  Excellent hospitality

  We stayed here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Although we arrived two hours before check-in time, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early with exceptional hospitality. We were deeply impressed by the warm and attentive service provided by all the staff, including the Nakai-san. The education and traditional service unique to the Kagaya Group were truly enjoyable. Additionally, we received a thoughtful gesture in celebration of our silver wedding anniversary, making it a Ryokan we would love to visit again for special occasions. While both the facilities and baths were highly satisfying, regarding the cuisine, although each dish was refined and exquisite, it felt like there was no standout "main" dish that left a lasting impression. The dishes were elegant and tasteful but could have benefited from an element of surprise or grandeur for added impact. After all, memorable trips are often defined by impactful experiences. The view of Noto Bay from our Room was exceptional, and soaking in an open-air bath while gazing at the sea created unforgettable memories. The staff's training and attentiveness were outstanding as well. We look forward to experiencing "wow-factor" cuisine on our next visit!

  Accommodation you'd want to revisit

  This was my first time staying here. The accommodation was not only impressive in terms of the building and location, but also the staff's service was delightful, allowing me to relax completely. It is an accommodation I would definitely like to visit again.

  Hospitality Accommodation

  This time, I stayed at the accommodation to see the fireworks at Wakura Onsen. It's my fifth visit, and every time, the casual hospitality and thoughtful gestures are wonderful.
