We created wonderful memories.
We visited to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday. The beautifully maintained garden was truly stunning. All the staff provided heartfelt hospitality, allowing us to enjoy a very pleasant stay. We had plenty of delicious meals from the morning and were full all day long. It would have been even better if there were amenities like lotion in the separate bath area.

I had a pleasant stay without any complaints. The meals were delicious, and the staff provided friendly and attentive service with smiles. The Room was comfortable, the thermal spring was beautiful, and I enjoyed my time even in the cold season. It was a wonderful stay.

About Meals
The meals are not recommended. They are neither refined nor unique, offering dishes you can find anywhere. The dining area is a large open space without partitions and very noisy. Interestingly, the person who served breakfast was the same as for dinner but spoke in English for some reason. The last time I questioned the quality of meals like this was at Hoshino Resorts. In terms of dining, the service does not match the price. However, I thought the Hotel itself was lovely and would consider staying again. Perhaps it's just that Kashikojima is such a wonderful place...

The Best Experience
The Facility, staff, and meals provided the best experience. Memories from about 40 years ago, during the Yamaha Resort's Nemu no Sato days, came back to me, making me feel nostalgic for those times.

It was a wonderful time.
I visited to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and I was able to spend a wonderful time and mark a milestone in my life. Thank you very much. I used the spa twice, and the technique and atmosphere were just as I had heard—top-notch in Japan. Knowing that Amanemu is in Japan gives me encouragement when needed. I definitely want to visit again to experience Amanemu's wonderful architecture, Onsen, amenities, welcome (birthday) drink, meals, and the heartwarming service of the staff.

It was the best hospitality!
I had an incredibly luxurious and unreal day! If I may say, it would have been better if the bathing hours were available from earlier to later. Coming from Tokyo, the travel time takes quite a while, so it's a bit disappointing that it's not easy to use casually. Thank you very much!!

The First Visit to Amanemu
This was our first time using the service. We had wanted to visit for a long time, so we left our daughter with someone and came as a couple. We love traveling and have been using IKYU to find good Hotels and Ryokans, planning trips whenever we could find time. I believe this is one of the top luxury resorts in Japan, and for us, it had become something like a final destination. We arrived at Kashikojima a little after 12:00 on the Shimakaze train, and there was a pick-up service waiting for us at the station. It took about 15 minutes to reach the resort. Since our Room was ready, we were able to check in right away. The male staff member who escorted us to our Room was very polite and engaging, and we felt fortunate to have been guided by such a nice person. Thank you very much. The Room had high ceilings and was spacious enough for two people to use comfortably. There were fruits and rice crackers prepared for us, and they were very delicious. We immediately headed to the thermal spring, which we had been looking forward to. We spent so much time there that it felt like we were there almost the entire time. Since we live in a place with bad weather throughout the winter, it was a wonderful escape to relax and enjoy something out of the ordinary. It was almost like having the place to ourselves, and we were able to warm up and enjoy the amazing Facility. The starry sky was also incredibly beautiful, and it’s definitely worth visiting at night as well. There was no one else there at night either. As for the meals, perhaps because we had high expectations, we were a bit underwhelmed. It felt like the dishes were not worth the price we paid. We had expected to enjoy exceptional cuisine at this level, so it was disappointing. The same goes for breakfast. The service, apart from the initial staff member, felt rather average, which made us think, "Huh?" There was no explanation about the IKYU Diamond benefits. We were told that since IKYU handles it, they don’t explain it on their end. Other places we’ve stayed at always made sure to inform us about such benefits during check-in, so we found this a bit odd. Overall, the Facility was excellent, and we were very satisfied with it. However, considering the price and the effort to get here, the meals and service felt a bit disappointing.

Located within Ise-S...
Located within Ise-Shima National Park, AMAN opened in 2016 on a vast site adjacent to NEMU RESORT. AMAN + NEMU equals AMANEM. I stayed in a villa-type room with a view of Ago Bay. What was impressive was that 80% of the guests were foreigners, with very few Japanese guests. And that sense of distance. Not too close, not too far. I had a very comfortable time during my stay. AMANEM Time From the moment I entered the grounds of AMANEM, my sense of time changed. I believe it is both the power of the land and nature and AMAN creating a space-time there. Just like immersing yourself in the world of Disney, soaking in the space-time of AMAN changed my sense of time to a pleasant and intense feeling. Soaking in the onsen bath in the room while looking out at the scenery through the large windows, the perfectly temperature-adjusted onsen made me forget the time. AMANEM Space I moved around on a cart through paths that were laid out like a maze. To the room, to the SPA, to the DINING. You can also go to the facilities at the adjacent NEMU RESORT, making it even more expansive. Just moving through the vast area, passing through the woods and forests of Ise-Shima National Park, felt like a detox and energy charge. The spaces inside the buildings also offer just the right size and comfort wherever you are. AMANEM Quality I accidentally broke the socket when moving the reading lamp provided in the room. While I was thinking I should inform them, it was already fixed and restored to its original state by the time housekeeping came in. These things were done discreetly and quickly without any concern. When asked about my plans for the day on the breakfast cart, I casually replied, "I will enjoy room time all day today," and by the time I returned from breakfast, all cleaning and bed-making were completed in just one hour. I was able to enjoy a refreshed room leisurely for the rest of the day. These things were done discreetly and quickly without any concern. AMANEM Hospitality They speak earnestly in their own words. They openly share about themselves when asked anything. The hospitality as a human being, not as a manual, was present in everyone I interacted with during my stay. I think this is quite an amazing thing. To each visitor from different countries, in the language of their respective countries. I look forward to the next time.
