    Breakfast

    The initial booking was a Plan without breakfast, but we decided to try the buffet breakfast. The Japanese dishes were very delicious, reasonably priced, and extremely satisfying. As a result, we also had breakfast on the second day. Thank you very much!

    We had a wonderful time.

    I stayed at the accommodation for a concert. Although check-in took some time due to the large number of guests, the staff's excellent service made it a pleasant experience. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of dishes that changed daily, making it delightful even during a multiple night stay. I appreciated the fresh fruits being replenished continuously. The hotel is conveniently located near the venue, allowing me to leave during a break in heavy rain, which was truly helpful. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality!

    It was very clean and comfortable.

    The building is located very close to the station, offering excellent transportation access, yet it is surprisingly quiet and has a calm atmosphere. There is a convenience store on the entrance floor of the building. The elevators are separated between those going to the front desk floor and those accessing guest room floors, which adds an extra sense of safety. The front desk staff were kind and provided pleasant service. While the guest rooms are not very spacious, they are impeccably clean and equipped with well-stocked bathroom amenities.

    We had a relaxing time for two. The Room was very convenient and helpful, but having a few more hangers would have been even better. The entire Hotel was clean and very pleasant. The breakfast we requested at the last minute was perfect in both taste and atmosphere for both of us. Thank you very much!

    I've always wanted to stay here.

    Although I don't live very far, I stayed the night before because the early morning airport limousine bus couldn't be reached by train. After finishing work and going home briefly, it was really just a place to sleep. I used the Saitama Resident Plan for a great deal. Moreover, although I initially reserved a single room, I was upgraded to a spacious twin room and enjoyed such luxurious time that it felt regretful it was so short. The room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the front desk staff who assisted with check-out at 4:30 AM was impeccably professional and kindly escorted me when I got confused about finding the elevator downstairs in my sleepy state. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again if given another opportunity!

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to participate in the Saitama Marathon. The location was very close to Saitama Arena, and the staff provided exceptionally kind service, which made me very satisfied. Thank you also for the breakfast discount and the tea souvenir at checkout. Everything was perfect.

    Great for long stays!

    This time, I used the Plan with breakfast included from 10:00 to 16:00, also for teleworking. I have used it before, but this long-stay Plan is quite rare. Especially the breakfast is good.

    There was a sense of cleanliness.

    Although there was no explanation at check-in, it was changed to a twin. I was surprised, thinking the Room was mistaken. The Room was spacious and quiet as it was a corner Room. It had a cleaner feel than a certain Business Hotel, and amenities like skincare were provided, which is a nice point for women. I was also pleased with the coffee drip, tea, and bottled water. The tea was very delicious, so I recommend it. The staff were also very kind in various ways, so if the difference is about 2,000 yen, I would like to use it again in the future.

    The location and service are both excellent.

    I used it for an ice show. It has good access from both the station and the arena, and I would like to use it again and again. Also, I arrived earlier than expected, and when I tried to leave my luggage at the cloakroom, they allowed me to check in early. The receptionist was very polite and left a good impression. I would definitely like to use it again.

    I was a little dissatisfied with the front desk service.

    At check-in, I was told to "provide your room number and name" for breakfast, so I asked, just in case, "Is the room key not necessary?" The staff seemed annoyed by my question and repeated the exact same explanation in a slightly strong tone: "Please provide your room number and name." I felt it would have been better if they had explained in the conversation, "The room key is not necessary," etc. Other than that, the staff's response was good, but the initial impression left a disappointing impression of the hotel. The breakfast also seemed to have fewer options compared to other hotels in the chain. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

    Stays for live events in Tokyo

    The location was excellent, the Facility was clean, the service was courteous, and overall, I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the porridge and pork miso soup. Although it closed at 11 PM, there was a convenience store inside the building, which was convenient. It was a wonderful Hotel, and I would definitely like to use it again.

    If only the power outlet by the bedside could be used! Everything else was good.

    The Room was not as small as I thought for a single, and the bath was nice as I could stretch my legs. The table was also spacious and easy to use. I used the microwave a lot for meals to strictly follow infection prevention measures. I was very grateful to be placed on a floor with a microwave. The only disappointment was that the outlet by the bedside was unusable, which was a real shame. I was offered to change Rooms, but I didn't want to change floors, so I stayed as it was. The location and service were good. The response over the phone was also very good. I would like to stay again if there is an event at Saitama Super Arena next time.

    Relaxing and Gentle Time

    I am a wheelchair user. Moreover, I am elderly. I don't want to say it, but... Still, I was treated very kindly and normally. I didn't have any unpleasant experiences, and of course, the Hotel was clean. I only stayed for one night, but I had a pleasant stay. Thank you for taking care of me. Thank you very much.

    I was torn between the Hotel in Omiya, but Cocoon, where I dined and shopped with a friend, was convenient. The Hotel's service was pleasant, and I would like to use it again. Above all, the proximity to the station is convenient.

    I stayed for one night. I had called the Hotel in advance to inform them that I would be arriving later than the check-in time I had communicated at the time of Reservation. At check-in, this information was well communicated, and I felt that the coordination management was well done. The first impression was very good. The Room was clean, the amenities were well organized, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast featured local ingredients and had a distinctive character. It was close to the station, and I was glad I came here instead of staying at a hotel in the city center. I feel a sense of trust in the JR brand Hotel.

    It was comfortable and pleasant.

    This time, I booked without breakfast. When I stayed in September, I had breakfast included for two nights, but the quality was disappointing: the bread lacked flavor, the nuggets and quiche contained the same sausage that was also served separately, and the grilled fish was dry. It felt like many items were pre-made or frozen, so I didn’t feel it was worth the breakfast price. That said, the Accommodation felt clean and the staff service was good. The location near the station is very convenient.

    I love this Hotel.

    I use this hotel every time I have business in the Tokyo area. The breakfast buffet is particularly delicious, and I'm very happy to be able to enjoy a variety of Western dishes like gratin and doria. This time, the door to my room didn't close properly unless I pushed it shut myself, which was a bit disappointing. However, that's the only issue, so I would like to continue using this hotel in the future.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located near the station and I could stay at a discounted rate during a time when hotel prices were soaring. The location was excellent. I went to drop off my luggage around noon before heading to my destination, and I was delighted to be able to check in early as the room was already prepared. As mentioned in other reviews, the smell from the bathtub drain was noticeable, but other than that, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and I had a very pleasant stay. I personally got excited seeing the trains coming and going from the window! The hotel was very quiet, and the pillows were just right, allowing me to have a good night's rest. I was also pleased with the provision of mineral water and hand towels. It would be even better if there was a ladies' floor. Next time, I would like to relax a bit around the Shintoshin Station area. It's a hotel I would like to use again. Thank you for the hospitality.

    Beyond imagination

    1 minute from the ticket gate The room was a train view as requested I was visiting for railway purposes, so I was very happy (I couldn't quite tear myself away from the window, haha) The room was clean, the amenities were plentiful, and it was nice that they were prepared in the room Even though it's next to Omiya, it was quiet, and the friend I met up with said they definitely want to stay too I will definitely stay again next time and the time after that

    I always enjoy using the facilities comfortably due to the convenient location and cleanliness. I also look forward to the delicious breakfast. However, I personally informed the staff, but unfortunately, the taste of the milk provided every time is unpleasant and undrinkable. I would appreciate it if you could change it to the same kind of milk as the one at the hotel in Kawasaki. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my stay. Thank you very much.
