    Delicious meals served with care, a clean and relaxing Room, and a soothing bath. Above all, the thoughtful attention to every detail deeply moved me. I left feeling completely refreshed both physically and mentally. It's the kind of place you'd want everyone to know about but also want to keep as your own secret... Thank you so much!

    The meals were truly...

    The meals were truly delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit disappointing that the private bath in the room was not an Onsen. The staff had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location, being near Toshogu Shrine, was convenient for sightseeing. We also appreciated having our luggage transported to the nearby partner hotel close to the station.

    Perfect

    I stayed for one night in late March. The email correspondence during the reservation process was prompt, and they responded accurately to my requests. The purpose of this trip was to visit two shrines and one temple, so the location was perfect. They allowed us to park our car before check-in and kindly provided recommendations for routes and estimated travel times. Their straightforward impression of the newly renovated Yomeimon Gate made me curious, and upon seeing it myself, I completely agreed! The room and facilities were perfect for us. The adjustable mirror provided in the room was very convenient when getting ready. The private onsen had a comfortable size and water temperature, making it ideal for a relaxing soak. Having unlimited Haagen-Dazs ice cream was also a delightful bonus! We chose a breakfast-included plan, and the breakfast was so delicious that I regretted not opting for dinner as well. The mixed juice and French toast were particularly outstanding! Although there was plenty of food, everything tasted so good that even though I usually skip breakfast, I ended up eating until I was full in the morning. I truly appreciate their sincere response to my special requests. Since we couldn’t see the Good Luck Rabbit at Futarasan Shrine due to its restoration this time, we plan to revisit—and when we do, we would love to stay here again! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

    I was impressed by the attentive service.

    Amid heavy snowfall caused by a severe cold wave, we stayed for two nights in a room at the annex. The hospitality of the staff, the quality of the meals, and the comfort of the room were all exceptional—perhaps the best among any accommodation we've experienced so far. The wine and sake recommended by the manager, who is also a certified sommelier, were absolutely delightful. The front desk staff was also incredibly kind and helpful even before our stay. Thank you very much for everything. If I may make one small request for future consideration: it would be wonderful to include warm beverages in the lineup of welcome drinks as they would be comforting on cold days. Please consider this if possible!

    The meals are excellent.

    I have stayed at various accommodations, but the meals here were the best. The roasted golden eye snapper was exceptional, and the lobster was perfectly cooked. The pot-au-feu for breakfast was also very delicious. Thank you for the birthday surprise. Highly recommended as it is within walking distance to Toshogu Shrine. The room was very clean. If I had to mention one thing, I would suggest improving the quality of the hairdryer. Other than that, it was a perfect accommodation!

    I was able to relax!

    Futarasan Shrine, Rinnoji Temple, and Toshogu Shrine are within walking distance, the food was delicious, and we were able to enjoy a relaxing time!

    Was it just bad luck? I couldn't find a place to park the car and was confused. Other than that, everything went smoothly and I think it was good.

    It is a wonderful Hotel.

    This was our second visit this year, following our trip in August. We were delighted to discover such a wonderful Hotel almost within the grounds of Nikko Toshogu Shrine, and my wife and I were thrilled once again. This time, as well, we enjoyed delightful conversations with the staff, and were impressed by the chef's exquisite cuisine. The chef shared with us that he is dedicated to his craft and makes continuous efforts every day. For both dinner and breakfast, we were able to enjoy truly wonderful dishes that carefully utilized local ingredients. While some guests may choose to dine out, we highly recommend savoring the meals at Aratou. We look forward to visiting again during our future trips to Northern Kanto. We are grateful to all the staff for allowing us to have such a wonderful time.

    A relaxing and comfortable Hotel.

    A comfortable Hotel. The French dinner was delicious, and the sommelier was professional and kind. The breakfast was also very delicious. Häagen-Dazs ice cream after the Onsen is a small happiness.
