Even on cloudy days
Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy, we were able to enjoy the Mikazuki pool because the water temperature was kept warm to match the air temperature! They’ve added more infinity pools, and it looks like they’re still building something even now! Every time we visit, there’s something new to enjoy, and we’re very satisfied!

The surprise was a huge success.
We stayed in a Club Room special suite on a three-generation trip, and it was also to celebrate two birthdays in our group. The club lounge was very well stocked, and we felt like we spent most of our time there. Both the staff service and the lounge offerings felt truly special. We could also see fireworks from the Room, which made for a wonderful surprise—“A birthday surprise! Thank you!” they said with delight. Everything was excellent, but I’m giving 4 stars because my elderly mother cannot sit on the floor, so she couldn’t use the low Japanese-style chair in the tatami area and ended up having to sit on the bed at the back of the Room all the time, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be great if there were a way to walk along the seaside from Fujimitei to the spa building. This time only Japanese-Western style Rooms were available for Reservation, but if we can book a Room with a sofa next time, we would love to visit again. For this stay, there was no availability on the Hotel’s official website for our preferred dates, but we found availability on IKYU instead. We were also very grateful for the discount.

An old-school spa resort?!
We chose this Accommodation because we were looking for a Facility with a well-equipped indoor pool for children. Since we went without researching much in detail, there were several disappointing points, which I will note below. First, the in-house loungewear was very unfashionable, and no one in our family wore it. We had lunch at a place called Festival Land, but it was dim and felt like a food court at a rural supermarket. Surrounded by people with poor manners and with only a limited menu, our mood just kept dropping. The pools—both indoor and outdoor—were extremely crowded, leaving no space for our middle-school daughter to enjoy; it felt like a Facility mainly for children of elementary school age or younger. The only thing that was truly good was the dinner and breakfast buffet. There was an abundant selection of seafood, and the sashimi and grilled shrimp skewers were especially delicious.

Ideal for families.
It truly feels like a Hotel designed for families. This time we traveled with our 1-year-old. The Hotel itself felt like a wonderful Facility, including the pool and baths. Our Room also had a full ocean view, and we could even catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji, which we were very happy about. Dinner and breakfast are buffet-style. We had reserved the 5:00 PM slot for dinner, but our child fell asleep around 4:30 PM, so we consulted the Hotel. They said only the 7:15 PM slot was available, but they kindly suggested it might work if that time was open and accommodated us—I'm grateful for their flexibility. If I remember correctly, there were about three time options, but even at 7:15 PM it was extremely crowded. With the 90-minute limit, it was quite tough with a baby who can’t sit still yet. It was so packed that you could barely see what food was available; you even had to line up just to check what people were lining up for… it was total chaos. The dining area itself is very spacious, but the buffet pickup area doesn’t have wide aisles, so people going in different directions, other guests’ children wandering around, and carts not being able to pass each other made things difficult. Just choosing food and getting back to our table took more than 15 minutes. I’d like them to add more time slots. For breakfast we made a Reservation for the earliest slot at 7:00 AM, but it was just as crowded. I feel the balance between the seating area and the buffet pickup area doesn’t work well, so I hope they will consider spreading out start times more, limiting capacity per slot, or extending dining time. Also, having to go up and down three floors by stairs from the women’s changing room (large public bath) to the pool was quite difficult while carrying luggage with a small child. The floor felt slippery underfoot and I didn’t feel safe. I also wondered if it would be possible to install an elevator that allows access between the large public bath and pool in swimwear. I wrote quite a lot of feedback, but overall we were satisfied with the Hotel! We had such a great time that we’d like to visit again.

Pool Restroom
This was our fourth stay at Fujimitei, and we were glad to see that the pool lockers and dining area have been cleaned up. However, the restrooms are an issue every time. There is only one restroom in the center of the pool area, which is far too few for the number of guests. It is also far from the pool on the Fujimitei side, so we end up waiting in line, and it is especially difficult for children. We would really appreciate it if you could add a restroom near the pool on the Fujimitei side.

A Summer Vacation Trip for Three Generations of Family
Three generations of our family stayed together as three families. It was our first time in the renovated Room, and it was extremely comfortable. Every Room has an ocean view, the food was delicious, and the fireworks we could watch from our Room were amazing. We also appreciated touches like beer being added to the welcome drinks and breakfast—you can really feel the effort being made in many ways. If there is one thing, we wish the souvenir corner were a bit more well stocked; we would be happy if we could buy local seafood products as well.

Even with one adult and two children, we were able to stay very comfortably.
When we were taking photos at the Hotel entrance, a staff member kindly approached us in a natural way and offered to take our picture, which made us feel truly welcomed. I was traveling alone with two children, so I was a bit anxious, but thanks to the staff’s kindness and the wonderful Hotel and pool, my children had an amazing time. The food was also delicious. We had such a great stay that we would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful time as a family.
The Room had just been renovated, and the pool thrilled the kids. We’ll be back. However, we lost our eldest son’s pool set. It was disappointing that it wasn’t found.

I’d love to stay here again.
I’d been interested for a while, but it was always fully booked and I couldn’t make a Reservation, so this was my first stay. I stayed at Fujimitei, and both the Room and the facilities were clean. I was very satisfied with the Onsen and the buffet meals. Since it was Sunday, I could also see fireworks from the Room. The pool at Ryugutei was crowded and there were no benches available, so it was hard to find a place to put my belongings, but other than that there were no issues. I’d like to visit again.

Great.
We were satisfied with everything, including the fireworks view from the Room, the Facility, the pool & spa, and the buffet meals.

It was great.
I’d seen the commercials and always wanted to stay here, but it somehow felt wasteful to stay within the prefecture, so I never did. This time, as my stamina has been declining, I decided a nearby getaway would be nice and chose to stay here. With Tokyo Bay right in front of you, Mount Fuji in the background, and planes taking off and landing to watch, the location was truly impressive. The meals were buffet-style with a wide variety of options, including plenty of local specialties, and I was very satisfied. Next time I’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay and try everything.

Excellent pool facilities.
A summer trip with our children and grandchildren We stayed in two Rooms. We were able to enjoy Festival Land and the many indoor and outdoor pools. There was also a great variety of welcome drinks, which we enjoyed. The Calpis from the tap made our grandchildren very happy. It was also wonderful to be able to see fireworks from our Room. Because it is such a large Hotel and it was during summer vacation, we had to line up for both dinner and breakfast, so it took quite a while before we could be seated. We also had to wait in long lines for the food, which was a bit tough. After seeing that I had hurt my foot from a fall beforehand, a staff member kindly brought the food to our table. Thank you very much for your thoughtful care. There was a wide variety of dishes, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Everyone was very satisfied. It was disappointing to hear that the Onsen was out of order, but the bath in our Room felt great as well. However, the water from the water cooler at the sink area was lukewarm. It was also disappointing that there wasn’t even one bottle of water provided in the Room—perhaps because there are vending machines. Since we had to bring towels from our Room when going to the large public bath, it would have been more convenient if there had been spare towels available. The basket provided was helpful. It was nice that we could choose between a one-piece or separate loungewear set. Although you recommended checking out early, since checkout is at 10:00 we ended up leaving at the last minute anyway, and because the elevators were crowded we couldn’t get down to the lobby easily. We bought lots of souvenirs at the shop, and everyone was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of us during our stay.

Meaningless age verification
When making the Reservation, the site stated: “Please let us know your children’s ages and genders. Please enter your children’s details after checking the Plan details. If the information entered does not match their actual ages, an additional fee will be charged on site.” Therefore, I entered my child’s actual age. However, at mealtime we were not given the “coin” that children are supposed to receive. Even after I explained that my child is in elementary school, the staff looked doubtful and said they would “give it as a service.” At check-in, we were not asked to present any identification. If you question what guests enter and require ID verification, please clearly state this in advance. The way we were treated was extremely unpleasant.

Thank you for the wonderful Room. We enjoyed the meals as well, with a wide variety of dishes. It was disappointing that we couldn’t use the spa because we didn’t fully understand the instructions. This time we were traveling with an elderly family member, so we enjoyed the baths. (We were happy to catch a faint view of Mt. Fuji during our morning bath.) Next time, we’re looking forward to bringing our grandchildren—they’ll be thrilled.

The Best Memories
We checked in after spending half a day at the pool, and there were welcome drinks (including alcohol) and cute sweets. While enjoying them, we were able to listen to live piano music and beautiful singing in the Hotel lobby, which was truly relaxing. The Room was very clean with a great view, and it helped us forget the busyness of everyday life. The buffet was delicious no matter what we ate! I had never watched fireworks from a Room before, so it was my first time and I was very happy. During our stay, I was able to take four baths in total, including the semi-open-air bath in the Room, making this trip extremely satisfying. The Hotel staff were also wonderful, always greeting us with warm smiles. I would love to visit again.

I’m not sure if the information is sufficient.
We stayed as three generations of a family. The Accommodation itself is spacious, and we enjoyed the pool and Onsen, but there were many operational issues that concerned us. First, at check-in we were not given sufficient information about the operating hours of the on-site facilities, and it was difficult to figure out the opening hours for the pool and Festival Land. The system required scanning a QR code to check details, which felt confusing for a family trip that included elderly members. Also, for breakfast we were told to choose either a 7:00 start or an 8:40 start, so we chose the later time slot. However, when we arrived, staff had already begun clearing up and informed us that breakfast ends at 9:30. The guidance provided did not match actual operations, which was very disappointing. Regarding check-in as well, the elevators could not be used until exactly 15:00, and there was no support such as assistance with carrying luggage. In addition, the distance from Fujimitei to the spa building is long, making it inconvenient to casually go use the Onsen or pool. Furthermore, we were told fireworks could be seen from our room in Fujimitei, but in reality they could not be seen well unless you went out onto the balcony. However, a large number of small black insects were present on the balcony throughout our stay (and by morning their dead bodies covered much of the balcony floor), which made it unpleasant to step outside.

Kids will be delighted.
I previously stayed at Ryugu-tei, but it felt a bit dated, so this time I chose the newer Fujimi-tei. The Room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The in-room bath with an ocean view was also spotless. The open-air bath in the large public bath was beautifully lit up at night and had a great atmosphere. We could watch the fireworks from the balcony up close, which was amazing. They contacted us in advance, and when I called with a question, the staff were extremely kind—this may have been the best part of all. It was a little cool on the day we stayed, and perhaps because it was Sunday, the heated pool was extremely crowded, so it wasn’t exactly relaxing; however, the kids looked like they were having a great time. The buffet area was also busy and not very calm, but the children seemed very satisfied. At checkout time, the elevators were heavily crowded and we had to let several go by before getting on, so it may be better to bring your luggage down earlier if possible. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

A Trip for Two Ladies
On weekdays, Fujimitei was calm and relaxing, and we were able to take our time. I was shocked by the unpleasant behavior of some guests from certain countries, but otherwise everything was comfortable—we enjoyed the Room’s cleanliness, the view, the meals and baths, and even had a great time at the festival-themed park next door that made us feel young again!

A Comfortable Hotel
We chose a Room with access to the club lounge. It was the same size as last time (when we didn’t have lounge access), and it felt just right. The semi-open-air bath in the Room is large, and even two people can use it comfortably. This time, meals were buffet-style and the selection was good, but personally I find the restaurant more relaxing, so next time I’d like to dine at the restaurant. The Facility is spacious, with a pool, a festival plaza, and large baths including a gold bath, a platinum bath, and other unique baths—so you can have an enjoyable stay. The views from the window are also great: toward Yokohama, the Aqua-Line, and even Tokyo Skytree. The club lounge was very comfortable, with excellent drinks and food, so I’d like to stay again.

Enjoy just one hour from Tokyo!
Before check-in, street performers entertained the children with fun activities, so even the wait time—which can easily feel long—was enjoyable. The Accommodation was generally kept clean, and we saw many families with children as well as three-generation groups staying there. At night, we could watch the fireworks up close from the balcony, which adults can enjoy too. Dinner was a set course at the restaurant; for kids, a buffet style might have been better, but the staff were very attentive. From scheduling for fireworks and evening concerts to pre-check-in events and how they handled things when leaving the parking lot, I felt they quickly listen to guest feedback and work as a team to improve service right away—making it a comfortable place to stay. At Ryugujo Spa, it was Golden Week and there was a strong wind warning outside so we couldn’t go out; we couldn’t enjoy the pool, but the flowing Onsen (?) was great for splashing around with our child. It may be due to space limitations, but I wished there were a bit more room to open and organize our luggage. The play facilities might feel a little lacking for older elementary school kids, but it was excellent for visiting with children up through lower elementary grades. Next time, we’d like to try the newly opened strawberry picking and nearby clam digging.

A wonderful Resort Hotel nearby
A seaside Hotel in the greater Tokyo area, offering views of Mt. Fuji across Tokyo Bay and beautiful night scenery. The building and Rooms are clean, separate towels are provided for the bath, and the restaurant is spacious, with a wide variety to enjoy, including seafood and fruit. The staff from partner city Da Nang are also polite and excellent! I definitely want to visit again!

I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace.
This was my second stay. Having stayed here before, I was able to relax and unwind. I rated the bath 4 because the Onsen was out of order, but it didn’t bother me much. I was able to take my time in the spa bath and relax thoroughly. Meals were buffet-style for both dinner and breakfast. Dinner included all-you-can-drink, and both the food and drinks were very delicious, so I was very satisfied. Breakfast was also very tasty. The Room was a special suite on the 10th floor, with a spacious layout. Although it wasn’t an Onsen bath, the indoor bath was large and had a view bath. There were many families with children, so it was a bit lively overall, but I was still able to spend a very relaxing time.

My friend and I were able to relax and unwind together. Thank you very much. We could get around the entire property by shuttle bus, which was a great help because the sun was strong. We chose Japanese cuisine for dinner, and we truly enjoyed it while looking out over the tidal flats—seasonal touches, beautiful presentation, and high-quality ingredients. I was surprised to find your Hotel when I visited Da Nang, and I understand that some of your staff are from Vietnam. We received warm hospitality in accurate Japanese. Soaking in the bath in our Room while looking outside also helped relieve our daily fatigue. We could even see Mt. Fuji in the evening—it was a trip full of memorable moments.

Good Hotel
The welcome beer, all-you-can-drink drinks at dinner, and all-you-can-drink beer at breakfast were absolutely amazing. I was the designated driver, so I had to stick to non-alcoholic drinks. The fireworks view from the Room was right in front of us—so close it was surprising, and we almost wondered if sparks might reach us. We were traveling with my elderly parents, so we requested an easy-to-access Room. They were delighted that it was right in front of the elevator. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

A Hotel with an attached super public bath—more about the buffet than the Onsen?
The standard room (Japanese-Western style) we stayed in had a bedroom, a tatami room, and a balcony, plus a stone bath with views through the glass window of the tidal flats, Tokyo Bay, and Mount Fuji straight ahead. The dinner buffet was excellent. Premium items such as sashimi and sushi, Wagyu steak, snow crab, and grilled abalone were available, and alcoholic drinks were free-flow—so much so that I wondered if it was profitable. There was Häagen-Dazs for dessert, but otherwise the selection felt limited and nothing really stood out, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been perfect with shortcake made with fresh cream (not whipped topping), plus pistachio- or chocolate-based desserts.

Very satisfied
I was satisfied with almost all of the services. In particular, at the entrance, the staff kindly explained the welcome drink and advised us to use the Shuttle Service bus to Ryugu-tei, which we really appreciated. One slight disappointment was that the futon service for the Japanese-style room was very slow. However, overall, I was satisfied.

Before check-in, we ...
Before check-in, we parked our car, and since it was outside the shuttle bus operating hours, the staff kindly drove us to the spa building. The dinner selection was extensive and delicious. However, the 90-minute time limit felt short because it was crowded and it took over 30 minutes before we could start eating; we also had small children with us. The Room was spacious, and there were chairs on the terrace, so we stayed very comfortably. It was nice to have a water purifier as well, but the bathroom sink drained poorly and would back up each time; if we waited a while it would drain, but this kept happening repeatedly. Breakfast also had a wide variety of options and was delicious.

About Club Room Access
We stayed with 4 adults and 2 elementary school children, and we were very grateful to have such a comfortable stay. However, as others have mentioned, for that price we would have liked to be able to use Nagi’s priority seating at least for dinner.

I thought the system was designed to be friendly for children and seniors, and the guidance during use was also very considerate, which helped a lot. The male staff who welcomed us at the entrance had wonderful smiles as well.
