    First time and completely satisfied!

    The accommodation in Kyoto was too expensive, so I decided to extend my trip to Shiga and stayed there for the first time. It was easy to find in front of Kusatsu Station, and I was very satisfied with the room, bath, and breakfast! First, the room's carpet and other features were cute, with no unnecessary items, making it comfortable and easy to stay. I enjoyed the bath twice, at night and in the morning, while looking at the outside scenery, and took a nap on the queen bed. The breakfast was delicious, featuring Shiga's local rice and red konjac, as well as natural yeast bread and a variety of Chinese dishes, which are rare for breakfast! I could see Lake Biwa from the window, which lifted my spirits from the morning. It was a hotel full of love for Shiga, and I had a very positive impression. Next time, I want to enjoy Shiga with the purpose of staying at the Boston Plaza Hotel!

    For a change of pace,

    During the New Year holidays, my family comes home, so while I'm happy, I also get busier and more tired than usual. After my family left, I had some time to relax, so I used this service. It was reasonably priced with delicious meals included. The room was standard, so it was a bit small, but the space was well-utilized, and I didn't feel cramped. I appreciated that the bath and toilet were separate. I was able to sleep well for the first time in a while. Thank you very much.

    Thank you for your patronage.

    Stayed for one night on New Year's Day. The Room and the food were both very good. We used the standard twin. The toilet, bath, and washroom were separate, making it easy to use and clean. The restaurant was also lovely, and the full course meal was very delicious. The tapestry with the Stars and Stripes hanging in the restaurant gave a sense of American history. It was wonderful.

    Convenient for sightseeing in Kyoto

    Kyoto is crowded with tourists all year round, especially during the autumn foliage season. Staying in Kyoto is nice, but Boston Plaza Kusatsu, which is directly connected to the station and just 20 minutes by train from Kusatsu to Kyoto Station, was very convenient and reasonable. We drove to Kusatsu, so we used the hotel-affiliated parking lot. It cost a little over 500 yen for 24-hour parking, but the additional fee was only 100 yen. We left early in the morning this time, so we didn't have a meal, but the buffet-style breakfast offers a variety of dishes and is delicious. The room is spacious enough and kept clean. The refrigerator had one bottle each of tea and water, and some snacks, all complimentary. The bathroom is separate, with a washing area, which was nice. However, the toilet and washbasin are combined, which was inconvenient. It might be a bit inconvenient for two people staying together.

    The Hotel was very clean and comfortable, but the parking lot was difficult to find. However, the staff at the restaurant reception, rather than the Hotel front desk, kindly guided us, and we were able to park.

    It was a stylish Hotel.

    The location is excellent, close to the station and Kintetsu Department Store. There is also a convenience store, making it very convenient. The Room had no unnecessary items and felt more spacious than its actual size. I had a very comfortable stay and am extremely satisfied.

    The breakfast was very delicious.

    I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room in the North Wing. The room was spacious and allowed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. The only slight disappointment was that the bed sheets and duvet cover were integrated, making the cover easy to come off. However, I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    The room was renovated and very nice.

    Close to the station, clean, and with delicious and reasonably priced breakfast, I often use this place. I was unaware of the renovation, but the room I was guided to had a separate bath, toilet, and sink, making it more convenient and cleaner. I heard they are being renovated in sequence. I'm really looking forward to staying here next time.
