    Hair

    Upon entering the room and opening the bathroom, I found two long hairs left in the bathtub, which made me feel uncomfortable. Since hair tends to fall easily in wet areas (especially long hair), I would appreciate thorough cleaning.

    I arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so my stay was just for sleeping, but the location right next to JR Nara Station and the very friendly front desk staff made me glad I chose this Hotel. The Room was small, but it was reasonable for the price and kept clean. Although the Room had no bathtub and only a shower, it featured a handheld showerhead, an overhead fixed shower, and body showers that spray from the sides, which made it easy to warm up even without a bathtub. After check-out, luggage could be stored in a self-service storage room, which was very convenient.

    The room had a great sense of openness, and the location was very convenient!

    I stayed for one night in August and three nights in September. The Room was more spacious than a typical Business Hotel, with large windows facing outside, offering an open and pleasant view of Nara's scenery and the bus terminal. The Facility was excellent as well. However, the carpeted Room had stains all over, not just in some areas, which made me hesitant to place my belongings on the floor. I tried to ignore it, but that part was disappointing. The Hotel is directly connected to JR Nara Station via a deck, making it very convenient depending on your destination since the bus terminal is also nearby. All staff members were kind and attentive. Thank you very much! I look forward to staying again!

    It was a scorching d...

    It was a scorching day with an outside temperature of 37°C, so the close proximity to JR Nara Station was very convenient. Near the station, there are supermarkets open late at night, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and a Nara Bike Share station, making it an excellent location. The Room had large windows that provided a sense of openness without feeling cramped. The view from the shower booth into the Room also added to the open atmosphere and was enjoyable. Despite being compact, it had all necessary amenities like a desk and sofa for a comfortable stay.

    Right next to JR Nara Station

    I booked this place without much research as it was Obon season and everywhere else was either expensive or fully booked. I initially mistook it for being near Kintetsu Nara Station, but since I wanted to visit Joruriji Temple, its proximity to JR Nara Station turned out to be very convenient. Although I knew there was no large public bath, I still felt a bit disappointed by its absence. The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, so overall, I was satisfied.

    A standard Business Hotel.

    I stayed for 2 nights in Nara due to personal errands. I chose a discounted package for a Multiple Night Stay without room cleaning, so as long as I could sleep, it met the minimum requirements and was an average experience. The most noticeable issue was that the room was dark. At home, I prefer bright rooms with large windows, but the accommodation's room only had a window in the bathroom, which was the sole source of natural light. Other than that, it relied on indoor lighting. Since I only used it for sleeping and stayed alone, it worked out somehow; however, if two people were staying there and one had claustrophobia, it might be challenging. Additionally, the hotel's structure felt somewhat unique. After taking an elevator from outside to reach the lobby floor, you find yourself next to the reception desk rather than facing it directly; instead of being oriented towards guests entering from this side of the lobby area—this layout gave me more of a Business Hotel impression overall. The hotel seemed conveniently connected directly to a station with good cost performance value—but personally speaking—I wouldn’t choose stay again

    One-night stay for the Expo

    Stayed for one night during the Expo. It was very clean and nice. No Meals Included, but I think I could have rested more comfortably if the bathroom had a bathtub and the toilet was separate.

    The staff at the Hotel were very pleasant and welcoming. The private room at the teppanyaki restaurant was great, and the chef made it an enjoyable experience. However, while I understand the need to clean the teppan while it's still warm, I found the smell of oil unpleasant, which affected my enjoyment of the final dish. It would be appreciated if ventilation could be improved in this regard. The birthday dessert plate was lovely—thank you! I also enjoyed having persimmon leaf sushi and somen noodles for breakfast. The Room had a TV by the bathtub, which I turned on out of curiosity—it was a nice touch. It would be convenient if cleansing products and other women's amenities were available upon request at reception rather than being provided in advance. Similarly, offering razors only upon request might help reduce waste for those who don't use them. The bed felt small, and unfortunately, the lower part of the mattress seemed worn out with noticeable fraying—it gave off a slightly neglected impression. On a positive note, having direct access to a convenience store was very handy. Spending Friday night here allowed me to relax—thank you!

    When paying the accommodation fee, the staff did not count the bills or coins but simply stated that it was insufficient. Although I believed I had provided the exact amount, it left me feeling suspicious as if something might have been taken out. Additionally, during check-out, there was no "thank you" from the staff; instead, they were chatting among themselves, which left a bad impression. The location of the accommodation is excellent as it is very close to Nara Station. The amenities and guest rooms were very well-equipped and satisfying. It’s truly unfortunate that only the customer service was disappointing.

    Room is excellent.

    At check-in, I was kept waiting for quite a while without any explanation as two staff members were busy using a translation app to assist foreign guests, which made me feel uncertain about the service. However, the Room was spacious and comfortable, and the self-checkout machine was easy to use. Overall, my stay was pleasant.

    Clean and Convenient

    I stayed at the accommodation for work, and it was very convenient as it had direct access from the station and nearby facilities such as an Aeon supermarket, convenience stores, a 100-yen shop, a pharmacy, and souvenir shops. There were also dining options close by. The facility was new and clean, with a washing area next to the bathtub in the bathroom, allowing me to relax in the tub and rest my tired body comfortably. I would like to stay again for a conference in Nara at the end of November; however, since one night costs nearly 30,000 yen on that day, I am reconsidering.

    We stayed for one night for sightseeing in Nara. Since it was a Japanese-style Room, our 0-year-old and 2-year-old children could stay comfortably. It would have been nice to have a lotion service, but with direct access to Lawson and the station, there were no issues.

    The location in front of JR Nara Station and the convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel, as well as the supermarket next to Nara Station, made it very convenient. I was very satisfied as I could watch the Wakakusa Yamayaki and fireworks, which were the purpose of this trip, from the Room.     I am really grateful for a Hotel like this as I am not fond of the smell of tobacco. Although I checked in late, the service was courteous and smooth. I also appreciate the kind response to my inquiries at check-out. The Room did not have a bathtub, but the shower had a rich water flow at a comfortable temperature. The scent of the POLA body soap was very pleasant and soothing. It was a Plan with breakfast included, but unfortunately, I couldn't use it due to personal reasons, which was disappointing. The access was excellent as it is connected by a deck from JR Nara (Nara) Station.

    The bath and shower were very good.

    I stayed for two nights without meals. The room was spacious enough, had a great view, and the facilities were clean, making my stay here very pleasant. The direct connection to JR Nara Station was also convenient. Among all, the bath and shower were exceptionally good compared to other hotels. I didn't have high expectations because the bath was compact, but the LIXIL shower with three modes was extremely pleasant, and the bathtub with a TV was more convenient than I expected, making me look forward to taking a bath both days. One thing, I chose to stay without meals because I wanted to enjoy dining out and takeout in Nara, but there was no microwave in the hotel at all. I was told I could use the microwave at the Lawson on the first floor, but it was inconvenient to change elevators and go to Lawson, so I didn't use it. I wished there was at least a pantry in the hotel. However, since the other facilities were really good, I rate the facilities with five stars. Regarding customer service, there was nothing particularly concerning, but I didn't feel much hospitality in terms of smiles or interactions during check-in and check-out, so I rated it four stars. It was business-like, but at a level that was not a problem for staying. The room was very clean and I had a very comfortable stay, so I definitely want to stay again the next time I visit Nara.     I used it for the first time for a stay in Nara.

    The desired 9th floor for same-day check-in had a broken air conditioner, so we were moved to a room on the 7th floor. However, there was the Nikko Nara Hotel across the street, and a station-front rotary in between, so the view was not much of a concern, and the room was good. However, there is a Koyo, an Aeon-affiliated supermarket, in front of JR Nara Station, with a wide variety of bento and prepared foods, but it seems there is no microwave, so you have to heat it near the register and take it to the hotel. Each floor has an ice machine, but it's a bit disappointing that there is no microwave. I usually stay near Kyoto Station, Osaka, or Kobe, but this was my first stay in Nara, and it was very nice to have a relaxing stay without the hustle and bustle. It was a hotel I wanted to stay at after seeing it on YouTube, so I was glad to be able to stay. Thank you very much.

    Always comfortable.

    As always, the front desk staff are kind, and check-in is very smooth and helpful if you don't have any special requests. I am very satisfied with the Room as I can always spend my time comfortably. Personally, I don't often have the opportunity to stay for a long time, but I think it's a Hotel where I would like to spend a leisurely and relaxing time.

    Parent-child stay during the New Year holidays

    Reserved 3 months in advance for a twin room, but the room had no windows. Even with the heating off, the building was hot, so we turned on the air conditioning a bit. We had items we wanted to cool in the refrigerator, but it didn't work at all, even in winter, which seemed to be the default. The orientation of the bed and the TV was 90 degrees different, but otherwise, we were able to use the room without any issues. Thank you.

    The location, cleanliness of the room, ease of use and arrangement of the room's facilities and furniture were all satisfactory. The table placed by the sofa in the room had U-shaped legs, making it easy to use even when brought to the bedside. Additionally, having a desk was a high point. If I may add, it would be more convenient if there was a place on the wall in the washroom to hang hand towels. Unfortunately, this time I didn't have the opportunity to fill the bathtub and soak leisurely, but since there was a TV in the bathroom, I would like to enjoy a long bath while watching TV next time. The breakfast buffet may not be luxurious, but it offers a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, beautifully presented, with cakes, desserts, and ice cream available. You can create your own original parfait by combining various items, which I found very well thought out. Recently, it has become difficult to find good places due to the rising prices of domestic hotels, but I was delighted to stay at such a satisfying hotel for the price.     Second time

    It was a stay, and I was satisfied with the room that remained clean and easy to use. I used the breakfast for the first time, and I was able to enjoy a little bit of Nara specialties (kaki no ha sushi, somen, chagayu), and it was delicious.

    The type of Room was different.

    I left my luggage in the afternoon and went out, and since my check-in was late, I couldn't confirm it on the spot, but I was told I had reserved a Superior Twin, yet I was given the key to a Standard Twin. Was it cramped because of that? I was disappointed when I got home and checked on my PC.
