    Clean and always friendly

    I had a relaxing sta...

    I had a relaxing stay this time as well. The accommodations were very comfortable. Although it was Halloween, the rain left my clothes soaking wet, but having an iron and shoe dryer available was a great help. The breakfast was flawless in both content and portion size—I’m even considering staying here again just for that! It would be wonderful if you could bring back the dinner buffet like in the past. One downside is that the parking staff seemed insistent on directing us to the affiliated parking lot, making it difficult to pass through smoothly. This also seems to be an issue at the neighboring port, so I hope this can be improved.

    Stay with Your Family

    I live about an hour away from USJ, but I decided to treat myself and my daughter to a luxurious stay instead of driving back home. The parking lot showed "Full," so I hesitated at the entrance, unsure if we could enter. While stopped, another car came up behind us, so I decided to go in. A staff member was there and asked if we were staying and for how many nights. After that, we were able to park without any issues. Our room was ready earlier than expected, which made us very happy! The hotel was much closer to USJ than parking at the USJ lot and walking from there! Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The room had just the right amount of space for a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. There were three points that caught my attention: - The toilet didn’t flush well; I had to press the button multiple times. - This might not be directly related to the hotel itself, but the convenience store attached had limited stock available. - The bed was slightly high, making it difficult for children under 100 cm tall to climb up on their own. If you're worried about your child falling off during sleep, requesting a baby guard might be helpful (my child eventually figured out how by moving a nearby chair next to the bed for easier access). Even though I live nearby, I've realized how convenient it is to enjoy USJ with a hotel stay! I'll definitely use this accommodation again in the future!

    Good.

    There is a Minion statue at the entrance, making it enjoyable from the moment you step in. The check-in process on the second-floor front desk was smooth, and I could go to my room right away. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and while I was out at Universal Studios Japan (USJ), the room was cleaned beautifully, allowing for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers stickers that crew members hand out inside USJ, which made me happy to receive. Bath salts were provided with Halloween-themed packaging, adding a festive touch to the experience during that season. With amenities like hair iron rentals, washing machines and dryers available, as well as delivery services for souvenirs purchased at USJ, I thoroughly enjoyed my Multiple Night Stay. I would love to stay here again when visiting Universal Studios Japan!

    Next is the Park View.

    We had a comfortable 3-night stay for 4 people in one room. The harbor view was great, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Next time, maybe the park view? The hotel is conveniently located near Universal City Station, with a taxi stand right in front, making access excellent.

    I frequently visited Universal Studios during the summer and stayed here. The Room was clean and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly, smiling, and provided attentive service, making my stay pleasant and enjoyable at Universal Studios as well. Thank you!

    A Hotel Beyond Expectations

    We stayed in the Starry Room as a family of three, including our 3-year-old son. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and as someone who is particular about cleanliness in water areas, I was very pleased with how clean everything was. The room's lotion is an all-in-one type, so if you have specific preferences, we recommend bringing your own. From an SDGs perspective, it would be great to see more consideration regarding single-use plastics. For example, providing bottled water would be appreciated for convenience during travel. We noticed some guests unintentionally placing bottle mouths directly on water dispensers; this made us a bit hesitant to use them for drinking water. Instead, we purchased bottled water from the convenience store on the first floor. However, around 9 PM there tends to be long lines at the register, so buying earlier is recommended. Amenities are part of the fun of traveling; even if accommodation fees increase slightly, offering unique or luxury brand amenities could enhance relaxation and provide a special experience. The provided shampoo and conditioner worked well without needing to bring my own—they left my hair silky smooth! A stronger hairdryer like ReFa or Dyson would also be appreciated. The leg massage gel and face packs were lifesavers after visiting USJ or Expo venues. Breakfast had plenty of seating even during busy holiday periods like Obon. The menu was diverse with both Japanese and Western options as well as cute kids' meals that added to the USJ atmosphere. The Starry Room being shoe-free made it extra comfortable! While I may have many requests regarding amenities because I seek non-daily experiences and relaxation when traveling—considering that we stayed for two nights during Obon in a spacious clean room with breakfast included at such an affordable price—it might seem greedy (haha). The Expo venue was less than 3,000 yen by taxi—cheaper than ferries or buses—and very convenient! As for USJ? Just a few minutes’ walk away! Plus seeing nighttime views of USJ from our room was wonderful. The freezer is basic; ice cream melts if stored too long but the fridge is spacious enough for family drinks like one-liter bottles of water without issue. While Lawson on the first floor is convenient due to its popularity among hotel guests it can get crowded—and they don’t stock two-liter bottles of water—so purchasing those elsewhere beforehand might be better. Overall this hotel exceeded expectations—we’d love to stay again in their Starry Room!

    One of the highlight...

    One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast in the bright, sunlit restaurant, but this time I reserved a plan without breakfast. The hotel's atmosphere is wonderful and always fills me with satisfaction every time I visit.

    I have used this Hotel several times, but this time the Room's internet connection was poor, with no signal, making it impossible to browse the internet. It was very disappointing. I hope for improvements.

    Safe for families with babies!

    It was our first trip with our 6-month-old baby, and we were able to stay comfortably and with peace of mind! You can borrow items like a formula preparation pot, baby bed, bouncer, and baby soap. For bottle sterilization, they offer microwave-type sterilizers for rent. However, when I requested one, they were all in use. Instead, the staff kindly took my bottles at the front desk for sterilization and brought them back to our room afterward. Additionally, while there is no freezer in the room (there is a refrigerator), since it was a hot day during our trip, I asked the front desk to freeze my ice packs so I could use them again the next day. From inquiries before our stay to all interactions during it, every response was courteous. They willingly accommodated all of my requests above as well! We truly had a comfortable and worry-free experience!

    Feel at home.

    This was my second stay. There are many hotels around Universal Studios, but I chose this one because of its interior design and color scheme. Even after walking around the park and feeling exhausted, the gentle cream, orange, and yellow tones gave a homely sense of calmness. I found myself repeatedly saying how much I love this hotel. The small table and modest-sized sofa were perfect for enjoying food we brought back. The bathroom is spacious with a family-friendly design, and there’s even a step stool for kids at the sink—great for families with children! There was also a place to get ice and water, plus each room had a kettle so we could always enjoy cold water whenever needed. As for the staff, they seemed like part-timers; however, since there wasn’t much interaction beyond check-in/out or luggage storage services—and because the room itself was so comfortable—it didn’t bother me at all. The entrance to the Room is wide enough to easily place luggage; however, there were only 3–4 hangers on one rack which made it inconvenient to dry wet clothes from rain. It would be nice if there were bars or something on the empty wall near the entrance where hangers could be placed or clothes could be dried. I’d love to stay here again!

    Minion Welcome

    The Hotel warmly welcomes guests with Minion panels and decorations in the lobby and entrance. Although there was a wait at check-in due to limited counters, we were allowed to enter the Room before the official check-in time, which let us leave our luggage and head to the park. The Room, including the wash area, was overall clean with no sense of age. It was functional and provided a relaxing stay. I would love to stay here again when visiting the park.

    Cozy Room

    We chose a room with a low bed for our restless 2-year-old! The room had a potty seat and steps for the sink, which were very helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast while watching trains go by. Although the parking lot was full in the morning during Golden Week, we were smoothly guided to underground or nearby parking spaces!

    It was excellent!

    Used for Expo to Universal Studios Japan. Luggage storage was available both before check-in and after check-out. When I mentioned forgetting my battery charger, they kindly said, "We'll leave it in your Room." The Room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to stay without any inconvenience. Thank you very much!

    It was excellent.

    The staff were very polite and kind. The room was very clean with a great view, and it was nice that the movie "Pets" was repeatedly broadcasted. The separate bath and toilet allowed me to relax in the bathtub and relieve my fatigue. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. The only downside is that the distance to the park is slightly far, but everything else was highly satisfying, so I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    ■ Positive Points: - Convenient location - Friendly staff - Good shower water pressure ■ Areas for Improvement: - Added the breakfast buffet on the day, but 3,300 yen felt overpriced. While it was nice to have takoyaki and okonomiyaki, the octopus in the takoyaki was about the size of a pinky nail, and the mini okonomiyaki was mostly just flour. The Minion hash browns were a bit too hard as well. Improving quality would be appreciated. - Although the shower water pressure is good, there seems to be no ventilation system in the bathroom or it wasn’t effective enough. - When I accidentally lifted up the toilet seat, I noticed an unpleasant stain underneath...

    Second Stay

    Stayed at the accommodation the night before visiting Universal Studios! Having stayed here before, I found the access from Universal Studios to be very convenient, and the breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious. I decided it was a hotel I wanted to stay at again, so I returned!

    A Hotel That Feels Just Right

    Stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Corner Twin with kids. Chose this Hotel over others due to price and interior design. The Room had an amazing sense of openness, and we could hear sounds from the park and trains, making it a fun stay. Without a closet, the Room felt very spacious, and amenities like a bath with washing area, microwave, and water dispenser on the floor made it perfect for visiting USJ. Breakfast offered unique options like freshly baked pizza alongside Osaka-style dishes. Even during busy hours, seating was quickly arranged thanks to high turnover rates—truly impressive service. We also appreciated being allowed to check in early as we arrived ahead of schedule. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the convenience store on the first floor gets extremely crowded after park closing time.

    Children are fully satisfied!

    Due to the children's restless sleeping habits, we used the low bed that was available. The Room on the 11th floor had a great view, and the children were excited to see USJ from the Room. We played to our heart's content from USJ's opening to closing and were able to sleep without worrying about the children falling off the low, wide bed. We had breakfast for two days. The children didn't quite like it, as they took a bite of the fried chicken and meatballs and left them. They said the udon and pizza were delicious and ate them every day. We used the coin laundry, but the dryer took a long time to dry, so it took more time than expected. It would be nice to have a gas dryer, even if it's more expensive.

    The bath and toilet are separate, which is great for families with children. The Room is spacious, and they provided a diaper pot and a potty seat, making our stay comfortable. It would be appreciated if the table in the Room were a bit larger.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    I stayed at the property when I participated in the Amex Universal Studios private night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only issue was that the glasses were too cheap. I understand that they might have chosen plastic ones that don't break easily if dropped by children and are less likely to cause injury, but it discourages me from drinking coffee. I think disposable paper cups would be better. I believe there are better quality plastic options available, so I would appreciate it if improvements could be made. Other than that, everything was perfect and comfortable. Thank you.

    First Stays

    We used it for a trip with my sister. Our purpose was Universal Studios Japan, so we were looking for a nearby place, and this was the right choice. There was a washing area in the bath for our tired bodies, and the water pressure was good, making it comfortable. Overall, there were many Minions, and the orange color was soothing. I would like to use it again.
