    [Thank You for the Front Desk Staff’s Thoughtful Service]

    Thank you very much for accommodating my sudden stay and assisting me late at night. The front desk staff who helped me at check-in were extremely kind and supportive. As I was feeling physically tired and somewhat stressed, I truly appreciated being provided with a Room where I could relax calmly and comfortably. The night view of Nagoya, along with the illuminated Nagoya Castle, was soothing, and I also enjoyed bath time as well as the morning footbath. Although it was a short stay, it was very relaxing, and I was able to rest both physically and mentally.

    Conveniently located near Nagoya Station, ideal for attending baseball games.

    I stayed for two nights to watch a baseball game. The room was clean, and when I requested early housekeeping, they responded promptly, which I really appreciated. I also used the coin laundry on the 20th floor and the fitness room on the 15th floor, and both were comfortable. Near the Hotel there is Bellmart Nagoya JR Gate Tower (not open 24 hours), which was very convenient. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Family Trip

    The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

    Feel Luxurious

    I had a very comfortable stay. I felt a bit sorry when I passed staff on their way to work. The sound of trains at night was slightly noticeable.

    The bed is extremely comfortable.

    The Room was very modern and clean, and since it was on a high floor, the view was great. The bed was comfortable, and even with different pillows, I slept soundly until morning. The staff were efficient and pleasant, and it was very helpful that they stored my luggage until my Shinkansen departure time. However, because the lighting and other controls were operated via a touch panel, I found it a bit confusing at first.

    Delicious breakfast

    I chose this Hotel for the breakfast. My personal top three were the fried shrimp, bean salad, and scrambled eggs. The fried shrimp was delicious on the first day, so I was looking forward to it again on the second day, but it seems to change daily and it was kushi-katsu instead. The kushi-katsu was also tasty with miso sauce.

    Convenient location ...

    Convenient location for getting anywhere. Beautiful night views from the room. A plentiful and delicious breakfast, and it’s great to be able to dine while looking out over the courtyard.

    I was able to refresh and recharge on my own.

    My first solo Hotel stay, and choosing it based on a friend’s recommendation was the right decision. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pajamas were so nice that I would buy them if they were for sale. I was very satisfied with the Room as well. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff’s hospitality was thoughtful—I’d like to stay at this Hotel again next time.

    The local Nagoya cuisine was delicious.

    We enjoyed the breakfast. It offered a great variety and was very delicious. They even had hitsumabushi, which was a wonderful surprise. Although it is on the 15th floor, there is also a terrace with trees, and having coffee on the terrace felt really pleasant. If possible, we would be happier if the Room toilet were separate.

    This is my favorite wonderful Hotel.

    This was my second stay, and with the Hotel directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s extremely convenient for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing. The Room is compact but very clean, and since it’s on a high floor, you can also enjoy Nagoya’s night view. My favorite feature is the bathroom with a separate washing area; unlike a typical unit bath, you don’t have to worry about getting everything wet, and you can relax and soothe your tired body after sightseeing. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

    Direct access from the station for ultimate convenience

    I stayed here to attend a concert. They kindly stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out. The location, directly connected to Nagoya Station, was truly convenient. It was also great that there was a convenience store on the Hotel’s front desk floor. I hadn’t booked a Plan with breakfast, but the restaurant had such a lovely atmosphere that I decided to have breakfast anyway, and I was very satisfied with it as well. The Room was clean, the bathtub was spacious, and all the staff were very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    It was great.

    Directly connected to the station, so getting around is smooth. It’s a unit bath, but it was more spacious than I expected, and I enjoyed all the Mirable features. Breakfast offers a wide variety, including local specialties, so there were lots of things I wanted to try. I debated going for Nagoya’s famous morning set, but the Hotel buffet was very delicious. It also helps that breakfast is available from 6:30. The parking lot is a little hard to find. It’s not that there are no affiliated options, and even if in-and-out access isn’t allowed, considering it’s right by the station, I think it can’t be helped. When I visit Nagoya again, I’d like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    A Two-Woman Trip to Nagoya

    Directly connected to the station. Since it’s cherry blossom season, the lobby floor welcomes you with a cherry blossom display. The large glass windows make it bright and airy. From the Room, you can see trains and Shinkansen. At night, you can hear freight trains passing by. Breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. They also serve eel. I especially liked the kishimen noodles. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing area. I was able to relax. It’s very convenient, and I’d like to stay again.

    It’s in an excellent...

    It’s in an excellent location, close to the station, and the floor you reach by taking the escalator down has plenty of restaurants. The staff were wonderful and there were no issues, but it was disappointing that foreign children were running through the hallway shouting, which was noisy even inside the Room. Still, it remains a very good Hotel, and I would like to stay again.

    Freight Train Noise

    I couldn’t sleep because I could hear freight trains passing throughout the night. If you are sensitive to noise, it may be best to avoid staying at this Accommodation.

    Excellent access and a great bath.

    Directly connected to the station, making it very convenient for getting anywhere. The Room was a bit small, but the bathroom was separate from the toilet, so it was comfortable and easy to wash up at your own pace. The cleaning was thorough.

    I was expecting a spectacular view, but there was a notice asking guests to keep the curtains closed because a high-rise cleaning vehicle passes by, so it wasn’t as impressive as I had hoped. It felt above business class but below luxury—about what you’d expect for the price.

    We had a very comfortable stay.

    Thank you for your hospitality. The hotel is directly connected to the station, making it very convenient, and every front desk staff member was welcoming and kindly assisted my relatives. The Room was clean and well maintained, and the wide selection of amenities was very helpful. We also had breakfast—everything was delicious, and we ended up eating too much. I especially liked that you prepare café lattes to order. I will likely stay again, and I look forward to seeing you then.

    This has become my regular accommodation in Nagoya recently. Conveniently connected directly to Nagoya Station, it offers easy access. The front desk is located on a high floor, and while the entrance is understated, the restaurant and rooms are unified in a simple, modern, and smart design that I personally like. The 24-hour fitness facility is also very convenient. The service is excellent with a high level of professionalism. I always look forward to the breakfast at the restaurant.

    Lacking in personal information management.

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. I chose it after thorough research, but unfortunately, it was filled with issues. The parking facility of the accommodation did not have any EV charging stations installed. Many hotels nowadays provide 1-2 EV charging stations as standard, but there were no alternative affiliated parking options available either. I found the lack of investment in facilities to meet modern needs very disappointing. During check-in, I was upgraded to a different room upon request. However, the next morning, a letter addressed to another guest was mistakenly delivered to my room. I immediately contacted the front desk and they retrieved the letter promptly. However, there was no follow-up report or formal apology regarding this error after retrieval. This mistake raised serious concerns about their management system for mail that could potentially contain personal information of guests. The lack of proper information management is deeply regrettable and left me with a very disappointing memory of this trip.
