    We had a wonderful time.

    As highly rated on YouTube, it met my expectations. - Upon arrival, staff came to the parking lot and carried our luggage to the front desk. - From 3 PM, there is a welcome drink service where you can enjoy beer, so many guests checked in early. I also checked in at 3 PM. - The bath was excellent, with fresh bath towels provided each time for cleanliness and comfort. Detox water and popsicles were also available as complimentary services. - Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with great taste, and free drinks including alcohol were available—be careful not to overeat or overdrink! There was even a ramen service from 9 PM to 10 PM, but I was too full to try it. However, unused ramen tickets could be used for a 10% discount at the gift shop. - It rained on our departure day, but staff kindly held umbrellas for us and carried our luggage as well. The staff's polite and friendly service stood out throughout our stay. For this price range, the level of service provided offers exceptional value for money!

    The meals and staff ...

    The meals and staff were wonderful. They were quick to anticipate needs and communicated politely, which was very impressive. As a suggestion, the buffet trays felt a bit heavy... Also, it would be great if there were more skincare products like lotion available in the bath area.

    The meals are absolutely exceptional.

    It was a trip with three female friends. The complimentary welcome beer was amazing and instantly refreshing! Watching the sunset over the horizon while soaking in the open-air bath was truly breathtaking. What surprised us even more was the food. A grand sashimi platter, freshly grilled oysters and clams to order, unlimited drinks, and a variety of Japanese-Western fusion dishes. Desserts and ice cream too! We wanted to try everything but couldn’t finish it all—though we wished we could! For breakfast, we thought we'd eat lightly but ended up debating whether to have a seafood rice bowl or seafood ochazuke. The bread looked tempting too, with plenty of side dishes available! The croissant waffles you bake yourself were so delicious that I went back for seconds. This buffet experience was unlike anything we've ever had before—it left us amazed. Even my well-traveled friends were delighted! Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for us.

    Wonderful Accommodation

    I decided to make a reservation for this accommodation after seeing it on social media and YouTube. The first thing I noticed was the diverse staff from various countries, all of whom provided excellent service with warm smiles, which made me feel very welcomed. Although the building itself seemed old, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was simply delicious—luxurious sashimi platters, perfectly grilled seafood, and many other dishes—all were excellent. For this price, the quality is outstanding. My friends who came along were also very pleased, and I’m glad we chose this accommodation. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the hallway felt quite cold; it would have been nicer if it were warmer.

    The meals are excellent.

    The building is old but very clean. The staff, many of whom are foreigners, were very friendly and welcoming. The toilet in the Room felt a bit small, but the view of the ocean from the window was breathtaking and truly refreshing. The meals were absolutely delicious as mentioned in the title. It was a buffet, but every dish had an extra touch of care. The freshly grilled seafood ordered through the tablet on the table was impressive. The separately ordered abalone steak was fresh, tender, and flavorful. We were amazed by the variety of dishes like sashimi platters and freshly grilled steaks at the buffet—there were too many to try in just one day! Of course, being all-inclusive meant unlimited alcoholic beverages as well. Breakfast included fresh sashimi and waffles made with croissant dough; we ate so much that we stayed full until dinner! (Making your own seafood bowl is highly recommended.) The open-air bath with its pleasant sea breeze was so relaxing that you could stay there forever. Considering today's rising prices, this level of quality at this price point is truly commendable corporate effort. I sincerely hope they maintain this quality moving forward. I look forward to visiting again next year!

    Both the customer service and hospitality are excellent. We were also provided with baby soap and other amenities. I would definitely like to stay here again. The food, including fresh seafood, was also very satisfying.

    All-Inclusive

    Upon arrival, the parking staff kindly explained the parking location and even guided us. At the reception, we were guided to the lobby and asked to wait a little, but we didn't even have to wait a minute. If that's the case, it might have been better to be received directly... We could choose our favorite amenities, yukata, and samue, but the samue was a bit difficult to wear. Since it was a cold day, I went to the front desk to ask if there was a hanten, and they lent me one. Is it not usually placed in the room? The fish served on the boat platter was fresh and delicious, and the buffet had a great variety and everything was tasty. The Onsen had black water and was very nice. However, since the steps in the water are not visible at all, it's better to be careful when entering.

    I had always wanted ...

    I had always wanted to stay, but since the reservation was rarely available, I had given up. However, I found an opening and made a reservation urgently. First of all, there were many foreign staff, but everyone was very polite and kind in their service, which was wonderful. I was impressed by how much they had studied Japanese. I stayed in a Japanese-modern room. It felt undeniably old. I thought it would be nice if the toilet was a bit more spacious and had a sense of cleanliness. After arriving in the room, I was surprised to find a large spider, but since there was a note about insects, I thought it couldn't be helped and let it escape outside. The in-house wear seemed quite worn out. Although I didn't use them, there were also socks available. As it was an all-inclusive property, there was an all-you-can-drink beer service for a limited time. Enjoying beer while watching the sunset was the best. The meal was luxurious with a boat platter, and since it was a birthday trip, they also provided a birthday plate. I was satisfied with the delicious food and drinks. Thank you very much.

    Political Correctness

    It was a meaningful vacation.

    It was a one-night stay, but it was a very meaningful vacation. We stayed in a room with an open-air onsen. Overall, it was very good, and I had a strong desire to repeat my visit next time. However, I have a few criticisms. The large public bath was actually a medium-sized bath. However, this cannot be changed, so I will leave it as my personal impression. I would like bath towels and towels to be available at all times. I think this is possible. Lounge. Snacks run out when it gets late. I think the daily quantity is fixed, but there is a sense of first-come-first-served, which may cause discomfort for some guests. Open-air onsen in the room. There is a slight step on the terrace, which I think is dangerous for elderly guests. Also, I would appreciate it if the number of bath towels could be increased. Since we enter the bath multiple times, the bath towels become soaking wet. That said, we enjoyed delicious food, relaxed in the onsen, indulged in free alcohol, and watched Netflix, experiencing an extraordinary stay. The foreign staff, in particular, treated us well. We will visit again. Thank you very much.

    It was a very satisfying stay. Highly recommended.

    We stayed as a couple for a multiple night stay in a standard twin room with an onsen open-air bath. The room was spacious for two people, meticulously cleaned down to the smallest detail, and we were able to spend our time very comfortably. The staff seemed to be well-trained, and although the service was mainly provided by foreign staff, their Japanese was perfect, and I thought the customer service was excellent, standing from the customer's perspective. The meals were impeccable in both quantity and quality, the onsen was extremely pleasant, and I was also surprised by the high quality of the amenities. It was a very satisfying stay in every aspect. (However, this time the open-air bath in the room was so pleasant that we did not use the large public bath.) The staff's service, thorough cleaning, meals, etc., make me want to repeat my stay. This is just a personal impression, but compared to the club floors of Japan's top and ultra-top city hotels, it was not inferior, and rather, I felt that it provided higher quality service.

    The rating feels like 3.5.

    Everything is between a rating of 3 and 4, which is my honest impression. The service is well thought out, the ocean view bath, and the steak and sashimi boat are quite delicious! Although the building is generally old, the room has been renovated and is clean. Yet, there's something slightly off! Somehow, it still feels like a business hotel. It's not a 3! But it's not a 4 either, it feels like a 3.5. I realize the wide range of "wonderful" in reviews.

    Onsen Stays recommended for families

    I stayed with a friend. Being a property near the Chiba coastline, the view of the sunset was spectacular. There were no complaints about the facility, but there were many staff members who were not familiar with Japanese. I think it was understandable that they were not confident in Japanese, but I felt they conveyed their willingness to be hospitable even without words. I think just watching the other person's expression is not enough. The smile of the person who gave us candy on the way back was wonderful. Is there a big individual difference? I stayed in a room with an open-air onsen bath, so I only used that. The quality of the onsen is very good. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet style, which I think is very good for families as it allows for casual dining. The facility for children is also well-equipped, which is attractive. However, it might be a bit too lively for those who want a quiet stay.

    Beyond expectations

    Spectacular views, high-quality Onsen, delicious food, and pristine rooms. Each aspect easily exceeded my expectations. Among them, the exceptional hospitality of the staff is noteworthy. The impeccable service left no room for dissatisfaction, something I haven't experienced in recent years. Wow, it was a wonderful Hotel!

    Meticulous attention to detail

    It was a Stays specialized in dining. Moreover, delicious! I was able to relax and spend my time without any inconvenience. Both dinner and breakfast had a rich selection, and the fresh seafood was delightful. It was a Stays I would like to visit again.

    The food and service are excellent.

    Anyway, the food is delicious. At night, it is recommended for those who like seafood, with high-quality sashimi, crab, and sushi, and the Chinese dishes using seafood are also delicious. For breakfast, there was sashimi available from the morning. The dried fish had just the right amount of salt and was delicious. There are many overseas staff, but they are fluent in Japanese and very kind.
