    Many disappointments

    【Good Points】 - The cleaning was indeed thorough. Almost no animal smell. Three cleaning staff were assigned to each room to ensure thorough cleaning. Thanks to that, our dog didn't mark. - Dinner was delicious and exceeded expectations in quality. Breakfast was disappointing in terms of variety and quantity, though the quality wasn't bad. 【Concerns】 - There is inconsistency in staff training. The explanations during check-in/check-out were delivered in a tone that felt like they were just reading from a script, with an unnatural forced smile, which I found off-putting. Even if I thought of a question, I lost the desire to ask. For joining the Regina Dog Club, they just handed me a card and told me to complete the process on the website. When I checked after returning home, I found that my stay history wasn't even considered. Why did they have me fill out a form during my stay? - While there are indeed luxurious villas along the Mikage Canal that feel like they are not in Japan, the hotel itself doesn't have much of a luxurious feel. - Overall, I am satisfied, but the pricing is too high compared to the content. From small charges like additional coffee drips in the room to the prices of drinks in the restaurant, it feels like they are charging too much compared to the high accommodation fees, considering the trend of hotels in Japan. My family's impression wasn't bad, but personally, I don't think I would visit again.
