    As a lover of alcohol, I was impressed that a wide variety of drinks were included in the accommodation fee. Additionally, the cocktails were delicious, and I was able to relax greatly.

    It was absolutely amazing.

    Drawn by the innovative concept of "staying at a bar," I visited to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it exceeded all expectations. Upon entering, a stylish bar greeted us where we enjoyed champagne while checking in. The bartender was not only knowledgeable about drinks but also humorous, making for an enjoyable conversation as we savored delicious cocktails from 6 PM to around 10 PM. Afterward, we moved to our room, which was spacious and luxurious. It was a pleasant surprise that the in-room beverages and light snacks were complimentary. The next morning, we indulged in an Onsen with stunning views of Hakone followed by a high-quality champagne brunch. Relaxing in the room until 2 PM added an extra touch of luxury since most hotels typically require check-out around 11 AM. A guest once said this is "a hotel that spoils you," and I couldn't agree more. We will definitely return!

    Isn't it unprofitable?

    It was an incredible service that made us think, "There's no way this is real!" High-quality amenities Worldwide selection of in-room complimentary drinks and snacks with great attention to detail. The private spa featured not one but two craft beer servers, and even the champagne glasses were specially designed for insulation. Adding this option was absolutely the right choice. And the shuttle service on our way back—though it was a van, I noticed how luxurious the seats felt, only to realize it was a Mercedes-Benz! The staff's attentiveness and thoughtfulness were truly evident throughout our stay. Even when there was a mix-up with an unordered dish being served, we decided to accept it without issue—but later realized we weren’t charged for it at all. We didn’t notice until after returning home and couldn’t thank you in person—so thank you very much! We indulged in cocktails freely according to our mood, enjoying every moment of elegance. Among them, "Kazan" stood out with its refined peach sweetness and delicate espuma—it was astonishingly delicious! I wish there were somewhere nearby where I could enjoy it again. This trip was meant to celebrate my husband’s new chapter as an alcohol enthusiast—and he expressed his heartfelt satisfaction during our stay. Choosing this place turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. Thank you so much!

    A Hotel with Delicious Meals

    The food exceeded expectations, even though the Hotel was known for its focus on alcohol. The dinner course on the second floor was delightful, and next time I would like to try à la carte at the bar counter. The breakfast buffet, though compact, offered a variety of enjoyable options, including two types of champagne—regular and rosé. However, one disappointing aspect was the service during breakfast. With only about an hour to enjoy it, I felt rushed as if prompted to leave multiple times. Since I prefer a leisurely morning during my Hotel stay, this was quite unfortunate. Additionally, there was no dresser in the guest room; having a portable magnifying mirror or compact mirror would have been helpful.

    First time in Hakone...

    First time in Hakone. I was looking for an accommodation where I could enjoy delicious drinks and relax, and decided on this accommodation after reading the reviews. Everything exceeded my expectations. The room, lounge, bar, and spa were all comfortable, giving a sense of a leisurely flow of time. Although I don't usually drink cocktails often, each cocktail had its own theme and was made right in front of me, which was so exciting that I ended up ordering only cocktails. The sake-based cocktails were particularly delicious and a delightful discovery for me. Every dish we ordered was also excellent. From the warm welcome to the farewell send-off, I truly had a pleasant time here. I would love to plan another trip to Hakone just to stay at this accommodation again. Thank you very much!

    Wonderful service!

    This stay was for his birthday celebration. The response over the phone before the stay was very reassuring. The Hotel itself was very nice, but I was amazed by the wonderful hospitality of the staff. They listened to our requests with great care and the result exceeded our expectations, which was very moving. Thank you very much for the wonderful memories.

    Unique and unparalleled

    A dream-like Facility for those who love alcohol, where you can drink as much as you like at the bar and also stay overnight. With an Onsen available, there's nothing more to say. The bartender at the bar counter makes your favorite cocktails, and you can have as much as you like. Is there any other Hotel offering such a service? I also enjoyed pairing with the course meal during dinner time. It was absolutely amazing.

    It was very disappointing.

    The 5 PM check-in and souvenir benefits for Diamond members were not provided. Additionally, the promise to return my call was not fulfilled. I have used your services five times, but I am very disappointed with this response.

    Simply put, it's the best.

    Since my companion is more focused on drinking than eating, I thought this Hotel might be a good choice, so we decided to stay. The result was a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations. The staff's hospitality was pleasant throughout, and I was particularly impressed by the person who picked us up at the station and later served us at the bar counter, creating cocktails that perfectly matched our preferences and maintaining a comfortable conversational distance. I would like to apologize and express my gratitude for the sincere response to my companion, who persistently talked to the young bartender while intoxicated. It has become a Property I would like to visit again.

    Experience adult time.

    Overall, there are no notable concerns, and you can have a satisfying time worth the price. If I were to mention something, having visited multiple times, I felt that the taste of the drinks and food on the second floor has become somewhat bland. *It might depend on who you're drinking with, though, haha. I believe maintaining quality is very challenging, but even when visiting after some time, the atmosphere and service remain unchanged, and the friendly interaction made for a pleasant and relaxed time. There are, of course, changes over time, but the effort to preserve the essence is commendable. We, as guests, also contribute to the quality, and the clientele feels quite gentlemanly. The fact that there are fewer inbound tourists in Hakone is also appealing. I look forward to visiting again, eagerly anticipating good changes and new plans.

    It was so charming that it might be the most wonderful Hotel in Hakone.

    I used to think that Exiv was the best in Hakone, but this place was so wonderful that it might be the best. You can freely adjust the amount and timing of meals, and the check-in and check-out are differentiated from other Hotels. The private sauna space is comfortable, and the service from the staff and bartenders is excellent. I definitely want to repeat my stay here someday. The cost performance is unbelievably affordable, and the concept of an adult hideaway is very attractive.

    Not cost-effective.

    I traveled with friends with the purpose of enjoying the bath and sauna, but the bath was not impressive. It was a trip for four people, but there were no other Japanese guests besides us, giving the impression that the business was aimed at foreigners. The room was clean, and the service was neither good nor bad, matching the price. It wasn't my room, but my friend's couple's room had many stink bugs on the screen door in the morning, which they found unpleasant. I forgot an Anker mobile battery that can charge a computer plugged into the room's outlet, and when I called the hotel three hours after leaving, they said there was no item and no compensation. They said they would contact me from a superior, but there was no contact. I spent about 250,000 yen for one night, but I felt the quality of the response was extremely low, so I will never use it again. It's my fault, but forgetting things made the travel memories the worst, and I realized the quality of service was low. Although it may not happen to everyone, please be careful not to forget things.

    Hotel with Delicious Alcohol

    I went for the sake of the drinks, and it was a fun trip as they served many of the cocktails I really wanted. Also, the bartender was very good at conversation, and I had a great time throughout! It's a property where you can be satisfied with both the onsen and the drinks, and I definitely want to visit again!

    You can have a wonderful time.

    This was my second visit, and it was just as wonderful as the first, if not more so. The hospitality of the staff in every aspect, from picking us up at the station to seeing us off, was impeccable and truly moving. I will definitely visit again.
