    We have stayed here ...

    We have stayed here every year since 2020. It’s a Hotel our whole family loves, and no matter how many times we visit, we always feel it is exceptionally well designed. What stands out most is the use of space. Whether in the building or by the pool, there is a wonderful sense of openness that never feels cramped, and compared with other hotels, it is outstandingly comfortable. The food is delicious every time, and this time the limited-time robatayaki-style breakfast was especially amazing. One small disappointment was that although we requested regular housekeeping, it was changed to eco cleaning. Still, this Hotel has so much charm that it hardly mattered. We would love to continue staying here as a family. We will be back again.

    A true resort.

    Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy with occasional squall-like showers and brief sunny spells during our stay, we were still able to fully enjoy the resort atmosphere. The location is just over an hour from Naha Airport, making it a great base for getting anywhere. Highly recommended in every respect—Facility, dining, and service.

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in a lagoon-view room.

    I stayed on a Plan with dinner and breakfast included. This was my first HYATT stay in Okinawa this year. The charcoal-grill restaurant was excellent—the food was delicious! The staff there were also full of hospitality. I highly recommend dining there. The Italian restaurant course, however, wasn’t to my taste. The sauce didn’t bring out the flavor of the fish, which was very disappointing, and the sauce on the main meat dish was extremely strong and did not complement the meat’s natural flavor. That said, I really enjoyed the amuse-bouche appetizer and the baguette. For activities, I tried canoeing. A staff member joined me, so I could hear various stories and it made it even more enjoyable. The pool was smaller than I expected.

    On both the first an...

    On both the first and second days, the restaurant staff and the male staff member who escorted us to the parking lot when we left were very courteous and left a strong impression. However, the service from the other staff members generally felt unfriendly. I also felt that cleaning throughout the building was not thorough. First, the male staff member who assisted us at check-in did not provide sufficient explanations in Japanese, which made communication feel uncertain. At that time, there was no guidance at all regarding the restaurant where we had a dinner Reservation, the breakfast venue, or any on-site Facilities. Also, because a typhoon was approaching and we planned to return home one day early, I asked whether a partial refund of the accommodation fee might be possible. I was only told to “please contact IKYU,” with no further explanation. Furthermore, this information was not handed over among staff members, so at check-out we had to explain everything again from scratch. I was very surprised that there was no information sharing. Overall, I felt that attentive service was lacking throughout our stay. Since we chose this Accommodation with high expectations, it left us feeling very disappointed.

    Overall, it was great. I’ll come again.

    We stayed for two nights. Staff: Many are foreign, but they were polite and pleasant. Facility: There are two pools—one by the beach and one by the Hotel—and both are well maintained and clean. Room: We stayed in a twin Room; it was clean and perfectly fine. The toilet and bath were also good. Dining: One of the highlights of a Hotel stay. We were satisfied with the buffet, which had a wide variety of dishes. At night, we recommend the steak set at the all-day dining restaurant featured on TV—33,000 for two people. It includes a 750 g steak plus about three other dishes. You can add more if needed, but we found it filling. Recommended when Halekulani feels too expensive for your budget.

    It was a stay where we could fully enjoy an extraordinary escape.

    We stayed in the Beach House building for a wedding to enjoy an even more extraordinary getaway. The distance to the main building wasn’t too far, and getting around by tuk-tuk was fun. I wish the pool hours were a bit longer so we could have enjoyed it more. We’d love to come back!! Our friends seemed satisfied as well.

    It was excellent.

    We stayed during Golden Week. We chose a Plan with dinner included, and the fireworks were beautiful. Dinner itself was excellent, with an open kitchen. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying. We were able to take commemorative photos at the beach near the Hotel. The concierge kindly explained how to access each sightseeing spot. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    A Hotel Dedicated to Exceptional Hospitality

    This time, I stayed in the Beach House Twin Room. The Room delivered the ultimate resort feel, and both the furnishings and decor were calm and refined—simply outstanding. The view from the daybed was truly soothing. For dinner, we went to Robata Shirakachi. The scenery was also exceptional. During the holiday period, only a set course was available, but it was very thoughtfully composed, and I could really feel the chef’s dedication. Each dish—the ingredients, preparation, and staff service— reflected a high level of quality, and everything was delicious. For breakfast, I also chose Shirakachi and had Japanese cuisine, which turned out to be absolutely the right choice. Overall—Hyatt Regency truly lives up to its reputation. I felt they pursue hospitality from every angle. I sincerely appreciate that this became such a relaxing trip.

    Perhaps they were new.

    The in-Room dining was truly excellent. When I prepaid, the front desk staff member may have been new and made a mistake, so after returning to my Room I had to go back to the front desk again. I then waited there for a while, and it took about an hour in total until everything was resolved. That was the disappointing part. I really like the Hotel’s atmosphere and would like to stay again.

    An Adults-Only Hotel Stay

    After my Gunma Onsen trip the previous week worsened my hay fever, I evacuated to Okinawa for a solo trip. I liked the Hotel I had stayed at before, but it was geared toward families with kids, so this time I looked specifically in Onna Village for an adult-oriented Hotel where I could relax. Since I often stayed at Hyatt Regency in “Hakone,” the calm atmosphere felt familiar and reassuring. The Room was extremely comfortable—especially the air conditioning; it really felt like Hyatt quality. I requested an ocean view, and the view was wonderful. I was able to see the open sea and the sunset. It was perfect for a stay focused on enjoying time at the Hotel. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was also delicious—I was truly satisfied with a meal that felt genuinely good after a long time. A young member of the restaurant staff also served me in a very charming way. Thank you very much. This visit was all about staying at the Hotel, so I didn’t rent a car. I had some concerns, but there is a local bus stop nearby, and I could also get to “Onna no Eki.” The only moment that made me think “Wait—what?” was breakfast: while waiting under the condition that any table would be fine, I was seated along the passageway leading to the Italian area toward the back, where many people were walking by, so it wasn’t relaxing at all. It felt like being placed right in a corridor—I even asked if they could move me as much as possible toward inside seating. As a solo traveler, I would appreciate a bit more consideration. For groups having breakfast together, some noise probably isn’t an issue—but when you’re alone, you want to eat calmly and quietly. From the next day onward, on my own initiative, I requested seating on the lounge side and enjoyed breakfast while slowly looking out over the courtyard. Thank you very much again.

    Relaxing 2-Night Stay

    I finally got to stay at Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa, a Hotel I’d been wanting to visit for a long time. The location, surrounded by the sea, is wonderful, and I never get tired of simply relaxing and taking in the view. We were lucky with the weather this time, so the ocean was vivid—shifting from emerald green to deep blue. There were two different elevators, which was a little confusing at first. On the first day we used self-parking, but on the second day we switched to valet parking, which made things even more comfortable. I did wish the shop inside the Hotel had a bit more variety. I’d love to stay again—next time I hope to stay a little longer.

    This was an unusually disappointing experience, and I hope you will improve your service.

    I stayed at the end of January and again a week later in February. This time, I used the teppanyaki and sushi restaurants, and since the robatayaki restaurant I visited last year was excellent, I also included the breakfast buffet. As always, the friendly and attentive service remains outstanding, and every restaurant was high quality—the food was truly delicious. However, something I notice every time is that I would like a door stopper in the Room, as it is necessary when bringing in luggage. Also, why is there an oshibori in the toilet but no soap? I wonder this every time. What disappointed me during my second stay this time was what happened after dinner at the sushi restaurant. I wanted to have a few more drinks and some snack-type dishes, so I checked the last order time for the bar in the Hotel lobby in advance. Even though I lined up at the cashier to pay before last order (well before closing), staff struggled with handling the guest ahead of me, and guests from second place onward were coldly turned away on the grounds that “the time had passed.” From a guest’s perspective, it is unacceptable to refuse to prepare food simply because time has passed when we followed your rules and were already waiting in line before last order. This kind of situation also leads to lost sales for the Hotel, and it is extremely disappointing for guests who are lined up before last order. Please improve this process. The kitchen’s response—saying that only fried items would be possible—was also very unpleasant. It is especially disappointing because until now everything has been wonderful: restaurant taste and service, as well as Hotel facilities and location.

    The best time

    The sunset was beautiful, and the Hotel was excellent. It felt very clean, with high ceilings and a spacious Room. The staff’s hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious across the board. It was even better than expected. We will visit again.

    It was a cozy Hotel.

    This Hotel is in a great location, and I was able to refresh while enjoying stunning ocean views from my Room. At the lounge bar, thanks to the staff’s warm hospitality, I had a wonderful time at an outdoor table beautifully lit up at night. Both the Room and the hallways were spacious, making for an elegant and comfortable stay. I would love to visit again in a different season.

    I love French toast.

    I stayed at this hotel because it is close to my friend's house. It has a very calm and mature atmosphere, allowing me to relax and enjoy the view of the sea. It would be perfect if there was a large public bath. The French toast at breakfast was fluffy and absolutely delightful. I'm looking forward to staying here again next time!

    A Hotel You Must Stay at Least Once

    The view from the Gusuku Pool during our winter trip to Okinawa was stunning. The Room layout was well-designed. Many of the reception staff were from overseas and were doing their best, but some explanations were difficult to understand, leading us to miss out on certain services, which was unfortunate. However, overall, the Hotel is of a high standard. Lagoon View Rooms are highly recommended. We plan to visit again after the rainy season ends next time.

    A place where you can spend time gracefully and effortlessly.

    Stayed during the quiet period of the New Year holiday weekend. Weekdays provided a very relaxing space. The hosts were well-trained, and phone support was almost perfect. Since it was a quiet period, there were no waits for elevators, making it completely stress-free. Camp Hyatt offered great reassurance as the instructors taught children with great care, allowing parents to feel at ease. The room was thoroughly cleaned and soundproofed (though this made the doors heavy). This time we stayed in what seemed to be the most basic room, so the view wasn't exceptional but still sufficient without any external distractions beyond the hotel. Breakfast was average. While live kitchens might be exciting for first-timers, they lose their novelty over time. The French toast was too sweet for me but highly satisfying for my family. However, after three nights, having identical menus became monotonous. It would also help if decaf coffee were available. Even during a quiet period, weekends can get crowded; while you can check congestion levels and make reservations from your room, it doesn't create a calm environment overall. Additionally, being seated on an outdoor terrace on windy winter days in Okinawa felt questionable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the restaurant experience at Cucina—the same venue as breakfast but transformed into an incredibly stylish space at night. Even with children in tow, we had no issues enjoying our time there; every dish had high-quality execution paired with attentive service that created a special experience worth revisiting. Overall, this is undoubtedly an excellent hotel that lives up to Hyatt's reputation. One note: The parking entrance is very narrow—large vehicles should take caution!

    Christmas at Hyatt Seragaki

    Stayed for 3 nights starting from Christmas, recommended by a friend. Upon check-in, there was a Santa in the lobby, and I got to take a photo with him. The pool and beach were amazing, and I definitely plan to visit again during warmer weather.

    It was my first stay...

    It was my first stay, but I was able to relax and enjoy my time at the Hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious no matter what I ate, but the bread was especially good. It has become one of the Hotels I want to visit again.

    A wonderful Hotel with delicious meals and great views from the Room.

    The staff, many of whom are from overseas, were all very friendly and provided excellent service with warm smiles. The Room was very clean, and being oceanfront, the view was fantastic. The bathroom included a washing area, making it convenient to use; however, it would have been perfect if it were a bit deeper. Additionally, the Italian dinner as part of the 3-night Multiple Night Stay special was delicious, and the French toast at breakfast was exceptional—I enjoyed it all three days. It was such a wonderful stay that I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Okinawa!

    The Best Hotel

    We stayed here for a family trip. The staff were all very polite and attentive. When we inquired about a shower chair for an elderly family member at the front desk, they responded immediately. Thank you for the prompt assistance. The Room was very clean, the meals were delicious, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

    Stayed with the Club Lounge Plan.

    The reason I chose this hotel was because it is an official accommodation of Jungleia. Additionally, I had a pleasant experience staying at the Hyatt Regency Naha with their club plan, so I had high expectations for this stay. However, I do not recommend this accommodation to those planning to visit Jungleia using public transportation. Despite being an official accommodation, there is no direct bus service available. You need to transfer between local buses and then walk to "Nago City Hall," where the Jungleia bus stops. When I asked the concierge for directions, they provided incorrect information. If you don't catch the first local bus in the morning, transferring becomes quite stressful. A bus driver advised me that instead of transferring at "North Joint Government Office," as suggested by staff, it would be better to get off at "Nago Crossroads." Luckily it was sunny during my trip; if it had been raining, my mood would have been completely ruined. Apparently, most people do not use public transportation to get there. When asking about directions, I was told that "most guests travel by car or taxi," which left me feeling slightly uncomfortable. It seems that guests staying at such luxury accommodations typically do not rely on public transport—this was a learning experience for me. Additionally, there was no night service like what I experienced at Hyatt Regency Naha before—this was disappointing as well. Night service refers to staff preparing guest rooms in the evening hours for a more comfortable stay overnight.

    Everything is excellent.

    Stayed for 2 nights. When we parked the car, a cart came to pick us up as soon as we stepped outside. The breakfast was delicious no matter what we ate, but the French toast melted in our mouths instantly, even converting my husband who usually dislikes French toast. The Facility is very user-friendly. The vegan shampoo and skincare products were gentle on the skin. The view was breathtaking. I plan to stay at Hyatt Regency again when visiting Okinawa. It was also lovely to see staff dressed as Santa decorating the Christmas tree!

    Enjoyed the timeless excellence of Hyatt after a long time.

    Hyatt has always been my favorite for its simple, modern, functional, and stylish design. However, as it wasn't available in some of the places I wanted to visit (including overseas), I had shifted my focus to other loyalty programs. This time, I stayed at Seragaki for the first time and was not disappointed—it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you. First, after parking the car in the parking tower, we smoothly proceeded to the Island building and then to the lounge. While enjoying a welcome drink, we received clear explanations and completed check-in procedures. Shortly after entering our Room, our baggage arrived promptly. Since we opted for a club package with breakfast and dinner included this time, we interacted with many staff members who provided smart service (neither pushy nor unclear) that left a positive impression. Additionally, as requested beforehand, a Bluetooth speaker was set up in our Room. The simple yet functional space combined with beautiful views and music created an enjoyable atmosphere. Furthermore, both breakfast and dinner at Seragaki were exceptionally delicious beyond expectations. The Club Lounge also offered delightful treats like strawberry tarts that didn’t feel like typical small cakes—exceeding expectations on dining quality. The overall simplicity of Hyatt (with no unnecessary extras) is appealing; while there wasn’t a coffee maker in the Club Room due to its minimalist approach (which can be resolved by taking coffee from the lounge), everything else was functional and user-friendly. That said—having something like bath salts would have been nice—but perhaps this is just part of Hyatt’s signature style. If your Hotel stay involves spending more time on-site rather than sightseeing outside extensively—I highly recommend opting for lounge access during your visit. Lastly—while most staff provided excellent service (thanks largely due to standout individuals)—there were two instances where explanations differed or service felt slightly careless from certain staff members during interactions; hopefully improvements will be made before my next visit! Thank you again!

    I would love to visit again.

    The cost performance, quality, and deliciousness of the meals all deserve top marks. It was as satisfying as staying at Chinzanso in Tokyo. The steak for dinner was incredibly delicious. It was helpful that we could use a fine dining restaurant even with children. When I made a reservation through IKYU and requested the top floor in detail, they kindly accommodated my request, which I truly appreciated. One point: when skipping room cleaning, it was unclear how to order or request towel replacements and collection, which made it a bit challenging.
