  The service was disappointing.

  I had high expectations because the reviews were good, but I was very disappointed as the basic aspects of customer service were not met, incorrect explanations were given, and there was a lack of coordination among the staff. This was the first property where I had to wait because the room cleaning was not finished even after the check-in time had passed. Additionally, I was informed that the drinks in the salon were non-alcoholic, but upon checking the bottle, it turned out to be alcoholic, which was an incorrect explanation. I requested a shuttle service from the lounge to the villa and was told that the shuttle had arrived, but when I went to the pick-up point, the shuttle was not there, and I had to wait in the rain for a while. What is happening with the coordination among the staff? There were many other concerning points, and I found many things unbelievable. Considering the price was not cheap, I expected service that matched the cost.

We are very sorry for the delay in check-in guidance and the incorrect explanation of the drinks. We also apologize for keeping you waiting during the shuttle service. As mentioned in your comments, there was a problem with the coordination among our staff. We will thoroughly instruct our staff to ensure that we can guide our guests without inconvenience in the future. We sincerely apologize once again for the many shortcomings.
