    Good, but a little disappointing...

    Overall, it is a very pleasant Hotel with solid hospitality, and it is my favorite. There were three points that I thought could be improved, whether they have changed since my last visit or I just didn't notice before. ◯ The volatile smell of the air freshener in the shared toilet was quite strong in the hallway, making it feel like a toilet and causing discomfort. The toilet itself was clean and well-maintained, with no issues. I hope they can replace it with something less odorous and less irritating. ◯ Since it was a Plan with an Onsen facility usage ticket, I used the Onsen facility. There was black mold on all the shower heads, which I found unpleasant. I looked for one without black mold but couldn't find any. Black mold can cause allergies and health issues, so I hope it will be addressed promptly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. ◯ I would like a foldable stand mirror or something similar in the guest room, apart from the washroom. It's inconvenient to have to go to the washroom, and since the washroom is very compact, there's no place to put anything. I used various facilities, and the staff everywhere were kind and provided very pleasant service, making it a very good stay. I use it about once a year in recent years, so I hope these issues will be improved by my next visit. Thank you.

    Because it was a weekday, we were able to enjoy it with minimal waiting time.

    The property and the large public bath were clean and pleasant, and the Sky Eagle was exhilarating and enjoyable. However, I was disappointed that the jacuzzi on the balcony, which I was looking forward to, seemed to have not been used for a long time and was covered in sand, making it difficult to clean. The meals were generally delicious, but since crab was the main dish, it felt like there was no main dish for those who are not fond of crab.

    The Room and bath we...

    The Room and bath were great. The smell in the hallway was noticeable, but the Room did not smell. We had a buffet for breakfast and dinner; the variety was decent, but the taste of each dish was mediocre. Overall, it seemed like there was a shortage of staff. Only about a third of the staff seemed to be working hard, and it didn't feel like a resort worth the price. The activities were fun. I think next time, I might just visit for a day trip.

    We used it for our child's birthday. The dinner and breakfast buffet was really delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much. We will use it again.

    Travel with my beloved dog

    I visited for the first time. The room was really nice and in a very clean condition. If I had to say, I felt there were a lot of potato dishes. It would have been nice to have some fruit. The meat required an additional charge, but I changed to the 8,800 yen BBQ. The meat was incredibly tender and excellent. It has become a place I want to visit again with my beloved dog.
