    Whenever I plan to stay in Saitama, I choose this Accommodation. It’s close to the station, security is solid, the Room is clean, and above all, the service is genuinely pleasant. I will definitely stay here again.

    I was able to relax again this time.

    This was my second stay. As before, the hotel had a calm atmosphere and the breakfast was delicious, so I was very satisfied. The bed was large, and my wife and I were able to sleep comfortably. The location is directly connected to the station with easy access to central Tokyo, and I would like to stay here again in the future.

    A Comfortable Hotel Stay

    This was our first time staying here, and because my mother has a disability, you kindly assisted us from the parking Reservation onward. You also changed our room to a universal room, and thanks to your outstanding hospitality, we had a comfortable stay. There are many restaurants inside the Hotel building, which was very helpful as we didn’t have to worry about the weather. We would love to stay again! Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

    Delicious breakfast

    We stayed for one night. Our child loves trains, so we chose this Hotel after visiting the Railway Museum. You can see lots of tracks from the Room, and our child watched them the whole time. However, it wasn’t noisy from train sounds at all. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast the next morning was very delicious with a wide variety of options. We had Japanese food, and everything was excellent. The location was convenient, and it was a clean Hotel. Thank you very much.

    I am very satisfied.

    With easy access from Shintoshin Station, the location is extremely convenient, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The Hotel is stylish, the Room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Above all, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were exceptionally helpful—I would love to stay here again.

    It was comfortable!

    This was my first stay, and all of the staff were kind, warm, and pleasant throughout. The Room was even more comfortable than I expected—clean, well designed, and fully equipped with everything I needed—so it felt very relaxing. When I stay around Saitama-Shintoshin again, I would like to use this Accommodation again.

    Maybe it’s about cutting costs??

    I’ve been staying here often lately, and as always, my stay was very comfortable. I used to enjoy reading the newspaper while having breakfast, but when I visited this time, it wasn’t in the usual place. A bit disappointing… I’d appreciate it if you could improve this.

    I stayed for multiple nights.

    I needed a long-term stay for family matters, so I booked a Multiple Night Stay. The location has excellent transportation access, and even in an unfamiliar area it was easy to get around; there are nearby Facilities where you can find anything you might need. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    We stayed for one ni...

    We stayed for one night from Friday with two children. It was a corner Room, spacious with a view of the trains, and the kids got so excited that I was worried our footsteps might be bothering the guests next door or below... (Since we were on the 5th floor, maybe it was fine?) It feels a bit old, but it was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay! We went to breakfast around 8:00, and it wasn’t crowded at all, so we could relax! Perhaps because the front desk staff were exceptionally good, the staff at the breakfast venue felt less impressive in comparison. In particular, the two male staff members at the front desk were wonderful! They were very kind, and even though our kids were shy, they still chatted with them! Overall we were very satisfied, and we’d like to stay again if we have another chance! Thank you.

    Excellent location

    Although it was pouring rain, I was able to enter the Hotel from the station without getting wet, which was a big help. The guidance was smooth and courteous, and there is a convenience store and restaurants inside the Hotel, making it safe and convenient. The room was also clean and quiet, so I could relax comfortably.

    Excellent location; very satisfied.

    Excellent location. The Room, hallways, front desk, and restaurant are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathtub was also large and very relaxing. Although the staff are young, they are reassuring and dependable. Breakfast was average, perhaps because expectations were high.

    Very comfortable.

    Directly connected to Saitama-Shintoshin Station, it offers not only an excellent location but also a wonderful train view. As expected, the Facility was great, and every breakfast dish was very delicious. Even considering that the reasonable price may have been due to Saitama Super Arena being closed, I think this is an outstanding Hotel.

    It’s stable.

    Depending on the date, you can stay at a reasonable price, and it’s nice that you can get there from the station with hardly any exposure to rain. That said, it’s fairly ordinary and lacks anything memorable. It’s reliable, but it doesn’t feel like they’re trying anything new—an Accommodation that’s really just for sleeping. As for the view, at best some Rooms overlook the station; since it isn’t a high-rise, there isn’t much to see. Even something small that makes you go “wow” would leave a better impression.

    A comfortable Hotel.

    Close to the station, with a great selection of restaurants on the floor below (tenants). Both the bathroom and the Room were very clean, making for a comfortable stay. It is adjacent to Saitama Super Arena, so during concerts it may get a little noisy due to sound leakage.

    I was very satisfied, but...

    The Room was clean. Breakfast was compact, but the selection was good and it was delicious. However, there was no parking, and the overnight fee of 3,300 yen was a bit expensive and disappointing.

    The cleaning was thorough, allowing for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Breakfast was always replenished promptly when running low, which was very helpful. It would be even better if there were options like finely chopped natto available.

    It was a comfortable accommodation.

    Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed at the accommodation twice in December. I inquired about rental items over the phone, and I appreciate your courteous response. During my first stay, I had sent my luggage in advance, and it was very helpful that you placed it in the room before check-in. I look forward to staying again if there is another opportunity.

    The walls are thinner than expected; earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.

    At around midnight, I lay down on the bed to sleep. When the room became quiet, I could hear voices from the neighboring room. It wasn’t loud or disruptive, just a man and a woman having a normal conversation. I couldn’t sleep because of it, so my companion and I ended up chatting until 2 AM (the neighbors quieted down slightly earlier). Considering how clean and luxurious this hotel is, this experience was unexpected. Footsteps and door sounds also echoed quite a bit, so soundproofing might be an issue here. Other than that, I think it’s an excellent hotel overall. The location is very convenient near the station; the room is spacious and stylish. Everything was spotless, and with a large bathroom where the bathtub and toilet are separate, there’s no sense of being cramped. The standard amenities include skincare sets, body towels, mineral water, original drip coffee by the hotel as well as Japanese black tea (which was incredibly delicious), all of which are great points in its favor! The restaurant Café Cross Yard is very popular—I’ve been there multiple times for lunch because everything on their menu is delicious yet reasonably priced. The atmosphere is calm with well-behaved guests (even children), excellent service staff—highly recommended! Personally speaking among Omiya/Shintoshin/Urawa areas’ accommodations—this ranks as one of my top favorites (#1 or #2). Next time if staying again though—I’ll bring earplugs just in case!

    I used this place for a fan meeting.

    This was the best accommodation experience I have ever had. The staff's service was excellent, infection control measures were still properly in place, the room was clean and user-friendly, and the breakfast menu varied each day. Everything made my stay very pleasant. I would love to make a reservation and stay here again next time.

    Stayed here for the first time during a live event. Extremely convenient with the venue nearby, close to the station, a convenience store, and plenty of restaurants around—absolutely no issues at all. The Room was clean and quiet.

    I chose the area aro...

    I chose the area around Saitama-Shintoshin Station for accommodation as I had business at the Saitama Arts Theater. I booked this hotel because of its good reviews and the availability of a DVD player upon request. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Kita-Yono Station, which is one stop from Yono-Honmachi. Since it was the season for illuminations, the area around the hotel was very romantic. The Hotel Metropolitan series has a more luxurious image compared to the Mets series, and indeed, I found it to be a high-class hotel. Having stayed at Hotel Metropolitan in Marunouchi and Kamakura before, this hotel matched their level of luxury. Despite being such an upscale hotel, the accommodation fee was quite reasonable. A DVD player was pre-installed on my room's TV as requested. The TV in my room was large and placed close to the bed, making it easy to watch comfortably. I enjoyed watching Mozart's opera "Idomeneo." As part of my Diamond Member benefits, check-out time was extended until 1:00 PM, allowing me to have a very relaxed stay. After checking out, I left my luggage at the hotel while I went shopping—this service was very helpful! Breakfast was decent overall; while served in an elegant dining space that exuded luxury, some might find its content slightly underwhelming compared to its setting—but still satisfactory with enough variety. Interestingly enough, most accommodations I've stayed at tend to have many foreign guests; however, during my stay here I didn’t notice any foreigners—it made me wonder if Saitama-Shintoshin isn’t popular among international tourists. The area surrounding this accommodation offers plenty of restaurants and shops for dining or shopping needs—and during this season—the beautiful illuminations add charm! It’s truly an excellent location for staying overnight. There wasn’t anything inconvenient about this facility; everything contributed towards making my stay comfortable and enjoyable!

    It was relaxing.

    I occasionally use this place, not for travel or live events. The cleaning is thorough, the Room is clean, and the breakfast buffet is all delicious. The staff are also very pleasant. I felt very refreshed.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    I stayed here for a live concert at Tama Ari. This was my second time using this accommodation, but on the day of my stay, I discovered that I had made a major mistake with my reservation and felt terrible. However, thanks to the kindness of the hotel staff, everything was resolved smoothly, and I was able to fully enjoy the concert that day! Thank you to the front desk staff for your assistance. The room was clean and well-maintained as it was during my previous stay, making it very comfortable. I will definitely use this accommodation again for future concerts!

    Breakfast

    The initial booking was a Plan without breakfast, but we decided to try the buffet breakfast. The Japanese dishes were very delicious, reasonably priced, and extremely satisfying. As a result, we also had breakfast on the second day. Thank you very much!
