    I woke up several times late at night to the sound of a high-pitched train whistle. Even though I was on the top floor, I had assumed it wouldn’t be an issue despite being right above the station—but that couldn’t be helped. Other than that, everything was excellent—especially the cleanliness, convenience, and hospitality. Both check-in and luggage storage were quick and smooth, and I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sendai.

    Breakfast voucher

    The Room had a great view, and we could see the ocean in the distance. It was also clean and easy to use. The jet bath was very relaxing. Even with a slightly larger car, the self-parking garage was easy to park in. There was an entrance/exit inside the station building, which made shopping convenient as well. We could also walk to the morning market and the Hapina Nakakecho Shopping Street. A beef tongue restaurant called “Tsukasa” in Hapina Nakakecho Shopping Street was delicious. Highly recommended. One request: the print on the breakfast voucher is too small to read. Even for someone like me with only mild presbyopia who doesn’t need reading glasses, it’s hard to read; for those who do need reading glasses, it would be unreadable without them—especially in dim lighting. I would appreciate it if you could use slightly larger text so it’s easier for everyone to read. (I stayed two nights, but I couldn’t read the date and wasn’t sure which one to use.) I may have another opportunity to stay again in the future. Thank you for your consideration.

    Excellent convenience

    It’s close to the station, and even though it was raining, I was able to get to the Hotel without getting wet. When I got lost and called, the staff explained clearly and politely, which left a good impression. However, there was a line for check-in and no one was being assisted at all, so I waited for about 20 minutes with no guidance. If check-in starts at 3:00 PM, I would have appreciated a brief announcement. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this was my first time experiencing this kind of response, and I felt confused because I didn’t know why we were being kept waiting.

    The bathrooms in each room are excellent.

    Because it is directly connected to Sendai Station and a JR East commercial building, the location was very convenient. The Hotel Facility was also new and spotlessly clean. In addition, I was impressed by the shower in the Room. It was great to enjoy a panoramic view from the large window. On the other hand, I would have preferred brighter lighting in the washroom. Breakfast tasted a bit too salty for me. I appreciated that the buffet offered plenty of vegetables and fruit along with delicious dressings. The staff were kind and helpful.

    Regarding the Room

    After entering the Room, I noticed a few things and wanted to share them. When I opened the desk drawer, there was hair inside. Also, the coffee maker was dusty, so I wiped it down. It didn’t feel very pleasant. These may be minor issues, but please ensure thorough checks in the future.

    A comfortable stay / Looking forward to continued room maintenance in the future

    With direct access to Sendai Station, the location was excellent and made for a very comfortable stay in terms of convenience. Regarding the Room, everyone in my family experienced a sore throat and runny nose during our stay, and the symptoms improved when we went out during the day. It may have been related to cleaning or the air conditioning. Since the service, breakfast, and in-room bath were all very good, it felt a bit disappointing. I hope this feedback will be helpful for future guest Room maintenance.

    Direct access from the Tohoku Shinkansen ticket gates.

    I have stayed here several times, and the Hotel entrance is on the same level as the Tohoku Shinkansen ticket gates, so even if I arrive early, I can quickly leave my luggage without going outside the station building and head straight to my destination, which is very convenient. I also appreciate that the lounge is available both before check-in and after check-out. The Premier King Room offers a great view of the lush main street by the East Exit leading toward the sea, and the scenery is excellent.

    Generally good.

    Pros: Directly connected to the station, making it very convenient. You can arrive by Shinkansen, leave your luggage right away, and head out. The Room is clean and has a pleasant feel, and the amenities are well stocked. YouTube and Amazon Prime work smoothly, which is great. Cons: The sofa is awkward to sit on and not very practical. There are only two coffee packets (many Hotel provide four). There isn’t a microwave on each floor, so you have to take the elevator to heat things up. It’s a convenient Hotel, so I have high expectations.

    I’m a repeat guest i...

    I’m a repeat guest in Sendai. With direct access to the station and luggage storage available, it’s truly convenient, and the Facility is excellent. I usually stay in a wide single, but this time I was able to make a Reservation for a Superior Double (it’s often hard to find availability). It was a bit more spacious, a corner Room with a sofa, and the bathroom, sink area, and toilet were completely separate. The bath also had a jet tub, making it very comfortable. Since I often stay on weekends, Rooms are rarely available, but if I can make another Reservation next time, I’d love to stay in this Room again.

    It was clean and directly connected to the station.

    Thank you for your hospitality. The hotel is directly connected to the station (so you won’t get wet in the rain), and the Room was clean. I was also pleased that there was no bed runner at the foot of the bed—something I personally don’t feel is necessary—and the crisp white sheets felt refreshing. Thank you very much.

    This Hotel has exceptionally high guest satisfaction.

    With direct access from Sendai Station, the location is perfect. The Facility is new and spotless, and the Room is spacious with a high-quality bed. The sink and bath were also very convenient, making for a stress-free stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended for both business and sightseeing.

    The room was spotless, and I was very satisfied with my stay. I also had breakfast, and all the staff provided excellent service, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

    The well-maintained facilities and attentive service made me feel at ease.

    I had to stay unexpectedly, so I used this Accommodation. Since I wasn’t prepared at all, it was a huge help that the Room had chargers compatible with various smartphones. There were also bath salts and skincare items such as lotion, so I didn’t need to rush out to buy anything. Even though I was anxious at first, the Room was clean and I was able to relax and rest peacefully.

    Needs improvement.

    This is a hotel I often stay at when visiting Sendai. Overall, the location is excellent and the facilities are well equipped. However, on this stay I checked in twice at different times, and both front desk experiences took a long time. The first time, there were issues combining two reservations and the process did not go smoothly. The second time, they could not find my booking. Both check-ins took over 20 minutes. Other than that, everything was fine. As for breakfast, it has not changed much over the years. While the salad selection is quite good, the rest of the options are fairly ordinary. Breakfast is probably one of this hotel’s weaker points.

    Still wonderful as always.

    For this price, the Room is so spacious and the bathroom is very user-friendly—I always feel it’s truly wonderful every time I stay. It’s also convenient that it’s directly connected to the station. The staff’s service is excellent as well, and I always have a pleasant stay.

    A Cozy Hotel

    This was my second stay, and I really enjoyed soaking in the bathtub in a Room where the bathtub and shower are separate. The view from the lounge and the atmosphere there were wonderful. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    Thank you for your hospitality during Mr. Hanyu’s ice show on March 9. Convenient access near the station, clean bedding, and a delicious breakfast. There is a Seijo Ishii in the same building, which was very convenient. The guest-only lounge was also wonderful. I would definitely like to stay again.

    The Top Choice Near Sendai Station

    Right next to the station, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel is comfortable and has everything you need. I will definitely stay here again next time.

    Conveniently connected directly to the station The Room was clean and comfortable The bath has a separate washing area, and the space was more than sufficient I had a very comfortable stay Thank you very much All of the staff were polite and pleasant One disappointing point: I arrived about 20 minutes before check-in time and was told I couldn’t check in until then, which is fine. However, I had to kill time, and when I came back at the scheduled time there was a long line, and it took 40 minutes to check in. I felt there could be a better way.

    A cozy retreat that feels like your second home in Sendai

    I always stay here when I visit my daughter. I initially chose this Hotel because it is directly connected to the station, but the front desk staff are courteous, the Room is comfortable, the bath is spacious, and the breakfast is delicious—making every stay very pleasant. I tried another international Hotel once, but it didn’t compare in comfort, so I came back. I will continue to stay here in the future.

    Wide single room with breakfast included for one night. I waited in the lobby slightly before 3 PM for check-in, and the process was smooth without any crowding. This might vary depending on the day of stay. The room was more spacious than expected, featuring a single-seater sofa facing the window and a small round table, which were quite useful. Being on the top floor, the view was excellent, with a glimpse of the sea in the distance. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and I appreciated having a spacious washing area. In addition to a regular shower and rain shower, there was also something called a body shower. It was my first time using it, but it turned out to be convenient and an interesting experience. The hairdryer provided was from Salonia; unlike typical hotel dryers with weak airflow, this one had strong air power which I liked. Amenities were minimal and stored in drawers under the sink; if you have specific preferences, it's better to bring your own items. There were three types of towels: bath towel, face towel, and hand towel—this variety was helpful—but there was only one towel rack located on the bathroom door. A hook would have been nice as well since I felt hesitant about hanging towels where bath mats are typically placed (a bath mat had already been set there). However, I ended up using it out of necessity. Other features included one-piece pajama sets and disposable slippers provided in-room along with one bottle of mineral water plus various tea bags and a coffee machine available for use. Additionally, guests could access an exclusive lounge offering drink bar-style beverages similar to family restaurants—ensuring no shortage here either! The lounge even featured rocking chairs that tempted me into sitting down immediately upon seeing them. While satisfied overall regarding both accommodations & facilities offered during my stay—the breakfast fell short compared against descriptions found within promotional materials shared by this hotel beforehand leaving slight disappointment behind due lackluster presentation/arrangement making food harder-than-necessary-to-access alongside limited creativity shown throughout setup itself feeling somewhat unfriendly/uninspired overall execution-wise too unfortunately speaking honestly here now reflecting back afterward thinking things through properly again today finally concluding thoughts altogether summarily stated above succinctly enough hopefully clear concise manner possible intended purposefully written deliberately structured accordingly formatted appropriately presented     The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff was coughing without wearing a mask, which was concerning. The dust in the Room was noticeable. The alarm from the previous guest went off, and there was a mistake in the dinner bill during checkout, for which I received a call in an accusatory tone and was asked to come back to the Hotel because of it. This made for an exhausting start to the new year. Overall, the Hotel felt too relaxed in its operations. However, dinner at the restaurant was very delicious.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay. Regarding the 3:00 PM check-in, compared to other Hotels that allow earlier check-ins, it started exactly at 3:00 PM even during the busy season, which resulted in a long line and took considerable time. I was wondering if allowing earlier check-ins for Rooms that are already cleaned could help prevent lines from forming. I would appreciate it if you could consider this. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I had a relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    This was my second stay, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable experience just like the first time. Although there was an earthquake and emergency alerts caused some concern, the staff at the Hotel responded appropriately, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. I would love to stay here again.

    Excellent location

    Stayed for 2 nights during a trip. Conveniently connected to Sendai Station East Exit, making it easy to reach without getting lost after getting off the Shinkansen. The station building has souvenir shops and a Gyutan Street, allowing for quick shopping even after dinner, making efficient use of time during a short stay. The café space available for guests was also user-friendly and convenient.

    Comfortable Stay

    It was my first stay, and I was amazed by the excellent access from the station. Without stepping outside, I could complete shopping and dinner conveniently. Since my child has allergies, I chose this accommodation for its clean rooms to ensure no issues the next day, and it provided a comfortable stay as expected. In the morning, opening the curtains revealed a stunning view of Sendai Bay, which lifted my spirits for the day. I am looking forward to my next stay!

    The Best Location

    A friend recommended this Hotel when visiting Sendai, and I've been staying here ever since. The meals were delicious and absolutely fantastic.
