    The shower has good water pressure, and the showerhead is just right.

    Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store on the first floor, the location and accessibility were excellent. The building and guest room were clean, making for a comfortable stay. The showerhead (Eco Aqua Shower) had a gentle water flow that felt kind to sunburned skin, which was a nice bonus (lol). The only thing I was concerned about was the parking. Since it is not exclusively for guests and is also open to the public, it could be full when returning after going out, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Other parking options require a short walk. That said, overall it was a Hotel I was very satisfied with, and it was a stay that made me want to use it again.

    It was comfortable.

    It was a hot stay in Nara, but the property is close to Nara Station, with convenience stores and shopping facilities nearby, so we didn’t have to walk around much in the heat. The Room was clean, and it was great that the toilet and bathroom were separate. It was also helpful that we could store our luggage after check-out. We would like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The Hotel is located...

    The Hotel is located right next to the station, and on rainy days you can use the covered walkway on the first floor, so you can get there with hardly getting wet. The bathroom has a separate bath and toilet, giving it more of a regular Hotel feel than a typical Business Hotel. The property is quiet and clean. If I had to mention one drawback, the blackout curtains don’t seal very well, so light comes in through gaps in the morning—I ended up waking up around 5 a.m. from the sunlight. On the second floor, there are four coin-operated laundry machines, a self-service luggage storage area, and a gym available 24 hours a day.

    So clean and beautiful!

    This was my first stay. The Room and the bathroom were very clean—so much so that I couldn’t relax until I got used to it (haha). It’s close to the station, there’s a convenience store on the first floor, and the bus stop is right in front! I’d like to stay again.

    It was comfortable and I had no complaints.

    It was conveniently located right near the station, making it easy to get anywhere. The Room was clean, and the view was great.

    A bit disappointing.

    The guest rooms were clean in this new Hotel. Unfortunately, there was trash at the elevator entrance and it was left there for all three days of our stay. Since nothing was done, we threw it away ourselves on the last day. Some staff members (the Indian staff) were reliable, but the others did not seem professional. I had lost an item and asked them to look for it during cleaning (a quick check would have been fine), but I received no response at all. Even if they couldn’t find it, that would have been fine, but this is the first time I’ve ever had no reply. It’s a shame because it’s a new and clean Hotel.

    One night just isn’t enough!

    The positive Reviews were the deciding factor, so this was my first stay. It’s conveniently close to the station, and the Room was clean and spacious enough—I had a very comfortable stay that fully met my expectations. What I especially liked was the bathroom. Having a separate bath area with a washing space, independent from the toilet and sink, is an important point when choosing a Hotel. I was also happy that there was a TV in the bathroom—it really lifted my mood. I also loved the selection of tea in the Room and enjoyed it very much. One night wasn’t enough—I’d love to stay again.

    The Hotel itself was...

    The Hotel itself was new and clean, but— the staff’s service was extremely poor. Everyone felt unfriendly. I would like to visit Nara again, but I never want to stay at this Hotel again. The luggage sent from the Hotel arrived scattered and in terrible condition.

    Guest satisfaction

    Directly connected to JR Nara Station via a pedestrian deck, this Hotel is new, clean, easy to use, and affordable. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when visiting Nara.

    A wonderful Hotel near the station

    I stayed here on a trip to Nara. Even though it was a great-value Plan, the Room was spacious and spotless, with a wide range of amenities. It was also very quiet. The bathroom and toilet were new, and the Facility was excellent, so I had a very comfortable stay. Above all, everything was clean. With floor-to-ceiling windows in the Room and such a great view, it made me want to stay at the Hotel instead of going out. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. When I come back to Nara, I will definitely stay here again.

    It was a comfortable trip.

    Just a 1-minute walk from JR Nara Station, the location was excellent and made it easy to get anywhere. The only downside was that there was a shower booth instead of a bathtub, but the hot water pressure was great, there was a chair inside the booth, and the showerhead had multiple settings, so it was very comfortable. The building is very clean!

    Conveniently located near the station and very clean.

    JR Nara Station has many restaurants and bus stops for various destinations, and the property is just a 1-minute walk from the station, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. There is also a convenience store on the first floor. The building and Room were very clean, and there was no noise. Even if you speak to the front desk staff to request check-in, you are told to operate the machine yourself. There are no greetings such as “Good evening,” “Good morning,” or “Have a nice day.” There was also no guidance on where the elevator is located or that you need to tap your card key inside the elevator, so you have to figure it out yourself. I felt it may not be suitable for those who want a warm welcome or more communication.

    It was a wonderful and very convenient Hotel with direct access to the station.

    There was a concert at Nara Centennial Hall, and I stayed at this Hotel. With direct access to the station, it was very convenient, and Nara Centennial Hall was just a short walk away—an excellent location. I planned to stop by the Nara National Museum before the concert, so I arrived in the morning and went to leave my luggage. It was around 11:00, but they kindly let me check in early because my Room was already ready, which I really appreciated. The Room had tatami mats and was very clean and calming. Having beds in a Japanese-style Room was also a plus. The amenities were well stocked, and breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options—I ended up eating more than I intended. If I stay in Nara again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    More than I expected.

    I had a very comfortable two-night stay. The Hotel was worth more than the accommodation fee. All drinks were provided, and they generously replenished the bottled water as well (though I didn’t take any to go). In particular, there were two sets of pillows—one soft and one firmer—which was great for me. The bathroom also had a separate washing area. I honestly wondered if this price was really okay.

    To attend a wedding.

    We stayed the night before to attend a wedding. We stayed with our son and his wife, and had dinner in a private room at “Teppanyaki Sanga,” where an experienced chef served us while entertaining us with pleasant conversation. Listening to the chef’s stories made the meal taste even better. We had a wonderful evening, and the next day we attended a joyful wedding, leaving us truly happy and fulfilled.

    Relax and unwind for a family of three.

    We stayed as a couple with our elementary school-aged son. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and our son was thrilled to have a TV in the bathroom. It’s close to JR Nara Station, with a taxi stand nearby, and there’s a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which was very convenient. For dinner, we enjoyed delicious teppanyaki in a private room at “Sanga” inside the Hotel.

    There was a clump of hair on the bath towel...

    I stayed for three nights on a business trip to Nara. The location was very convenient, close to the station, and the front desk staff were helpful. However, on the first day after taking a shower, when I went to dry off, I found a clump of hair with some gray strands stuck to the inside of the bath towel, which was very unpleasant. The coffee spoons provided in the Room were also dirty, so I felt uneasy about hygiene throughout my stay in Nara. Also, depending on the Room, the Wi-Fi signal is extremely weak, so those who need to join remote meetings on a PC should be aware.

    Satisfied.

    I visit Nara every year to pay my respects to Buddhist statues, and this time I stayed here inside JR Nara Station. The Room is not large, but it was clean and comfortable. When I previously stayed at the Hotel directly across the street (Hotel Nikko), it had an Onsen and the food was delicious, but film had been applied to the windows so you couldn’t see outside, which was visually distracting and unpleasant—so I decided I would stay here next time. Check-in and check-out were smooth using the dedicated machines, the breakfast restaurant was tasty, and both the washroom and bathroom were stylish. Kintetsu Nara Station is more convenient in some ways, but since we had a rental car it wasn’t a problem. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    This was probably my fifth stay. As always, the Room was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. It’s very convenient, close to Nara Station. I was satisfied.

    Excellent location

    We visited relatives in Nara while also celebrating my mother’s 88th birthday. The location near JR Nara Station is excellent. Taking the airport limousine bus and getting around by taxi were also very convenient for sightseeing. From the top floor, you can enjoy views from Mt. Wakakusa to Todaiji Temple, and the night scenery is beautiful—truly uplifting. Since we were on a long trip, having laundry facilities was essential, so it was a big help. Personally, I loved the deep bathtub and ended up soaking for a long time every day while watching TV. Clean and new, with outstanding value for money.

    Convenient Hotel Near the Station

    I stayed at a convenient accommodation near the station after finishing my errands in the Nara area and wanting a short break. While I can't complain too much, the view was limited, and the large bed made the room feel less spacious. However, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it surprisingly offered a wide variety of options. The fully automated check-in and check-out process was also new to me and quite interesting.

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious, sophisticated, and very clean, which was great. However, when I tried to put the canned beer I brought into the refrigerator, it wasn’t cold despite the light being on. The upper part was even warm, so I thought it was broken and called the front desk. They told me that refrigerators in this facility do not cool and are meant to be used as storage instead. I was shocked! Additionally, the humidifier seemed to be broken as well; it didn’t work at all. My face and fingertips became dry, and I ended up coughing while sleeping—very disappointing.

    The location was excellent, and I had a comfortable stay.

    As I stayed for my child's entrance exam, I had requested a desk lamp in advance, and it was kindly provided in the room. I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom even had a TV, making my stay very comfortable. The showerhead was excellent—so much so that it alone makes me want to stay here again. Breakfast included local dishes, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Although I forgot to bring some women's amenities as I've been staying at accommodations that usually provide them recently, the convenience store on the first floor and the drugstore near Nara Station next door had everything I needed. One minor issue was that the air conditioning seemed a bit weak (perhaps only in the room where I stayed), and even at its maximum temperature setting, it felt chilly in the early morning—possibly due to the large windows. Overall though, my stay was very pleasant. Thank you!

    The number and place...

    The number and placement of power outlets were convenient and well thought out. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided were from POLA, which was delightful. The hand soap had a pleasant fragrance as well. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional!

    It was a good Hotel.

    The room was compact yet comfortable, and my request for a quiet room was accommodated with a corner room. I appreciated the free luggage storage before and after check-in. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Nara.

    Convenient!

    The room was small, and perhaps because of the furniture (like a sofa or humidifier), it was difficult to find space to open a suitcase. Although it was a room with only a shower, it was comfortable to use. I also enjoyed the fitness room, and the staff's service was excellent, making my stay pleasant! Above all, it's directly connected to JR Nara Station concourse, with Lawson and AEON nearby, which made it very convenient. I personally preferred this location as it felt calmer compared to Kintetsu Nara Station.

    Convenient

    As a newly opened Hotel, it is designed to be convenient for sightseeing. The self-lockers were especially helpful as I could leave my luggage after check-out, store souvenirs in my suitcase after shopping, and head out for meals without hesitation. I also forgot something in the Room, but the front desk staff kindly assisted me, and I was able to retrieve it safely. Thank you very much!

    Become your regular accommodation

    This is about my fifth stay. The access, the view from the Room, cleanliness, and dining options are excellent, so I almost always choose this place when staying in Nara. However, there are closing days depending on the day of the week, and bathtubs are only available on upper floors, which makes it more costly.
