Highly Satisfied
Two types of Onsen, both warming the body, available 24 hours a day for private and relaxing use. The layout is perfect for unwinding, and the amenities were excellent. Dinner at the counter exceeded expectations! A wide variety of champagne and wine was available, and the staff's warm smiles made it a very pleasant dining experience. Breakfast offered an overwhelming variety of dishes! For such a wonderful time at this price, it feels like great value. This has become an accommodation I want to visit every season. Thank you!

Rooms with Private Open-Air Baths
The room was a luxurious accommodation with baths featuring golden and silver hot springs. The interior and amenities had a sense of luxury, making it an accommodation that adults can enjoy. Both breakfast and dinner were carefully prepared and delicious. The sea bream chazuke served at dinner was particularly delightful. There was also a pool in the room, which might be usable without heating during summer. However, during this season, there was an additional charge for heating the pool water.

Top-level dining and Onsen
Everything was absolutely wonderful. The meals were especially delicious and beautifully presented. The Onsen was relaxing and very satisfying. This is an excellent Ryokan, and I would love to stay here again.

Her Birthday Trip
We stayed for her birthday trip, and the staff were incredibly attentive, preparing a whole cake and even arranging a commemorative photo, which made us feel very welcomed. The ryokan was absolutely stunning, and the onsen in the room was exceptional.

March 11-12, stay for 2 guests - The accommodation kindly accommodated changes for one guest who is not fond of raw seafood. - Intermittent noise, seemingly from the boiler installed in the open-air bath of the neighboring room, was audible throughout the day. - Upon reviewing the invoice after returning home, it was found that a different item name and price were listed for alcohol ordered during dinner. Although this was an oversight during checkout, two follow-up emails sent after returning home remain unanswered.

A wonderful accommodation.
We have been using your services for many years. The food, the relaxing bath, and the well-cleaned Room are always appreciated. However, this time was disappointing as the front desk staff appeared untidy with messy hair, wrinkled shirts, and tight pants lacking a sense of cleanliness. A companion also commented that it felt unworthy of the price paid. Additionally, we noticed that staff no longer wave goodbye as we leave the parking lot to enter the street, which used to be a warm gesture we looked forward to.

It was the best trip.

The service was disappointing...
I stayed during the New Year's holiday. The full course of branded live crab was not the Taiza crab I was aiming for, but it was very delicious and satisfying. I also enjoyed the bath attached to the Room. However, I wanted to go to the New Year's shrine visit on the night of 12/31, so I asked two staff members at check-in if I could go out, and they said they would reply via the Room's intercom, but there was no contact even after the date changed... I decided to give up on the shrine visit. However, on the morning of 1/1, one of the staff members I had informed about wanting to go to the shrine asked, "Did you manage to go to the shrine yesterday?" I felt disappointed because it was due to their lack of response that I couldn't go. There were many other concerns regarding customer service, such as insufficient explanation about laying out the futon. It was a once-a-year opportunity to spend time with my parents who live far away, so it became a slightly sad memory. I hope for more responsible customer service.

Top-level experience
We drove from Amanohashidate, and even when we got close, we couldn't imagine such a wonderful Ryokan existed. On both sides, there are apartments of the same series as the company of this Ryokan's owner, so we thought, "Huh?" But once you step through the building's door, it's a different world. From the first selectable amenities to the Room's bath and pool (which can also be a cold bath), beds, and pillows, everything is of the highest standard. And the most astonishing experience might be the meals. In terms of ingredients and seasoning, compared to what we've experienced in Japan and abroad, it was undoubtedly of the highest standard. We definitely want to visit again.
