Just average overall… not worth the price.

About JPY 130,000 for a four-person Room. I expected high-end service, but there was almost nothing special. The overall Facility and the large public bath are shared with the neighboring Accommodation and feel old, with no renovations—only outdated facilities. The open-air bath in the large public bath looked like a makeshift fenced setup. The area by the private open-air bath is slippery; I saw someone fall. Only the in-Room bath and massage chair were good, but having a massage chair right next to the desk… The wallpaper and small items were dirty as well, making it far from a stylish, relaxing stay—just disappointing. Dinner was filling, but nothing besides the meat was tasty; it didn’t seem elaborate or heartfelt. It felt like a course meal at an inexpensive Japanese restaurant. Breakfast also had nothing that looked appealing. The white rice was mushy and clumped together, and I couldn’t finish the macaroni salad with its stale taste. We often stay at places around JPY 100,000 for family trips, but this was my first time being this disappointed. I think it would be better to make improvements—for example by hiring professionals.
