according to the manual, leaving no room for questions. The hotel staff at the entrance was very attentive, and both the greeting and guidance to the room were smooth and excellent. It would have been nice to have a choice of breakfast bread. I would love to stay again next time.

    Not worth the price.

    The Kitano Hotel in New York was great, so I had high expectations, but it fell short. Here are my suggestions for improvement: No hooks to hang towels in the Room The chair in the bathroom makes a loud squeaking noise The Room phone is very inconvenient to use The Japanese breakfast did not suit us at all. We stayed for 3 nights with a breakfast-included Plan, but after being disappointed on the first day, we avoided it on the second day by going to Nadaman at New Otani nearby and opted for sandwiches from Natural Lawson next door on the third day. Positive points: Staff members were polite and helpful, assisting with taxis and opening doors. However, they completely ignored us when we appeared at the breakfast area. The staff during checkout also showed no friendliness. Despite being firm, the bed was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on Quiet environment Convenient location for running around the Imperial Palace area Complimentary beer and juice in the refrigerator

    A charming and relaxing Hotel

    From arrival to departure, the hospitality was consistently pleasant, making for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. When I encountered a minor issue with the Room and consulted the front desk, they promptly addressed it and provided me with a more spacious Room. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    It was a slightly luxurious stay.

    Located in Nagatacho, I wondered who might use this place, but the Room was excellent. I stayed in a Junior Suite, which had plenty of closets—perhaps designed for long-term stays. For a one-night stay, they didn’t seem necessary. I overslept due to my own mistake and missed breakfast time, but I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of bringing it to me via room service. It would be nice if the TV were more up-to-date and supported features like mirroring or streaming services. Since it's located in Nagatacho, there’s no scenic view to expect, but it’s very convenient for business purposes with its proximity to the station.

    It was a very lovely Hotel.

    This was my second stay. The doorman, front desk staff, and restaurant staff all provided excellent service, making it a wonderful stay. However, when I called the front desk to request a bathrobe, the response was slightly disappointing. Despite waiting for a long time, it never arrived in the Room, so I had to ask again at the front desk before going out. The bathroom with a washing area is convenient and nice. However, there was a slight odor coming from the drain. For a Hotel of this level, it would be nice if amenities included items like lotion or serum. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable as well.

    Everything was perfe...

    Everything was perfect. The Room was very clean and well-maintained, with more than enough amenities and a fully stocked minibar. The sink, like in a kitchen, was also convenient and useful. The staff at the reception, restaurant, Room service, and everywhere else were very polite and greeted us with smiles, making our stay pleasant. All the meals were delicious; the Niçoise salad from Room service and the yogurt at breakfast were especially outstanding. It was truly comfortable and relaxing. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

    The staff were very ...

    The staff were very polite and pleasant, making my stay enjoyable. The room was equipped with a sink, which was very convenient. Despite being located along the road, the interior of the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. I often used taxis when going out, and the staff always helped me catch one, which was extremely helpful. I would love to stay again.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    The location was excellent with plenty of sights to see while taking a walk around the neighborhood, and both the exterior and entrance of the Hotel were very beautiful. The staff members were extremely courteous and polite, each one carrying themselves with poise, which added a sense of elegance beyond the scale of the Hotel. Additionally, the Room layout was simple and comfortable, with abundant amenities and a complimentary minibar. It was a full-service Room that has become rare recently. Despite feeling slightly unwell, I was able to quietly enjoy my time in the Room at leisure. There were many breakfast options available; we chose Western cuisine, which had been carefully prepared dish by dish and offered substantial portions. There were three types of bread served with butter in compote. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish everything, but every plate was very delicious. I would definitely like to visit again.

    The Room was new and clean. The usability of the Facility was also very good. Moreover, the attentiveness of the staff was excellent, and it felt very comfortable to stay in a natural way.

    It was wonderful.

    The parking lot was very large and safely guided, which was reassuring, and the Room was spacious with the warmth of wood that calmed my mind. There was also a large TV in the bath, and the double bowl was convenient. The restaurant's interior design was lovely, and both the service and meals were excellent with various thoughtful touches. I will come again for a meal with friends. I am grateful for being completely refreshed.

    The ultimate relaxation

    I had a very good impression from my stay a few years ago, and this time I also had a very comfortable experience. Kitano Hotel has no imposition of the hotel's color scheme, providing cleanliness and a sense of security. I would definitely like to create an opportunity to use it again.

    The best Hotel.

    The service, sense, room, bed, and meals were all excellent! I have stayed at famous five-star hotels around the world including Japan, and this Property is on par with them! The room layout was very efficient and user-friendly. I would definitely like to stay here again. The taste of the French restaurant was also superb.

    It was very good.

    The interior was not flashy but tasteful. The surrounding area is a government district, but the subway station is nearby, making transportation convenient. You can also take a taxi anywhere. I thought the amenities were very good. The service was not excessive but moderate and very good.

    Thank you for upgrading the Room. However, I was concerned about the building next door. The food was delicious and the surprise was delightful. I was a bit disappointed with the phone service at the front desk, so I had to deduct points for that. But if there is a similar Plan, I would love to stay again.
