    Accommodation near the ferry terminal

    The staff were all kind and helpful, arranging the Shuttle Service to the ropeway and checking the rowing boat schedule for us, which was very convenient. We had an amazing sightseeing experience. Thank you very much. The Room did not have the view we were expecting. The smell in the Room, possibly perfume from a previous guest, was bothersome and made it difficult to sleep. It was disappointing that we couldn't enjoy freshly made spaghetti during our meal. However, the French toast in the morning was absolutely delicious!

    The sea is right in front of you!

    I had a relaxing stay in an excellent location. The food was delicious, and I would love to visit again.

    The meals are delicious.

    The meals were excellent! We enjoyed as many oysters as we wanted, and the rice was absolutely delicious. My 68-year-old mother joined us, and she also said the seasoning was perfect! The location is very convenient, right next to the port. We would love to come back again!

    Wonderful Accommodation

    Overall, it was an excellent hotel. The location of the accommodation is very convenient as it is visible from the ferry terminal (almost right in front), making both arrival and departure very easy. During check-in, even though there was a line, I was guided to a separate table and assisted immediately without having to wait. All the staff were kind and pleasant. The buffet for dinner and breakfast was extremely satisfying! I enjoyed Hiroshima specialties like oysters and lemon-based dishes, along with many other local delicacies from Hiroshima. Of course, non-local dishes were also incredibly delicious. Although not a specialty, the made-to-order French toast at breakfast was exceptionally good—I will definitely order it again if I visit next time! The view of the sea from the room was wonderful, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for relieving travel fatigue. I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for this experience!

    First Visit to Miyajima

    The trip was with my mother, who has difficulty walking, and my two daughters. The staff kindly provided a wheelchair, which was very helpful. Although we initially planned for just the two daughters to visit Itsukushima Shrine, my mother was able to join as well, creating wonderful memories together. We are filled with gratitude.

    Relaxed and rejuvenated.

    We stayed here for a birthday trip as both of us have birthdays in February. The Room had a massage chair, and my boyfriend was completely relaxed using it. The exchange ticket for freshly baked momiji manju was a delightful treat. Both dinner and breakfast were incredibly delicious. We were looking forward to the oysters at dinner, but the meat turned out to be even more amazing! The front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile even at night, which was wonderful. We would love to stay here again when we visit Miyajima in the future. Thank you very much!

    I stayed for the fir...

    I stayed for the first time. The meals were delicious and very satisfying. However, I was a little disappointed that there was no beer served in the lounge. I am very grateful to the staff for being informed about my allergies and checking in with me during meals. It has become a hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity.

    This is a property I would like to repeat.

    From the moment of check-in, the staff's response was excellent, and my expectations grew. The dinner buffet was more luxurious and delicious than I imagined, making me wish I had held back on snacking during the journey. Although I ate to my heart's content, there were still many dishes I wanted to try! The all-you-can-eat steamed oysters, fried oysters, and steak surprised me! Every year, I visit Miyajima and enjoy various properties (Stays), but next year I'd like to return here again. Thank you for the staff's courteous and pleasant service until the end.

    Everything is wonderful!

    I used it during the New Year. I arrived at Miyajima after 9:00 in the morning, and was able to check in immediately. They stored my luggage, and I was able to relax with a coffee in the lounge before sightseeing. The children were delighted with the facilities where they could play in the garden. Since we left home early in the morning and arrived at Miyajima after about 5 hours, I was happy to be able to relax from the morning. When we returned around 15:00, they had already brought our luggage to the room. The room with the warmth of wood was comfortable, and the buffet for dinner and breakfast was delicious. All the staff were kind and attentive, making it a hotel with 200 percent satisfaction. The hotel's original souvenirs were cute, and I ended up buying a lot! I travel about 20 times a year, but there are not many hotels as wonderful as this one. I definitely want to visit again.

    We received various suggestions via email from the time of Reservation, and we are very glad we chose this Property. When we left our luggage before check-in to go for a walk, it was a bit disappointing that the lounge snacks were only available from 3 PM, so there were only drinks. Instead, we received a manju ticket and were able to enjoy it during our walk. It seemed that the bar staff also managed the check-in counter, so we had to ring the bell every time to get assistance, which was a bit inconvenient. Our Room request was fulfilled with a harbor view, and during meals, a birthday plate and gift were prepared, making it a very satisfying trip for all three of us. It was a cozy and calming Stays. Perhaps it reflects the personality and philosophy of the management; all the staff were calm, cheerful, and seemed to enjoy their work, which also indicated a good working environment. Keep up the good work.

    I had a great stay.

    A 3-day, 2-night trip to Hiroshima. I was undecided whether to stay on Miyajima or in the city for the second night. I booked Miyajima Besso due to its location right in front of the ferry terminal. On the second night, my feet were tired from walking around, so I was soothed by the onsen and the massage chair in the room. And the meals were wonderful. I was impressed as it was the first time I had such delicious food in a buffet style. It was the best property. Thank you for your hospitality.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    I arrived at Miyajima around 9 a.m. and went to the hotel to leave my luggage. I was grateful to be informed that I could use the lounge after completing the check-in process. Before visiting Itsukushima Shrine, I was able to take a break in the lounge with a drink and ice cream. The room was clean and spacious enough. However, the view from the room was supposed to be of the sea, but since it was on the third floor, I could hardly see the sea and it was more of a parking lot view. But that's okay, as everything else was wonderful. I was considering going to an outside restaurant for dinner, but I thought it might be a hassle to go out again after bathing, so I had reserved the dinner buffet, which turned out to be a great decision. All the dishes were very delicious. There was a wide variety of fish dishes, and the seasoning was elaborate, allowing me to enjoy various flavors. The sake lees cheesecake for dessert had a unique flavor that I liked in a good way. Even though it was a weekday in late July, the large public bath was not crowded, and I could enjoy a leisurely bath. It is truly a highly recommended property.

    The room is mediocre, but the food is excellent!

    The room had a mountain view, which was the worst! There was no sense of openness, and it was very disappointing!! The meals were excellent! It was the most delicious food I've ever had on a trip. The dinner, in particular, was wonderful. The all-you-can-drink option was enjoyable, and the beer was very tasty.

    It became a good memory.

    Our first visit to Miyajima (my husband's first visit in half a century). Booking this inn was a great decision! We were able to enjoy the quiet Itsukushima Shrine in the morning and evening. The next day, we were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot and enjoyed Mount Misen via the ropeway. We also bought some of the bread baked there as souvenirs (it seems to be served as French toast for breakfast). We are grateful for the warm hospitality of the staff. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you very much.

    Next time for a girls' night out.

    I used it for the first time on a friend's recommendation. The access from the pier was perfect, the room was spacious, and above all, I was thrilled to find ReFa hair dryers available both in the room and the hot spring. Also, thanks to the electric bed, I could adjust the angle to my liking, which helped relieve the fatigue from the trip. The lounge exclusively for guests was spacious, well-stocked with drinks, and very comfortable. Although the shops in Miyajima close early at night, it's nice that you can enjoy drinks with light snacks at the hotel bar until late. The French toast for breakfast was also delicious. I plan to use it for a girls' gathering next time.
