    Sounds good.

    We wanted to enjoy Universal Studios as well as the Hotel, and this was a lovely Room where our family of five could stay together.

    For your first visit to Universal Studios Japan

    This was my first time visiting Universal Studios, and I stayed at this Hotel. I was able to fully enjoy the park and also spend a very comfortable time at the Hotel. The only concern was that the ventilation in the toilet and bathroom felt a bit weak. Even so, it’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again next time. Thank you for making my first Universal Studios experience even more satisfying.

    A Comfortable Hotel Stay

    The Room was clean, and we were able to stay comfortably. Unfortunately, it rained that day, so having a shoe dryer in the Room was very helpful. The view from the Room was amazing!! Thank you very much.

    This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    The Room was bright and felt very clean. Having the toilet and bath separate was also very convenient. I heard the Hotel is about 8 years old, so it’s relatively new, but everything was well maintained and the bathroom areas were especially spotless. I think that’s thanks to the hard work of the housekeeping staff. The provided amenities were fairly standard. Personally, I felt I should have brought what I usually use at home. The coin laundry and the Lawson directly connected to the Hotel were very convenient. Not only the front desk staff, but also everyone who helped with breakfast was pleasant and welcoming, and I liked how their service captured a USJ-like vibe. There wasn’t any single standout episode, but I really appreciated how the overall atmosphere of the Hotel added to the excitement of visiting a theme park.

    A Hotel You'll Want to Return To

    Whenever our family visits Universal Studios Japan, we always stay at this Hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also delicious. There are large lockers on the first floor, which is convenient for storing luggage after check-in. There is also a 24-hour Lawson convenience store. There are many great features, but above all, the staff’s warm and pleasant service was the best part.

    I was impressed by how beautiful the Hotel was.

    Everything felt very clean. The bathroom was especially spotless and completely odor-free, which surprised me. My son was also happy and said he had a comfortable stay.

    It was very good.

    We stayed as a family of four. The Room was spacious and very well cleaned. The view from the Room was great, and the bathroom had features such as a jet bath and shoulder bath, which helped us relax after a tiring day at Universal Studios Japan. Having a Lawson on the first floor was also very convenient. It’s not really a complaint, but if I had to mention something, the TV in our Room was hard to see from the sofa. Our daughters were so tired from Universal Studios Japan that they went straight to sleep after bathing, so we barely watched TV, but it might be a bit inconvenient if you want to relax together and watch something on a big screen. Also, compared with other Hotel options, it’s just slightly farther to walk from Universal Studios Japan. Overall, it was a very good Hotel. We would like to stay again.

    How many times have ...

    How many times have I stayed here now? The facilities are clean, and it’s a reliable Hotel. The breakfast selection is the best among the official Hotels. I’d love for you to offer dinner again like before. I want to eat more—like pizza—but since it’s in the morning, I end up holding back.

    If you’re going to USJ, this is the Hotel I highly recommend. The family-friendly 4-bed Room has plenty of power outlets. There’s also lots of space to place or hang your belongings, making it very convenient. The buffet meals are great, and the special house juice is especially delicious! I’ll stay here again.

    This Hotel is highly rated even though it is not near Universal Studios.

    On a previous stay we didn’t include meals, but this time we stayed with both breakfast and dinner. The food was so delicious you wouldn’t believe it was a buffet, and both my child and I went back for seconds many times. The desserts were especially high quality, and my child loved them. The Deluxe Twin Room was spacious and easy to use, and they kindly accommodated our request for extra towels, which was very helpful. Even without considering the great location near Universal Studios Japan, the Hotel itself offers excellent value for money. It’s just a short walk to USJ, and there’s also a nearby bus stop, so getting around is easy. This will likely become our go-to Accommodation when traveling in Kansai.

    This was my fourth stay. I had reserved a Standard Twin Room, but when I entered the Room, it had been upgraded and assigned as a Superior Twin Room, which I really appreciated. The dinner buffet was at Port Dining Rico Rico at the adjacent sister Hotel, Hotel Universal Port, and the breakfast buffet Plan was at Solis Gratia at Hotel Universal Port Vita. However, the ticket stated that I could choose either Solis Gratia or Rico Rico for breakfast, so I compared the menus and chose Rico Rico this time because I was in the mood for onigiri. There is a wide variety of cakes in the dinner sweets corner, and they are a perfectly small size, so it was great to be able to enjoy many different kinds. For breakfast, the mixed juice and cream croissant were especially appealing. I also used to enjoy dinner at Solis Gratia at Vita several times before, so I would be happy if it returns again someday. Before check-in, luggage storage is available in lockers on the 2nd floor (coin-return type). The front desk is also on the 2nd floor, so you can complete check-in procedures before the park opens (Room key cards can be picked up from 3:00 PM). After check-out, luggage storage is available in lockers on the 1st floor (IC card type). This time I was able to stay at a very good price during the off-season, so I was very satisfied with the value for money.

    Universal Studios trip

    I’ve stayed at several other official Hotels, and this one had the cleanest Facilities and Rooms. Since a larger Room was available, I thought they might upgrade me… but they offered it for an additional fee. Other Hotels upgraded me for free, so I got my hopes up for nothing… lol Because the bathroom and toilet were separate, I was able to stay very comfortably. The lobby also had Minions, which really lifted my mood. However, what was very disappointing was that when I checked in and headed toward the elevators, two male staff members were standing there; even when our eyes met, they said nothing. When I came back from USJ, there was a male staff member in front of the lobby as well—again, no greeting. Right after experiencing the wonderful service from the USJ crew members, the contrast was huge and very disappointing. Still, the Room itself was very comfortable and I’m glad I stayed.

    It was very good.

    We stayed here for a 2-night, 3-day trip to Osaka focused on USJ. The reasons we chose this Hotel were its convenient location near both USJ and the station, the fact that all Rooms have separate bath and toilet, and the convenience store on the first floor. Three adults stayed in a twin Room, and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I wanted to take about an hour to enjoy it, but due to our schedule we only had about 30 minutes, which I regret a bit. We would like to stay here again.

    We were very satisfied with this great-value Hotel.

    This was my first time staying at a USJ official Hotel, and it was an excellent stay for the price. The Room was clean, but the best part was definitely the breakfast. There were some Osaka local specialties, and the selection covered both Japanese and Western options well—it was delicious. It was a Multiple Night Stay, and housekeeping was thorough, so I had a very comfortable stay. Just one thing: the bath drainage was slightly poor, so foam didn’t flow away easily and tended to pool. Improving that would make it even better. I will definitely stay again.

    Close to USJ, letting you enjoy the park atmosphere as well.

    The room was clean and comfortable. However, it would be helpful to have a luggage rack for suitcases. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a cute Minion drawn in ketchup on the omelet and some Osaka specialties. The timing of clearing the dishes during the meal was also good. The free lockers after check-out were a welcome service. Thank you very much.

    It was very good.

    I stayed here on the day I visited USJ, and it was excellent. It’s extremely close, and the Hotel is very clean throughout. The Room was a corner Room with views of USJ and the ocean, and the scenery was amazing. It was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable to use. All of the staff were kind and courteous. I also shipped my luggage from the Hotel, and the staff member who assisted me was very thorough, which made me feel at ease. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

    This is a wonderful Hotel!!

    I booked on a whim because it’s close to USJ and the breakfast looked great. But late at night, my child suddenly got sick and vomited. When I called the front desk, a staff member came right away and quickly changed the sheets. Both my child and I were panicked, but they handled everything promptly, kindly, and with great care—I’m truly grateful. What could have been a painful memory turned into a wonderful Hotel stay: my child slept soundly, felt better by morning, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. This was an excellent Hotel that offers genuine hospitality. We visit USJ every year, so I’d love to make this our regular place from now on.

    We visited USJ to celebrate our child starting elementary school. We chose the Starry Room. Overall, it was good, but there was one disappointing point. The bathroom was filled with a dog-like odor. It wasn’t overwhelmingly strong, but if we left the bathroom door open without running the air purifier, the smell would drift into the Room, which was a bit stressful.

    Parking available, separate bath and toilet Hotel Universal Port Vita for one night. The bathroom was spacious, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. However, considering the number of rooms, there were few elevators. It would have been nice to have the option to use stairs since my room was on a lower floor.

    We were upgraded to a low bed Room because we had a 2-year-old! The chairs and other items provided were very helpful! Parking was smooth on the second basement floor!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the availability of foot gel showed thoughtful consideration for guests who spend long hours standing at USJ, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast venue was spacious, and the food was delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again if given the opportunity.

    7th time? 8th time?

    I believe I have stayed here about 7 or 8 times. The connected beds are very convenient for our family of two adults and two children. Having a space where we can take off our shoes is essential for the kids. The bathroom is clean, and overall, it’s very comfortable for children. We’re likely to visit again next year!

    Repeat guaranteed! A perfect and wonderful Hotel

    I arrived at Universal Studios by bus from Itami Airport and initially thought it might have been better to choose a hotel closer. However, I was truly impressed by the refreshing check-in process, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The thoughtful attention to detail made me glad I chose this accommodation. Later, I found out it was an Orix Hotel, and having stayed at Hanaori multiple times before, I was once again impressed by their quality. After a two-night stay here, we headed to Kyoto, and having the station right in front of the hotel made it an excellent choice for convenience as well. For multiple night stays, they explained eco-cleaning services were provided; while that was sufficient for us, we were pleasantly surprised to find everything thoroughly cleaned when we returned from Universal Studios at night—it felt almost too generous! Breakfast was delicious with buffet areas equipped with alcohol sanitizers everywhere for peace of mind. The staff were kind, friendly, and cheerful—making me fall in love with Osaka even more. Including its great cost performance value, this is truly a high-level hotel that exceeded expectations. Please continue maintaining your standards—I will definitely visit again!

    I had a relaxing sta...

    I had a relaxing stay this time as well. The accommodations were very comfortable. Although it was Halloween, the rain left my clothes soaking wet, but having an iron and shoe dryer available was a great help. The breakfast was flawless in both content and portion size—I’m even considering staying here again just for that! It would be wonderful if you could bring back the dinner buffet like in the past. One downside is that the parking staff seemed insistent on directing us to the affiliated parking lot, making it difficult to pass through smoothly. This also seems to be an issue at the neighboring port, so I hope this can be improved.
