    Traditional good service

    It was a nice Ryokan. The meals were good, but for seniors, the portions were too large, and we ended up leaving some. It would be nice to have a smaller portion menu for seniors.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    We used this place for a trip as a gift from siblings to celebrate our parents' 60th birthday. The Room was kept very clean, and it was a type where the room could be divided with partitions. The view of Lake Kawaguchi from the large window in the Room was very nice. The view of Mt. Fuji from the large public bath and the view of Mt. Fuji & Lake Kawaguchi from the footbath were also wonderful. We wanted to have meals in the Room, but since we were a group of seven, including family and two small grandchildren, we had to give up on in-room dining. However, the atmosphere of the private dining room was very nice, and in the end, it was great to have meals there! The food was visually appealing and tasted wonderful! We were touched by the preparation of a red chanchanko and hat for the 60th birthday celebration, along with a commemorative gift! The breakfast buffet was also rich in variety and delicious. All the staff were kind, and although we caused some inconvenience, they responded graciously, and we are very grateful. Our parents were delighted, and it turned out to be a very satisfying trip. We would like to use this place again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
