I was very satisfied.
The shuttle service from Murakami Station, the hospitality after arriving at the property, the cleanliness of the bath and room, and the free unlimited Yasuda Yogurt, ice cream, and canned chu-hi were all excellent, making the service aspect very satisfying! Dinner was in a completely private room, and I was surprised that alcohol was all-you-can-drink. Of course, the meal was delicious and left nothing to be desired. It was very cold due to the cold wave that hit the Sea of Japan side, but the open-air bath in the snow was the best, and the hot water was so good that I could stay in it forever. I definitely want to stay again.

This was not supposed to happen.
Even though it wasn't the weekend, it was quite crowded. It was attractive that you could choose the course of the meal at the reservation stage, but I found out about it at dinner. If I had known at the reservation stage, I would have chosen the "Beef Course" over the "Abalone Course." At the reservation stage, the only option was the abalone. And when it was finally time to eat the abalone, there was another problem: the knife wasn't sharp, and I couldn't cut the abalone. It was like trying to cut through tire rubber. There was an all-you-can-drink option with various types of alcohol within a time limit, but for someone like me who doesn't drink a drop, it was an inefficient way to spend money. I took a bath in the cypress bath, but since the supply of new hot water was almost stopped, it was in a stagnant state. I would like you to somehow make it a bath that constantly supplies more fresh hot water.

I was very satisfied.
The room with an open-air bath was spacious, and the massage chair allowed for complete relaxation of both body and mind. All the dishes were delicious, but the "crab" was particularly noteworthy. The boiling level and the fullness of the meat were excellent, and I think it was the best crab I've ever had. If I could make one personal request, it would be nice to have access to BS TV channels and internet streaming. My family, who accompanied me, was also very satisfied, so I would definitely like to visit again.

This was our first stay as a couple.
I have visited Senami Onsen several times and stayed at two inns before, but this was my first time staying at this inn. I used the three hot spring baths in the facility, and they were gentle on the skin and very pleasant. For dinner, we enjoyed abalone grilled on a hot plate as the main dish, along with delicious sashimi and seafood hot pot. At the breakfast buffet, I made an ikura (salmon roe) bowl. I didn't know it was an all-inclusive system, and although there was unlimited alcohol during dinner, it was a bit disappointing as neither my husband nor I drink much alcohol. The Yasuda yogurt we had at the lounge on the first floor was delicious and left a lasting impression.

I enjoyed the hot spring.
The large public bath with a sauna and an open-air bath was comfortable. Dinner was served at a private table, and we could enjoy unlimited drinks without worrying about the cost. The room was spacious, almost too much for just two people. Thank you very much.

Senami Onsen No.1 Hotel
Among the prestigious inns in Senami Onsen, such as Daikanso, Shiomiso, and Hagino-ya, Senami Grand Hotel Hagino-ya stands out in terms of facilities, hot springs, service, and meals. The hot springs feature open-air baths and large communal baths on the 7th and 8th floors of the main building and the 3rd floor of the east building, with some room types offering private open-air baths. The facilities are well-maintained, and services like coffee and yogurt are plentiful. The quality of the breakfast is unparalleled, with unlimited servings of salmon roe, salmon, tuna, and more available year-round. Most impressive is the staff's hospitality, which is consistently excellent from veterans to newcomers. As a suggestion, it would be helpful to introduce smart TVs and provide smaller dishes and bowls at the breakfast venue, as the current ones are quite large due to the generous service spirit.
