    The bathroom is excellent.

    Located inside the station, the view from the window was not something we expected, but it was extremely convenient to return and drop off shopping bags quickly. The highlight was definitely the bubble bath—it instantly relieved our fatigue. The Room was also spotlessly clean, making our stay very comfortable. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the lounge on the 3rd floor closed at 9 PM and we couldn’t use it. It would have been nice if it stayed open until at least 10 PM. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was excellent. We’d love to stay here again!

    Very convenient.

    I always stay at this accommodation when visiting Sendai. You can reach the hotel without getting wet in the rain, and having a separate bath and toilet is especially delightful. This time, for the first time, I was surprised to find one of the group guests sitting and eating at a table where I had kept my belongings!

    Excellent

    The Room was spacious and clean. During our 2-day stay, we had a comfortable time in the Room. The bathroom, especially with the jet bath, was excellent. Meals were served as a buffet with a wide variety of options. We would love to stay again.

    Family Trip to Sendai

    Directly connected to the station, making it very convenient. However, I mistakenly went to "Metropolitan Sendai" instead, as I didn't check properly. It is recommended for guests to check their Reservation in advance to ensure they go to the correct Accommodation. The Room's bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious no matter what I tried, and the automated pancake maker was both entertaining and tasty. As a suggestion, having a magnifying mirror for makeup would be nice, and I noticed a slight smell on the Room wear that could be improved. If I have another chance to visit Sendai, I would definitely like to use this Accommodation again!

    Cleanliness

    The location is excellent, just a short walk from the ticket gate, and the Room was clean. I stayed on the 11th floor, and the view was great. I could enjoy Sendai's specialty, gyutan (grilled beef tongue), for dinner without having to go out, making it safe even for solo travelers!

    Very convenient and close to the station.

    Both the Facility and services were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent for this price. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sendai.

    Prime Location

    It was my first trip to Sendai, and the Hotel's location was right outside the station gates, making it convenient for accessing nearby tourist spots, the airport, and more. The lounge within the Hotel allowed me to spend a relaxing time. Thank you very much.

    The amenities were wonderful.

    I previously requested a high-floor Room with a west-facing view of the station, as I enjoyed the scenery during my last stay. However, realizing that views differ depending on the Room type, I asked for an east-facing Room the next day. Despite my somewhat demanding request, the staff kindly accommodated me. They also had a thorough understanding of my inquiries about breakfast over the phone, which showcased their excellent service. Due to health reasons, I preferred Japanese-style meals and was initially concerned about whether this trip would work out as my family advised me not to push myself too hard. Choosing this place turned out to be the right decision. The west-facing Room featured vibrant safflower-inspired colors with an energetic feel, while the east-facing Room had a more feminine touch—chamomile bath salts, white unglazed Aizu Hongo-yaki cups, gentle red Tsugaru Vidro glassware, and elegant wine-colored cushions inspired by katakuri flowers—all perfectly suited to my taste. The lounge chairs from Tendo were incredibly comfortable; upon searching online later, I found they were quite pricey! Breakfast at East was delightful on the terrace with fresh vegetables and a relaxing atmosphere. Compared to another restaurant's Japanese breakfast on our first day—which had many salty side dishes—the meal here felt much lighter. Overall, we had an exceptionally comfortable stay thanks primarily to their outstanding hospitality!

    The location and the Room were excellent.

    The direct connection to the station was extremely convenient. As soon as you step off the elevator, there are plenty of shops, and both the west and east exits are easily accessible without getting lost. The room was spacious, and having a separate bath and toilet was a great feature. The large bath provided relaxation after a tiring day at work. Additionally, the lounge available for guests was very comfortable. Although I didn’t have time to use it this time, I appreciated that there were facilities like treadmills. Overall, it was an excellent and comfortable hotel. I would love to stay here again when visiting Sendai.

    Directly connected to the station, making it very convenient! The Room was clean, user-friendly, and comfortable. We used the celebration Plan, and the front desk kindly provided a celebratory gift that made my mother very happy. Breakfast might not have met my high expectations overall, but local specialties like beef tongue curry and shiso rolls were delicious. It would be great if the smoothies were easier to pour into glasses. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sendai!

    Directly connected to the station, a new Hotel. At Sendai Station, there is Metropolitan on the west exit and Metropolitan East on the east exit, with Metropolitan East being the newer Hotel. The Room is clean and spacious with a large bathroom, and amenities are well-provided. On the floor directly connected to the Hotel, there are restaurants as well as stores selling Seijo Ishii products and bento boxes. There is also a floor in the Hotel equipped with a microwave and vending machines.

    - Regarding the guest room, there were several unfortunate incidents that I have never encountered at other accommodations. I sincerely hope efforts will be made to prevent recurrence, as mentioned during check-out. - In addition to the phone number, if address information registered on IKYU.com is also linked like other accommodations, it could save the effort of entering the address and reduce check-in time. - The direct connection to the station makes it highly convenient.

    A convenient Hotel directly connected to Sendai Station

    I chose this hotel for its convenient location and the separate bathroom and toilet. The view from the 14th floor was wonderful, and I also enjoyed the jacuzzi in the bath. The front desk staff were very kind, which left a lasting impression. I added breakfast, but I don’t think I will include it next time.

    Somehow comfortable

    I frequently stay here. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean, and the air quality and quietness within the Hotel are excellent. The quality of the beds and sheets is also very comfortable. Highly recommended!

    Stayed at the accommodation during a trip to Sendai for the Tanabata Festival. Conveniently connected to the station, making it easy to go out. The breakfast was also very delicious. I would like to use it again when visiting Sendai next time.

    Follow-up on your previous stay.

    I have been staying here every year for about 5 years, but this was the first time I was greeted at check-in with "Thank you for staying with us last year." To be honest, when I stayed last year, it was noisy and unpleasant due to the large number of foreign guests caused by inbound tourism. Even during breakfast, the manners were poor, and it was a terrible experience. I wrote about this in my review at that time. Therefore, I made this reservation without expecting much improvement from the start. However, this time I had a comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. Thank you for accommodating my request for a high-floor room as well. Looking forward to staying again next year!

    Extremely convenient. Directly connected to the Espal Sendai station building, making shopping and dining super easy. The breakfast buffet could improve by incorporating more local ingredients compared to other Hotels. The variety of bread was limited, and the buffet staff seemed a bit lacking in energy and smiles—perhaps because it was early morning? The front desk staff were efficient, cheerful, and left a good impression. Highly recommended for those seeking excellent accessibility and convenience.

    The location is excellent.

    The location was excellent, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. However, it was disappointing that the laundry items had an odor resembling aging smells. The smell seemed to linger on everything, including pillowcases, loungewear, and towels, making it difficult to describe the stay as entirely comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had overall strong seasoning and felt slightly greasy.

    If you're in Sendai, this is the only choice!

    The location is excellent. In Sendai, the area in front of the station consists of roads and a rotary, requiring the use of elevated walkways for movement. However, some places only have stairs without escalators, which can be challenging when carrying luggage. This hotel is directly connected to Sendai Station, making it extremely convenient. The building is new, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. I often visit Sendai in summer, and with almost all shopping and dining available in the station-connected building, I can enjoy my time without feeling the heat. There’s also a lounge where you can relax with coffee or other drinks. I’ve stayed at various accommodations in Sendai before, but after staying at this hotel, I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

    3-night stay

    I stayed for 3 nights during my trip to Sendai. The front desk staff were very attentive from the moment I checked in. When I stopped by the front lobby to borrow a cutlery set to enjoy some cake in my Room, it was around 3 PM and there were many guests checking in, but a staff member immediately assisted me and prepared what I needed. In an era where simplified services are becoming more common at Hotels, all the staff here showed great attentiveness and care, which was truly impressive. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sendai!

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time in Sendai, so I chose this hotel for its direct connection to the station. Being unfamiliar with the area, having the station as a base was very convenient. The bathroom with a washing area also had a jacuzzi (?), allowing me to enjoy luxurious and relaxing mornings and evenings. What stood out most was that every staff member I interacted with was kind and pleasant, making my stay truly enjoyable. Thank you very much!

    Comfortable Stay in Sendai

    The Room is stylish and clean, and the staff are very courteous. Although the restaurant was crowded during breakfast hours, we were guided to a terrace seat and enjoyed a refreshing meal. The direct connection to the station is highly convenient, and this was our second stay. We would definitely consider it as our top choice for the next visit.

    Everything was satisfying.

    This was my first time staying here. The direct connection to the station was incredibly convenient. I really appreciated being able to leave my heavy luggage before check-in and go out. The front desk staff were all very friendly and welcoming with their smiles. The Room was spacious for one person, with a chair and side table in addition to the desk, making it very comfortable. If I visit Sendai again, I would definitely stay here. Thank you for your hospitality!
